These Pictures of Jay Z in Dad Mode Will Make You Feel Anything but Blue

Beyoncé and Jay Z are expanding their family by two, and we couldn't be more excited. Ever since the singer announced that she's expecting twins, it's made us even more reminiscent about all their sweet family moments with Blue Ivy - because let's be real, their little girl has been stealing the spotlight ever since January 2012, and her recent appearance at the Grammys is just further proof. While Beyoncé certainly has a special bond with her daughter, Jay Z and Blue have shared some pretty precious moments of their own. See all of their cutest daddy-daughter photos here.

The 1 Move Every Woman Should Do (and It's Not Squats)

There's one word in the world of fitness that millions of women have grown to truly loathe: squats. Just saying it can elicit shrieks from some of the most mentally tough women around. So let's discuss one move every fit woman needs to do in the gym - and it's not squatting. In fact, the single most important exercise to master today for improved fitness, strength, and overall health is the deadlift.

After years of hearing nothing but "squat, squat, squat" from your trainer, you might be confused. The deadlift is similar to the squat in that it forces you to use many muscle groups simultaneously. More muscles worked means more lean muscle and less fat in the long run so that's a win for both squat and deadlifts. The added benefit with the deadlift is that it uses even more muscles in each rep. While the squat is great for your lower body, the deadlift forces your arms and upper body to work too.

Want another reason? According to Toronto-based personal trainer Nathane Jackson, CSCS, author of Nathane Jackson's Whole Health Revolution (coming later in 2016), the deadlift is also the safer option. So, it's safer and works more muscles - we're all in, but how the heck do you do one properly? We covered the basics right here, but because it can be a hard move to truly master (just look at the folks doing them wrong at your local gym), we asked Jackson to pass along some pointers.

First, opt for a bar instead of dumbbells - even if you've got no weight on the bar - to ensure that your grip stays steady and you aren't waving your arms to move the weight. Then you should point your toes straight ahead or slightly outwards. From there, Jackson told us that you should "create a double chin, by pulling the chin back towards your neck and pull your shoulder blades back and down towards the hips and pretend you are squeezing an orange in your arm pits." The next step is the key in the movement: "Simultaneously hinge at the hips and bend at the knees until both hands are gripping the bar (overhand, hook grip) just outside the shins. From here, push through the mid foot and think about driving the hips forward as you stand up straight. Exhale (like you mean it - it's OK to make noise in the gym!) once the bar travels past your knees, being careful not to lean back."

If you nail the deadlift like this and keep it in your regular weekly routine, you'll find that you're sculpting your lower and upper body, while getting stronger and leaner all over. Sounds like it's a good time to do some deadlifts. You can thank us later. Enjoy!

The 1 Item You Can Expect to See From Selena Gomez's Coach Collab

Update:

We know the collaboration between Selena Gomez and Coach will involve a handbag. The singer revealed in an interview that the accessory she's designing will "have an inspirational message that comes with the bag."

Update:

Coach confirmed the news in a press release: "Coach . . . today announced its partnership with the actress and singer Selena Gomez. The collaboration with Coach will be wide ranging and commence with her appearing in Coach's fall 2017 fashion campaign. It will also include a special design project with Coach Executive Creative Director Stuart Vevers. In addition, Ms. Gomez will partner with the Coach Foundation in its support of Step Up, a national organization dedicated to the empowerment of teen girls from under-resourced communities."

The press release also included the following statement from Selena: "I am so excited to work with Coach and love the clothes and accessories designed by Stuart Vevers. I am especially looking forward to getting to know the Coach team as well as becoming involved in the Foundation's support of Step Up. On top of all that, collaborating on a piece with Stuart for next fall makes this beyond special to me."

Original post:

When you're a style star with the record of the most Instagram followers of all time under your belt, a collaboration with an iconic brand isn't too far off. Selena Gomez sparked some rumors that she's the new face of Coach, and that's not the only news traveling around the internet - she may even design some pieces for the fashion house. When asked about the news, Coach was tight-lipped, telling POPSUGAR, "Coach has a longstanding policy that we do not comment on rumors and speculation."

