Brandi Milloy Gets Hog-Wild on Eat This Now

Four chefs, one pig. Our very own Brandi Milloy goes behind the kitchen with some top culinary talent in Cooking Channel special Eat This Now. Brandi takes a culinary adventure across Los Angeles as she meets up with chefs doing cool and innovative things with pork! Chef Jet Tila of Stir Market shares his secret tips for whipping up a succulent porchetta, Chef Nguyen Tran serves up a delectable pork belly sandwich at Button Mash, and Chef Steven Fretz (who wows at The Church Key) turns pig ears into a delicious midnight snack! Finally, Chef David LeFevre from M.B. Post shows Brandi how he makes pork and shrimp dumplings from scratch! There's more can't-miss kitchen action (including an Elvis-inspired bacon treat!) as Brandi gets real and proves we have to eat this now.
