Dwayne Johnson Rapped "You're Welcome" From Moana to His Daughter While Washing Her Hands
For Dwayne Johnson's nearly-2-year-old baby girl Tia, one of the biggest perks of having a dad who plays Maui in Disney's Moana is that he can sing all of her favorite songs anytime she asks, and that includes during handwashing time. As parents all across the country have come up with creative ways to get their kids to wash their hands, all Dwayne has to do is break out into his rap piece from "You're Welcome," and Tia is sold. It's like a Disney movie come to life, after all!
"Our sheltering at home, pre daddy's shower ritual," Dwayne captioned the sweet video, in which he washes Tia's hands and makes her giggle. "Before my showers now, Baby Tia (mama mia) demands I sing the rap portion of my song 'You're Welcome' from Moana, while I wash her hands. We realized a few weeks ago that the rap portion of the song is perfect timing when getting your little ones to have fun washing their hands. Stay healthy and safe, my friends." Watch the full, adorable video here for some fun handwashing inspiration.

Grab Some Popcorn! Cards Against Humanity's Family Edition Is Free, and Game Night Is On
During a time when families across the world are getting especially creative with their free time, Cards Against Humanity is here with a new Family Edition that's about to make game night a lot more fun. You can download and print the beta version of this family-friendly card game - which contains about "six hundred poop jokes" - for free on the game's website as either one 21-page PDF document with 420 small cards or one 47-page PDF document with 420 larger cards.
Rather than removing all of the not-so-kid-friendly cards from a traditional Cards Against Humanity deck, the company has written completely new cards for everyone over eight years old to enjoy. "We've been working on this game for over a year with child development experts and psychologists," said Cards Against Humanity's head writer Julia Weiss. "We wanted to get this beta out as soon as we could to encourage people to stay inside. So please stay home. We're begging you."
While this game was made specifically with families in mind, the company does encourage parents to flip through the deck before playing with their children to filter out any content that might not be suitable for younger players. "The content is PG-rated and we play-tested it with families," the Cards Against Humanity website reads. "We encourage parents to look through these cards before you play with your family and remove anything you don't like, since different kids have different sensitivities . . . 'Crap' and 'boobies' is about as bad as it gets."
Some of my personal favorite cards for filling in the blanks so far are "a baby with a full mustache," "stuffing my underwear with pancakes," and "Baby Yoda." Because this is a beta version of the game, the site explains that some cards may be removed and new cards may be added before the game officially goes on sale in the fall. In the meantime, download the game for you and your family to enjoy here.

Thank You to Luisana Lopilato For Bringing Michael Bublé and Sebastián Yatra Together on Instagram Live
Some people know Luisana Lopilato as Michael Bublé's spouse, while some people didn't even know that was her name. But many of us remember Luisana Lopilato from her days as an actress and singer in the Cris Morena hit TV show Rebelde Way - the inspiration for Televisa's Rebelde - and Erreway, the band that came together as a result of the success of the musical series.
While Luisana has taken a step back from the spotlight to become a full-time mamá, today she gave us the gift we didn't know we needed. On an Instagram Live she hosted with Michael, she called our favorite self-distancing artist, Sebastián Yatra. It was pure chemistry between the three of them. Michael and Sebastián bonded over their acquired love for Argentina, the land of Luisana, as well as Tini, Sebastián's girlfriend.
They had a YouTube karaoke session, with Michael and Sebastián singing Frank Sinatra's "L.O.V.E." so seamlessly, it seemed like they had somehow rehearsed it beforehand. Luisana even chimed in at the end, saying, "Aww, that was so beautiful!" while Sebastián acknowledged they definitely had "a connection."
Sebastián and Michael agreed they have to work together sometime, and we totally support that motion. Their voices blended perfectly, and it was clear that Sebastián can hold his own with vocally challenging songs. He expressed his admiration for Michael and even shared a fun fact: when he was 14, he auditioned for American Idol with Michael Bublé's "I Just Haven't Met You Yet."
Then, the guys tried to get Luisana to sing, but she was a little shy and self-conscious - she says singing in English is hard for her as Spanish is her first language. So instead, Sebastián asked Michael about his favorite songs in Spanish to see if they could convince Luisana to belt out a tune.
Not surprisingly, Andrea Bocelli's version of "Bésame Mucho" is one of his favorites, as well as Mercedes Sosa's "Gracias a la Vida," which he remembered he sang in Chile for an earthquake relief concert in 2010. Another surprising favorite is Julieta Venega's "Limón y Sal," and he also added that he loves anything from famous Argentine singer Maxi Trusso.
