Under normal circumstances, the only questions we'd be asking about Riverdale's season four finale would be focused on what's going to happen on screen. With the global pandemic of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), though, there's a bigger question to be asked: will there even be a season four finale at all? Production is currently shut down on Riverdale, as well as pretty much every TV show that's currently filming, so here's what we know so far about how the rest of the season is scheduled to pan out.
When production on Riverdale shut down on Mar. 11, after a crew member came into contact with coronavirus, the teen drama had filmed 20 of its planned 22 episodes, as reported by TVLine. With only two episodes left for the current season - and with no clear end date in sight for when it will be safe to resume production - the most likely situation right now is that Riverdale's 20th episode of the season will also serve as a season finale, dropping the season off at an unexpected point. It's currently unclear when the final episodes will air: the season's 17th episode is scheduled to air on Apr. 8, after a monthlong mini-hiatus, and the airdates for the last completed episodes have not yet been announced.

I Was a Major Procrastinator in College, but I've Finally Figured Out How to Focus
I've struggled with procrastination since high school, where I often found myself rushing to finish homework assignments minutes before walking into class. During college, I saw my grades at the end of freshman year and knew something needed to change, so I started trying to remove distractions, but no matter what, nothing seemed to work - until I figured out these two main culprits to my procrastination.
Quiet Doesn't Mean More Focused
I had often said, "I'll leave the TV on for background noise," and let hours slip by before realizing I'd read the same paragraph 12 times, so I switched my study spot from my bedroom to the library, thinking a quieter area would help me get work done. That turned out to be the exact opposite of what I needed.
I now know that I'm less distracted and more productive in environments with a little hustle and bustle, like coffee shops, and that music boosts my energy, particularly if what I'm listening to matches the beat of the activity around me. I know alternative pushes me creatively, while country music helps me type faster, and that when I edit a story, I do need complete silence. It's about listening to yourself and not just following advice blindly.
My Phone Needs to Go
While figuring out silence wasn't always the key for me helped me tremendously to avoid procrastination, I noticed there was still a huge factor in the way of my productivity: my phone.
I started by weaning off slowly, only allowing myself to check my phone every 30 minutes or taking a 10-minute phone break every hour, but that wasn't doing the trick. I needed to go cold turkey and remove my phone from any work that demanded my full attention so I've gotten creative with how I make sure that happens.
- I put my phone in another room. If I'm working from home and downstairs at the kitchen table, my phone is upstairs in the bathroom. If I'll be home the next morning, I don't even charge my phone overnight. Instead, I leave it charging in another room where I won't be tempted to go on it.
- I leave my phone home. It was easier to do this in college when I was studying with friends. I knew if there was an emergency on campus, they were the ones I'd be contacting and if I needed to reach home I could use their phones. It was difficult, but while my friends where sending pictures to each other from across the table, I was getting my work done.
- I have a friend hold on to my phone. Sometimes the temptation is too much and even though my phone is in the other room, I get up and check it. If I'm working on a tight deadline and can't afford any mess-ups, I'll ask a friend or family member to hold onto my phone. I can always count on my support system to hold me accountable.
It took some time, but I'm finally at a place where I know what triggers my procrastination and how a couple of simple hacks can keep me productive. And on that note, now that I finished writing this, I'm going to go check my phone - be right back!

This Mother Did a Boudoir Shoot 9 Months After She Gave Birth, and the Photos Are Amazing
Gabriela is a wife, mother, and the subject of this sultry bridal-themed boudoir shoot. When photography duo Ariana and Micaela decided to start introducing bridal boudoir sessions in 2018 as a way to empower women, they chose Gabriela to be their model since she is one of their everyday followers. Gabriela agreed to do this shoot because it was something she had never done before and she was also trying to find confidence in her post-baby body - and by the looks of these photos, she absolutely did!
To further ensure that Gabriela was at ease during this sexy shoot, Ariana and Micaela secretly contacted Gabriela's husband and had him write a lovely message for her to see on the day of the shoot. "Our calligrapher beautifully rewrote his note onto sheer paper. We gave it to Gabriela near the end of her session," Ariana said. "It was a moving experience to watch her read the words from her husband telling her what an incredible woman, wife, and mother she is, and all that makes her amazing."
Gabriela was absolutely awestruck when she saw the outcome of the shoot. "After getting my pictures done, I was super excited and anxious to see them! The accessories, lace robes, flowers, and makeup was all so beautiful I couldn't wait to see it all put together," Gabriela said. "When I finally got a chance to see a sneak peek of my photos, I couldn't even believe it was me! Ariana and Micaela did such a great job at capturing the beauty of everything. I was extremely happy with the way they turned out."

"During this pandemic, it is still safe to go outside to get some fresh air and sun, as long as you continue to practice social distancing," Natasha Bhuyan, MD, a family physician and regional medical director at One Medical, told POPSUGAR. "That means staying at least six feet away from other people, whether you are going for a hike, walking your dog, or jogging in the neighborhood." But keep in mind, this might not be as simple as you'd think. "This might take some careful planning, especially for people who live in high-density areas," she said.
Dr. Bhuyan went on to explain that there are steps you can take to ensure you keep a safe distance from others. "This might include some awkward but important maneuvers," she said. For example, you may need to change the side of the street you're walking on if you see people headed your way - and while that may typically seem rude, health and safety (yours and theirs) takes precedence right now.
Additionally, this is not the time for a power walk with some friends. "You should not meet up with a friend to go for a walk unless you are intentionally keeping a physical distance from each other," Dr. Bhuyan said. "While it's hard to comprehend, we know that asymptomatic people might still be carriers of COVID-19 and they can infect others."
So, stay home to help prevent the spread and save lives - but get some fresh air for sure. Just make sure you're flying solo or with a furry friend. And remember, if you are walking your dog, try not to let people come up and pet them during this time.
