The Bachelor Couples: Where Are They Now?

The anticipation of finding out who Pilot Pete will give his final rose to on season 24 of The Bachelor has us reminiscing about those early Bachelor seasons and wondering what the couples are up to now. Most importantly, who are they seeing and what are their relationship statuses? We all know the group of former contestants from the reality TV dating show is an incestuous bunch, and it can be difficult to keep track of who's with whom. So we're breaking it down from the beginning to give you the scoop on where the last couples standing from each of the 23 seasons of The Bachelor are now. And in case you missed it, the previous Bachelor, Colton Underwood, ended up with Cassie Randolph after a dramatic season finale, and they're still going strong! See if all the other couples made it out this happy and lived out their Bachelor fairy tale, or if their love was only made for the screen. The final rose is just the beginning . . .

Did You Happen to Catch That "Sleazy" Reference in The Good Place's Series Finale?

Fans of NBC's The Good Place said goodbye to their favorite dumdums, fire squid, and not-a-girl during the Jan. 30 series finale, and the episode was full of surprise appearances and enough nuggets of wisdom to keep viewers content for thousands of Jeremy Bearimies to come. For a series that inspired fans to question every aspect of their existence, The Good Place's conclusion was beautifully definite, with all of Team Cockroach finding their peace at last. And it all ended with one "sleazy" Easter egg that would warm the most heartless of all beings. Or even Mindy St. Clair.

As the finale draws to a close, each of the main cast has experienced a moment of realization that signals their ultimate contentment with the afterlife and means it's time for them to move on by walking through the "final door" that is the actual final destination for all souls. Tahani (Jameela Jamil) and Janet (D'Arcy Carden) are the only two who stay in the afterlife, with the former staying behind to become an architect for souls who enter the Good Place and Janet remaining the afterlife's Janet.

As Eleanor (Kristen Bell) walks through the doorway, she dissolves into tiny, glowing bits of light, which eventually float all the way to Earth. She lands on a random man in Arizona who's in the middle of throwing away someone else's mail. Before he goes too far, he seems to have a moment of clarity and decides to deliver the letter to his neighbor - the newly human Michael (Ted Danson), who Eleanor aided in returning to Earth to live out the rest of his life as a human before going through the new afterlife system himself.

The piece of mail, addressed to Michael Realman, because that is absolutely the name Janet and Michael would have come up with, is a membership card to Coyote Joe's, which delights the former demon. This moment is important for two reasons: The first is that it signifies that Chidi's theory was right, that the "energy" of everyone who moves on becomes part of the universe at large and inspires kindness at every turn. It's also a callback to Eleanor's first truly unselfish act back in season three's mind-melting episode "Jeremy Bearimy." Eleanor finds a wallet while at a bar, and instead of keeping the contents solely for herself, she decides to return it to its owner.

As Chidi theorized, Eleanor's bit of light is a reminder of the first good deed she performed on Earth, and it inspires a similar act of kindness for the man she landed on. And to seal the perfect moment, Michael thanks his neighbor with a heartfelt response with a bit of Eleanor-like crassness thrown in. "I'll say this to you, my friend, with all the love in my heart and all the wisdom of the universe," he says. "Take it sleazy."

1995 Called, and Honestly, It's Really Proud of These Beauty Looks From the Oscars

The '90s truly were an iconic time for beauty-lovers. Both the great trends - like grungy eye shadow and brown-nude lips - and the not-so-great (see: overplucked eyebrows) gifted us with some very memorable red carpet moments, including the many on the 1995 Oscars red carpet. Twenty-five years ago, berry-toned lips, dark - but thin - brows, and hair that had been sitting in rollers all day was the look that every celeb wanted to emulate. Actresses like Rita Wilson, Kelly Preston, and even a 13-year-old Anna Paquin kept their skin natural and porcelain-like, but they added a bit of oomph with a darker berry lipstick. And, of course, who can forget Sarah Jessica Parker's perfectly bouncy coif? Here are some of our favorite beauty looks from the 1995 Academy Awards.

