Why Dancing Is the Key to Happiness

Do you swear that you're happier since a cardio dance class like Zumba has become part of your life? You're not dreaming - there's real science to back you up!

In one study from the University of Derby, depressed patients who were given nine weeks of salsa dancing lessons experienced a huge lift in their moods. Researchers explained that it was the combination of exercise, social interaction, and the concentration learning a new skill requires that significantly boosted the mood of all the study's participants. While it might not be traditional salsa, Zumba classes are all about fostering a strong sense community, require plenty of focus, and offer an awesome sweat session in the process.

Exercise has long been linked to an increase in the body's release of endorphins, and some preliminary research shows a correlation between regular exercise and the less well-known neuromodulator norepinephrine, which may help the brain deal with stress more efficiently. Any form of exercise that gets your heart rate up and makes you sweat is going to have big benefits for your brain and body, but Zumba transforms any old, boring cardio routine into a big party!

10 Signs That Your Child Is Spoiled

Spoil me rotten! They say you can't spoil a baby with endless amounts of holding, rocking, and cooing, but once that child passes the toddler years, overindulgence can make for one ill-behaved tot. It's easy to pick out the spoiled kid on the playground but much harder to turn a critical eye on ourselves. Here's a checklist of 10 signs that indicate that you may have a spoiled child on your hands.

There's a Fragrance Here For Everyone on Your Holiday Shopping List

Some believe giving a fragrance as a gift is not the way to go - it's too personal; it's too weird; it's too risky - but we're not part of that group. Every year when Christmas Eve comes around, you better believe there's at least one fragrance bottle or set under our trees. We think Cuban fashion designer Isabel Toledo said it best: fragrance is part of our identity, an extension of our wardrobe. So why wouldn't we want someone we love dearly to find a new scent for us to try and love? Keep scrolling to get a little help pinpointing the right fragrance for everyone on your list.

Apple Just Released the Product We'd Never Expect From It: A Hardcover Book

Apple's latest announcement truly caught us by surprise. No, it doesn't have anything to do with a new iPhone, a new MacBook, or even a radically new set of headphones. Instead, the tech company announced the release of a hardcover book filled with 450 gorgeous pictures of the brand's products released over two decades.

Titled Designed by Apple in California, the book is dedicated to Steve Jobs and honors products like the original iMac and even those cute knitted iPod cases. "While this is a design book, it is not about the design team, the creative process, or product development," writes Chief Design Officer Jony Ive in the book's foreword. "It is an objective representation of our work that, ironically, describes who we are. It describes how we work, our values, our preoccupations, and our goals. We have always hoped to be defined by what we do rather than by what we say."

Like many other Apple products, the book isn't cheap. A smaller version costs $199, while the larger copy is priced at $299. Starting Nov. 16, the books will be sold online and in select Apple stores in Australia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, the UK, and the US. Scroll through for an inside look at Designed by Apple in California.

The 1 Thing You Should Try Adding to Your Scrambled Eggs

Some people add milk to their scrambled eggs, some prefer heavy cream, and some scramble them in bacon fat. Even if you think you've tried it all, there's one sneaky ingredient you might not have added before, and that's worcestershire sauce. I found this idea in a Facebook comment on our post about how chefs scramble eggs, and I knew I wanted to try it myself because I'm a huge fan of the incredibly savory condiment. The sauce, which is typically used for steak and Bloody Marys, is made of anchovies (yes, really), garlic, vinegar, molasses, salt, onions, chili peppers, and other spices.

So how does it taste in scrambled eggs? It's interesting, but in a good way - I totally approve. I recommend adding 1/4 teaspoon of worcestershire sauce per two eggs and whisking everything together well before cooking your eggs low and slow. The sauce is already really salty, so you don't need to add anymore. The eggs develop a slightly tangy, smoky, umami-rich flavor that's unlike any scrambled egg I've had before. If you have worcestershire sauce on hand anyway, give this a try. It just might become your favorite scrambled eggs recipe.

Gilmore Girls: The Final 4 Words Have Finally Been Revealed

Once upon a time, creator Amy Sherman-Palladino dreamed of ending Gilmore Girls with four specific words. First mentioned in a 2006 interview with TV Guide, the mystery of the last four words have grown to mythological proportions. Sherman-Palladino left the show before its seventh and final season, so she never had the chance to end the show the way she wanted - until now. Fans and critics alike have tried to get the phrase out of Sherman-Palladino for years, but she has resisted, and now that A Year in the Life has given her a second chance to end the series, we're really glad the ultimate spoiler was never given up along the way.

Major, major spoilers for the final episode of Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life below!

Luckily the reboot finally arrived on Friday, and with it came the big reveal. After months of the cast hinting that the words would cause "a heated debate," the final episode ends with Rory (Alexis Bledel) telling her mother, Lorelai (Lauren Graham), that she's pregnant:

Rory: Mom?
Lorelai: Yeah?
Rory: I'm pregnant.

