Selena Gomez's Already Wearing Fall's Most Popular Boot

With a resurgence of '80s style this season, it looks like Selena Gomez has become a fan. The star took some fashion inspiration from the decade, rocking a pair of white Stuart Weitzman slouchy boots and cuffed Monse boyfriend jeans. As she posed in front of the mirror, Selena showed off her midsection in a knotted black crop tee and wore a pair of retro sunglasses. The star was all dressed up in this casual ensemble for The Weeknd's concert. Though Selena is a '90s baby, we love this particular outfit on her because she didn't have to try hard to look cool. Kit Harington and Rose Leslie Have Had It With Winter, Strip Down in Greece

Kit Harington (aka Jon Snow) has clearly had enough of Winter because he recently whisked girlfriend Rose Leslie away for a sunny vacation in Santorini, Greece. On Thursday, the Game of Thrones actor was spotted taking a quick dip in his hotel pool before toweling off and heading out for a day of sightseeing with Rose on a pair of ATVs. The two looked adorable in their matching helmets and sunglasses and appeared to be making the most of their time on the beautiful island.

Kit and Rose have been keeping a low profile as of late, though they did attend the Olivier Awards in London last month (the place where they made their romance red carpet official in 2015). Kit is currently busy filming BBC's new drama Gunpowder and recently wrapped up filming for Game of Thrones' seventh season (which premieres on July 17), while Rose plays the lead role in The Good Wife's spinoff, The Good Fight, so it makes sense that they'd want to take a break and spend some quality time together.

Why the New Healthcare Bill Is So Unfair to Kids With Special Needs

Hey Congress,

It's me, a mom of a beautiful boy with autism. I just wanted to give you a little reminder: every child has the right to a free and appropriate education. This is the law. However, if you ask me, the law might as well say every child has the right to free and the minimum amount of education, right? Because it seems like that's how you're interpreting it. The American Health Care Act, which passed the House last week, is a major insult to families like mine. That's because it guts $880 billion from the Medicaid fund that helps pay for everything from physical therapy to feeding tubes for special needs kids in public school.

Let me explain my frustration. I had a normal pregnancy, delivery via (C-section - you know, a preexisting condition! - and was blessed with a healthy baby boy; all 9 pounds of him were perfect. He was a great sleeper, eater, and the happiest when staring at his older brother. It was not until he turned 3 that my husband and I knew we were dealing with something more than a speech delay. He was diagnosed with autism a few months before turning 4. (I'll write you more about that another time. For now, it's important to stick with the present.)

My son attends a special needs preschool program that is run through our school district. He gets speech and OT therapies weekly. Don't get me wrong; I'm extremely grateful that I live in a town that has a program and therapies for my son. But to think that that they are enough to meet his needs is insane. We, and most families who have special needs children, have to do private therapies outside of school to continue to meet the needs of our kids. And just another reminder: those needs are constantly changing. The school district budgets are tight, and although our kids get services, sometimes they are done in a group setting or not as often as needed. It's just the reality of the system. For my son, we take him to speech and OT therapies weekly outside of school, plus, once a month take him to see a holistic speech pathologist. She is wonderful but pricey! Luckily, we have health coverage through my husband's employer. However, not all of the therapies are covered by insurance, and copays can really add up! But I often say, are we really going to let something like money stop us from trying something that might make a difference for our child?

It's exhausting, expensive, and overwhelming to be a parent of a child with special needs. But it is nothing compared to what our children are going through. Thank goodness there are programs like Medicare for families to help support and allow our children to receive therapies in and out of school. Oh, but wait - we must remember the American Health Care Act. You know, the healthcare bill that is being touted as a win. Let me remind you again that it's actually a big loss for special needs families. I guess money does make a difference when it comes to helping kids who are by law required to receive an appropriate education. It's a shame. I guess because our kids learn differently, we're screwed! Awesome.

Well, this is one mom who can't stay quiet. Our kids deserve the chance to thrive, regardless of economic status; they need to receive at least the minimum therapy in and out of school. Seriously, it's frustrating. Why do I even need to remind you of all of this? All I want for my child is a chance. He has goals and a bright future. He has come so far but has so much farther to go. But if you cut Medicare funding and the district has to cut jobs and he loses a portion of the therapies he receives and his progress gets stalled, well, then you will be sorry! Please leave our kids out of this mess. Haven't they suffered enough already?

