Hannah Jeter Wore the Most Incredible Maternity Dress You Might Ever See

We had no doubt Hannah Jeter would put a sexy spin on maternity dressing. When the supermodel first showed her bump in a leather lace-up skirt, fur coat, and strappy heels, we likened her pregnancy look to that of Chrissy Teigen's. But flash to the 2017 Sports Illustrated swim launch, and Hannah proved we underestimated her prowess.

The mama-to-be flaunted her growing bump in a skintight sequined dress by Fabiana Milazzo. It featured a cleavage-baring keyhole cutout and quite the high slit. But Hannah took things one step further, slipping into Schutz heels and holding onto a shimmering Lili Radu clutch.

It's safe to say she not only won the red carpet, but chose an outfit hotter than any bikini she's worn before. Read on for an all-angles view at the boldest take on maternity dressing you might ever see.

Posted by Babocush on Tuesday, January 19, 2016

It's hard to imagine a video of a baby not doing much of anything - no funny faces or cute babbling - could garner nearly 10 million views on Facebook, but that's precisely what happened with this 30-second clip of a newborn resting on a bizarre baby chair.

The device, known as Babocush, aims to help busy parents by providing a way to keep their newborn feeling "held" even when they're not. Although it looks more like a miniature massage chair, this one is designed to hug the baby securely in the traditional over-the-shoulder-against-the-chest position - ideal placement for reducing colic and reflux - and thanks to a dial for soothing vibrations and calming heartbeat sounds, it's almost like the real thing.

Most parents might be skeptical of such a unique baby bouncer: they've long been advised to keep babies on their backs to prevent SIDS.

The chair's creator, Kerry Nevins, does advise that it not replace a cot or crib, but she stands by the Babocush's rigorously tested harness and even attests to its ability to mitigate flat-head syndrome, an issue that's been on the rise since the popular "back to sleep" campaign, by encouraging ample tummy time.

"When your baby just won't settle in the rocker, bouncer or play mat, the Babocush offers an alternative option," Ireland-based Nevins says on her site. "Tummy down, face to the side, relaxing against the soft cover, you can relax and know that your baby will be comforted and settled, giving you peace and time to relax."

The one drawback? It costs nearly $200 (though it's on sale now for roughly $125), and because the company is based in Ireland, it'll cost you a pretty penny in shipping, too. Not only that, it doesn't include a rocker, and although it can be placed directly on nonslip floors, it's best when attached to a proper baby seat.

Bottom line: this chair definitely has viral appeal, but is it just novelty, or do you think it could really help with a fussy baby?

Just a few hours after stepping out in a carefree vacation dress, Jennifer Aniston hit the red carpet at the Giffoni Film Festival in Italy. Jen proved her fashion prowess in a pair of red sandals, an unexpected touch to a playful-turned-sexy look. With the addition of Jennifer Meyer gold hoops and matching bracelets, the actress looked effortless and sophisticated. Fierce Mom's CrossFit Maternity Photos Aren't Just Stunning - They're Seriously Badass

Instead of posing in a flowing gown or in a milk bath surrounded by flowers, Lauren Ferris opted for a maternity shoot that reflected the reality of her pregnancy journey: staying active at a CrossFit sudio.

Lauren credits an amazing first birth experience with her son, Connor, to staying active with CrossFit during her pregnancy. This time around she's continued working out with her husband and 2-year-old, so Lauren enlisted the help of JoAn Marrero of From Labor to Love to capture her maternity photos where she and her family spend much of their time. "I love giving my clients the types of photos they want. It's my job to listen to their needs and bring them to life through my lens," JoAnn told POPSGUAR Moms. "This is her life, her story. I'm capturing these memories and in doing so, preserving their history, which is so important to me."

JoAnn said Lauren works out at least four times a week and that she and her husband bring Connor with them to the gym - complete with his own toy weights - twice a week. "Overall both Lauren and I want to inspire other mothers and mothers-to-be to stay fit during pregnancy, to stay safe with their routine, making modifications to fit the growing needs of their bodies," JoAnn added.

Check out the motivational and breathtaking photos ahead.

