Go Ahead, Drink Up: 9 Warm-Weather Cocktails Under 200 Calories
A well-spent weekend should (almost) always include a cocktail. But for those concerned with calories, a good happy hour doesn't have to ruin your diet. Here are some of our favorite Summer cocktails, all of which clock in under 200 calories - and we're not talking vodka sodas, either. These drinks celebrate seasonal fruits, tropical destinations, and warm-weather nights.
Why Meditation Is Much More Than Some Hippie Bullsh*t
I was first exposed to meditation's power when I was 21 years old. I showed up to an introductory workshop flustered from my NYC internship and furious that my online payment hadn't been processed correctly - one hour later, I would feel like I had just returned from a two-week vacation. Once the class was settled and seated, my teacher Gabrielle Bernstein turned down the lights, turned up the '90s anthem "Bittersweet Symphony" by The Verve, and told us to start breathing deeply. Whatever I had found in Savasana during yoga class paled in comparison to the full-body buzz I experienced during this rock-and-roll meditation.
Flash forward to one year later: I'm sitting in an ashram's small temple in San Francisco's Mission district. It's 7 a.m., and I want to be in bed. Like many yoga students who take part in an intensive, silent meditation was a fundamental aspect of my teacher training, but I found this morning meditation practice stressful and oppressive. I could not sink into the experience, and my mind was racing a hundred miles a minute. I upset with my teacher for making me do it, mad at my peers who looked like they were getting something out of it, and worst of all, I was livid with myself for not doing it "right."
I'd like to say that toward the end of my teacher training I saw the light and have sat in silence for 30 minutes every morning ever since, but I would be lying (and that's not good karma). I tried to will myself into this specific meditation practice for a few days after my intensive ended, but eventually I gave myself a break. I stopped being concerned about what real, serious meditation looked like for real, serious yogis, and I returned to my much-loved soothing soundtracks and shorter guided meditations. And I'm so glad I did, since even five to 10 minutes a day can offer healthy benefits.
These days, whether my practice is five minutes or 30 minutes, any time I spend actively meditating still helps. It's not always easy, and my brain is not not always cooperative, but I've finally learned that that's OK. Regardless of the "quality" of my experience, when I make time to meditate, I am calmer, kinder, and clearer all day long. My hypervigilant mind is not as reactive when a conflict arises, and things don't crawl under my skin as easily. It transforms my day when I do it, and I feel different when I don't. This may sound like some hippie bullsh*t to you - but I've got science on my side.
Studies have shown a correlation between meditation and reduction of gray matter in the amygdala, the region connected to anxiety and emotional regulation. Meditation has been shown to lengthen your attention span and improve stress levels in a high-pressure work environment. And when people are less stressed, they sleep better; meditation has also been shown to decrease insomnia by 42 percent. It may not erase your financial struggles, health issues, or childhood traumas, but meditation literally changes your brain chemistry, making you more resilient when difficult situations arise.
I am no longer in my early 20s, I am not living in an ashram, and I have responsibilities and stressors that are more intense than anything my 22-year-old mind could have fathomed. But in spite of everything that has so drastically changed, meditation remains, and more importantly, it works.
Gym to Office in 10 Minutes Flat: 6 Tips For Freshening up on the Go
Squeezing in a morning or lunchtime workout before heading into the office? Heck yeah, you are! But even if you're fitting a quick workout into your schedule, a problem may still arise: you don't have time to shower before your next meeting. And while a shower is always the preferable option when you've got the extra time, we've got some ninja-level freshening-up skills that'll get you through the rest of your day without feeling or looking like a hot mess.
- Keep your gym bag stocked. Your gym bag is your source of renewal post-sweat sesh, and it's the home to your arsenal of office-ready supplies - aka, your treasure trove. Pack up your skin care, hair care, and hygiene products, and spare clothes of all kinds - and of course, a water bottle to keep you hydrated.
- Skip the underwear (during your workout). Say what? Yeah, seriously. If you're wearing leggings of some kind for your workout, go commando. It'll trap less sweat, and you can put on a clean pair (from your treasure-trove gym bag) afterward. One less thing to wash, too.
- Wipe up! What is an on-the-go shower without body and face wipes? After you towel off and before you put on clean clothes, quickly wipe up your face and body with a cleansing wipe (there are so many good ones - I like the Yes to Coconuts ($5) wipes from Target!), and to "freshen up the downtown" as they say, I'd highly recommend intimate wipes like Summer's Eve ($4) or Sweet Spot ($3). Use these and you'll feel almost as fresh as you would if you had showered. Honestly, you should always have a pack of wipes in your gym bag. They're so great.
