The Best Places to Watch Star Wars: The Last Jedi For Freebies, Food, and More

OK, if you haven't seen Star Wars: The Last Jedi yet: 1. What are you doing with your life? and 2. Get your butt to the theater to see Kylo Ren's hot bod and find out who Rey's parents are! (One of those is probably more important than the other, but I digress.) Before you buy those tickets, though, if you're wondering where to watch it, we saw it a few times to figure out which theaters best enhance the experience.

The Theater to Address All Your Foodie Needs

Alamo Drafthouse theaters are famous for their playful, local feel and themed showings (like the clown-themed showing for It and the women-only Wonder Woman screening), but the word "drafthouse" is in the name for a reason: they serve booze directly to your seat. What's more, the food options go above and beyond to take "dinner and movie" to the next level - they even have a Star Wars-themed menu right now!

The Easy-to-Find Theater With the Best Sound

If you want to enjoy the full potential of The Last Jedi's vivid color and beautiful score, Dolby Cinema at AMC theaters is a great option. In addition to the impressive surround-sound feel, many of these theaters let you choose your seat ahead of time (so you can show up right on time instead of 20 minutes early), and you can lay back in your seat and prop your feet up for the full two and a half hours of runtime. (Plus, you can get exclusive Star Wars merch at certain showings!)

The Theater With the Most Buzzworthy Snack Right Now

If you want a regular movie experience with IMAX possibilities, Regal Cinemas is just fine, but it does have one stand-out draw over the others: Cheetos popcorn. Need I say more?