The fashion buzz comes after Selena made an appearance at the AMAs, resurfacing after some much-needed time off. She also attended Coach's 75th anniversary event, where they threw a motel-themed party and pre-Fall '17 runway show. If Selena reps the brand, she'll be in good company: other Coach alums include Emma Roberts and Chloë Grace Moretz. Until then, read on for what we hope to see from Selena's Coach partnership and stay tuned to see if our predictions come true.

Meet the Princess Who Dresses Better Than Kate Middleton

If you thought Kate Middleton had quite the fashion-forward wardrobe, perhaps you haven't been following the outfit choices of another royal: Princess Mary of Denmark. The polished dresser beat out the Duchess of Cambridge as most stylish royal - again! - in a recent poll conducted by Hello! magazine. Out of 30,000 readers, a whopping 30 percent were team Mary, a number that immediately sparked our interest.

So we went back into the archives and found plenty of Mary's chicest looks, which, truth be told, may be a bit more daring than those seen on Kate. Read on to see them all as we hold out hope for Kate this year.

Just in Case You Were Wondering, Fifty Shades Freed Already Has a Release Date

Fifty Shades Darker hit theaters last week, and thankfully for us, the next installment isn't far behind. While we had to wait two years after the first film for the second one to come out, Fifty Shades Freed will be here in less that a year; the release date is Feb. 9, 2018. (This is one of the great perks of filming the movies back-to-back.) And if the teaser from Fifty Shades Darker's mid-credits scene was any indication, we need to prepare ourselves for one incredible ride. Plan your Valentine's Day for 2018 accordingly.

2017 Is Already Looking Much Better Thanks to These New Celebrity Couples

Last year was a disastrous year for love in Hollywood, but luckily, 2017 is already looking a lot better thanks to a select number of celebrity couples who have decided to give love a shot. Selena Gomez and The Weeknd have not been shy about flaunting their newfound romance all over the globe, while Lady Gaga and her man have been keeping a low profile. Shay Mitchell and Amy Poehler, on the other hand, both have yet to publicly step out with their new boyfriends, but we're holding out hope that they do so soon.

This Viral Video Shows the Ridiculous Way 4 Teens Removed a Rat From Their House

What should you do if you discover a rat in your house? Record it for social media, of course. At least that's what these four teens from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA thought to do once they came up with a "ridiculous" plan to get the pesky rodent out of their bathroom.

In the 7-second clip uploaded by Twitter user Jody Mackin, the clever group of teens set up a blockade near the bathroom's exit using a mop bucket. Once the large sized rat comes running out of the bathroom, one teen knocks it down a flight of steps using a mop. At landing, the rat attempts to make a getaway back into the house before another teen swiftly sends it flying out onto the street using a broom. Mackin's tweet now has over 104,000 retweets and over 184,000 "likes" on Twitter at press time.

Many Twitter users shared their reactions to the insane video, with some empathizing with the rat:

While others weren't so forgiving, even praising the teens for their flawless execution.

How 1 Mom Suddenly Knew She Was Done Having Kids

Last week my sister-in-law and her husband brought their newborn baby over for a visit. They were about an hour and a half late, because newborn. I mention this only because it will be an important part of the story later.

"Do you miss this?" my brother-in-law asked, his glassy, sleep-deprived eyes shifting to his 3-week-old baby in my arms. I couldn't tell if he was being sarcastic or looking for me to reassure him that it gets better. Either way, maybe I should have taken longer than half a second to give my answer, and maybe that answer shouldn't have been, "GOD no! You couldn't pay me enough money to deal with this sh*t again." I laughed, the baby barfed on my shirt, and then we all had dinner.

My response to this question wasn't always so emphatic. When I was pregnant with our third baby, my husband was on a mission to convince me to get my tubes tied after she was born. I was scheduled for a C-section and his argument was: "They're all up in there anyway. What's two more little snips once they're already elbow deep in your guts?"