Don't make me send you any more reminders. Just do what is right and protect the law.

Talk to you soon,
Matthew's Mom

David Beckham's Role in King Arthur Is Definitely Not What You'd Expect

David Beckham is many things: an athlete, a husband, a father, but now he's adding actor to his résumé. Warner Bros. just released a clip from his upcoming film with Charlie Hunnam, King Arthur: Legend of the Sword, and it will definitely change the way you see him. Even though he only has a few lines in the scene, his prosthetic nose and facial scars are pretty terrifying. Seriously, he's almost unrecognizable. Watch the clip above before the movie hits theaters on May 12.

An Alaska State Rep Thinks Women Are Using Abortions as an Excuse to Travel

Alaska state Representative David Eastman has some thoughts on abortion - and those thoughts are downright idiotic. During a recent interview, Eastman said he believes women who are in the later stages of their pregnancy are "glad" to get abortions, so they can take trips to receive the procedure.

Eastman went on to say, "We've created an incentive structure where people are now incented to carry their pregnancy longer than they would otherwise and then take part in that when they wouldn't otherwise be doing it."

Although Eastman reportedly declined to cite any direct sources backing up his wild assertion, he stressed that he knew of "specific instances" where families looked at abortion as a great opportunity to fit in some travel time. "I can think of a case that was brought to our attention earlier this session where you had a family who was very glad to hear that their abortion had gone beyond a certain point, because they were going to be heading to Seattle," Eastman argued. Eastman apparently thinks that the increasingly undue burden states place on women, which force so many of them to travel hundreds of miles for abortion services, are somehow providing them with fun vacations during which they can do a little sightseeing.

Unfortunately, this is yet another example of how some men in office do not seem to have a clue about abortions or women's health care in general. It's also an alarming reason more women should consider running for office so that their voices, specifically on the laws that apply to their reproductive organs, are heard loud and clear.

No Mom Would Be Mad About the Tattoo This Girl Gets in Touching New Ad

If you found out your daughter was at a tattoo parlor, there's a good chance you'd be upset. Well, leave it to card maker American Greetings to turn that idea on its head in a touching new commercial for Mother's Day.

In the minute-long ad, a girl gets her very first tattoo, smack dab on her wrist, and when we finally see what it is, it's "Keep Shining" written in handwriting. The girl pulls out a greeting card, signed by her mom, that includes that exact phrase in that exact style.

"I think she would have liked it," the girl says.

And in that moment, it's clear that this wasn't a stereotypical act of teenage rebellion but a touching tribute - proof that one everyday card from a mother to her daughter can leave an impression that lasts forever.

How to Find Your Own Bra Size Right at Home

Despite what you might have heard, girl you do not have to go to the store to get fitted for a bra. You can find your true number right at home using a simple strip of measuring tape. We tapped lingerie pro Jenny Altman of I Love A Good and Soma to break down the ridiculously easy steps. Below, you'll find a fast, simple guide to uncovering your number, along with a video of Jenny breaking down the process. Now all you've got to do is go out and buy yourself a bra - then learn the proper way to care for it.

Step 1:

Put on a good bra, nothing with padding or compression. Grab your measuring tape (not a metal one) and stand before your mirror. (Take a deep breath and remember nobody else can see this!) Wrap the measuring tape firmly around your rib cage, just around your bra band, and make sure it's parallel to the floor all the way around. This helps to determine your band size. Round up to the nearest even number of inches to arrive at measurement A.

Step 2:

Shimmy your measuring tape up a few inches. You want it to be around your body at the fullest point of your breasts, again making sure the tape is parallel to the floor all the way around. Round up to the nearest number of inches. This is to determine your cup size, or measurement B.

Step 3:

Take measurement A and subtract it from measurement B. For example, let's say measurement A is 34, and measurement B is 38. 38-34=4. Then, apply that number to this scale to determine your cup size: 1=A, 2=B, 3=C, 4=D, 5=DD/E, 6=F, and so on. The cup size for our example would be D. If you want the math done for you, try Soma's bra fit calculator.

