I Tried Trader Joe's Jicama Wraps, and After My First Bite, I'm a Huge Fan!
Call it fate, but when I was shopping at Trader Joe's (picking up stuff for taco night) and I saw these Jicama Wraps in the fridge section, I knew I had to buy them! In case you don't know what jicama is, on the back of the package it says, "This tuber resembles a crunchy cross between a water chestnut and an apple." This root veggie has a mild and neutral flavor and is low in carbs and calories, so it's a perfect healthy alternative to a flour or corn tortilla.