- Dry. Sham. Poo. Seriously guys, this stuff is a lifesaver for sweaty, greasy hair. Blot or pat dry excess sweat with a towel at your gym or studio to accelerate the drying process, then spray that stuff allll over. Be sure to run your fingers through a little to make sure you don't have white patches. Try sweeping your hair into a sleek high ponytail or bun to keep your look polished and the sweat somewhat hidden.
- Cool your face. You shouldn't ever be embarrassed if your face gets red during a workout - it's totally natural, and has little to do with your physical ability (take my word for it - I get SO red, and it lasts for hours). But if you're trying to get it together before your next meeting, my paramedic dad taught me a little trick after my last half marathon: put some ice or a cold water bottle on the side of your neck (near the carotid artery) to cool the blood going to your face. I couldn't believe how quickly the color of my face changed when I tried this. Try it out before you head back to your desk!
- Try a soap-scented deodorant. You've wiped up with cleansing clothes, you've got clean clothes on, your hair is refreshed with dry shampoo, and your face is cooled - don't forget to keep the sweaty smells from coming back with some lightly scented deodorant. I like Dove Dry Spray ($5) because it has a fresh fragrance that smells like a soapy shower. THE WORLD WILL NEVER KNOW YOUR SECRET.
Coconut and Matcha Pair Up In Starbucks's Latest Drink
Earthy, potent, and very, VERY green: just a few of the descriptors we came across in our taste test of the Starbucks juice brand's - Evolution Fresh - Coconut Matcha drink.
Since matcha is trendy for its health benefits (think: antioxidant-rich, energy-boosting, weight-loss aid), we were dying to check out this drink we could grab on the go. The result: seasoned matcha and green juice drinkers will enjoy it, but it's probably not an ideal "matcha for beginners" drink. If you're just getting into matcha, try the citrus green tea latte or an iced matcha latte with coconut milk (if you like the taste of coconut and are new to matcha, this is a win-win).
Back to the juice: despite the name, this blend is NOT just coconut and matcha. In fact, it's got a decently long list of healthy ingredients. It might more accurately be named "Tropical Matcha Green Juice." This blend brings together coconut water, pineapple, celery, cucumber, mango puree, spinach, romaine, lettuce, kale, matcha tea powder, and parsley juice. All ingredients are organic, and at 140 calories, this drink brings in 28 percent of your potassium, 30 percent of your vitamin A, and a bit of calcium and iron.
Given the amount of powerful greens, the flavor is not a delicate one, especially if you're not accustomed to green juices in general. However, those with more juicing experience gave more positive feedback, saying "Has a strong matcha flavor, but still refreshing," and "I wouldn't drink it every day, but still good."
One reviewer noted that this blend "would be a great mix addition to a smoothie," and we agree! But if you're looking for a grab-n-go juice, I'd recommend the pineapple coconut water or the organic grapefruit juice, which is the closest to fresh-pressed in a bottle I've tasted.
Bolthouse Farms Issued a Recall on 3.8 Million of Its Protein Shakes
If your Bolthouse Farms protein shake appears "lumpy" or smells strange, you're not alone. The protein shake manufacturer posted to its Facebook that it is recalling a selection of drinks "due to possible spoilage." The potentially spoiled beverages are: Protein Plus Chocolate, Vanilla Bean, Blended Coffee, Strawberry, Coconut, and Banana Honey Almond Butter with best-by dates between June 20, 2016, and Sept. 9, 2016. Two other drinks are also being recalled: Mocha Cappuccino Perfectly Protein 15.2 ounces with a best-by date of Sept. 9, 2016, and the 32-ounce size with a best-by date of Aug. 2, 2016. While you probably would notice if your beverage was rotten, Bolthouse Farms urges customers not to drink these shakes even if they appear normal.
For a detailed chart of the products that are being recalled, refer to the company's webiste. Customers with spoiled or recalled drinks will be issued a full refund if they are returned. Bolthouse Farms joins a long list of retailers that have recalled products due to contamination concerns recently.
Target and Walmart Are the Latest Stores to Recall Frozen Vegetables
It seems that an unusually high number of foods have been recalled in the last month. Costco issued a warning about some of its frozen fruits and vegetables, then Nature Made also announced it was recalling some of its vitamins. Now, Target and Walmart have joined the growing list of frozen vegetable recalls across the country.