Step 4:

Put your two numbers together. In this case, our bra size would be 34D.
Now that you have your number, you're done with an at-home fitting. Keep in mind that this number/cup size is just your starting point. Just like with jeans, different brands and styles will not fit the same.

Nicole Kidman Gets So Embarrassed When Ellen Plays Her Oscars Clap on Loop

Nicole Kidman become a trending meme for her awkward clapping at the Oscars this year, and Ellen DeGeneres just won't let her forget it. During her appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Tuesday, the Big Little Lies star got incredibly embarrassed as the host played the infamous video of her clapping on loop in the background. After trying her hardest to laugh off the mishap, she reiterated that the reason she was clapping so weird was because she was trying to preserve the expensive diamonds she was wearing on her fingers. She even demonstrated for the audience that she actually knows how to clap normally. Ellen then got one more hilarious dig in when she encouraged her entire audience to do the awkward Nicole clap.

The Royals Have a Long History of Memorable Bridesmaid Dresses

When Princess Charlotte accompanies her aunt Pippa Middleton down the aisle on May 20, she will be joining a long list of royal bridesmaids that includes her mother, Kate; grandmother Princess Diana; and great-grandmother the queen. In the past century, some fashions have changed forever - goodbye, 1970s frumpy aprons and skull caps - while voluminous skirts and flower crowns have remained remarkably similar, but what will the little princess wear? While we wait, we've rounded up all the royal bridesmaid dresses from through the years - from alarmingly flammable-looking fabrics to exquisite Vera Wang, opera gloves to bonnets and floral hoops to peachy pouffes . . .

Pippa Middleton Bends the Rules in a Big Way So Meghan Markle Can Attend Her Wedding

Meghan Markle just scored an invite to one of the biggest weddings of the year. While it was first reported that the Suits actress would be Prince Harry's date to Pippa Middleton's wedding to financier James Matthews in May, but wouldn't be at the ceremony, it's now been revealed that she will indeed be at the church for the nuptials. To ensure that her big day is an intimate gathering, Pippa is enforcing a strong "no ring, no bring" rule, meaning that unmarried and unengaged partners are prohibited from attending the event . . . except Meghan. The groom's brother Spencer Matthews is also banned from bringing his girlfriend, Vogue Williams, in light of the policy. However, according to The Telegraph, Meghan has become the exception to Pippa's rule, perhaps because she and Harry made their first official outing on May 6 when the actress cheered on her man (and shared a sweet kiss) at his polo match.

Of course, this isn't the first time Meghan has accompanied Harry to a wedding. Earlier this year, they jetted off to Jamaica to watch the royal's childhood friend Tom "Skippy" Inskip - who was popularly known as Harry's "wingman" - tie the knot with literary agent Lara Hughes-Young. Looks like things are getting serious for the two lovebirds.

Jimmy Kimmel Gives an Update on His Newborn Son's Heart Condition

After revealing that his newborn son, William, is battling a serious heart condition, Jimmy Kimmel returned to his late-night show on Monday night with some good news to share. Billy is "doing very well," eating, sleeping, and getting bigger. He also thanked those who made donations to the Children's Hospital Los Angeles following his monologue, but also called out those who "had not-so-nice things to say online." "I can't even count the number of times I've been called an 'out-of-touch Hollywood elitist creep' this week," he said. "Which, I have to say, I kind of appreciate because, when I was a kid, we had to drink powdered milk because we couldn't afford the liquid variety. Our orange juice came frozen out of a can; it would squeeze out."

Jimmy previously stated that that Billy underwent one of likely three open-heart surgeries a few days after he was born on April 21 and that he had to be hooked up to numerous IVs after the procedure. His wife, Molly McNearney, also spoke out by sharing a precious snap of Jimmy and Billy on Twitter, writing, "I am thankful to love and be loved by these two brave guys. Both criers." We're happy to hear Billy is doing better!