The Instagram Live was super casual, happy, and fun, and we low-key hope both Michael and Sebastián have their own home studio so they can start working on their next collaboration.

3 Common Hair Loss Myths (and the Truth), According to a Dermatologist
Every other day when I'm searching for new hair products to try, I can always count on coming across several different products that all target one specific problem: hair loss. It's a problem that approximately 30 million women and as many as 50 million men suffer from, while many others can only hope to never have to experience it at all. Still, it's common, and so are the many myths that are associated with it.
We spoke to an expert about the most common hair loss myths, as well as what really causes hair loss and how to combat it. Read ahead to see what we learned.
Myth 1: Hair Loss Is Genetic
Not always. For starters, hair loss is actually a blanket term for different conditions that cause hair loss like alopecia, some forms of which - like frontal fibrosing alopecia (FFA) and central centrifugal cicatricial alopecia (CCCA) - do have genetic components, according to Amy McMichael, professor at the Department of Dermatology at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.
"Each disease or condition has a different mechanism of causing hair loss and different genetics," she told POPSUGAR. But others like traction alopecia - which is when the hair begins to thin out as a result of prolonged tension on the hair follicle - are caused by habits and styling methods that put a lot of pressure on the hair. Telogen is also common, which is a temporary form of hair loss that's typically caused by stress.
Myth 2: Only Men Suffer From Hair Loss
We often hear about men balding or losing hair with age, but the truth is that hair loss in general doesn't discriminate based on gender, and it affects both men and women equally. "There are forms of hair loss that appear more commonly in women, including FFA and CCCA, but androgenetic alopecia appears to be more common and more severe in men," McMichael said. "Alopecia areata appears to be even in terms of prevalence in men and women."
Myth 3: You Can Fight Hair Loss With Topical Products and Creams
There's no real way to quickly regenerate hair after its been damaged, and the methods that actually can help are very dependent on the type of hair loss you're experiencing. Unfortunately because hair loss can be so devastating, it's easy for those who experience it to be preyed on by companies touting products that can't always deliver the results they claim they can.
"The most reliable way to find out if treatments work is to see a board-certified Dermatologist who can assess your form of hair loss and [tell you] the most appropriate treatment," McMichael said. "While some over the counter treatments (like topical minoxidil, also known as Rogaine) can work for many forms of hair loss, when and how to use these treatments can vary significantly."
Topical products can't always regenerate growth. Instead, hair loss issues can usually be addressed with a combination of treatments, one of them being Plasma Rich Platelet injections or PRP. "This is a treatment that requires a blood drawn from the patient which is centrifuged, and the top layer of plasma with the platelet are injected into the affected scalp," McMichael said.
The takeaway here is that hair loss isn't a one-size-fits-all issue, so if this is something you find yourself experiencing, the best thing you can do is talk to a dermatologist or trichilogist (or even your hairstylist) to figure out what next steps to take.
2020 Is the Year I'm Going to Organize My Home Like Marie Kondo - Here's How
For 2020, one of my New Year's goals was to get organized. Inspired by Marie Kondo's Netflix show that I finally got around to watching and the disaster that is my t-shirt drawer, I've decided to dedicate some time to really decluttering. After all, I'm spending so much time in the house that I just can't look at the clutter anymore
I'm focusing on the three problem areas in my apartment - my closet, kitchen, and bathroom - in hopes that a cleaner home makes for a happier and more inviting one. I'm actually really excited about this, because I feel like it will not only help me in the long term, but also give me a sense of accountability and pride in doing something for myself, which I could really use right about now. Keep reading to learn about what I'm shopping to make my home my sanctuary.

Concerned You Have COVID-19? Here's What to Know Before Calling Your Doctor For a Test
With the COVID-19 pandemic putting everyone on high alert - particularly those with typical cold-and-flu symptoms like cough and fever - you may have a lot of questions about when to get tested, if at all, and what you can expect from the process. We've put together an explainer based on the latest guidelines, but remember, the situation is evolving by the hour here in the US.
Who's Eligible to Be Tested For COVID-19?
"Despite reports around expanded access to testing, it's important to know that testing capacity is still reserved for those considered at high risk or severely ill," Will Kimbrough, MD, national virtual medical director at One Medical, told POPSUGAR. The guidelines from the Centers For Disease Control and Prevention are changing rapidly, and the agency notes that they may be adapted by local and state health departments, which are best equipped to determine the needs of their communities.