Then, it cuts to black. While we appreciate that Sherman-Palladino got the chance to end her show on her own terms in "Fall," we're left with mixed feelings. Does this mean future installments are on the way? Will we ever find out what happens next, or who the father is?! Our bet is on Logan, but regardless of the cliffhanger-esque ending, it does feel like a fitting time for Rory to tell her mom the news. The scene comes just after Luke (Scott Patterson) and Lorelai tie the knot, and Rory is 32-years-old, the same age as Lorelai was when the original series began.

Upon reading the final words, Graham's initial reaction was mixed. "It's not as resolved as I thought they would be," she told Entertainment Weekly. "To read the final episode, it's not totally final. In the horror movie equivalent, all the aliens are dead. Wait. No, they're not! I keep saying, 'Hey, does anyone else notice this isn't actually an ending?' Amy and Dan [Palladino] just giggle at me." We can't say we disagree. How did you feel about the ending?

These Are the 15 Movies From the '90s That You Need to Watch With Your Kids

Growing up in the '90s was the best of both worlds: I had epic '80s movies to play over and over again, and I got to live through 10 years of amazing film releases, many of which have stuck with me my whole life (and are still on constant rotation).

I spent half of 1997 begging my mom to buy me the Heart of the Ocean necklace, the better part of the late '90s trying to re-create "The Blob" with my camp friends (to no avail and with only minor injuries), and most of the decade singing "Dude (Looks Like a Lady)," "My Girl," and "We Are the Champions" at the top of my lungs. It was an exciting time to be alive, and though your children may never know what it was like to wait for a VHS tape to rewind (torture), these films need to be on a must-watch list so they can get a proper education of '90s culture.

Fantastic Beasts: All the Details We Could Conjure Up About the Sequel

You may still be happily dissecting Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, but there is even more magic in store. Not only do we have four more installments to look forward to, but we already have quite a few tidbits about the upcoming sequel. If you're just as obsessed with the franchise as we are, get the skinny on all the details below.

What It's About

According to a statement from Warner Bros., the second film "moves deeper into an increasingly dark time for the wizarding world, where Newt and our other heroes have to decide on their allegiances."

The Timeline

After the release of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, J.K. Rowling tweeted out a very important clarification about the timeline of the movies:

1945 happens to be a critical year for the Wizarding world; it's the year Albus Dumbledore and Gellert Grindlewald have their infamous duel. It would be shocking if we didn't get to see this huge piece of the puzzle in the final film of the series. Coincidentally, 1945 is also the year Tom Riddle begins his rise to power as Lord Voldemort, so there's a lot of ground to cover.

The Production Team

After working on the first film together, David Yates will direct again with J.K. Rowling writing the screenplay. David Heyman, Rowling, Steve Kloves, and Lionel Wigram will also return as producers, and Rowling's agent Neil Blair, Rick Senat, and Danny Cohen will work as executive producers.

The Cast

Eddie Redmayne will return as Newt Scamander, and Johnny Depp will join the cast in a costarring role. Ezra Miller, Dan Fogler, and Katherine Waterston are also expected to reprise their characters from the first film. For anyone who never truly got over Dumbledore's death in The Half-Blood Prince, get ready to raise your wands, because he'll appear in the sequel as well! According to ScreenRant, Yates has begun casting for Dumbledore, suggesting that Michael Gambon - who played the character in the last six films after the death of original Dumbledore actor Richard Harris - won't return.

When Filming Starts

Production is expected to start sometime next year.

The Release Date

The second installment is set to be released on Nov. 16, 2018.

Try This 1 Tip on Vacation to Keep Making Phone Calls Without a Problem

Hate going on vacation to a place with no service or somewhere with awful reception? While we can't eliminate those problems, we do have a handy tip to still make phone calls over WiFi.

The feature, called WiFi Calling, is easy to use and turn on. Just head to Settings > Phone > WiFi Calling. Here, swipe to the right to turn it on. Once you do, you'll be walked through the process of setting it up. You'll most likely be asked to verify your address - this is in case you use WiFi Calling for an emergency service and they need to quickly locate you. You can see a photo of what it looks like below.

You can also set up the feature up to receive and make calls on an iPad or iPod - even if your iPhone isn't close. To ensure that it works, verify that those products are signed into iCloud and FaceTime with the same Apple ID that's associated with your iPhone.

WiFi Calling is available on the iPhone 6, 6 Plus, 6S, and 6S Plus, as well as a variety of other phone models. Since the iOS 9.3 update, all major US carriers, T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint support it, but you definitely should read the fine details. For the most part, these companies won't charge you anything extra domestically, but using WiFi Calling will gobble up any minutes from your cell plan.

So, the next time you're not near great service, just remember - WiFi Calling is your lifesaver! And if you need to text without service, that's also feasible with this handy gadget.

Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them is chock-full with so many references and twists that you may have overlooked one very important line - especially because it's pretty muffled. Rowling lays it out in her now-published screenplay for the movie. Here's the page:

"Will we die, just a little?" Hmmm, what does it mean? We'll just have to speculate until the sequel comes out!
