Congratulations are in order for Idris Elba and Sabrina Dhowre - the couple have welcomed their first child together! While promoting his new film, Concrete Cowboy, at the Toronto International Film Festival on Sunday, the 48-year-old actor confirmed to ET Canada that he and the Somali model are now parents to a baby boy.

"It really resonates with me, I'm a father of two boys, and definitely I can't wait for my youngest to see this film," Idris said as he discussed the importance of the film, though he didn't reveal the little one's name. Idris is also a father to 18-year-old daughter Isan and 6-year-old son Winston, whom he has from previous relationships.

Idris and Sabrina first began dating around March 2017 before he popped the question at a London screening of his film Yardie in February 2018. They eventually made things official with a gorgeous wedding in Morocco a year later, and now they've expanded their family!

Kim Kardashian Enjoys a Relaxing Beach Day Amid KUWTK Cancelation

Kim Kardashian is soaking up the last few days of summer. On Tuesday, the 39-year-old mogul enjoyed some R & R when she hit the beach in Malibu, CA. Clad in a wet crop top and beige bikini bottoms, Kim put on a sultry display as she walked on the sand. That same day, Kim announced on Instagram that Keeping Up With the Kardashians is ending after 20 seasons.

"After what will be 14 years, 20 seasons, hundreds of episodes and numerous spin-off shows, we are beyond grateful to all of you who've watched us for all of these years - through the good times, the bad times, the happiness, the tears, and the many relationships and children," she said in her statement. "We'll forever cherish the wonderful memories and countless people we've met along the way."

While Kim didn't reveal the actual reason for the cancellation, she did state that the family made the difficult decision together. Kris Jenner also recently told Ryan Seacrest in an interview that it was just "the right time" for KUWTK to end. Luckily, we still have two more seasons left of the beloved reality TV series, so let's enjoy it while we still can.

There's a Special Corner of TikTok Where Tom Felton Sings Hamilton and Reenacts Harry Potter

In an app full of dance routines and mind blowing challenges, Tom Felton has carved out a TikTok niche like no other. The Harry Potter actor started sharing videos in July 2020, and he dove straight into the content fans love to see: singing, magic, and plenty of Hamilton. Tom might've played the infamous Draco Malfoy with his intense Slytherin attitude, but on TikTok, he's closer to a Hufflepuff with his pure friendly energy. Just watch his very first clip, where he tries to cast a spell to get rid of some rain - am I wrong?

Outside of his Charms work, Tom also reenacts some of Draco's funniest moments and sings plenty of Hamilton . . . or Hamil-tom, as he calls it. You can also enjoy his rendition of "Hermione to Hawaii" which, I kid you not, is a song about Draco and Hermione Granger. There are plenty of other gems on Tom's account, and I'm sure, more to come. Please enjoy a few of the best ones he's posted so far.

I've Done YouTube Workouts For 5 Years, and These Are the 13 That Always Leave Me Dripping

YouTube workouts and I, we go way back. Back before I fell in love with the gym, I looked to YouTube for workouts I could do in my garage or even my dorm room in college: mostly bodyweight routines that left me feeling sweaty, satisfied, and filled with endorphins. I come back to some of those videos from time to time (more often now that my gym is closed during the pandemic) and am amazed at how challenging they still are. Just goes to show that you can work out for years and still not be able to do a minute of burpees without collapsing.

In my years of YouTube-ing my fitness routine, I compiled a playlist of my ultimate favorites, from full-body cardio to HIIT to ab burners. These are the routines that get me drenched time and time again but are so energizing and motivating that I keep coming back for more. Check out my all-time favorites ahead and try them for yourself; maybe they'll make your top ten list, too!

Running a Virtual Marathon Isn't All About Mileage: Pay Attention to Your Outer Knees

While most major marathons are canceled due to the ongoing health crisis, many runners are still pushing their personal distance and intensity records in preparation for virtual races - yes, virtual marathons, included.

And with marathon season comes iliotibial (IT) band syndrome season. It's true: from August to October, Dr. James Gladstone, MD, the chief of the Sports Medicine Service at Mount Sinai Health System, always sees a spike in running patients experiencing outer-knee pain.

Dr. Gladstone explained that roads have a pitch that allows for water drainage, and running in the same direction on these roads all the time can strain your IT band (a thick tendon that runs from the outer side of your pelvis and attaches to the knee). When your IT band is tight, it can rub against the outer thigh bone and create friction, pain, and inflammation on the outer knee, Dr. Gladstone said.

"The most common symptom is pain on the outer side of the knee that typically develops as you begin to run. Sometimes, one can run through it, but when it gets bad, it stops you from running often after only a quarter of a mile or so."

According to Dr. Gladstone, that pain can range from a low-grade achiness and soreness to stabbing, burning, or piercing discomfort.

