Daddy Yankee Has Been the King of Outrageous Stage Outfits Since Day 1
Daddy Yankee became a household name in 2004 with the release of his hit song "Gasolina," and he's been dubbed the "King of Reggaeton" ever since. While you've been getting down at his concerts for the past 13 years, you probably haven't paid attention to one key staple in every Yankee performance: an on-point outfit.
The 40-year-old brings it on stage every time, whether it's with a matching shirt and shoe combo or a sparkly jacket. He is actually a pretty snazzy dresser. Keep scrolling to see some of his most outrageously fabulous outfits throughout the years.
The 1 Thing You Should Always Have With You When You Fly With Kids
Although airplane pilots do their best to let passengers know when the plane is going to hit a rough patch, turbulence can be somewhat unpredictable and unexpected, which is why the crew always asks that you sit with your seat belt on even when the light is off. However, many airlines don't require children under 2 to even have a seat to themselves, meaning the smallest, most vulnerable passengers could be without proper restraints in the case of unexpected turbulence. This is why Sarah Tilton, Britax's child passenger safety technician and chair of the National Child Passenger Safety Board, says parents should always have a car seat when traveling with their children.
"Having a car seat makes the whole environment less stressful for everyone," Tilton told POPSUGAR. Not only does a car seat mean your child is kept just as safe as they would be in a car, but "the parent is not worrying about trying to hold the child down when they get a little active," which can help to eliminate some behavioral issues.
Additionally, Tilton makes note of the fact that parents can't really be to their children what a car seat can during a flight. "We may be sitting there holding our child with one hand and a drink with another . . . so are we really going to be prepared to hold our child tight when we need to? Turbulence can be so unexpected, so children need to be properly secured."
Besides, as Tilton said, "Our children are our most precious cargo," so why would we not put as much thought into safety on a plane ride as we do every time we strap them securely into the car? To help protect your precious cargo, here are a few of Tilton's tips for flying with a car seat.
- Call to make your flight reservation rather than doing it online. Most parents don't want to buy a seat for their child under 2 since it's considered legal by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to travel with them on your lap. "I often tell parents to call the airline to make a reservation to talk to someone about discounts for children under the age of 2," Tilton said.
- "If you choose not to purchase a seat for your child, go to the gate with your car seat and ask if the flight is full," she suggested. "If the flight is not full, the airline should allow you to take your car seat on board and use an empty seat for your child without making that purchase. But only if the flight is not full." If you find out the flight is full, you can check the car seat at the gate, usually free of charge.
- Don't fly on busy days during busy times. Tilton said: "Pick flight times that are not popular (so not Mondays, Fridays, or Thursday afternoons) because that's when business people are flying and flights are going to be full. Airlines are less likely to be accommodating then. Fly red-eyes, or take early-morning or late-night flights that aren't typically full."
Although the FAA doesn't require children under 2 to have their own seat, its website urges parents to "secure your child in a CRS [Child Restraint Systems] or device for the duration of your flight" because "your arms aren't capable of holding your child securely, especially during unexpected turbulence." However, not all car seats are government approved, so the FAA asks parents to make sure the seat has the statement "This restraint is certified for use in motor vehicles and aircraft" printed on it before heading to the airport.
Not only does flying with a car seat make life easier for every party involved (aside from the installation process while everyone is trying to board - that's kind of a nightmare, but it's worth it), Tilton pointed out another reason taking your child's car seat along for the flight makes sense even after you've touched down at your destination: "you're going to need a car seat at the other end anyway."

5 Important Love Lessons All Women Need to Know (and Follow!)
While dating, it's easy to lose yourself and forget who you are in the process. You give so much to the other person, and eventually your identity as an individual starts to blend with theirs. And some who can't seem to catch a break in the realm of love begin to look inward and wonder if it has something to do with them. To maintain your sanity and self-worth in the midst of relationship trial and error, it's important to keep five lessons in mind. Here's what all women need to know and follow.
1. No one else is responsible for your happiness but yourself.
A partner can contribute to your happiness, but it's not their job. It all starts with you, and you can't put it on him or her to bring you joy. If you're unable to make yourself happy, how can you ever expect anyone else to? Rather than finding a partner for the sake of filling that void, establish a healthy relationship with yourself and you'll find more fulfillment in being alone.
2. Never tolerate anybody who doesn't treat you with respect.
Don't ever allow someone to put you down in any way or hurt you emotionally, mentally, or physically. You should be shown nothing but love and kindness, and anything below that is not to be accepted. Period.