Generally speaking, patients who require hospitalization and healthcare workers with symptoms are considered highest priority for testing. Those groups are followed by people at greatest risk for complications and first responders, both of which should also have symptoms of COVID-19. Beyond that, testing depends on the availability of resources, and is done for the purpose of protecting essential workers and decreasing the spread in communities with higher rates of hospitalization.
"Recommendations will continue to change as we learn more about the virus," Dr. Kimbrough said. But if you happen to be in a high-risk group - because you're pregnant, immunosuppressed, elderly, or you have a preexisting respiratory condition - check in with your doctor as early as you can.
Where Can You Get Tested For COVID-19?
"As of the time of this writing, there are multiple private laboratories outside the CDC or individual state department of health labs that provide diagnostic screening for the coronavirus causing COVID-19," said Michael Hall, MD a board-certified physician based in Miami. But regardless of where your sample is processed, you'll need to speak with a doctor to be tested. "There is not currently any FDA-regulated testing that does not require a healthcare referral at this time," Dr. Kimbrough explained.
Take inventory of your symptoms, and fight the urge to show up to a doctor's office or clinic without calling ahead, as doing so could put others at risk. "If after reading up on the recommended testing guidance, you feel that you have an urgent need for COVID-19 testing, we recommend contacting a healthcare provider virtually [on an app, via FaceTime, or on the phone] to discuss symptoms and a care plan based on your needs," Dr. Kimbrough said. "If after your virtual screening your healthcare provider recommends that you receive a COVID-19 test, they will help guide you to the best local designated testing center in coordination with the CDC and local department of health." From there, it can take up to several days to get results.
For many, testing won't be recommended - and while that uncertainty can be anxiety-inducing, it's important to remember that most people with COVID-19 will be able to recover at home. "A care plan for someone diagnosed with COVID-19 doesn't look much different than it would for someone who is treating a cold or flu," Dr. Kimbrough said, though you'll need to take additional precautions to prevent spreading the virus within your home. (The CDC offers guidance for isolating yourself from family or roommates and for rejoining them once your symptoms have improved.)
How Much Does It Cost to Get Tested For COVID-19?
This is another rapidly developing storyline as the government tries to mitigate the cost in order to provide access to as many people as possible. A bill passed in March specified that government plans and most private health insurances should cover the cost of COVID-19 at no cost to patients - but as Time reported, there are loopholes that could allow you to be charged (for example, if you go to a provider that's out of network). If you're uninsured, you should still be able to access testing for free under the new law.
Remember that coverage may vary based on your plan as well. A medical source who chose to remain anonymous told POPSUGAR that "most payors are saying that they will cover coronavirus related visits without member cost share for the next 90 days."
POPSUGAR aims to give you the most accurate and up-to-date information about the coronavirus, but details and recommendations about this pandemic may have changed since publication. For the latest information on COVID-19, please check out resources from the WHO, CDC, and local public health departments.
These Are the 18 Sports Bras We're Actually Wearing Right Now
Ask any woman who works out about sports bras, and be prepared for a short monologue about her favorite brand or a horror story about the one that broke mid-sprint. People are passionate when it comes to sports bras because they're the most critical piece of our workout wardrobe. We just can't move without them. But, instead of holding on to the one you love for dear life, you should be refreshing your sports bra drawer with some degree of frequency, otherwise they stretch out and lose their shape and support. That's where we come in.
We've done a little digging and come up with our favorite sports bras that are available right now. Think high-support cult favorites and adorable strappy styles perfect for yoga. They're comfortable, supportive, and cute; what more could you ask for? Now all you have to do is shop!
Netflix Has Season 13 of The Bachelor, and You Need to Watch Just For the Outfits Alone
It's no secret that The Bachelor has a devoted following, and while filming for most of its shows has been postponed or canceled due to COVID-19, Netflix has a season in its back pocket worth watching. Jason Mesnick's famously controversial season from 2009 is streaming on the platform, and yes, you need to turn it on right now. It has all the drama we know and love, with a surprise ending that, in the words of Chris Harrison, makes it the most dramatic season yet.
We're hoping The Bachelor is testing the waters to air more episodes on the streaming platform, but TBH, we just don't know. ABC does currently have an active deal with Netflix to stream its scripted hits like Grey's Anatomy, so perhaps they're considering adding some reality programming to the deal, too - especially as a portion of ABC's scripted shows leave the platform to join Disney+. In any case, the old season has fans buzzing - keep reading for some of the best reactions from Twitter, and watch season 13 of The Bachelor on Netflix here!