He added that bad workout habits like ignoring the pain, not stretching or foam rolling, or not backing off your running distance or intensity can cause IT band syndrome to remain or worsen.

Warming up and cooling down before and after running can certainly help loosen up the muscle and tendon, and possibly prevent the onset of IT band syndrome. When doing so, make sure to focus on the flexibility in your hips, glutes, hamstrings, and calves, Dr. Gladstone said.

"When [IT band syndrome] gets really bad, you have no choice but to stop running. Foam rolling can be very helpful and targeted physical therapy can be equally helpful."

In some severe cases, surgery is necessary for recovery as well, so it's very important that you see a doctor if you're experiencing pain.

Many who are training at a marathon level consider running a passion. So, for the sake of longevity, switch up your route, love your foam roller, take breaks, and never hesitate to seek a doctor's advice when needed.

Between its big heart and epic fashion, Schitt's Creek is beloved for practically a zillion reasons, but perhaps the show's biggest draw is its cast of lovable characters. While you likely don't have all of their quirks (and they have many, many of those), these characters definitely have lovely attributes that make them unforgettable. Sloane Stephens, Naomi Osaka, and Frances Tiafoe Support BLM During the 2020 US Open

The 2020 US Open commenced on Aug. 31 - minus the crowd. Though the atmosphere at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center grounds was quieter than usual, some players spoke up more loudly than ever in the face of racial injustice and in support of the Black Lives Matter movement.

Naomi Osaka, who won the US Open women's singles title, brought seven different masks featuring the names of Black lives lost at the hands of police brutality and other acts of violence. "It's quite sad that seven masks isn't enough for the amount of names," the 22-year-old who represents Japan said in a post-match interview after the first round, "so hopefully I'll get to the finals and you can see all of them." She wore names of people such as Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery, George Floyd, and Trayvon Martin.

American Sloane Stephens, who won the US Open in 2017 and lost against Serena Williams in the third round this year, came to her matches wearing masks with the phrases "Black Lives Matter" and "No Justice No Peace." Stephens posted a message on Instagram in response to pro athletes postponing their games at the end of August following the police shooting of 29-year-old Jacob Blake. The message, released a few days before the start of the US Open, read in part, "Unarmed Black people continue to be murdered and unjustly treated, and it is infuriating and devastating."

Stephens continued, "As athletes, we have unique platforms, and I believe it is our responsibility to use them wisely." She wrote, "People can't choose to support part of us, the part that entertains them on court or on the field, and ignore the part of us that makes us who we are while our brothers and sisters are persecuted."

Frances Tiafoe, also representing the US and who is ranked 82 in the world, used his platform to bring awareness to the Black Lives Matter movement as well before being eliminated on Sept. 7. He wore a "Black Lives Matter" sweatshirt and mask, and he wrote that phrase along with "Say Her Name," in reference to Breonna Taylor and other Black women subjected to violence, on his sneakers. "It's bigger than me y'all," he said on Instagram. "Doing it for my people, my communities."

Ahead, you'll see these players demonstrating and making their voices heard amid the hushed courts of the 2020 US Open.

57 Unfiltered Thoughts on Netflix's Campy Horror Sequel, The Babysitter: Killer Queen

I love a good campy horror film, particularly when it revolves around an unsupervised party at a lake, like Netflix's The Babysitter: Killer Queen. The film - which is a sequel to 2017's The Babysitter - sees the return of stars Judah Lewis and Emily Alyn Lind as best friends Cole and Melanie. While Melanie is popular and deals with the traumatic events of the first film by forgetting they ever happened, Cole is a social outcast who feels as if he's going insane because nobody believes him. When he learns that his parents plan on sending him to a psychiatric high school, he ditches school with Melanie for a party at a lake in the hopes of her reciprocating his crush. Thanks to a game of two minutes in heaven - because two minutes is more realistic than seven - he finally gets to have his romantic moment with Melanie.

Of course, this is when everything goes to sh*t, as the blood cult is back to finish their ritual before the sun rises. If they don't complete the ritual, they have to go back to hell and wait another two years to finish. The sequel takes everything that made the first movie ridiculously fun and turns it up to 100. I'd go so far as to say it supersedes the original, at least when it comes to blood, gore, and perfectly timed movie references. If you're a fan of horror comedies like Happy Death Day and Zombieland, this film is definitely right up your alley. Keep reading for all the unfiltered thoughts I had while watching The Babysitter: Killer Queen, which is now streaming on Netflix.