Texas Might Lower Its Standards For Detention Centers So It Can Detain Children

The GOP-led Texas state legislature has made its anti-immigrant position abundantly clear. After passing a "show me your papers" law through the state Senate, Republican senators are advancing a new bill to legalize "baby jails." The bill would allow day-care immigrant detention centers in the state.

Senate Bill 1018, passed on April 26, seeks to counteract a federal judge's mandate that children cannot be held in facilitates that aren't up to day care standards. Texas currently houses 3,200 immigrants and asylum seekers in private prison facilities; families are held together in detention centers that critics describe as reminiscent of Japanese internment camps.

If the proposed legislation passes through the full senate, SB1018 would exempt private prison facilities from having to adhere to the standards for day cares. The bill has picked up an eerie nickname: "baby jail."

A Presbyterian pastor, Jim Rigby, spoke with The Texas Observer about his interpretation of bill. "Just by having the conversation of whether it's OK to keep children in prison, we're damaging the state of Texas," Rigby said.

After the bill's introduction, an Associated Press investigation revealed that the bill had been authored by a lobbying firm, The GEO Group, which represents a detention center in Texas, The Karnes Residential Center. Republican state representative John Raney openly admitted that the GEO Group wrote SB1018. "I've known the lady who's their lobbyist for a long time," Raney told the Associated Press. "That's where the legislation came from. We don't make things up. People bring things to us and ask us to help."

The bill was approved by the Senate on April 30 and will now be voted on by the House, despite protests from activists and Democratic lawmakers.

1 Scene in Alien: Covenant Will Change How You See Michael Fassbender

When it comes to a film like Alien: Covenant, you can count on a few things. First, there will be blood, guts, and terrifying alien monsters bursting out of human bodies. (In fact, you can tell that much just from the film's trailers and the other miscellaneous details we've gotten about the film in the past couple of months.) Second, you can guess that that there's going to be a bleak and twisted ending. But the one thing you might not predict is an awkward kiss, let alone an awkward kiss between Michael Fassbender . . . and Michael Fassbender.

Yes, you read that right. In Covenant, Fassbender reprises his role as David, the almost-too-human artificially intelligent being we first meet in Prometheus. He also plays Walter, a new and improved version of David with the exact same likeness but an entirely different personality. Interestingly enough, Walter and David are so opposite, they almost represent the opposite ends of good and evil spectrum. David reviles human beings and thinks they need to be destroyed. Walter swears by his duty to the crew of the Covenant, and will do anything to protect them. This leads to some pretty interesting scenes between the two androids, but the weird part is the strange, almost sexual tension between them.

Warning: Spoilers follow.

The first time they're alone, David shows Walter how to play the recorder flute. This involves a very intimate lesson in which David says he'll help Walter with the "fingering." Walter puts his hands on David's and guides him through a little, too. It's very Patrick Swayze helping Demi Moore make pottery in Ghost. But in their last scene together, David realizes Walter is not on board with his plan to kill all the humans and decides to kill him. Right before David kills Walter, he plants a very sensual kiss on Walter's lips and stabs him in the neck.

Anyway, that's it. It's a very strange, almost out-of-place moment, and it's very disorienting. But hey, David is a maniac. It makes sense a little bit, too. Here's hoping Michael Fassbender and Michael Fassbender win best kiss at next year's MTV Movie and TV Awards, right?

The Completely Addictive Method of Cooking Broccoli and Cauliflower

It won't be a challenge to eat your veggies if you try this easy technique for roasting cauliflower and broccoli. For months, a few women in our office have been praising roasted cruciferous veggies. I'm already a huge fan of baked kale chips, roasted brussels sprouts, and oven-crisped cabbage, so I'm not sure why it took me so long to try out roasted cauliflower and broccoli. Now that I have, I'm never going back to the steamed stuff. The oven morphed the little veggie trees into crisp nuggets that could almost pass for chips. They are addictive . . . don't be surprised if those around you fight for the last bites!

Here's what you'll do:

  1. Cut the broccoli and cauliflower into equally sized pieces.
  2. Spread across a rimmed sheet tray, leaving space between each floret. Drizzle olive oil across the veggies and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Roast in a 400°F oven for 18-23 minutes, or until crispy to your liking.