Nicole Kidman Plans to Shock You With Her Oscars Dress

Nicole Kidman is one of those stars who definitely stays true to herself when it comes to fashion. While she has the tendency to change up her look, it's very much to suit her mood. From the graceful way she's always moved on the red carpet - since she made her mark on Hollywood in the '90s alongside Tom Cruise - it's clear Nicole's never uncomfortable in what she's wearing.

As you scroll through her most memorable style moments below, you might notice Nicole's tendency to switch things up. While Kidman has preferred a sleek cut, like the tailored suits that she so often goes back to, her dresses have transitioned from glamorous to avant-garde.

This Photo Shows the Impact a Dedicated Teacher Can Have on a Struggling Student

Brittney Salway is a first grade teacher who understands that her responsibility to her students doesn't end when she steps outside of the classroom.

As a teacher, it is her and her colleagues' responsibilities to give their all to their students, and sometimes that involves going above and beyond their job descriptions. To prove this, Brittney shared a snapshot of a fellow teacher sitting on the floor with a student who was struggling. "Sometimes teaching is sitting down in the middle of the hallway with a kid who is having a rough time and having a heart to heart. What a beautiful moment," Brittney shared on Frank Somerville's Facebook page.

According to Brittney, the child in the photo has been having a hard time since coming back to school after Winter break. Although he has been acting out in class, his teacher hasn't given up on trying to reach him. "Mr. Bailey figured he may need more of a father figure to help figure out what was wrong," Brittney explained.

For Brittney, this is just another example of a teacher doing his job, but she still decided to take a quick snapshot to capture this meaningful interaction. "I didn't hear much of the conversation, just that the student was being picked on at school and that the teacher was trying to lift the kid's spirits up and help him out of the situation," Brittney wrote.

Even without knowing the exact words of their conversation, this photo says everything we need to know about the power of a dedicated teacher.

Hayley and Dee held a gorgeous ceremony at Bacara Resort & Spa, gathering all their friends for the occasion. Later, she celebrated her bachelorette in a white monogrammed swimsuit, and finally, it was time for her to pull out the rest of her bridal looks.

Hayley walked down the aisle in a voluminous Monique Lhuillier gown that would make any girl weak at the knees, but she brought along plenty of minidresses too, along with one asymmetrical long-sleeved sheath perfect for a formal rehearsal dinner. Right before the final reception, Hayley joined the groom's family for Hindu traditions where bundles of flowers were thrown over her sparkling Sabyasachi Couture creation. Read on to feast your eyes over every ensemble she wore during the memorable weekend.

Chrissy Teigen Wanted to Wear a One-Piece For Her Sports Illustrated Shoot - Until She Saw This Bikini

When Chrissy Teigen arrived to her Sports Illustrated swim shoot, the supermodel was hesitant to try on a bikini. This would be the first time she was posing post baby, after all. "She showed up telling me she would only shoot one-pieces, and if I could throw a blanket over the top of her, that would be great," editor MJ Day said.

But after embracing her natural glow on the beach, Chrissy quickly changed her mind, changing into printed string designs in various shades of purple. "By the end of [the shoot], I think she was wearing nothing," MJ said.

Chrissy weighed in too: "MJ's right, and I don't want to say this to her, but the tinier the suit, the smaller and hotter you look. Ugh, I hate that. I hate that she's right!"

It's easy to see why Chrissy felt so confident after studying her shots with photographer James Macari. This year's iconic issue will include women of all shapes and sizes, continuing its strive for diversity. Read on to watch a BTS clip of Chrissy filming, then check out one of her finalized images and shop the boho-inspired bikini, complete with beaded tassels at the sides and a vibrant color palette Chrissy pulls off with ease.

Exclusive First Look at Casey Holmes's Spotlight Highlighter Palettes For Smashbox

It seems like every day there is either another beauty-influencer collaboration or unique highlighter launch, but the Casey Holmes x Smashbox Spotlight Palettes are worth taking note of! The YouTuber created two highlighter palettes for the mega beauty brand, and they're as dazzling as they are wearable.

Though Casey doesn't need help growing her star power - she has over 1 million YouTube subscribers and almost 840,000 Instagram followers - she told us via phone that working with Smashbox is a dream come true.