The truth was that 99.9 percent of me was positive I was done having kids, but that 0.1 percent was a powerful sumb*tch. For me, that tiny percentage reasoned that closing the door on my childbearing years meant closing the door on my youth. Graduation, then job, then marriage, then babies, then old. After you're done having kids, all that's left is to sit around and wait to get old. I wasn't ready to do that.

However, the novelty of staying forever young wore off about a week into my daughter's life, when I realized that having multiple babies doesn't stave off old age - it accelerates it. My physical and mental boundaries were pushed to their limits trying to manage two toddlers and a newborn. I was 35 going on 116.

I remember placing her hospital photo on our wall next to her sisters' and feeling complete. I heard a small voice in my head say, "This is what my family looks like. That's it. I'm done." My mind then wandered to a new thought - a sense of finally moving forward. It was a different feeling than I'd ever had before. Almost a feeling of relief. With each baby I felt as if we were being pushed back to the starting line, and for the first time it felt as if life could at last "begin." And just like that, I knew we were done. No questions, no regrets.

"You can go ahead and make that appointment for your vasectomy now," I told my husband the next morning at breakfast. "I'm good."

He let out a noise that sounded like a cross between an annoyed sigh and a death rattle. "The doctor was right there. Already in there. Inches away," I heard him whisper through clenched teeth as he tightened his grip on the butter knife and gazed sadly at his balls.

He LOVES when I talk about his vasectomy, by the way.

Our youngest is 4 now, and I must say, not once in four years have I wistfully looked back. I shot off fireworks the day I sold my breast pump on Craigslist. Instead of spending a small fortune on diapers and formula, we go on vacations. We're not an hour and a half late to things anymore. Everyone in my family can wipe their own ass - I can't remember the last time I touched someone else's poop. And sleep . . . oh, the sleep. It is glorious.

The night my in-laws visited with their newborn, my brother-in-law asked me a question as they packed up their screaming baby and headed for the door. "Does it get any easier the second time around?"

The look on my face must have told him he wasn't going to get the answer he wanted to hear because before I could say anything he said, "And just so you know . . . you can feel free to lie to us any time."

He was right. I realized I needed to reel in the newborn horror playing out in my head or he might go out for formula one night and never come back.

But my mind flashed to the year they had ahead of them. The sleepless nights. Diaper changes galore. Relentless crying. Poop blowouts up the back. Taking two hours to get out the door. Then just when you feel like you can crawl out of your hole and take a breath, another one is born and you're dealing with all of that plus a temperamental 2-year-old she-devil. I felt like I owed him the bitter but hopeful truth.

"It does get better," I said, patting him on the shoulder. "But first it's gonna get a lot worse."

The Right and Wrong Way to Eat Chia Seeds

There's good reason chia seeds have been on everyone's minds these days. These tiny seeds are high in protein, fiber, calcium, antioxidants, and omega-3s, but there is a right and wrong way to eat them, and one man recently learned the hard way.

In one patient case study, one man experienced intense dysphagia, or difficulty swallowing, after ingesting a tablespoon of dry chia seeds and chasing it with water. One of the reasons chia seeds are touted for weight loss is because they expand multiple times their size in water and help you feel full for longer. However, taking down a dry tablespoon and chasing it back with H2O is not going to lead to a comfortable experience, since they don't have time to reach your stomach to expand.

Soaking chia seeds in water before you eat them is safe; after they're soaked, chia seeds develop a gelatinous coating which some raw foodists believe helps them to move swiftly through the digestive track. Other evidence suggests that consuming ground chia seeds, rather than whole seeds, allows significantly more ALA (the plant form of omega-3 fatty acids) to reach the bloodstream. With all that said, there is limited scientific research to which method is truly the best when it comes to nutrient absorption.

When they're included in a recipe, our bodies can digest chia seeds whole (an appropriate quantity, of course), soaked, or ground in order to reap their healthy benefits. If you're ready to get these nutrient-rich seeds into your diet, these recipe ideas will help you out.