Concerned they might be contaminated with listeria, Target is recalling some of its Market Pantry products and Walmart is recalling some of its Great Value vegetables. Specifically the recall affects green peas mixed vegetables purchased between September, 2015, and June 2, 2016. A complete list of the recalled products, including their packaging code for reference, can be found on the FDA's website. Thankfully, no one has gotten sick from the vegetables; the recall is merely a precaution. If you have purchased any of the recalled products, you can return them for a full refund.

Why Making Time to Take Care of Your Skin Is Worth a Spot on Your To-Do List
Actress Génesis Rodriguez shares her beauty, fashion, and life hacks as POPSUGAR Latina's contributing editor.
Through the years, I've learned a lot about myself and have come up with a list of tricks that keep my skin healthy and glowing when I'm dealing with a busy schedule that requires spending days and days wearing makeup. My philosophy is really simple: Treat Yo Self.
It's so important to take the time to treat your skin. We always talk about that red carpet glow - how do actresses do it? It's really about loving the skin we are in, but . . . are we loving it like we're supposed to? Taking a few minutes to pamper your skin might seem like the last thing you want to add to your already busy to-do list, and it really does take time, but your skin deserves it!
People think actresses and models just magically look the way they do, but I'll let you in on the secret - it takes a lot of work for me. It's a routine, but I feel like if you start loving yourself on the physical level, it changes your attitude from within as well. It's time to put yourself first! Here's how I keep it simple.
7 Things That Make Jordana Brewster Feel Confident as Heck
Brazilian-American actress Jordana Brewster spends days on end appearing on interviews, walking red carpets, being on point at film shoots, and then heading home to her husband and two kids - and she does it all even when she's not feeling her best. The star of the Fast and the Furious franchise has a few secrets up her sleeve to stay confident and happy no matter what comes her way.
We caught up with Jordana on the phone as she partnered with Pond's for its #AntiAgeLimits initiative, which promotes women living on their own terms and ignoring age limits in order to meet their goals and dreams. The actress had much to say about breaking stereotypes and trusting yourself but also shared with us the little, easy tricks that help her feel empowered on the red carpet. Scroll ahead for her tips, then get some inspiration from her best Instagram workout moments.

Press play above to do the same, or, better yet, find a class near you. Then, see a behind-the-scenes look at the upcoming "La Bicicleta" music video.

Becky G is happily in love and she wants the world to know it! The singer and actress, who is starring in the new Power Rangers movie coming out in 2017, is dating an athlete who makes her heart skip a beat. The lucky man is Sebastian Lletget, a 23-year-old attacking midfielder with the LA Galaxy, who (if we're being totally honest) is not hard on the eyes - not one single bit!
The superadorable and beyond-attractive couple has been dating for a few months now with Becky confirming their relationship during the interview portion of her iHeartRadio Move With the Music Concert in Los Angeles back in April. But it's not until recently that the Mexican-American singer and Argentine-American soccer player have made their love public on Instagram, sharing kissing photos and sweet messages for each other on the regular. Scroll ahead to see just seven times the young couple was too cute for words.

You'll Hardly Recognize Kendall Jenner in the New Marc Jacobs Campaign
We always knew Kendall Jenner had a dark side. The model channeled her best grunge vibes for Marc Jacobs's Fall 2016 campaign, and we're totally feeling it. Much like his runway, the ad completely immerses viewers into a dark, gothic world, where Kendall is a goth goddess. She truly looks unrecognizable with vampy makeup and an oversize wig. Add in the knee-high combat boots (Lady Gaga would definitely approve of those), and Kendall looks like a rebel warrior ready for battle.
The 20-year-old beauty is a favorite of Marc Jacobs. Her first runway show was for the designer's Fall 2014 collection and she also walked in his Fall 2016 show. Marc Jacobs gave a special shout-out to the model on Instagram, writing, "Kendall slid those boots on and walked around the studio as if she was in a pair of running shoes: statuesque, confident." He added that her ability to "effortlessly transform into a look and character" was so inspiring, and judging from the ad, Kendall nailed her edgy persona perfectly. Read the designer's full comments and see the photo for yourself here.
Victoria Beckham Just Colorblocked Her Way Back Into the '60s
Of course Victoria Beckham wears color. Even though most of the time she's showing off roomy black jumpsuits, the designer's collections are always splashed with bright hues, and Victoria works her own pieces quite often. But to pair a cherry-red sweater with powder-blue trousers, that was a bright move that felt just right for Summer.