When she got word the partnership was happening, she was surprised. "I was like, are you serious? For real? Me?" she said. "It's my first big collab, so I'm really excited that it's with Smashbox, and it's been a really awesome experience. I'm very grateful that they asked me."

Her luck continued when Smashbox agreed to let her create not one but two glam palettes.

"It was originally supposed to be one palette," she enthused. "We sat in a circle talking about different shades, and it was really hard to narrow down, because there were so many great options. Then we just decided: well, why don't we just do two? And so that's how we came up with the Pearl and the Gold."

Both of the Spotlight palettes (Pearl and Gold) feature three colors: two shimmery shades (Turn It On and Crank It Up) plus one megasparkly hue (Blow a Fuse).

"Warm [skin tones] would probably like Gold a little bit more," she advised. But in general, she created both iterations to work with diverse complexions.

"I definitely wanted a light, medium, and then a supersparkly shade, just so people had options," she said of her shade choices. "Blow a Fuse is like a topper." There's also little pamphlets inside each palette with how-to tutorials by Casey.

While it can be like choosing between children, Casey revealed that the Turn It On from the Pearl palette is her favorite color. "There is like a story behind that one," she admitted. "There was a shade in a discontinued palette that I was in love with, and I really wanted to have it in these palettes. I was so passionate about it and that's basically the same shade as the Turn It On Pearl. This one is really creamy and even more intense, so it's my perfect shade!"

In 2017, it's not innovative to use highlighter. But that's why Casey created it - the strobing product is now considered a basic. "Highlighter is one of those products that I use every day, no matter if I'm doing like a natural look or dramatic look," she confirmed. "If I ever have makeup on, then I always have highlighter on. Sometimes makeup can look a little flat, and highlighter can bring the glow back and make you look really youthful."

And by now, we all know to dab highligher on the tops of cheekbones, so we asked Casey some unexpected spots to strobe. "I personally love doing my collarbones and my shoulders," she said. "It's so flattering to do it right on the ball. I also always match my highlighter on the top of my cheekbones with my brow bone highlight. It syncs it together and just looks so beautiful."

Prepare to get lit with the Casey Holmes x Smashbox Spotlight Palettes for $35 each when they launch at Sephora on Feb. 21. Keep reading to see images of Casey wearing the highlighter, swatches, and a first reveal of the palettes!

When It Comes to Fashion Month, Joan Smalls Is the Ruler of the Runway

Every Fashion Week season, you can count on three things: there will be looks you want to rip off the model and wear immediately, but also some that'll make you go "WTF?!," and through it all Joan Smalls will be on the runway.

The gorgeous Puerto Rican model is a staple at New York, Milan, and Paris Fashion Week (sometimes even appearing in menswear shows), but this time she kicked off her busy schedule of runway after runway somewhere else. She walked the highly anticipated Tommy Hilfiger show in Los Angeles, featuring designs by Gigi Hadid and models like Bella Hadid and Hailey Baldwin. In two stunning looks (a '90s-inspired oversize pullover dress and a patchwork swimsuit), Joan caught our attention, and then she kept it during New York Fashion Week, walking for La Perla and Prabal Gurung. Scroll ahead to check out more photos of her time on the runway.

Experts Reveal 5 Items to Avoid When Choosing Winter Skin Care

If you're going through a rough skin patch this Winter, you're not alone. After all, with cold weather typically comes a lack of moisture and, as a result, dry and even scaly skin. That said, there are things you could be doing to make the situation worse. Before you pick up another bar of soap, read on. We asked dermatologists to share which ingredients to steer clear of when choosing skin- and body-care products during cold-weather months.

1. Petrolatum

While it may seem counterintuitive, Daniel Foitl, M.D. recommends putting down the petrolatum-based products in Winter. "The comedogenic properties of petrolatum truly seal off our skin from air, water, or anything else that wants to enter or leave," he explains. "They don't allow ambient moisture to enter our skin. In addition, they can trap oil and dirt leading to blackheads, pimples, and whiteheads."

