Here's What *Everyone* Is Adding to Cart at Sephora

It's one thing to see the beauty products that are trending on Instagram, but wouldn't you like to peek into some shopping bags to see what people are actually buying? After all, it's one thing to lust after a product; it's another to bring it into your beauty regimen. Since we were curious to know which products are the most shopped at Sephora, we did a little sleuthing to unearth the skin care, hair care, makeup, and more that are selling like wild.

What do all of these products have in common, you ask? They're popular because they don't just make people look their best - they're effective, versatile, and useful for just about everyone. As you may have guessed, Sephora shoppers aren't into skin care that doesn't do anything. Instead, they're buying potent serums and treatments with active ingredients such as retinol, vitamin C, and hyaluronic acid. For makeup, right now the eyes have it - especially if it involves buttery-soft shadows and neutrals with a twist. Plus, the most-purchased hair products not only strengthen and repair brittle strands, they also protect against future damage. Interestingly, shoppers are willing to spend their cash on hairstyling tools that reduce clutter, simplify the process, and make it easy to achieve salon-quality results at home. (Not a bad investment at all, when you think about it that way.)

So if you, too, want to know the most shopped beauty products at Sephora, read on because we've got the receipts.

Kylie Jenner Surprised Stormi With an Early 2nd Birthday Present - a Trip to Disney World!

As far as birthday wishes go, I'm willing to bet a lot of candles have been blown out by kids wishing to go to Walt Disney World (myself included), and Kylie Jenner just made that wish come true for baby Stormi as an early second birthday surprise! In a post on her Instagram account, Kylie shared a photo of the toddler decked out with all the Disney gear a kid could dream of, including a Minnie Mouse blanket, a Minnie Mouse doll, and pink sequin Minnie Mouse ears.

Kylie shared a few more snaps and videos from Stormi's first trip to Walt Disney World on her Instagram Stories, tracking their walk around the theme park (with a Fendi stroller, no less), their journey through "It's a Small World," the fireworks show, and even Stormi trying a Disney snack. That sounds like a pretty magical birthday to me. Stormi's dad and Kylie's ex Travis Scott also joined the mother-daughter duo on their trip, according to People. Keep scrolling to see what else Stormi and Kylie got up to during their Walt Disney World adventures ahead.

I Married My High School Sweetheart, and It Ended in Divorce - Here's What I Learned

My ex-husband and I met in high school during the second half of our senior year. I had been in several long and serious relationships and was sick of having my heart broken. He had never had a girlfriend before.

After a few months of just being friends, we started dating. We were spending a lot of time together, and he had been integrated into our group of friends. So, we made it official. The next thing I knew, we were celebrating 12 years of being together.

However, our marriage didn't work out the way either of us wanted it to, and we ended up parting ways. And while some of this can be attributed to what we didn't have as a couple, a lot of it had to do with the changes that happen as you come into your own as a person.

When you fall in love with someone so young, there are pitfalls that you're not aware of until later on. If you're serious about your high school sweetheart, here are a few things you should know.

You're Both Going to Change

The person that your partner fell in love with isn't going to be the one that he/she ends up with. When I first met my ex-husband, he didn't want kids and I wanted a basketball team. A decade later, I didn't want them - I was thrilled with my career, freedom, and expensive car . . . and treating myself to nice things - and he wanted all of the babies.

When you spend a long time with your high school sweetheart, you keep thinking that things are going to go back to the way they used to be. They can't because your life experience - experience you didn't have in high school - has begun to shape you. Your needs and wants are different. As a couple, you need to accept the other for what they are now and not what they used to be and find ways to grow together.

Don't Fall in Love With Potential

This was my biggest pitfall when it came to my marriage. I honestly can't say enough good things about my ex-husband. He's smart (smarter than I am); he can figure things out; he is intuitive with people, technologically savvy, and forward thinking; and he had the potential to be an executive-level employee. I saw all of this potential in him, and I definitely was enthusiastic about it. However, he never reached that potential (or hasn't yet) because it's just not for him. He's OK just being OK.

Part of me stayed with him because I thought that he would grow into that potential. Instead, it just frustrated me to no end because I felt the relationship dynamic was uneven - with me pulling 75 percent of the weight instead of 50. Be cognizant of why you love someone and make sure it's absolutely 100 percent because of who they are and not who they could be.

Don't Fall in Love With Comfort

One of the reasons I believe I stayed so long was because I was comfortable. I didn't want to go out and date and have to be heartbroken over and over again. Most, if not all, of my friends were in long-term relationships, and our group of friends was really tight. Everything was going smoothly in life, so why shake it up?

I can't stress this enough: do not stay because you're comfortable. Or afraid. Don't settle.

Don't Lose Yourself

I gave up a lot of opportunities because I thought I was ready to settle down and have a family. I didn't travel as much as I wanted. I never lived anywhere else or lived on my own. And I turned down a lot of career choices because I felt the pressure to be home and to be a wife - whether he put it on me or not. I had completely lost my ability to make decisions for myself. I'm not saying that the other person shouldn't be involved and decisions shouldn't be discussed, but I am saying that if it's something you really want to do and feel strongly about, you should be able to go do it with your partner's support.

