Throw Away All Your Coats, Because Amal Clooney's Trench Makes Them Look So Plain Vanilla
Oh, no big deal, it's just Amal Clooney in the coolest damn trench coat we've seen since . . . I don't know, she debuted this ombré Burberry version in 2015. Yep, it appears the human rights lawyer, activist, wife to George Clooney, and mom to twins finds the time to collect the most insanely cool outerwear, despite her busy schedule. This particular leather and twill mashup is by Alexander Wang and retails for $3,800.
At first glance, it appears as though Amal layered a suede bolero over a knee-length jacket (which would've been totally cool, too). But she clearly recognized the versatility of such a statement piece, working it over a sweater dress with neutral pumps, a tote bag, and oversize sunglasses.