Chia pudding: Chia seeds and coconut milk marry for a Paleo-friendly make-ahead pudding that works great for breakfast. Mix together the ingredients the night before, pop it in the fridge, and look forward to a special treat the next day. It's that easy.

Debloating beverage: If you've been feeling sluggish and bloated, it's time for a new morning ritual that includes chia. Celebrity trainer Valerie Waters starts the day with this before-breakfast, pre-workout drink that only calls for three ingredients. These chia seeds are combined with water, making this a much safer alternative to consuming chia and chasing it down with water.

Blueberry chia muffins: Blueberry muffins get an upgrade with this chia-filled recipe for extra nutrient power. They're baked into the batter, so you can't even taste them.

Antioxidant berry smoothie: If you find their crunchy texture a little off-putting on their own, try tossing them into this refreshing morning smoothie. High in vitamin C and boasting more than 10 grams of fiber, this antioxidant breakfast blend will become your new favorite recipe.

Sprinkled on yogurt: If you're looking for a quick omega-3 punch in your snack, you can simply sprinkle a teaspoon of seeds on your fruit, mix them into your yogurt, or make a delicious combination of the two!

Were Christian Siriano's Orange Glitter Tears a Nod to Our Current Political State?

You know what happens when goth girls cry? They leave a trail of glitter down their cheeks. Or at least that was the case for the models at Christian Siriano's Fall New York Fashion Week 2017 show. The makeup inspiration was "goth girls walking in Fire Valley."

For the glitter eye look, artists used a rich burgundy color from MAC's Fall 2017 Forecast Palette (not yet available) and then topped it with a generous coating of its Reflects Copper Glitter ($22), which dripped from the models' eyes at the outer corners. Artists smoked out the look and added layers of mascara. To keep the emphasis on the eyes, brows were kept natural and lips were topped with a nude.

Backstage, Polly Osmond - lead makeup artist for MAC Cosmetics - explained that those glitter tears in "really deep red and orange tones" were inspired by the twisting, colorful rocks in Nevada's famous desert valley. And while that was clearly where the earthy tones for this look were pulled from, we speculate those glitter tears pouring down every model's cheeks were also a very deliberate nod to our current political state.

That assumption was further corroborated once we saw that Christian sent a model down the runway sporting a black t-shirt with "People Are People" emblazoned across the front in white block letters. Nobody can deny that was a direct statement against the increased racism and sexism our nation has seen over the last months. And also, we can't ignore the fact that those tears were orange.

While the pairing of glitter tears and the statement shirt evoked a sense of sadness, it was also a really empowering, hand-to-the-face moment. Moral of the story: you can cry and you can be fierce while taking a stand for what you believe in.

You Won't Be Able to Tear Your Eyes Away From These Beautiful, Mesmerizing Stones

If you're mesmerized by anything sparkly, shiny, and beautiful, than prepare to become obsessed with minerals and stones. Though they might not be as eye-catching as aura crystals, minerals are just as pretty. One Imgur user rounded up some of the prettiest ones out there, and we've picked our favorites ahead.

The minerals and stones rounded up by Imgur user wakadorf are incredibly mesmerizing. Some are shiny, and others are trippy. Confused about what minerals are again? A mineral needs the following five properties, according to Geology.com: it needs to occur naturally, must be made out of inorganic material, is solid, has a "definite chemical composition," and has an "ordered internal structure."

Take a look at these minerals ahead, with captions from the Imgur user. You might be inspired to fill your home with these!

14 Ways to Indulge in Self-Care This Weekend

Having an emotional week? Whether you're stressed or excited or anxious or there's just too much going on in the world for you to deal with, it's never a bad time to indulge in a little TLC. After all, taking care of yourself makes you better able to handle challenges at work, be a better friend and family member, and give more of your positive energy to the world.

Our favorite time for self-care is on the weekend, when you can soak in those extra hours of alone time and use the daylight hours away from your desk to your advantage. From splurge treats for yourself to totally free decompression activities, these self-care practices will help you unwind, energize, and let go of any and all stress.