2. Soap

Traditional soaps - those made with lye and fat - are extremely harsh on the skin. That's because of their high pH, which clashes with skin's lower pH. "True soaps tend to disrupt the acidic pH that the skin needs to function best at (it likes to live at a pH of 5.5 for optimal barrier function, whereas soaps can have a basic pH of 9 in some cases). They also strip the skin of crucial lipids," says Sherry Ingraham, M.D. "I recommend avoiding soap-based cleansers whenever possible, especially during the dry, Winter months," she adds. Instead, Dr. Ingraham suggests looking for cleansers that are pH neutral to slightly acidic and synthetic: "Look for syndets (synthetic detergent cleansers) from brands like Cetaphil, CeraVe, La Roche-Posay, and Aveeno."

3. Astringents

"Overuse of astringents, especially those containing alcohol, strip skin of its natural oils," warns Dr. Foitl. This leaves your complexion raw, meaning it's unprotected and vulnerable to contact dermatitis, dry skin, and even infections. "As an alternative, try a toner (such as Neutrogena Alcohol-Free Toner) to balance the pH in skin and enhance skin barriers," he says.

Bonus Tip: "The hotter the water temperature, the dryer and more damaged our skin becomes. To enjoy a nice, warm soak, keep the water less than 98 degrees Fahrenheit, and add a bath oil or powder that protects the skin," says Dr. Foitl. We like Ren Moroccan Rose Otto Bath Oil ($48), which is loaded with soothing rose oil and vitamin E.

4. Heavy Fragrances

"Dry skin is more sensitive to ingredients, and fragrances can be particularly irritating," says Elizabeth Tanzi, M.D., founder and director of Capital Laser & Skin Care. As an alternative, opt for unscented (or at least minimally scented) products whenever possible.

5. Cortisone

Don't fall into the trap of adding a cortisone cream to your routine, advises Dr. Foitl. "Many rashes or allergies can be cured with cortisone creams if they are used for the short term (less than two weeks), but with long-term use, skin becomes addicted, and it can take many weeks or months of withdrawal to return to normal," he explains. The withdrawal isn't pretty either: you'd see breakouts, redness, and dryness, while experiencing painful burning. Even worse, cortisone causes permanent skin thinning and loss of collagen (meaning your skin will show signs of aging faster!), as well as broken blood vessels and stretch marks. Yikes! "Be judicious, using only mild cortisones on the face and avoiding overuse unless instructed by a dermatologist," he warns.

The Disney Dresses This Dad Designs For His Daughter Are WAY Better Than the Fairy Tales'

Before taking a family trip to Disney World, Lili asked her dad if he could make her a special dress to wear at the park. Luckily for the 6-year-old, her dad, Nephi Garcia, is a fashion designer and has since created magical costumes for her to wear that are better than anything she could've imagined.

For his first dress, Nephi used old fabric scraps to great a fairy godmother dress from Cinderella and later progressed to imaginative transformation dresses. Within a matter of seconds, Lili - dressed as Cinderella or Belle - can go from rags to riches with one excited twirl. Some of her Cinderella dresses even come complete with friendly birds fluttering with the flowing material.

It takes Nephi around six hours to create a kids' dress and each custom order for a child's costume starts at $600. "I hate repeating designs, so I always try to vary each dress so that they're unique," he told BuzzFeed.

Although his dream is to design for Broadway shows or live-action movies, Nephi plans to continue creating costumes for little ones (and adults!) to enjoy - and his inspiration starts at home. "My daughter really wants me to make a frog costume that turns into a Tiana ballgown. And my wife suggested that I make a Princess Aurora dress that starts with her peasant dress, transforms into her pink dress, and then transforms into her blue dress," Nephi added. "But I will never give up making pieces for people who are not in the industry - I like to give them quality outfits that they can't get anywhere else."

Brie vs. Camembert: What's the Difference?

While both brie and camembert are cow's milk cheeses, are soft-ripening, and have a white, flowery rind, the two aren't interchangeable. So the next time you are at the store and must choose between brie or camembert, here's what you need to know.

