This Artist Uses Plants and Flowers to Create Unique Tattoos

Deciding on what to get as your next tattoo? You might want to fly to Ukraine to try the latest trend, where an artist uses real-life plants and flowers to create unique tattoos.

Based in Kiev, tattoo artist Rita "Rit Kit" Zolotukhina uses plants and flowers with tattoo stencil ink to create a design that is completely your own. "It's my favorite way to make tattoos, and I think the most natural," Zolotukhina said to Illusion Magazine. "They're like botanical fingerprints on the bodies of other brave nature loves." After the dipped plant or flower is placed on your skin, Zolotukhina sketches in the rest of the tattoo.

Check out some of Zolotukhina's amazing work ahead, and be sure to follow her on Instagram. If this doesn't suit your needs, you can always try the 3D tattoo trend instead.