Though Victoria sported her go-to staples when she stepped out in NYC - flat top tortoise visors and a pair of polished heels - her outfit combination felt '60s-inspired. In fact, with Victoria's freshly cropped hairstyle and her tapered pants, we almost mistook her for Mad Men's Megan Draper. Read on for another look, then shop the two separates that'll have you colorblocking like Victoria in a snap.

Princess Maria-Olympia's Dress Proves She's the Royal With the Sexiest Style
When this '70s-inspired Michael Kors minidress made its debut on the Fall 2016 runway, we couldn't wait to see which star would wear it first. Would it be Kate Hudson, who's constantly slipping into daring styles, or perhaps Blake Lively, who sat front row? Instead, Maria-Olympia, a 19-year-old Greek princess with an eye for style, rocked it at a private dinner for the fashion house in London. Obviously she took a liking to the design's cutout detail and metal rings, as she showed off her mini from all angles on Instagram.
Maria-Olympia styled her number with a sparkly envelope clutch, dainty necklace, Cartier Love bracelets, and neutral caged heels. She was glowing as she posed with fellow partygoers and proved to the world that the royals show their sexy side more often than you think. Read on to check out the princess's look, then shop for dazzling pieces to re-create it for yourself.
Gwyneth Paltrow's About to Make You Miss Your Old Tube Dress
Remember when you wore a strapless tube dress with chunky platform flip-flops all Summer long? Gwyneth Paltrow just subtly channeled the look at Cannes Lions, where she joined BBC journalist Stephen Sackur to discuss her lifestyle site, Goop. Gwyneth hit the stage in a bright-pink design that felt summery and light, accessorizing with just neutral heels and a chunky set of bangles.
The actress and businesswoman was glowing - so much so that we were instantly inspired to re-create her look. After all, it's a one-and-done sort of outfit that's perfectly comfortable, whether for an outdoor soireé or a formal event where you just might steal the spotlight. We Can't Stop Watching Michelle Obama's Snaps - and Her Power Style Is to Blame
When Michelle Obama joined Snapchat, we freaked out a bit. Finally we'd be able to see her spectacular style on a regular basis, from her gowns to her trendy jackets - and the moment she matched Rory from Gilmore Girls in a floral dress. The first lady teased a project she was working on with Alexis Bledel (a guest appearance on the reboot, perhaps?), and aside from making us hungry for the Pop-Tarts she was holding, we couldn't help but swoon over her Summer dress, which also included black accents. It was easy, breezy, and also paired pretty well with with Alexis's skirt, which the actress paired with a pink flutter-sleeved top.
This isn't even the first time Michelle's snap has inspired our shopping. Just the other day, we fell in love with a red printed sundress she wore alongside James Corden. If that's not enough convincing to follow this power woman, keep on scrolling for more photos of her look. Then, add her, STAT: her username's MichelleObama.
No Red Carpet Is Stylish Enough Until Rose Byrne and Bobby Cannavale Arrive
While you were gazing at Beyoncé and Jay Z or Kim Kardashian and Kanye West at the Met Gala, Bobby Cannavale and Rose Byrne were over here - shutting. it. down. The celebrity couple takes fashion to another level, opting for standout pieces but keeping sophistication in mind.
Bobby, who got buzz for his one season role in Vinyl (for which he slipped into '70s statement suits), has joined Rose, who's promoting Neighbors 2 on plenty of red carpets in not-your-average tuxedos. And when his beau's crop top or sequined dress is begging for the spotlight, Bobby gets it right, choosing just the right separates to complement her. Read on to see their winning fashion moment at this year's Tony Awards, then find even more coordinated looks that are stop-you-in-your-tracks sexy.
Elle Fanning Doesn't Just Enjoy Disney-Princess Style - She Channels Villains, Too
Elle Fanning may be promoting her new movie The Neon Demon, but that isn't stopping her from channeling characters she's played in the past, especially on the red carpet. Stepping out for the film's New York premiere, the star opted to wear a pink ruffled Gucci gown, which seemed to scream "Sleeping Beauty" - aka the character Elle played in Maleficent.
But what might be the most unexpected fashion twist of them all? Elle also appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon the very same day, wearing a piece that made her look like a chic Disney villain. The embellished and sheer black Alexander McQueen dress was the opposite of princess, and we love that the actress channeled both sides - good and evil - in a matter of hours.
Scroll through to see both of Elle's stunning dresses. Then, take a peek at all the times Kate Middleton went Disney with her style, too.