Whether you've been married to your high school sweetheart for 36 years, like my parents, or you're heading to college attached, don't give up experiences. If it's real love, your partner will support you, even if that means studying abroad for a year or living in New York City on your own. You never know how those missed opportunities can change your life.

They Are Always Going to Be in Your Life

Whether you've tied the knot, been together for what feels like an eternity, or have quietly gone your separate ways, when you're in a long-term relationship with someone who has been such a big part of your life, they will always be around. You'll always see something that they would love. You may even still talk on a regular basis. No matter where your relationship ends up, there will be a place in your heart for them and in theirs for you.

What Happened to the Man Who Defrauded Millions From McDonald's? Here's What We Know

Before Anna Delvey, Elizabeth Holmes, or the women portrayed in Hustlers, there was one scammer by the name of Jerome Jacobson. Known as Uncle Jerry, he defrauded McDonald's of $24 million with an elaborate network that took advantage of the fast-food franchise's popular Monopoly game. HBO has geared up to drop McMillions, a Mark Wahlberg-produced docuseries about this notorious scandal. So, after scamming one of the biggest corporations in the world, where is Jacobson today? From what we know, he's been keeping it on the down-low since his scheme unraveled nearly two decades ago.

First, here's a little bit of context. As the story goes, Jacobson, an ex-cop, had been working for the company Simon Marketing, Incorporated as the head of security in charge of distributing McDonald's Monopoly prizes. Most of the wins were small, like fries and sodas. The bigger and much rarer prizes included vacations, cars, and cash for up to $1 million. Starting in 1989, Jacobson took the big winning pieces for himself, creating a network of people to buy the prizes and taking a cut of their wins for himself. In 2001, his scheme came to an end when an anonymous tip informed the FBI of this scam.

Jacobson was arrested along with over 50 others on charges of conspiracy and mail fraud. "Uncle Jerry," 58 at the time of his arrest, was sentenced to federal prison for 37 months and ordered to repay $12.5 million. He apologized in court and was eventually released on Oct. 21, 2005. The fallout of the scheme also included McDonald's cutting ties with Simon Marketing, which later sued the fast-food company and won $16.6 million for breach of contract in 2003.

As of 2018, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported that Jacobson was 76 and in poor health but otherwise living a quiet life in Georgia.

We Asked a Trainer How Many Calories Taking the Steps Burns, and His Answer Is Shocking

Few things are better than seeing triple digits on your machine at the gym, indicating that you've burned some serious calories. But exercise machines and fitness trackers aren't perfect and can even give numbers notably further from reality. Curious if climbing a flight of stairs or crushing a StairMaster workout burns as many calories as it feels like it does, we sought out the advice of Chris Kelly, an NASM-certified personal trainer.

Here's the harsh truth: climbing one step results in burning 0.11 calories, according to a study in the Medicine & Science in Sports & Exercise journal. This means you would need to go 10 steps in order to burn a single calorie - a distance most fitness trackers consider roughly equal to a flight of stairs, Chris told POPSUGAR. If one calorie seems low to you, it's because that's a very basic number.

He went on to explain that this number varies from person to person based on their weight, the intensity of the exercise, and other factors. Think about it. If you're running up the stairs with ankle weights on, you're going to burn more calories than someone walking without any resistance. If one of you weighed 100 pounds more than the other, that's also going to impact the results.

Both the StairMaster and regular stairs can be an effective workout, but the machine has its advantages. "I have used the StairMaster in the past with clients because I'm able to track their intensity and monitor them easier than on regular stairs," Chris said. Even if the machine doesn't accurately read calories burned, you can use it to track your speed and the steepness of your climb, which can help you gauge your progress. Apply the same concepts to your workouts outside of the gym, and remember that resistance can work wonders.

No matter where your relationship ends up, there will be a place in your heart for them and in theirs for you.

The Hardest Thing About Having Your Last Baby

When you're sure you're done having babies, when you know you couldn't possibly handle another child, when you finally feel confident you've brought your last newborn home, there's a feeling - something you can't explain until you get there. It's not that you'll really miss having a newborn, because that sh*t is hard. The cracked nipples, the postpartum bleeding, the all-night feedings, the confusion of nap schedules and bottle feedings as they get older, the cleaning up of high chairs and spit up, the diapers - it's certainly not all that.

I'll always miss that chapter, even if I've never been happier to give away rockaroos and bumbos.

It's that you'll never again be anticipating the arrival of a little human you can't wait to meet. That you'll never announce your baby's birth or introduce them by name for the very first time. That you'll never have that special quiet of a sleeping newborn in the house. That you'll never again be home in your pajamas wrapped up all day in your brand new little family.

That's what's hard about being done for me. That I've come to the end of a chapter that has included some of the most precious moments in life. The ones you get teary-eyed just thinking about. The ones you're nostalgic for minutes after they happen. The ones you try desperately to hold onto through pictures and videos.