People Are Turning Ikea Bags Into Every Type of Clothing Imaginable

Ikea's Frakta bag is so hot right now. After Balenciaga debuted a cobalt-blue leather bag bearing a striking resemblance to Ikea's famous shopping tote, the internet took notice. Fashion-lovers and Ikea shoppers alike have been using the Frakta bag to make fashionable clothing items: hats, shoes, masks, and even thongs! We wonder what Balenciaga designer Demna Gvasalia thinks of all of this, but the fact that people are designing wearable items from a shopping bag is impressive enough. Keep reading to see all the fun Balenciaga-inspired fashion.

Conservative Think Tank Inadvertently Plugs Solar Energy When It Meant to Praise Coal

The American Enterprise Institute (AEI) made an unexpected push for solar energy in a newly published article intending to argue for more coal production. The think tank, which leans far right on the political spectrum, shared an "inconvenient energy fact" via Twitter . . . except the only inconvenient piece of the story was what the data actually demonstrated.

Just from viewing AEI's tweet, it seems pretty apparent that it is not delivering the message it thinks it is. In fact, AEI makes a pretty good case for investing more in solar as a way to expand the job market. The story, however, attempts to argue that coal production is actually more efficient since it requires less labor.

"To produce the same amount of electric power as just one coal worker would require two natural gas workers and an amazingly-high 79 solar workers," the article argues before making its rather matter-of-fact point (and one that largely departs from President Donald Trump's desire to resuscitate coal mining).

"The goal of America's energy sector isn't to create as many jobs as possible, especially the politically-favored and heavily-subsidized renewable energy jobs," the article states. "Rather, the economic goal is to produce as much electric power as possible at the lowest possible cost, and that means we want the fewest number of energy workers!"

Given that Trump's push to reinvigorate coal fails to align with AEI's defense of coal, the entire story becomes more convoluted. Trump lifted former President Barack Obama's limits on the coal industry as a way to create more jobs. But, as AEI's investigation demonstrates, expanding the coal industry is more or less only beneficial to the employer since it has to hire fewer people to produce the same amount of energy.

Seems like conservatives have a disconnect they desperately need to discuss.

Sorry to Break Your Heart, but Harry Styles Is Reportedly Off the Market

It appears love is in the air for Harry Styles. According to People, the "Sign of the Times" singer is reportedly dating UK chef and blogger Tess Ward. Harry's rep declined to comment to People, but The Sun claims "there was an instant spark between" Harry and Tess when they first met. "They really bonded over their mutual love of quirky fashion and food – and things turned romantic quickly."

Tess is a Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef, and she released her first book, The Naked Diet, in 2015. The UK publication also reported that the couple met through Harry's stylist Lou Teasdale and has "been on a number of dates while Harry has been in London." He's even "introduced Tess to some of his close friends." While Harry told Nick Grimshaw on BBC Radio 1 last month that he's been single for more than a year, the two were spotted driving around London together over the weekend. Harry previously dated Taylor Swift and Kendall Jenner.

If You Were Destroyed by The Mist, Do NOT Watch the Trailer For the TV Version

It's a banner year for people who love getting the sh*t scared out of them by Stephen King adaptations. While you may be quivering just thinking of the upcoming It remake, I'm terrified by the fact that The Mist is getting rebooted as a TV show. The 2007 movie explored a microcosm of a world that is overrun with a mysterious mist, but the TV show is taking us out of the grocery store and into the street. Morgan Spector, Alyssa Sutherland, Isiah Whitlock Jr., and Frances Conroy all star in the show, which is set to premiere on Spike on June 22. Check out the trailers!

Look All You Want, There's No Doubt Michelle Obama's Earrings Are Absolute Treasures

Michelle Obama's back in a gown, and for a very special celebration. Former President Barack Obama received the 2017 John F. Kennedy Profile in Courage Award and Michelle was right beside him wearing a one-shoulder blue dress. The fabric on the left side draped towards the ground, while tiny pleat details framed her shoulder.