  1. Have a spa day. This isn't an all-the-time kind of self-care, but if you're feeling like you need some extra TLC and your mental state hasn't been awesome (and you've got some extra dough stashed away), this could be the ideal time for a spa day. Detox and unwind in the sauna or hot tub.
  2. Spend an hour in meditation. While a daily 10-minute practice is great, sometimes turning your mind away from hectic thoughts for longer periods can be extremely powerful and do wonders for your health.
  3. Don't make plans and stay home in PJs. Do a face mask, put on those white strips, go through a skin care routine, make whatever food you want (or order in!), maybe get some chores done - and don't answer to any obligations or plans for a whole day (you have the rest of the week for that!).
  4. Fill your room with essential oils. Perfume your house with relaxing lavender, energizing citrus, or soothing eucalyptus. Take advantage of the extra hours at home and do some aromatherapy.
  5. Go for a long walk outside. Nature can be incredibly calming, and a quiet walk in the sun can do wonders for your mood. Get moving, get the blood flowing, and take some time to find peace.
  6. Get a massage. Whether you opt for a swanky spa or get an inexpensive express massage, taking care of your muscles is great for your health and well-being.
  7. Try a 90-minute yoga practice. You might not have time during the week to take those extra 30 minutes for stretching, restoring, and meditation - but on the weekend, you totally can!
  8. Have a leisurely lunch at a luxe healthy restaurant. Find a new health food joint or return to one of your favorites, and order up to your heart's content with nourishing eats - you'll be feeding your soul and helping your body glow from the inside out.
  9. Turn off your phone for a day. If it's impossible to do this during the week, try to do it for one day on the weekend. Disconnect from technology and turn off all work-related business. If that's also impossible, try deleting all your social media apps just for a day - see how you feel when there's no pressure from the outside world.
  10. Take a long bath. Soak in some salts, get yourself a fancy bath bomb, light a candle, maybe even pour a glass of wine! This is your time, so soak it all in, and don't feel bad about lingering.

  11. Spend an hour journaling. Reflect on your week, your goals, your blessings, and all the good things in your life. Get organized with things you want to accomplish, and make lists that'll help clear the clutter from your thoughts, so you can enter the next week feeling on top of it all.
  12. Make your favorite meals. If the workweek is too hectic and draining to cook, and you happen to enjoy cooking, the weekend is the perfect time to get a few calm hours for you time in the kitchen, making whatever the heck brings you joy.
  13. Sleep in. If you've been neglecting zzz's, taking naps and sleeping in is the ultimate way to catch up on the weekend and take care of yourself.
  14. Treat yourself to a mani-pedi. Do you have a favorite salon service? Go get it done! Whether it's a mani-pedi, getting a facial, or eyebrow treatment, or maybe getting a fresh new haircut you've been putting off - now's the time.

Angelina Jolie's Kids Are All Grown Up! See Them at the Cambodian Premiere of Her New Film

Nearly five months after Angelina Jolie filed for divorce from Brad Pitt, the actress is back in the spotlight. On Saturday, Angelina attended the world premiere of her new film, First They Killed My Father, in Siem Reap, Cambodia with her six kids - Maddox, 15, Pax, 13, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 8 - in tow. Angelina appeared to be in good spirits as she waved to nearby onlookers and spoke at a press conference with actress Sareum Srey Moch. Both Maddox and Pax were involved in the film's production, but it was an especially big day for Maddox, who was born in Cambodia (Angelina adopted him in 2002). During the premiere, Angelina spoke about her deep connection to the country, saying, "Without Cambodia I may never have become a mother. Part of my heart is and will always be in this country. And part of this country is always with me: Maddox."

Maddox also got up on stage and gave a speech of his own, saying, "Thank you everyone for attending tonight. We finally made it. It's a great honor to present this film to all of you, and to stand by my mother and my family." But perhaps the cutest part of the event was when little Shiloh took the microphone and told the audience in Khmer, "My name is Shiloh and I love Cambodia." While Angelina has been maintaining a low profile, her divorce from Brad has been at the top of headlines. Just last month, the duo's reps released a joint statement, saying, "The parents are committed to act as a united front to effectuate recovery and reunification." As the estranged couple continues to finalize their divorce, it's nice to see Angelina looking so happy.