It's the end of a chapter that has all the best parts highlighted. The sweetness of a new baby, the tenderness of an emotional mom, the excitement of an older sibling. The way visitors whisper when they come over bearing food or flowers. The way friends and family check in, send cards, and offer help. The way you've never loved your partner more than when you see them look into your baby's eyes. The way watching them swaddle those tiny little arms and legs is enough to make your heart burst.

I'll always miss that chapter, even if I've never been happier to give away rockaroos and bumbos. To be done buying diapers. To go all day without worrying about nap schedules or feeding times. To watch them play in their first soccer game and learn to read. To overhear their make-believe conversations and witness them say sorry without being prompted. To watch them grow.

But I'll always, always, look back so fondly on those sweet days. The ones that were beautiful even though they were hard. The ones that you may not remember the details of, but you'll never forget the feeling of

I'm 3 Weeks Into This At-Home Workout Program, and I'm Feeling Stronger Every Day

Since the beginning of the year, I've been testing out the POPSUGAR Fitness 4-Week Full-Body Fusion program, available exclusively on Glow by POPSUGAR. Now that I've completed week three, I'm officially 75 percent done . . . and 100 percent stoked on this program.

This was a heavy week compared to the previous two, and I mean that in every sense of the word. There were literally more workouts involving weights, but I love how this program built up to it. In the first week, most workouts were equipment-free until the end, then during the second week, I was able to use light weights for the most part. This week's workouts often called for medium weights, and my body was ready. Let's get right into it, shall we?

Grool! Tina Fey's Mean Girls: The Musical Is Being Turned Into a Movie

It looks like Gretchen Wieners is out to make fetch happen all over again because Mean Girls: The Musical is being turned into a movie. According to Entertainment Weekly, the news comes as the producers of Broadway's Mean Girls finalize the decision to schedule its final showing in London's West End in late Spring of 2021.

Just like the original film, the upcoming Mean Girls adaptation - to be made under Paramount Pictures - will be produced by Tina Fey and Lorne Michaels. Fey, who wrote the book for the Broadway show, will also write the script for the film, which will feature music by Jeff Richmond and lyrics by Nell Benjamin.

"I'm very excited to bring Mean Girls back to the big screen," Fey said of the film, which recently celebrated its 15th anniversary. "It's been incredibly gratifying to see how much the movie and the musical have meant to audiences. I've spent 16 years with these characters now. They are my Marvel Universe, and I love them dearly."

The musical largely follows the same plotline as the 2004 film of the same name, but there's no telling how closely the second movie adaptation will stick to the original script. As much as we all love Cady Heron's wild journey from the African Sahara to the suburbs of Illinois and the way she scrapes her way to the top of Northshore High's social hierarchy, we're excited to see what totally grool changes Fey makes to the script (hopefully even more hilarious pranks à la foot cream to the face).

Alison Brie Gives the Horse Girl Trope a Creepy Twist in Netflix's New Thriller

Netflix's upcoming psychological drama is here to completely subvert the horse girl trope, and the results are grade-A terrifying. Glow's Alison Brie stars as the film's titular horse girl, Sarah, a socially isolated woman who spends her days working at an arts and crafts store (alongside Molly Shannon), watching true-crime shows, and, of course, obsessing over horses. When a series of surreal dreams threaten to wreck her waking life, Sarah struggles to distinguish her visions from reality.

If you've never heard of anyone having horse girl energy, I have to assume you've never watched Bob's Burgers or didn't go to a liberal arts college. (You can decide if that's a good thing or not.) The most basic definition of a horse girl is someone whose entire life revolves around horses. But in the year of viral memes and Big D*ck Energy, horse girl can also just be a way to describe normally quiet, introverted, and socially awkward people with odd hobbies. Brie's Sarah actually rides horses, but she also believes in alien abductions and might be losing her mind, so we'll see where this all goes.

Yes, Dex on Sex Education Is the Same Guy Who Played Robin Arryn on Game of Thrones

If you're watching season two of Sex Education on Netflix and wondering why new character Dex looks so familiar, you're not alone. Actor Lino Facioli probably doesn't have a name you recognize on its own, but he's actually been on your screens for years. Beginning in 2011 and continuing on and off through 2019, Facioli played Robin Arryn, the Starks' young cousin with an unhealthy attachment to his mother on Game of Thrones.

Facioli was barely 11 when he first appeared on Game of Thrones as the spoiled Robin, then reappeared for a brief arc in 2014. It was his final appearance, however, that had him briefly going viral. Robin was part of the noble council summoned at the end of GOT's 2019 finale, representing his house of Arryn. His appearance caused quite a stir among viewers, who did a double take at the now-19-year-old actor who had last been seen playing a bratty tween version of Robin.

Born in Brazil but raised in London, Facioli has largely stuck to smaller projects other than Game of Thrones throughout his child and teen actor days. He made his film debut in the 2010 comedy Get Him to the Greek, then tackled several short films and Brazilian fantasy movie The Boy in the Mirror. Now, he's playing Dex, a brainy quiz-bowl team member with major ambitions and a little bit of an attitude, and fans have a lot to say! Keep reading for some of the best reactions Twitter had to Facioli's appearance on Sex Education season two, currently streaming on Netflix.