The former first lady pulled her hair up and back, revealing a pair of luxe chandelier earrings. They just so happened to match the color of her dress, which proved, once again, how classic Michelle's style is. No matter what occasion it might be, she always captures our attention with her outfits. Scroll on to see her look in full, then shop similar picks.

Conservative Think Tank Inadvertently Plugs Solar Energy When It Meant to Praise Coal

A Look Back at Demi Lovato's Dating History

Demi Lovato has been in the spotlight for a long time, so it's no wonder she's been linked to a few different men. Some have only been brief flings you probably don't even remember, while others have been around for years and left a mark when things ended (we're not over her breakup with Wilmer Valderrama yet). From a relationship she had when she first started out her career in 2007 to her long-term BFs, here's a look at Demi's love life.

5 Rules For Following Up After the Interview

You've made it through the last round, and now all you have to do is play the waiting game. It's a nerve-wracking time, and you may jump every time the phone rings, but keep your cool and make sure you're not breaking any of these interview follow-up rules:

  1. Thank them within two days. Thank whoever interviewed you on the day of or, at the very least, the day after your interview. Thank every person who interviewed you. It's best to send them individual thank-you emails or notes. Only send a thank-you note if you can drop it off in person, because if you snail mail it, it might arrive late.
  2. Follow up within two weeks. Follow up after your thank-you note anywhere from a week after the interview to no later than two weeks. Don't bombard them with emails and if you haven't heard from them after the thank-you note and the first follow-up, wait another week to two weeks before doing one final follow-up. If you don't hear back from them, it's probably time to move on.
  3. Choose the right person. Don't follow up with everyone you met up with. Pick a person who's in charge of following up with you. At the end of the interview, you can ask what the next steps are to clarify who should be reaching out to you. Most likely, you should follow up with either the hiring manager or the HR contact.
  4. Use the same medium. If your interviewer seems to prefer a certain medium, like the phone or email, try to stick to that when reaching out to them. If she reaches out to you via email, respond with an email. If she calls you and leaves a voicemail, get back to her by phone.
  5. Be careful with language. Choose your words wisely and be wary of sounding impatient or even putting pressure on the person you're speaking to. Hiring managers need time to make a decision, and they may still be interviewing other people, so be patient. Meanwhile, keep looking for other job opportunities while you're waiting, so you're not pinning all your hopes on one position.

That Time Jason Momoa Fell From Heaven and Landed on Baywatch

Hawaiian-born Jason Momoa may look like he was born to walk around shirtless, and once upon a time, that was his job. Before starring on Game of Thrones as Khal Drogo and landing the role of Aquaman in DC's superhero franchise, Momoa was a regular on Baywatch Hawaii. (After careful consideration, I guess his parts do still require him to be shirtless most of the time.) Playing beach babe Jason Ioane was his first onscreen role ever, and he stayed with the show for two seasons until it ended in 2001. As a precautionary measure, I've rounded up several of his Baywatch Hawaii moments so we will never forget about this important period in American history.

This Artist Gave Our Favorite Movies the Most High-Fashion Makeovers, and We Are So Here For It

I was scrolling through Instagram when Regina George wearing Dior's "We All Should Be Feminists" t-shirt made me giggle audibly at my desk. The mashup, courtesy of artist and designer Benjamin Seidler, is pure genius - and there's lots more where that came from. Benjamin, who's worked with industry icons like Alber Elbaz and Suzy Menkes, put his expertise on display with an unexpected medium. He took to Instagram to dress his favorite characters from film and television in designs straight from couture runways. The results are the stuff of fashion fan fiction.

He's outfitted Cher and Dionne in Louis Vuitton for gym class and Bridget Jones in Balmain, proving his taste in movies is on par with his style savvy. The combination makes for an addictive feed that's quickly become our latest obsession with costumes that feel both totally anachronistic and also strangely appropriate. He told Vogue about the process:

"The brands have to reflect something about the movie and at the same time look totally out of place. So for my Legally Blonde collage, I first put Elle in Chanel, but that looked too much like what the character might actually wear, so I found the Comme [des Garcons] look and it felt like it made sense because it was pink but different. The perception of the fashion and the film is altered. I've watched every episode of Sex and the City at least 20 times and can recite them word for word. The collages are a way for me to keep the series and films I like current."