  • Production: During the cheese-making process, cream is added to brie, but in camembert, it is not; as a result, brie is 60 percent milk fat, while camembert is only 45 percent. In addition, camembert uses stronger lactic starters that are inoculated into the cheese mold five times, contributing to a stronger-flavored cheese. Brie's lactic starters are only put into the cheese mold once, therefore the cheese is milder.
  • Outer appearance: The diameters of brie and camembert cheese molds are different. (Notice the Saint André brie to the left appears taller and smaller than the flat, round Ile de France camembert to the right. The camembert cheese mold has a specific size and weight of 250 grams.
  • Inner appearance: Brie tends to have a whitish inside, while camembert has a deeper yellowish color. A very ripe camembert will have runny insides; most versions of brie in America, however, are stabilized, meaning the cheese's center will have a firm texture that will never turn runny.
  • Smell and taste: Brie has a light, buttery scent and flavor with a salty finish. Camembert can be on the funkier side and smell earthy and barnyard-y like mushrooms or hay, with an intensely savory, umami flavor.
  • Affinage: Brie is made to be consumed immediately. While Americans tend to eat cheeses on the younger side, in France, most will practice affinage, or the art of ripening cheese, and will wait for six or eight weeks before cutting into a wheel of gooey, ripened camembert.

Which do you prefer: brie or camembert?

1 DIY Slime Recipe and 12 Ways Your Kids Can Re-Create It

If your kid has gotten into slime, chances are you've been buying out the glue section at your local Target in recent weeks. If your kid hasn't gotten into it yet, don't worry - it's coming. The DIY slime craze is sweeping households all over the US because as it turns out, slime is really easy to make.

Here's what you need:

  • Glue (white, clear, glitter, etc.)
  • Food coloring (or acrylic paint)
  • Borax (or baking soda)
  • Water
  • Tupperware (preferably something you don't plan on putting food in ever again)
  • Styrofoam balls (optional, to make "floam")

To make the slime, simply mix half a bottle of glue with a drop or two of food coloring (optional step, but a fun one), then add a fourth cup of water until mixed completely. In a separate cup make your "activator" - a cup of water and a teaspoon of Borax or two cups of water and a fourth cup of baking soda - then add 2 teaspoons of the activator to your slime mix and knead together until it stops being sticky (well, less sticky). If you want to make "floam," you can mix in some styrofoam beads.

And there you have it folks: the latest trend you'll lose your kids - and couch, and carpets, and clothes - to. Scroll through with your little ones for some inspirational videos; if they're going to make this stuff all day, every day from now until the next trend comes along, at least help them make something cool!

6 Signs You’re Sabotaging Your Transformation and Body Goals

If you've been setting some major body transformation goals for yourself, then yay! We're right there with you, and we're going to help you get there - we've got tips and advice for every step of your journey. We recently talked to Tommy Armenta, CSCS at DIAKADI, and asked some questions about how we can make major changes to our bodies and get the transformation of our dreams.

He celebrated the idea of having great fitness goals, but also warned against the dangers of going a little too hard in our quest for a better body. "I'm a big advocate of balance and listening to your body . . . being more intuitive," said Tommy. "It's so great to have this amazing goal - an outward goal - but be sure to check in with yourself, and take the time to see how you're feeling."

Why is he so cautious? Because of something called adrenal fatigue, which can sometimes occur without you even realizing it - it can sabotage your goals and your progress. He told us about some of his most focused, most motivated clients, who "worked so hard to do lots of cardio and add in strength training, but it was a bit too much, and it put them into a state of adrenal fatigue."

"Adrenal fatigue can sneak up on you," said Tommy. "It's a crazy world we live in; everyone's so competitive, working crazy hours, and adding in these intense workouts . . . the body can only handle so much stress." And the signs of adrenal fatigue aren't always noticeable. Here are the indicators Tommy says to look for - signs you've been working out too much:

  • Feeling lethargic. Workouts should give you a burst of energy, and you should feel renewed, not worn down.
  • Constant fatigue. If you "feel like you've never gotten enough sleep" all the time, Tommy says this is a sign that you've gone too far. Track your hours of sleep and see how you feel - if you're tired after getting seven to eight hours consistently, then you've likely exhausted your body from too much physical (and/or emotional) stress.
  • Foggy thinking. Tommy noted that if you're having trouble thinking clearly and your memory isn't sharp, this is also a symptom of adrenal fatigue.
  • Trouble problem solving. Struggling at work? Used to critical thinking and managing major tasks, but suddenly things are off? Evaluate your schedule.
  • Getting sick more than usual. If you usually have an iron-clad immune system or only catch a cold once or twice a year, but now seem to be getting the flu every time it comes around, this can be a sign of physical exhaustion.
  • Slower recovery time from sickness. Can't kick that cold no matter how many soups you slurp and vitamin C pills you pop? This is another clear indicator to scale back on workouts.

What Happens If You Ignore the Symptoms?

"You've got a compromised system," said Tommy. "And many of these clients I see have an A-type personality - you'll get your workout in no matter what. But these [symptoms] and things going on might hinder your performance . . . something is going to give."

This is when Tommy sees bigger health failures in his clients. When you're so stressed physically and mentally, "your body doesn't know if you're being chased by a wild bear or just doing too much exercise." As such, your body reacts with an adrenaline overdrive, and you'll see things like major injuries, more serious illnesses, and posture that suffers, according to Tommy.

How Do You Fix It?

"I'm an advocate of working in as much as working out," said Tommy. Usually when his clients are stressed, he said, "They'll come to me and say 'I need you to kick my ass!' But that's actually not what they need."

Tommy reminded us to maintain perspective when setting our physical goals. "People have all these big goals, and if you're hyperfocused on the goals, you forget about the inside, the heart and spirit, which are arguably more important than exterior goals." Here are his tips for balancing out and recalibrating after pushing yourself too much.

  • Take a rest day.
  • Go for a walk (instead of doing your workout).
  • Take a (restorative or Yin) yoga class.
  • Start a meditative practice.
  • Practice mindful breathing.
  • Catch up on sleep.

From Weight Loss to Better Digestion, There's Not Much Golden Milk Can't Do

The latest buzzworthy trend in healthy drinks has to be golden milk. Despite its surge in popularity, Haldi Doodh (translation: turmeric milk) has been used as a medicinal drink in India for centuries. Simple to make, the basic recipe of milk, turmeric, ginger, coconut oil, and pepper has much more going for it than just a pretty hue and creamy richness. It's made with ingredients that help with inflammation, bloating, and weight loss. If you're still not convinced to mix the elixir up, here are a few reasons to consider having it as a nightcap tonight.

  • Better digestion: Think of golden milk as nature's Pepto-Bismol, except with a much prettier color! Curcumin, the active ingredient in turmeric, has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for centuries because of its ability to help the body in major ways. One such benefit? Better digestion. Multiple studies have shown turmeric to help fight gas, bloat, and indigestion. Germany has even gone so far as recommending turmeric as a safe herbal treatment for digestive woes. Ginger, another common ingredient in golden milk, is great at fighting nausea and soothing stomachaches.
  • Happier muscles: If a glass of warm turmeric milk doesn't sounds appealing to you, try it iced, or even better - use it as the base for a post-workout smoothie. As a natural anti-inflammatory, turmeric can relieve joint and muscle pain and even help with headaches. In some studies, turmeric offered similar relief to ibuprofen. It also may be the perfect drink to have after an intense gym session; in a small 2015 study, turmeric helped in combating delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS), and ginger has also shown to be effective in preventing muscle soreness - less pain, more gain!
  • A shield against colds and flu: Besides helping soothe a sore throat, ginger has long been used as a cold remedy in naturopathy, and for good reason. The spicy root has antimicrobial properties that help protect the body from respiratory infections.
  • Weight-loss support: While more research has to be done in this area, turmeric does show some promise when it comes to encouraging weight loss. In two separate studies, the spice was shown to reduce the growth of fat cells in mice and also increase metabolism.
  • A boost in good cholesterol: The raw coconut oil often used in golden milk has been shown to help raise good cholesterol in the body. It's even been shown to combat tooth decay!

While we always recommend trying golden milk warm, you can also enjoy it iced, blended up in a smoothie, or even as the base for a bowl of overnight oats.