18 Films Even Sexier Than Fifty Shades of Grey

Fifty Shades of Grey is an undeniably sexy film, but it's certainly not the only erotic movie out there that explores more singular sexual tastes. From bondage and BDSM to pure, passionate sex, we've rounded up movies that give Fifty Shades a run for its money when it comes to sex-filled scenes and interesting additions in the bedroom (or the car, or the bathroom floor, or the middle of a room filled with masked members of a secret society). If you're up for something a little different than your average romance, then these movies are sure to satisfy.

Dr. Doofenshmirtz From Phineas and Ferb Sang Billie Eilish's "Bad Guy" - You Read That Right

In the era of Billie Eilish, you can see (and hear) "Bad Guy" covers left and right. Yet, for some reason, I wasn't expecting Dr. Doofenshmirtz from Phineas and Ferb to step into the ring. Dan Povenmire, the man behind the iconic character, recently gave "Bad Guy" his own spin during a holiday party and shared a YouTube video of the whole act on Jan. 25. He tweaked Eilish's lyrics to pay tribute to the wacky Doofenshmirtz and his feud with Perry the Platypus. This is 2020, y'all.

Twitter is forever in debt to the person who asked for this, since the video has already gained over 1 million views in a few days. I guess the people know what they want and what they want is . . . Dr. Heinz Doofernshmirtz. Watch the clip above to see all the ridiculous hilarity go down.

In Defense of Brutal Honesty, Even If People Don't Want to Hear It

If you ask anyone in my family or any of my good friends to describe me in one word, I'm fairly confident the most common response would be "honest." It's common knowledge that I don't mince words. I am not the person you come to if you want to be pandered to or let down gently. Frankly, I just don't see the point. I do not enjoy the idea of being disingenuous, especially to people I care about, but really, to anyone at all. The way I see it, I'm not doing anyone any favors by lying. The more time and effort I spend thinking of ways to lie to you about your problem is less time we could be spending thinking about solutions. Let's get it over with, rip off the Band-Aid, and get to work.

I am proudly honest, but please don't mistake my honesty for cruelty. I don't seek out ways to be nasty and I definitely don't savor the feeling or act of telling someone I care about something difficult. But to me, it's worth it if it will save that person pain in the future or will bring about a more rapid end to a current painful situation. I also don't let my honesty fly willy-nilly and volunteer opinions without that opinion being specifically requested. Again, I do not enjoy hurting anyone.

I draw the line at giving negative opinions about something that can't be changed. If you come to me and ask my honest opinion about the name you have given your child and it is the name that is already printed on the birth certificate, there is no possible way I can do anything but love it. That's for you and little what's-his-name to deal with when he grows up and realizes what you did to him. My telling you that now would only serve to hurt you and ruin our friendship, and that is never my intention. I am not above white lies, but only in situations when my telling you the truth would be worse than lying.

The way I see it, I'm not doing anyone any favors by lying.

In my experience, people don't ask for honest opinions unless they know the truth already. If you have a garbage boyfriend, you probably know he's garbage. So if you ask me what I think, I don't know why I would tell you he's anything but garbage. You are my friend; I care about you; I want you to be with someone who is not garbage. I would be doing you a disservice otherwise, and if that makes me a b*tch, then I guess I'm a b*tch. I'd rather be considered a "b*tch" than a liar or a terrible friend.

Recently, my brutal honesty was blamed as the reason for a longtime friendship ending. I will not go into great detail, but a friend had been acting in a self-destructive manner for quite a while and grew frustrated at my inability to believe her insistence that she was "fine." It got to a point where the friendship had become so toxic that staying in contact was only punishment for us both. I was called cruel and uncaring and purposely nasty, but when I go back over what was said and done, I regret nothing. I wasn't saying anything she didn't already know, and I refuse to sit back and enable someone I care about to destroy themselves, not while I have the ability to possibly change the outcome.

I will never be the friend who sits with you on the couch, nodding and making sympathetic noises while you cry over your latest SO and explaining that it's not that they don't want to be with you, "they're just, like, super busy with work." I will sit you down and list all the ways they're terrible. I will explain exactly how obvious it is that they aren't into you, and why that sh*t is not to be tolerated. I will tell you why you deserve better and, when you are ready, I will help you move on. Because I love you. Honestly.