3. Don't chase someone who doesn't see your worth.
Whoever can't understand how lucky they are to have you isn't worth your time or effort. You deserve nothing but the best, so don't settle for a partner who can't live up to that. It's not about being better than him or her, either; it's about being valued. Don't waste your energy on assh*les who don't understand that.
4. Never change who you are for somebody else.
Unless it's for the better, you shouldn't have to alter any of your beliefs, values, opinions, appearance, etc. to please a significant other. Clearly, they don't accept you for who you are and don't appreciate what they have in front of them. If they truly care about you, they'll love every single part of you, flaws and all.
5. You are enough.
Never let anybody convince you otherwise.

Miley Cyrus Belting Out "Inspired" at the Manchester Benefit Will Move You Deeply
Miley Cyrus delivered a beautiful performance at pal Ariana Grande's One Love Manchester concert in the UK on Sunday. In addition to teaming up with Pharrell Williams for a surprise duet of "Happy," the singer belted out her new single, "Inspired." Miley also took a second to comfort the audience, telling the crowd, "I'd like to wrap my arms around each and every one of you, and say thank you from the bottom of my heart. For me, the most important responsibility on this entire planet is to take care of one another. And look what we're doing today and how amazing that is!" The star-studded show featured even more performances by Niall Horan, Justin Bieber, and Katy Perry.
Finding Pride in the 2016 Election, and Whatever Lies Beyond
Pride, by definition, is the feeling of deep pleasure/satisfaction derived from one's own accomplishments. It is also one of the seven deadly sins. The duality of the word is ironic; it's ongoing yet fleeting, overwhelming and wonderful or a means of defeat. Pride is tricky.
That aside, I've had many moments that I'm proud of. I am a bi-racial, lady-lovin', justice-seeking, rebel-rousing, OUT female who helped to create a musical that changed millions of minds. Hamilton arguably changed the art world - oh, hell, it changed the whole world as we know it! It wasn't that long ago that women couldn't be both OUT and a prominent member of the art community; a celebrity. I feel for women like Eva Le Gallienne and Tallulah Bankhead, who loved in secret (due to the social confines at the time) but publicly entertained the masses. They didn't get to stand in their truth the way I do, and by no fault of their own.
I was also proud of the moment I told my mom I thought I had the capacity to love a man or a woman. I was 13, self-assured, an award-winning competitive dancer, an A/B student, and into every arts club known to man at school. I basically thought I knew everything. I'd say I probably had a healthy case of "golden child" syndrome, which I took great pride in. I was worried that my so-called "confession" would ruin all of that, then my mom surprised me. Her response? "OK, great!" In that moment she taught me the meaning of unconditional love. I was proud of us both; me for my courage to speak up and my mother for her open-mindedness. There's no sin in telling the truth.
There is a sense of zen in the duality of pride, and I think all those who stand in their truth feel that.
Now this next one may sound odd, but Election Night 2016 was a moment of immense disappointment and total pride for me. I had the privilege to watch the results with David Boies, the man who won the Supreme Court case to strike down Prop 8 and legalize same-sex marriage. As the final tally came in and my face began to crumble along with my American pride, I turned to David and asked, "How did this happen?" David explained quite a few things to me, but what struck me most was, "Women didn't get out and vote." I was numb. OF ALL THE ELECTIONS. He went on to say, "The future is female. When the women of this country band together and find the common ground amongst them, there will be a reckoning - a female revolution." In that moment he seemed like a prophet.
As I listened to him, my disappointment turned to pride, for I realized I am the future, I am America. My brown, singin', dancin', lady lovin' ass is AMERICA and I am so proud of who I am, what I stand for, and all I've accomplished so far. So now, I look for that common ground in all I do or take on. My mom and I found it when I was 13, so it can be done. There is a sense of zen in the duality of pride, and I think all those who stand in their truth feel that. But it's my perspective on the word that makes all the difference, which includes counting my blessings and knowing that pride can be felt in the strangest of moments. And while I am proud of so many moments in my life, I know my journey with pride has only just begun.
The Latest Baby Sleeping Recommendation Goes Against Everything We Were Told
When you've got a baby, sleep is elusive – and every minute counts. Although it's no surprise that sleeping in the same room as a baby isn't the best way to get a good night's rest for parents, a new study finds that it hinders the amount a baby sleeps as well. What's more, the research recommends that babies sleep in a separate room – a recommendation that completely breaks with those recently set by the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Dr. Ian Paul, a Penn State pediatrician who conducted the study with 230 first-time mothers, found that at four months old, babies who slept alone had the longest stretches of uninterrupted sleep – by roughly 45 minutes – but slept the same amount of total time as babies who slept in their parents' rooms. But 9-month-olds sleeping in their own rooms racked up an additional 40 minutes of nighttime zzz's.