To the Girl Who Introduced My Son to Drugs
A heartbreaking letter from one mom to one woman, hoping to change her life for good, from our friends at YourTango.
I pray you never know the fear of going to bed not knowing if your son will wake up in the morning.
To the girl who introduced my son to the dark, damaging world of drugs . . .
I often think of you and hope that you are not still destroying other lives.
You have no idea how your actions impacted ours.
Yes, it was a choice my son made, but nonetheless you were the one who pushed him into the brink of no return.
You saw him lose his innocence. You saw that first high in his eyes. You cultivated and pressured him.
I pray only good things for you. I pray that God finds you and heals you of your wounds that I have no doubt led you to that life.
I pray you never have sleepless nights and restless days.
I pray you never know the fear that keeps you awake not knowing if your son will wake up in the morning.
May you never know what it feels like to be paralyzed with fear every time the doorbell rings in the middle of the night - thinking, crying, hoping it's not someone there to give you the news your son has overdosed.
May you never know the longing to see your son, to pray without ceasing that a change is indeed in his future, that he is free, clean, accepted, loved, cherished, cleansed, whole, complete.
May you never have to tell your heart and doubt in your mind "I will not bury my son, I will not bury my son."
I do not blame you. I pray for you.
The high is temporary, but the effects leave a wound that only time can heal . . . a scar that is forever engraved . . . a haunting that is overcast by hope that those days are over . . .

Turn Up the Intensity With This Strength and Plyometric Leg Workout
The following post was originally featured on Peanut Butter Fingers and written by Julie Fagan, who is part of POPSUGAR Select Fitness.
Pairing strength exercises with bursts of plyometric exercises is one of my favorite ways to challenge myself during a workout. There's something about going back and forth from a difficult strength exercise to a high-intensity plyometric exercise that makes a workout feel more hardcore… Plus, this combination almost always leaves me feeling sore (in a good way!) the next day.
Leg workouts have never been my favorite but this particular combination seems to keep me entertained, challenged and more invested in my leg workouts. Plus, I'm always a sweaty mess whenever I incorporate plyo into my workouts which I oddly love, so that's an added bonus!
Today I'm sharing a strength and plyometric leg workout with you guys that I completed at Burn Boot Camp on Tuesday morning. I was sore for two days after this one!
When selecting weights for the strength portion of this workout (the exercises noted in black), I encourage you to choose weights that make it challenging to get more than 15 – 20 reps during a one-minute period while still maintaining proper form.
There are not any rest breaks factored into this workout, so please rest as needed but try to keep things moving as you progress quickly from strength to plyometric exercises.
During Burn Boot Camp, we went through three total rounds of this workout.

Channing Tatum on His Steamy Sex Life With Wife Jenna: "We Get Down"
If you were at all worried about the state of Channing Tatum and wife Jenna Dewan Tatum's sex life, don't be - because according to Channing, they "get down." In a live interview with Cosmopolitan magazine editor-in-chief Joanna Coles, Channing was a little bit shy when she started questioning him about his sex life. "I like it. Me and sex are friends," he joked, before adding that sex shouldn't be "a means" to something else. "It should be something that enriches your life," he said. "It shouldn't be the only reason you're in a relationship."
Given the fact both Channing and Jenna have performed hot 'n heavy renditions of "Pony" in front of an audience, it should come as no surprise that they generate plenty of heat in the bedroom. "We get down. Me and Jenna have a great sex life," he revealed. "We communicate very well." The happy couple, who tied the knot in 2009, are no strangers to flaunting their love for each other, and they definitely don't work out their problems in bed. "We don't hate f-k each other," Channing confirmed. "That's not what we do." Glad to hear it.
This Is Why Everyone on Outcast Looks So Damn Familiar
Outcast has a lot of things going for it: it's genuinely terrifying, it's the brainchild of The Walking Dead creator Robert Kirkman, and, above all, its cast never fails to deliver standout performances. If you've found yourself watching the actors in Cinemax's exorcism drama with a weird sense of déjà vu, though, you're not alone. From Patrick Fugit to Reg E. Cathey, the show's core cast has been in tons of other high-profile projects over the years. Save yourself the trouble of looking them up on IMDb every other second by checking out their most well-known roles below, and then see what other scary TV shows you should watch next.