Barbie Ferreira Discusses Unpregnant and Hopes For Euphoria Season 2: "I'm Ready For Any Curveball"

While Barbie Ferreira's Euphoria character, Kat Hernandez, walks the halls like she owns them, her Unpregnant character, Bailey, is the total opposite as a social outcast that sits alone at lunch. Unpregnant - which premiered on HBO Max on Sept. 10 - follows Veronica (Haley Lu Richardson), who enlists her ex-best friend Bailey to take her on a road trip that changes their lives forever. The film tackles the important topic of abortion and how misinformation is easily spread - albeit, people aren't usually kidnapped by Breckin Meyer in the process. In a recent interview with POPSUGAR, Ferreira discussed her favorite scene to film, what she hopes people take away from the movie, and what she wishes for Kat in season two of Euphoria.

Related: Unpregnant Is a Buddy Road Comedy With an Unlikely Objective: Abortion

POPSUGAR: What was your favorite scene to film?

Barbie Ferreira: The car chases are probably my favorite because I love being loud - it was a lot of me and Haley just screaming in a car with a green screen.

PS: I loved how the movie touched on social media and how it's a big part of people's lives. Even though she was going on this really big journey, Veronica still felt the need to post. How do you use your platform on social media to speak about issues that are important to you?

BF: It's been a journey. When I was a model, I talked about a lot of different things that just really spoke to me. While I've kept up that energy now, I'm really trying to think of what to do outside of social media because it can be sort of performative. I still am vocal on political issues, but now it's also like how do I actually make a difference?

PS: Unpregnant is very similar to Euphoria in the way that it's raw and covers real issues. You're able to cover a topic like abortion in a manner that makes it seem less scary than what most people make it out to be. What do you hope people take away from this movie?

BF: First and foremost, I hope people get accurate information because there can be a lot of misinformation out there about reproductive health and reproductive access. [And second,] a great friendship story full of really funny, lighthearted, and heart-tugging moments - all of the stuff that comes from a feel-good movie.

PS: I definitely felt that it accomplished that, particularly with the car chase between the RV and the suburban, when Haley yells out the window, "That's not true." She starts spouting off facts, and I was like, "Wow, we're learning things as we watch them get away from these lunatic kidnappers." What did you think about Haley's line to Breckin Meyer's character?

BF: Don't kidnap people. That's not good or legal. Haley's line is important because a lot of people in her character's position would feel guilt, shamed, or believe the misinformation. But, of course, Veronica has a really good head on her shoulders and is very autonomous and knows what she wants. She also knows exactly what's going on and her line debunks these very common myths that are circulated to this day, and I love that.

Related: We Missed the Euphoria Cast So Much, We've Watched Their Blooper Reel Way Too Many Times

"Essentially, incorporating the humor with the darkness that comes with being a 17-year-old was my favorite part."

PS: What's your favorite part about playing Bailey?

BF: She's this really complicated character that deflects with a lot of humor, but is still very deeply emotional. She's also one of those ride-or-dies - she'll do anything without rhyme or reason. However, you understand throughout the movie why she does what she does, why she acts in a certain way, and all these little unique details that make everything make sense. Essentially, incorporating the humor with the darkness that comes with being a 17-year-old was my favorite part.

PS: What was your favorite part about her friendship with her ride-or-die, Haley Lu Richardson's character Veronica?

BF: I just love that they bonded over Star Trek. They were very carefree about judgment and weren't caught up in what people think little girls should like and they explored all of these different avenues together. It's sad that it kind of came to a halt because Veronica, of course, chose a different path growing up and Bailey was stuck on this other path.

"I want to play something completely outside of my comfort zone."

PS: You've accomplished so much already, but what kind of project or role do you hope to take on next?

BF: I want to play something completely outside of my comfort zone, which I think Unpregnant was a little. It was at least very different from Euphoria. I don't know, maybe I'll get a vampire slayer, wolf, ghost, possessed girl, or something. I'm up for anything.

PS: Much like Bailey, there's a lot more to your Euphoria character than meets the eye - can you give fans a hint as to what to expect from Kat's arc or what you hope for her in season two?

BF: What I love about Euphoria is that it throws curveballs, so I'm ready for any curveball that Sam Levinson is going to throw at me. I have no idea what's going to happen, but I do hope that Kat evolves within the journey and gets to make different decisions. Teens are going to mess up and have to learn from their experiences, so I hope that she continues being her flawed yet bad*ss self, navigating the world and understanding what she likes and what she doesn't.

PS: Who from the Euphoria cast would you want to go on a road trip with?

BF: I would probably go with Alexa Demie because I love her and think we are really funny together.

PS: Is there an ideal road trip you'd like to go on?

BF: Maybe Colorado, or somewhere really naturey with a lake or a river because I like to swim.

PS: What's a song you have to have on your road trip playlist?

BF: I've been listening to a lot of Nicki Minaj, as everyone around me knows, because I only play Nicki Minaj. But you know what, I'm actually going to switch it up for this one. I'm going to say "Hit Different" by SZA featuring Ty Dolla $ign.