With that knowledge, Paul advised that parents should stop sleeping in the same room as their baby by the six-month mark.
Dr. Harvey Karp Reveals the "6th S" and Why Your Baby Will Never Actually Sleep Through the Night
But what about the latest guidelines from the AAP? Those advise parents to share a room with their infants for at least six months and ideally until their first birthday in an effort to lower the risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome, which most often occurs during sleep.
Paul simply doesn't think the data supports room-sharing for more than three to six months. He pointed to research that shows nine out of 10 SIDS deaths happen before the age of six months, and that there are several more likely consequences:
"Inadequate infant sleep can lead to obesity, poor sleep later in life, and can negatively affect parents," he said. "Many pediatricians and sleep experts question the room-sharing recommendation until one year because infants begin to experience separation anxiety in the second half of the first year. This makes it problematic to change sleep locations at that stage. Waiting too long can have negative effects on sleep quality for both parents and infants in both the short and long term."
"Many pediatricians and sleep experts question the room-sharing recommendation until one year."
Paul's study didn't just look at duration – those infants who slept in a room alone were more likely to have a consistent bedtime and were less likely to be brought into a parent's bed overnight.
"Our most troubling finding was that room-sharing was associated with overnight transitions to bed-sharing," he said.
Although Paul hopes his findings will help reverse the AAP's stance, it's worth noting that Paul only solicited a small amount of surveys, which gathered mothers' assumptions about their babies' sleep as opposed to actually analyzing the infants.
If all of this contradictory information makes it hard to know when to move your baby out of your bedroom, you're not alone. Talk to your pediatrician about how to proceed, and if you decide to sleep in separate rooms, remember all the other ways you can help prevent SIDS, including breastfeeding, putting babies to sleep on their backs on a firm, clear surface.
And try not to lose too much sleep over it.

The Crazy Rich Asians Movie Has the Star-Studded Cast of Your Dreams
Alert your book club, because the movie adaptation of Kevin Kwan's hit 2014 novel, Crazy Rich Asians, is finally on the way. The story follows Rachel Chu (Constance Wu) as she attempts to adapt to the insanely lavish world her boyfriend's family inhabits in Singapore and all of the over-the-top encounters she has along the way. Production on the film in Singapore and Malaysia began back in April, and luckily the all-Asian cast is pitch perfect (I know it's a little early, but maybe we can give the casting director an Oscar already?). In other words, you won't need to borrow Michele Selene Ang's Scarlett & Emma & Tilda & Matt t-shirt anytime soon. Get to know the cast below!
After 7 Years in Production, The Dark Tower Looks Like It Was Worth the Wait
The insane first trailer for The Dark Tower dropped in May, and it's full of death, destruction, and a very creepy introduction to Matthew McConaughey as the infamous Man in Black. Because Idris Elba's Roland the Gunslinger can't stop him from destroying an otherworldly tower with his good looks alone, there are plenty of jaw-dropping gun fights to feast your eyes on. After enduring seven years of production, the wait for the adaptation of Stephen King's thriller was clearly worth it. The film is loaded with other talented cast members, but if you want a closer look at Elba and McConaughey's characters, take a look at the three new teasers Sony just released:

The Very Obvious Reason Papa John's Pizza Tastes Sweet, According to a Former Employee
A former Papa John's manager recently shared his many insights in a Reddit Ask Me Anything session. The unnamed employee also worked as a Domino's manager; however, his Papa John's company secrets were particularly enlightening and refreshingly honest. In addition to naming the two pizzas you should stay away from, the employee also shared his special recipe that is a re-creation of the chain's buttery garlic sauce. Read ahead to learn all of the interesting tidbits.
There's a very obvious reason the pizza tastes slightly sweet.
Have you ever wondered why that addictive red sauce has a sweet aftertaste? After making this observation, a Reddit user asked the employee why the pizza tastes as though "the red sauce is candied." According to the employee, there's a simple reason for that. "It's full of sugar," he said.
The official tagline does deliver on its promise.
The chain's decades-old tagline states, "Better Ingredients. Better Pizza. Papa John's." The employee complimented the company when he said the Papa John's tagline actually holds up. "They do actually have better ingredients," he said, adding, "The sauce is surprisingly high quality and the vegetables are all fresh."