A Tribute to Ramsay Bolton So Sweet, You'll Almost Forget What an Assh*le He Was
Out of all the characters who've kicked the bucket on Game of Thrones, the least deserving of a heartfelt tribute video is Ramsay Bolton - unless, of course, it's in honor of actor Iwan Rheon's flawless portrayal of the love-to-hate character. But that didn't stop someone from creating a video homage to Bolton, dubbing him a "caring husband" and "genuine friend." The romanticized portrayal of the departed Warden of the North is so cheesy-sweet that you'll almost forget how awful of a human being he was . . . almost. (Though we're guessing that Sansa and Theon would have no trouble recalling his negative traits!)
How Sansa Has Been Becoming Her Mother, Catelyn, on Game of Thrones
Sansa Stark is the Game of Thrones character who has finally come into her own this season. After year upon year of Sansa being victimized, she is finally the victor this week. After escaping Winterfell at the beginning of the season and rallying Jon Snow, much of the North, and then Littlefinger to take back her home, Sansa finally gets her revenge against Ramsay Bolton. Watching hungry hounds devour her sadistic husband would be satisfying enough, but there's a greater win here: Jon and Sansa are back at their rightful home in Winterfell. It feels right in so many ways, but there's another wrinkle you can't help but realize, if you've been watching this show from the beginning: Sansa is turning into her mother, Catelyn. It may be a thing that all women fear, but for Sansa, there are few female role models she'd be better off emulating. It's almost like Catelyn has been reborn (sorry, Lady Stoneheart fans), so let's go over all the ways Sansa Stark has actually been turning into Catelyn.
Her General Strength
Strength has never been Sansa's, well, strength - not until now. But it's a defining characteristic of Stark matriarch Catelyn when we meet her in season one. She's Ned's equal, and when Ned has to go off and fulfill his role as the Hand of the King, she secretly travels to King's Landing, then takes Tyrion prisoner, then leads her son's army as his adviser. She's not just someone's wife, content to stay behind and run the homestead. When we meet a young Sansa in season one, that probably would have been her main goal in life: be married off to the prince, and make a lovely home. But fate had other plans for Sansa, and thankfully, she starts following her mother's example.
Her Battle Smarts
Remember how Catelyn was Robb's most trusted adviser when the then-living King of the North was plotting his attacks? Catelyn patiently listened to Robb's ideas, then would basically step in to correct and advise his plans. Her specialty was giving the more pragmatic advice - the kind that was never sexy to Robb, but made the most sense in the long run.
Sansa has assumed that same role for Jon, though more gradually. While she incites Jon to attack Ramsay at Winterfell, she's on the sidelines while the men plot their attack the night before. That is, until she gets Jon alone and tells him his plan is flawed, and he should be getting advice from her. I mean, she doesn't really have specific advice at this time, other than telling him that Ramsay is way worse than anything Jon is expecting. But she's trying - and asserting herself as someone whose brain needs to be taken seriously.
That Catelyn pragmatism shows up in Sansa when she reaches out to Littlefinger as a last resort. She doesn't share her backup plan with Jon, but she is wise enough to know they need one, when Jon arrogantly thinks that his little army can defeat Ramsay's. If it wasn't for Sansa, there would have been no victory.
Notably, the men both ignore the biggest piece of advice they're given from the Stark women (Robb still marries Talisa and pisses off Walder Frey, Jon falls right into Ramsay's trap of Rickon-bait), who end up being tragically right. But at least Jon lives to tell the tale.
Her Alliance With Littlefinger
It's clear that Littlefinger's devotion to Sansa is because she resembles her mother, and it's creepy and uncomfortable. However, Sansa at least has figured out how to take advantage of it, at least for now. (Next week, it looks like he'll be trying to make the partnership romantic. Ew.) Though we can thank Sansa and Littlefinger's alliance for saving Jon's army at Winterfell, though, trusting Littlefinger is exactly where Cat had gone wrong in season one. Is Sansa making the same mistake, or will she ultimately be smarter than Cat?

This Horror Sequel Will Make You Never Want to Touch a Ouija Board Ever Again
As 2016 stretches into Summer and Fall, the year's biggest horror movies have begun to arrive in droves. The latest scary film to come forth from the ether is Ouija: Origin of Evil. A follow-up to 2014's Ouija, it functions as a sort of prequel to its predecessor. With former Grey's Anatomy guest star and Twilight actress Elizabeth Reaser in the lead, the events take us back to the 1960s and focus on a young girl who gets possessed by the evil spirits she conjures with a Ouija board. Given the success of the stylized nostalgia behind 2013's The Conjuring and 2016's follow-up sequel, we could be in for a terrifying treat.