18 Inspiring Netflix Shows Committed to Representing People With Disabilities

According to a report published by the Centers For Disease Control and Prevention in August 2018, one in four adults have a disability. Unfortunately, only 2.1 percent of regular characters on primetime TV in the 2018-2019 season actually had a disability, per a recent report from GLAAD. Disability representation includes characters with both visible and invisible disabilities - such as blindness, deafness, and genetic disorders, as well as those with mental challenges and illnesses - and we are far from having accurate representation in TV.

However, just like with racially diverse characters and LGBTQ+ characters, Netflix continues to push for inclusivity by incorporating characters with disabilities into its shows. Here are just 18 shows that are working to portray what it's like to live your life with a disability.

Want to Lose Weight? Try This Celebrity Trainer's Simple, 4-Week Walking Plan

When it comes to weight loss, celeb trainer and New York Times bestselling author Harley Pasternak, MSc, has a catchphrase: "Strong in the gym, lean in life." The nutrition scientist, and personal coach to the likes of Amy Schumer, Kim Kardashian, and Rihanna has told POPSUGAR on numerous occasions that the best way to lose weight is easier than you think: just walk more. Here, Harley makes his compelling case and shares a simple, month-long plan to get you started.

Why Walking and Not Running?

"Walking is something that can be woven into the fabric of the day," Harley said. "With running, you need to book a time to do it; you need to dress a certain way, wear specific shoes, be in a specific mindset, have time to shower after and re-dress - you don't have to do that with walking."

Additionally, he told us that there's a "direct correlation" between intensity of cardio and appetite, meaning the more strenuous cardio you do, the hangrier you'll be afterward. "It's why we use the phrase 'working up an appetite,'" he said. So if weight loss is your goal, walking will be your way to lean out in 2019.

The Plan

Harley believes in this approach so much that getting a step tracker is part of his prescribed regimen to his celebrity clients. While adding in steps here and there will certainly add up over time, we asked him for a four-week plan, giving us a target to work with.

"This plan starts off assuming your current step count is 10,000 steps per day," Harley told POPSUGAR. The goal is that by the end of week four, you're walking an additional 4,000 steps per day.

  • Week one: 11,000 steps each day, Sunday through Saturday
  • Week two: 12,000 steps each day, Sunday through Saturday
  • Week three: 13,000 steps each day, Sunday through Saturday
  • Week four: 14,000 steps each day, Sunday through Saturday

Harley acknowledged that "jumping 1,000 steps per day each week can be daunting" and that not everyone is starting at 10,000 steps each day. If you're hovering somewhere closer to 5,000 steps daily, the goal is the same. Add 1,000 steps per day for week one, another 1,000 for week two, and so on until your new daily average is 4,000 steps above your start point.

"For those that are starting at a lower step count, don't stop at the end of week four," he said. "The optimum range of steps is different for everyone, but I haven't met anyone who hasn't been able to physically keep up with 14,000 steps per day unless they have an underlying medical condition."

The goal is the same: "Get to a place where you hit a daily step goal that you can sustain without leading to mental and physical burnout." Sound good? Great. Let's do this.

Madison Beer's Futuristic "Good in Goodbye" Video Is Like a Black Mirror Episode

Madison Beer just took everything we love about Black Mirror on Netflix and turned it into a super trippy "Good in Goodbye" music video that has us ready to take on our evil twins. In what looks to be a follow-up video to her 2019 song "Dear Society," Beer is seen trapped in a lab, where she's hooked up to a mind-altering machine that sends her into a video game-like simulation. During the simulation, she's forced to defeat her toxic alter ego, who walks around with pupil-less eyes and blood dripping from her hands - so freaky.

As the video continues on, Beer and her evil other half - which seem to represent conflicting sides of her mind - take each other on in an electrifying battle set on the moon, that could mean the end of her world. See what happens when Beer faces off against her other half in the full "Good in Goodbye" video here.

You Don't Have to Like Sports to Be Captivated by These 10 Sports Documentaries on Netflix

Maybe you're not a sports person. Maybe you don't even know what a first down is. However, the great thing about sports documentaries is that you don't have to like or even understand the game to become deeply invested. If you teared up during Brian's Song and felt your heart grow three sizes while watching The Blind Side, chances are you'll find a documentary just as entertaining. From hockey to boxing to competitive cheerleading, Netflix has plenty of riveting sports documentaries and docuseries available to stream, and while there aren't nearly as many films about women's sports as there should be, Netflix's selection still doesn't disappoint.