The worst signature pizza might surprise you.
When asked to name the worst pizza-topping combination available at Papa John's, he said, "John's Favorite is awful." The signature pizza consists of sausage, pepperoni, Italian seasoning, and a six-cheese blend. If that combination doesn't sound too bad to you, the employee insisted, "It's just grease on top of grease."
Stay away from the Spinach Alfredo Pizza.
Though it sounds tasty, the creamy Spinach Alfredo Pizza is a risky order. The employee admitted that it goes to waste pretty quickly. He said, "Papa John's has a spinach alfredo sauce that's delicious but only gets ordered maybe once a week, and it hits its sell by date 3 days after you open the bag." Oh, but it gets worse. According to him, employees don't actually throw out the sauce after it goes bad. He said, "No one actually throws it out until it's either gone or nasty looking."
There's a better way to reheat your leftover pizza.
Next time you have leftover pizza, don't even think about using the microwave. In order to get the most out of your pizza, the employee recommended his method involving a frying pan with a lid and olive oil. According to him, letting the pizza simmer over a small amount of olive oil "makes the crust crispy without drying out the toppings."
Yes, you can make your own garlic sauce.
After receiving so many questions about that famous Papa John's garlic sauce, the employee finally shared his recipe at the top of the page. For starters, you'll need to sauté a few cloves of minced garlic. When the garlic gets soft, reduce your heat to a low simmer. Then add basil, parsley, salt, and two entire sticks of butter - yes, really. He added, "The heat should be just enough to melt the butter and not much more." Interestingly enough, Papa John's uses margarine for its garlic sauce; however, the employee argues that butter tastes better.

Ashley Graham Says Women Are "Redefining Sexy" - and We Couldn't Agree More
"We have a lot of sex." Ashley Graham, the body-positive model who is on Glamour magazine's "Summer of Sex" cover, answered questions about being a sex symbol, body image, and, you guessed it - what it takes to keep her relationship healthy. The model is upfront about nudity, what it's like being a Sports Illustrated model who waited until marriage, and the relationship rituals she and her husband swear by. Check out her candid quotes ahead.
On being considered a sex symbol . . .
"When I met with Eva Chen from Instagram, she told me that 75 percent of my followers are women. So if anyone wants to call me a sex symbol, it's women. We are redefining sexy."
On getting nude for photos . . .
"You know, my thing is: If it's vulgar, and it's, like, me grabbing my breasts and showing nipple, I'm not going to do it. When I said, 'I don't do nip and bush,' I didn't feel like I had to be specific as to what kind. So you might even see more nipple coming up. But trust me: You will never see my vagina!"
On her own body positivity . . .
"Some days I feel like I have superpowers, but some days I feel like I'm the fattest girl in the world. And I talk about my back fat and my cellulite because it's important to have women in the media addressing the things that society has called flaws."
On waiting until marriage . . .
"Being a girl who waited until she was married to have sex with her husband but who is also a Sports Illustrated model is confusing for people. But I set standards for myself. And I want my message to women to be 'Do what is right for you.'"
On those Joe Jonas kisses . . .
"It's a gut intuition. I ask myself, 'Is this right for me, my brand, my career, and my relationship?' Doing the music video with Joe Jonas - and making out with him - was something that I talked to [my husband] Justin about before I went in. And he understood I was playing a role. There are reasons to set boundaries for yourself, but there are also reasons to keep doors open. With that video I wanted to let the world know that love comes in all sizes . . . "
On her relationship rituals with her husband . . .
"He tells me, 'You're the hardest-working woman I know.' And to hear it from your man is, like, a whole other thing. We don't go to bed mad at each other. We play the Nice Game - after a fight, when we're done arguing but there's still a weird energy, whoever says, 'Let's play the Nice Game,' the other person has to say something nice about them. Then [we go back and forth and] we remember why we love each other. And we have a lot of sex."
Proven Ways to Find Jaw-Dropping Designer Deals on Craigslist
Interior designer Victoria Solomon of Victoria Elizabeth Design has turned Craigslist bargain hunting into an art form. Not only does she use the resale website to source fantastic pieces for her greater New York and Boston-area clients' spaces, but she's also had major personal success on the site; Victoria's NYC apartment is a treasure trove of designer steals. It contains a spectacular campaign dresser she scooped up for a jaw-dropping $65 and an authentic 1970s Pace Collection brass and glass coffee table she purchased for $85 - it retails for around $3,500.
Beyond incredible patience and diligence (it took her eight months to find all the furniture in her apartment), we wanted to know the nitty-gritty of Victoria's winning Craigslist technique. Here's what she had to say.