The Next Dress You Pack For Vacation Should be the One Angelina Jolie's Wearing

No matter what Angelina Jolie's wearing, be it a red carpet gown or a hooded parka, she's bound to capture your attention. That's how we spotted Angelina in Cambodia, who is there to promote her new film First They Killed My Father. Surrounded by lush greenery, the star looked radiant in a silky LBD. The three-quarter sleeve dress flowed down to her ankles while lace detailing covered up her shoulders and tattoos for a modest feel. She kept the look simple, wearing only a few bracelets and stud-like earrings.

Although this isn't the first time we've seen Angelina wearing a black dress, it's little details like the material and length that make her outfits look new every time. Plus, Angelina just has that certain je ne sais quoi, which can't be ignored. Read on to get a close up of her dress, then shop similar options.

Watch This Dad's Heartbreaking Plea to Legalize Cannabis For His Daughter With Autism

Mark Zartler wants the world to know about the benefits of THC vapors when it comes to treating autism. The Texan father shared a video on his Facebook to show the positive effects THC vapors have on his daughter with autism.

"Cannabis is the best medicine, by far, for halting acute behaviors." Zartler explained. The heartbreaking video shows his daughter, Kara, inflicting harm on herself until she is treated with a cannabis vapor. "Vapor is not harmful. It is not smoke. High-THC cannabis treatments always work."

Zartler said the cannabis vapors are more effective at stopping Kara's acute behaviors than prescription drugs "100% of the time", writing, "It stabilizes her mood within minutes. Her good mood usually lasts all day."

For those of you concerned about Zartler's unconventional parenting method, he says that there is no need for worry. "We've observed no developmental slippage or negative side effects. On the contrary, she's made remarkable developmental progress over the last year. Improved awareness and focus. Gains in life skills."

Zartler believes that passing a medical cannabis bill in Texas could potentially help others with autism who are also prone to self inflicted behavior. "We need a hearing to make our case to the our legislators and the public." Watch his moving plea in the video above.

6 Fascinating and Haunting Facts About the JonBenét Ramsey Murder Case

This year marks 21 years since 6-year-old beauty queen JonBenét Ramsey was found murdered in her family home, and the cold case is still just as captivating as it was in December 1996. JonBenét's father, John, was the one who found her body on Christmas Day in the basement of their Boulder, CO, home roughly eight hours after her parents reported her missing after they found a ransom note. An autopsy of JonBenét's body later revealed that she was struck in the head and strangled to death.

Because the 20-year anniversary just passed, interest in the case is once again picking up steam. A number of TV specials aired, including The Killing of JonBenét: The Truth Uncovered, JonBenét: An American Murder Mystery, The Case Of: JonBenét Ramsey, and Who Killed JonBenét?. Netflix has picked up a documentary called Casting JonBenét, which will premiere at the Sundance Film Festival. Here are six facts about one of the most haunting and heartbreaking murders in recent history:

1. JonBenét suffered a horrific death.

The stunning little girl was found wrapped in her white blanket with a nylon cord around her neck, her wrists tied above her head, and duct tape over her mouth. Evidence later showed that she was hit over the head with a blunt object, which knocked her unconscious. Sometime between 45 minutes to two hours after she was knocked out, she was strangled to death with a piece of cord and the handle from a broken paintbrush. Police also later confirmed that she had been sexually assaulted.

2. The ransom note posed more questions than answers.

JonBenét's mother, Patsy, told police that she realized her daughter was missing after she found a two-and-a-half-page ransom note in their home. The letter demanded the Ramseys pay $118,000 for their daughter's safe return, which was also almost the exact amount her father, John, had recently received as a work bonus. Police later determined that the note was written on a piece of paper from a notebook inside the Ramsey home. Both John and Patsy then underwent handwriting tests, and while police were able to say that John didn't write it, Patsy's test results were labeled "inconclusive."

