This Dad Makes Luxury Playhouses Straight Out of Every Kid's Wildest Dreams

Tyson Leavitt is a Canadian dad and mastermind behind Charmed Playhouses, but be warned: with just one look at these elaborate creations, you'll immediately wish you were a kid again!

In only a year's time, Leavitt's business has expanded from a local company of three employees to a respected brand with not only clients across the United States (including NBA star Steph Curry) but also an upcoming TLC show. When Leavitt transitioned from a professional landscaper to a full-time playhouse craftsman, he wasn't sure if the company would take off but knew that there were so many yards without a fun space for kids to enjoy.

Taking inspiration from his children (who also happen to be his most trusted playhouse testers), Leavitt creates custom sketches for each client based on the specific kid's interests. The final, extravagant products are based solely on these drawings - not blueprints - so the end results are always one of a kind for the family. The final cost of each playhouse depends on what the clients dream up but can range in price from $7,000-$100,000.

Whether your little one is entranced by the Rapunzel design complete with a long blond braid rope or you prefer a more modern aesthetic, there are impressive options to get every little (and big!) kid excited for some make-believe fun!
