Many eggy breakfast staples - fried eggs, omelets, and scrambles - need to be prepared fresh, but not these clever recipes that can be made ahead and either eaten at room temperature or microwaved. Perfect for the busiest of mornings - cook them over the weekend or whenever you have some free time - they're an excellent way to start the day.