3. There was no sign of a break-in.

Police found no signs of forced entry in or around the Ramsey home. The only people known to have been in the house on the night of the murder were Patsy, John, and JonBenét's older brother, Burke, who was 9 years old at the time.

4. Police were criticized for making crucial mistakes.

Shortly after police arrived, they failed to completely seal off the crime scene, allowing family members and friends to enter and leave the house. Critics of the case also claim that investigators failed to gather sufficient forensic evidence before and after JonBenét's body was found. Many people believe this is because they had already made up their minds that the Ramseys were guilty and didn't feel the need to gather evidence proving otherwise.

5. Both of JonBenét's parents as well as her older brother, Burke, were considered suspects.

Because it seemed so unlikely that kidnappers would kill their victim, leave the body in their own home, and still leave behind a ransom note, police were quick to turn their suspicions to John, Patsy, and Burke. Boulder police believed for many years that on the night of the murder, Patsy injured JonBenét in a fit of rage and either killed her while still angry or killed her to cover up the injury. In 1999, a Colorado grand jury voted to indict Patsy and John because they believed they were abusive toward their daughter, which eventually led to murder. In 2008, two years after Patsy died of ovarian cancer, prosecutors officially cleared the family of any wrongdoing. Burke also recently sat down for an interview with Dr. Phil about the case, which will air in mid-September.

6. There is still unexplained DNA evidence.

In December 2003, investigators retested a blood sample found on JonBenét's underwear, which was revealed to belong to an unidentified male who was not related to the Ramsey family. To this day, investigators have not been able to identify who the DNA belongs to, and the case remains open.

Huma Abedin Stands Behind Hillary Clinton, but Her Style Is Unmissable

Huma Abedin is a well-known political staffer who has backed Hillary Clinton since 2008, though she was hired as her intern in 1996. She still makes many appearances alongside the former Democratic nominee. While Huma could keep her wardrobe to neutral shifts and black pumps, she's had plenty of time to experiment. Keeping things plain is not her cup of tea.

Huma is one of those political figures who commands attention. She rarely repeats an outfit and is always fully accessorized from head to toe. When she's on the red carpet, like at the White House Correspondents' Dinner or the Met Gala, she selects designer pieces that speak to her unique style - it's polished but colorful and rarely without a flash of metallics.

If anything, she's proven that every fashion girl needs a pair of her very own, so scroll through to get inspired, then shop similar Garrett Leight styles.

Watching Gordon Ramsay Call This Man's Dish "a Dog's Dinner" Is Painfully Awkward

If Gordon Ramsay asked us to cook crab cakes in 15 minutes while he yelled the directions out to us, we'd probably be pretty intimidated. So we can totally relate to Shane, the "random guy" in Bon Appetit's new video entitled Gordon Ramsay Challenges Amateur Cook to Keep Up with Him. The challenge? For Shane to make "the most amazing crab cakes" in 15 minutes with the help of Gordon's direction - while the two cook with their backs facing each other.

"On a scale of 10, how bad are you?" Gordon asked. "Pretty bad. I'd say I'm a two," Shane said. Unfortunately, Shane proves his skills are pretty lacking when he presents his final dish to Gordon. "Jesus! Shane! You are bad," Gordon, never one to mince words, shouts at the end. It's equally pitiful and hilarious to watch Shane attempt to listen to Gordon's commands and keep up with the chef's crab-cake-making abilities, but the task was an admittedly difficult one. Prepare to laugh out loud as you watch the competition go down in the video above.

J.K. Rowling Says This Theory About Draco Malfoy Isn't True but We're Skeptical

Most Harry Potter fans can agree that Draco Malfoy is a bully who deserves zero sympathy from anyone. While most of his behavior is inexcusable, one theory about the sixth and seventh books might make you reconsider your thoughts on Draco and the Malfoy family. The theory suggests that as a form of punishment ordered by Voldemort, Draco was bitten and became a werewolf.