Indeed, flipping through the feed, you could easily see Carrie Bradshaw in the latest Gucci or even Audrey Hepburn in Moschino. Clearly Benjamin's real-life know-how translates brilliantly as a fictional stylist to the movies - to which I'll just add: Benjamin, can you dress my feed?

Read on to see a few of our favorite works and be sure to follow the artist to keep up with his latest.

5 Condiments You Should Refrigerate - and 3 You Shouldn't

Fact: not all condiments belong in the fridge. To make sure you're getting the longest shelf life (and the most flavor) out of common condiments like ketchup, maple syrup, and hot sauce, be sure to refer to this list of products you should - and shouldn't - store in a cold fridge. Some of them might surprise you and remind you to check yours to see if they're in the right place!

Do Refrigerate

  • Maple syrup. Maple syrup belongs in the refrigerator because mold can grow inside the bottle if it's left out.
  • Mayonnaise. This one is a no-brainer! Mayo is made with eggs and needs to be kept in the refrigerator once opened.
  • Nut-based oils. Oils like sesame or peanut that aren't refined and are made with nuts should be refrigerated to keep from going rancid. Pro tip: nuts should also be refrigerated to maintain their best flavor.
  • Ketchup. Refrigerating ketchup is up for debate depending on what kind you have and how quickly you plan to use it. Open ketchup can be stored in the pantry for up to one month, but if you won't use it by then, keep it in the fridge.
  • Mustard . . . sometimes. Dijon and horseradish-based mustards should be refrigerated, but others are OK to leave out if you prefer them at room temperature. Refrigerating yellow mustard will help maintain its flavor, but it doesn't contain any ingredients that spoil.

Don't Refrigerate

  • Soy sauce. Ever notice that soy sauce stays out on the tables at restaurants? That's because it's fermented and doesn't need to be refrigerated.
  • Hot sauce. Vinegar-based hot sauces have a shelf life of about three years and don't need to be chilled to stay fresh.
  • Honey. Honey will crystallize and become impossible to use if it's hardened in the fridge. Keep it stored away from direct sunlight.

Jessica Simpson Hits the Red Carpet With 4 Generations of Her Beautiful Family

Jessica Simpson had an adorable family outing on Saturday when she attended a Spring style event benefiting The Boys and Girls Clubs of Waco, TX. The fashion designer hit the red carpet in her home state with her husband, Eric Johnson; their two kids, Maxwell and Ace; her sister, Ashlee; her brother-in-law, Evan Ross; her niece, Jagger; her mom, Tina; and her grandmother, Dorothy. The four generations of women looked gorgeous while smiling for photographers, with little Maxwell even picking up her cousin Jagger for a few adorable snaps. Jessica's dad, Joe, appeared to miss the event, as did Ashlee's son Bronx, whom she shares with ex Pete Wentz, but the large group more than makes up for it.

Yes, That Video of a Girl Calling Trump a Disgrace Is Fake, but Damn Is It Cathartic

If you've scrolled around social media these past few days, you've likely stumbled upon that chuckle-worthy video of a young girl telling President Trump exactly how she feels about him straight to his face. In the short but oh-so-sweet clip, the little badass walks up to the POTUS, with a phone in hand, and confidently says, "You're a disgrace to the world," before stepping back to snap a photo of him.

Their interaction quickly went viral on Twitter, garnering more than 170,000 retweets and 260,000 favorites. Many (including us!) initially believed the brutally honest, pint-sized hero was truly face to face with the POTUS himself. But alas, it wasn't actually Trump - it was Anthony Atamanuik, an impersonator whose profile and plastic-like wig bear an uncanny resemblance to the president.

The whole skit was part of a Comedy Central series called The President Show. In an extended version of the video that aired, the fake Trump character even agrees with the little girl that he is, in fact, a disgrace.

Although it wasn't really the president in the clip, it looks like the young girl may have been under the impression that it actually was. Anthony Atamanuik took to Twitter to clarify that she wasn't an actress. So her reaction was 100-percent candid, which is pure gold. Preach your truth, girl!
