The Where'd You Go, Bernadette? Soundtrack Has Us All in an Adventurous Mood
After what seems like forever, Where'd You Go, Bernadette is finally here. The film, starring Cate Blanchett, Billy Crudup, and many more of Hollywood's elite, is based on the book by the same name. In case you're unfamiliar, Where'd You Go, Bernadette tells the story of Bernadette Fox, a classic wife/mother with an adoring husband and incredibly smart daughter. The story heats up when Bernadette goes missing from her home in Seattle and the adventure continues when her family goes on a wild goose chase to hunt her down, solving mysteries about her life along the way.

The 2019 Netflix lineup has blessed us with some of the hottest eye candy that we've yet to see, so we did the dirty work and rounded up more than 80 movies that are available on Netflix that feature the most smoldering men around for a shameless movie night in. Some of these characters are being romantic, some are showing off their guns (and abs) in action movies, and some are pure evil (in a really hot way), but what they all have in common is, well, we want to jump their bones. We can't vouch for the quality of all these movies, but we can say that the actors starring in them are nothing short of sexy. Pass the remote . . .

Apparently, 45% of Americans Wear the Same Pair of Underwear For 2 Days or More
Today in things you wish you didn't know: a new survey shows that 45 percent of Americans wear the same pair of underwear for two days or longer. Meanwhile, 13 percent took things several steps further, admitting they'd worn the same pair for a week or more. No word on whether these respondents made use of the controversial "turn the underwear inside out" hack or just tossed them on right-side-in and fully embraced the "no-f*cks-given" lifestyle.
The survey of 1,000 Americans also revealed that men are 2.5 times more likely than women to wear the same underwear for more than a week. (Cue my "shocked" face.) Also, apparently 46 percent of Americans have pairs of underwear that are over a year old and 38 percent don't even know how old their underwear is. That might not seem like a big deal, until you consider that even laundered underwear is still teeming with bacteria, which is something fun to think about when you're getting dressed tomorrow. Underwear brand Tommy John, which ran the survey and released the results today, noted that underwear that's over a year old can also lead to health issues like UTIs, yeast infections, skin infections, and more.
So beyond throwing out (and maybe burning) all those ancient pairs of underwear in your drawers, the brand also recommended a few ways to take care of the pairs you're keeping around.
- Tumble-dry your underwear on low for half an hour after washing to minimize bacteria.
- If other members of your household are sick, don't wash your underwear in the same load.
- Don't wash contaminated underwear with other clothing or pairs.
- If other clothing contains or is stained by bodily fluids, wash it separately from your underwear.
We get it: sometimes laundry day hits before you're ready. Our advice: prepare for those emergencies ahead of time by grabbing a cheap five-pack of underwear the next time you're at Target. We don't think you'll regret it.

Welp, Even Scott Patterson Wanted More From Luke and Lorelai's Wedding on Gilmore Girls
If Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life makes its way back to Netflix for a second season, Scott Patterson has only one special request for the new set of episodes: a wedding for Lorelai (Lauren Graham) and his character, Luke. The actor recently caught up with Us Weekly and spoke about why he thinks fans of the series deserve to see a big celebration taking place for the couple.
"Well, I'll tell you one thing, [there] better be a big, fat wedding," he said. "I think that's what we should give [fans] . . . I think now it's time to give them, after 20 years, what they want." After building up their romance throughout Gilmore Girls' entire seven-season run, Lorelai and Luke finally got married on the show's 2016 revival. The wedding, though, turned out to be a bit lackluster for some fans, as the couple ended up eloping in lieu of having a big celebration. Considering the amount of screen time their relationship got - with its many highs and lows - Patterson believes a memorable event is what fans deserve to see.
When asked about what Luke and Lorelai's wedding would ideally look like, the 60-year-old actor mentioned that it'd likely be "filled with drama, filled with laughs, filled with, you know, Miss Patty [forgetting] the dancers and then they [would have] to replace them with little children or dogs." He continued, "Something very cute and goes right to the heart. A community pulling together to make it all happen."
But of course, in order for that "big, fat" wedding to take place, Netflix would have to order more episodes of the reboot - and that hasn't happened yet. "If everybody can make the right deal, then it'll happen," Patterson said. "If everybody's available, then, you know, it could, it could happen . . . there's always hope."

Universal Orlando Is Doubling in Size With a New Mysterious Theme Park: Epic Universe
Orlando's theme parks are expanding in an epic way. On Aug. 1, the entertainment-themed Universal resort announced an entirely new park inspired by adventurous and perilous journeys: Epic Universe. The park will join the original Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, and Volcano Bay, a water park. The most exciting revelation is that Epic Universe will sit on 750 acres, thereby doubling the size of the resort.
"Our vision for Epic Universe is historic," said Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Tom Williams in a press release. He added, "It will build on everything we have done and become the most immersive and innovative theme park we have ever created. It is an investment in our business, our industry, our team members and our community."
Though not much else - read: nothing - is known about potential rides and different lands, Epic Universe will also include hotels, shops, restaurants, and an entertainment center. While that still leaves us all with a lot of guessing to do, look ahead to see photos of the logo and concept in the meantime.

This Couple Lives With Their Dogs in a Converted Military Truck, and It's Tiny Home Goals
When Trevor and Kourtney Smithson first met, they bonded over a shared desire to live small and travel full-time. Little did they know at the time, they'd soon be doing exactly that in a retired military truck they now call home. You read that correctly - the couple completely transformed a 1998 Stewart and Stevenson M1078 carrier truck, which was formerly used to transport soldiers and cargo, into their very own tiny home on wheels. And yep, it's just as cool as you'd imagine.
"There were so many days when I questioned what the hell we were doing, but I knew it would be worth it once we were on the road."
Trevor and Kourtney scored the bulky vehicle in a military auction during the Fall of 2017 and began the renovation process about a year and a half later. After removing the truck's back portion, Trevor built a 130-square-foot shell from scratch, welding steel into a box-like frame and decking it out with plumbing, electric, custom flooring, and even a handmade shower deep enough for his wife to bathe in.
"He literally built me my dream house," Kourtney told POPSUGAR via email. But the process surely wasn't easy. Of the makeover, which Trevor completed in just six weeks, she added, "There were so many days when I questioned what the hell we were doing, but I knew it would be worth it once we were on the road."
Come February 2019, the married duo moved out west with their newly revamped truck; their two rescue dogs, a Doberman named Duke and an English Bulldog named Louis; and their pared-down personal belongings, including just eight items of clothing each. Their home has the hallmarks of any regular ol' house: a kitchen sink, stove, oven, toilet, shower, television, and a queen-size bed. Plus, cozy decor accents line the walls and shelves, making the space quite the far departure from its rugged origins.