This isn't a new theory, but recently resurfaced in an Imgur post and still exists on the website Draco Malfoy Is a Werewolf. It states that Draco was bitten by Fenrir Greyback after Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix takes place because of Lucius' mistakes. Lucius failed to retrieve the prophecy and previously let one of Voldemort's horcruxes get destroyed in the second book. As Remus Lupin shares in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, Greyback is often used by Voldemort to punish his enemies by letting him bite children and turn them into werewolves. In the same book, Harry starts to notice how pale and different Draco acts. He presumes to think it's because Draco is now a death eater, but with the theory in mind, it's actually because he's a werewolf. It's also why Draco has a close relationship with Severus Snape, as only he could brew the Wolfsbane potion for Draco.

Since Draco was no longer a true pure-blood, it also explains why the Malfoy's end up betraying Voldemort in the last book and leaving him behind. They could no longer abide by and fight for pure-bloods because of Draco, so they saw no reason to continue supporting Voldemort.

Though this theory is severely convincing, J.K. Rowling took to Twitter to dispel it in 2015. Someone tweeted at Rowling the question of whether Draco was a werewolf and Rowling said she hadn't seen it - and that it wasn't true. You can see it below.

Even though Rowling has essentially shut down this theory, we're still hoping it was true. It would make up for Draco's attitude towards Harry and everyone else.

10 Best Carbs For Weight Loss, According to a Dietitian

Trying to lose weight, and you think you have to ditch all carbs? No way! It's painful to live without bread and pasta and fruit, and the best news is you don't have to! Certified dietitian Leslie Langevin, MS, RD, CD, of Whole Health Nutrition recommends eating carbs to give you energy and fill you up. But not just any carbs. Avoid refined carbs like foods made with white flour (bye-bye bagels) and white sugar (sayonara sweets), and go for complex carbs. Leslie says, "They break down slowly in the body because of their high-fiber content and help to keep blood sugar levels steady since they are digested slower. They're also richer in nutrients than simple carbohydrates." Aim for three servings a day of whole grains, one to two of fruit, and one to two of legumes. Here's a list of the best ones.

This Amazing Device Will Help Women Keep Their Hair During Chemotherapy

An unfortunate side effect of chemotherapy treatment is hair loss. Though it is designed to destroy cancer, chemotherapy can also result in the damage of regularly functioning cells, including hair follicles. Losing the strands you've grown and loved your entire life can take a major emotional toll.

However, there is a hopeful new development. The Food and Drug Administration has given market clearance to Sweden's DigniCap Scalp Cooling System, a device designed to reduce the activity of hair follicles during chemotherapy in breast cancer patients.

The neoprene cap is placed on patients' heads before, during, and after treatment. This connects to a computer-controlled cooling unit with near-freezing temperatures, which reduce blood flow in the scalp. The cap also slows down division of new cells to prevent further damage from continued treatment. By regulating the behavior and activity of the follicles, the DigniCap can cut back on the amount of damage done to healthy hair cells during chemotherapy, in turn decreasing hair loss.

The innovative system is the first of its kind to be FDA approved. Researchers believe that the cooling cap can have a great emotional impact in women undergoing treatment. "We are pleased to see a product for breast cancer patients that can minimize chemotherapy-induced hair loss and contribute to the quality of life of these individuals," said William Maisel, MD, in an FDA news release.

In a trial performed on 122 women with stage one or stage two cancer, over 66 percent of participants reported losing less than 50 percent of their hair over the course of one month. Participant Deborah Cohen noted that being able to keep her mane during treatment had a huge impact on the way she was treated by loved ones and strangers. "I think it helped my children cope with my diagnosis, first and foremost, because they were able to look at me and not see me as someone who was sick," she told Glamour.

In the coming months, the DigniCap will be made available in chemotherapy treatment centers around the country. The distribution of this device marks an incredible step in the development of cancer treatment. With this important reinforcement of their confidence, patients can feel even stronger and more brave during their recovery. More women can now go into recovery without the fear of losing their hair, leaving them able to focus on the progression of their health.