POPSUGAR: What types of furniture pieces is Craigslist best for?
Victoria Solomon: Craigslist is definitely best for case goods like tables, cabinets, chests, or desks. Buying anything fabric-related on Craigslist would definitely freak me out (unless you're planning on replacing the upholstery)!
PS: Any search secrets?
VS: I use an app to find what I'm looking for - it's called cPro Craigslist, and it's fantastic. It allows you to search for an item across any geographical area in the US . . . if you use the app I mentioned, it's relatively quick and just scrolling through quickly until you see something. It's an easy thing to do while you're watching TV!
PS: Do you have any tactics for getting the seller to commit to you?
VS: The trick is to message or call the seller as soon as you find an item you like - even if you're not sure, begin a dialogue with them so they know you're is interested. If you really love the item, then set up a time - the sooner the better. That way you can ensure that you'll get first dibs on the piece.
PS: What happens if the piece doesn't live up to your expectations in person?
VS: Don't feel bad about changing your mind once you see the piece in person. Once I made the trip to see a wooden desk that looked fantastic in the photos, but when I showed up, it was veneer and it was chipping. I told the seller politely that I wasn't sure it would fit in my space and that I wanted to go back home and measure (an excuse I made up).
PS: Any price negotiation tips?
VS: Try hesitating for a bit. Ask some questions about the piece such as, "Oh, it looks a little scratched here?" or "Oh, it seemed much bigger in the photo." This might push them to offer a lower price. But if you know you're getting a fantastic deal, just take it.
PS: What are your tips for determining if an item is authentic?
VS: Do your research beforehand to figure out how you can verify if an item is authentic. If you're unsure, reach out to a local antique shop and send them a photo of the piece. Ask them if they think it's real. Don't send the whole link - they might realize what a good deal it is too!
PS: What are some of your other favorite sites for finding vintage furniture?
VS: Etsy - I found my fantastic Hollywood Regency brass desk there as well as my leather brass chair. They really have great pieces on there. I also love Chairish. eBay always has some good finds too! And a lot of the dealers on Etsy are open to negotiating as well. I always email them beforehand.
The Toe of Italy's Boot Is a Stunning Place Called Calabria, and You Need to See It NOW
Most of us have seen Italy's boot shape on a map but have been too distracted by the country's popular northern cities to even notice its gorgeous toe. The very tip of the boot, between the Ionian and Tyrrhenian seas and neighboring Sicily, is the lovely Calabria. Here you'll find some of Europe's best beaches, a rich yet often violent history, and some towns virtually unspoiled by tourism (for now). As a result, this southern port is often characterized as one of Italy's more authentic areas, deeply rooted in tradition.
Calabria offers a stunning coastline of picturesque villages like Tropea (which you'll soon see), but most importantly, you'll also get a glimpse into the city's past through its crumbling towns and archaeological sites. In addition to beautiful churches, there are also three national parks to explore. And if you want to add a little spice into your life, Calabria is known for its use of pepperoncini chilies.
It's Calabria's beaches that initially hooked us, however. Clear blue waters that expose the sea floor and shores wrapped around rugged cliffs make us forget all about Venice, Milan, and Rome. See photos and an awesome video ahead that will surely convince you to put Calabria on your radar.

10 Ways to Keep Making Income While Idle
If you're interested in making money but don't want to take a second job, you should consider making passive income. It's basically money you earn consistently without doing much or even anything at all. Of course, you do have to put in a lot of work in the beginning, but once you set up the passive income revenue stream, you can just sit back and enjoy the fruits of your labor without lifting a finger. Here are some ideas:
- Write a book. Writing a book means you can earn money off of the sales once you've published it. You can always go the ebook option and self publish, or try to find a publishing house that will take you on.
- Create an app. Create a smartphone app and earn money every time someone downloads it. You never know what will go viral and how quickly you can make money if your app's a hit. In fact, the silly iFart app even generated $30,000 in just one day.
- Start a static blog. Spend some time building a website in an area that interests you and other people. Focus on topics that won't ever get dated ("how to" articles are pretty evergreen) that you know people will be searching for. Host ads on your site. Once you have some good content on your site, you can quit writing and make money off your old content.
- Write articles online. You can make money if you get approved to be a writer for About.com. You'll get paid to write the articles in the first two years. After that, you'll be paid according to pageviews. Once you've put in the initial effort to write the article, you can just make money off of the views in years to come.
- Create a YouTube video. Shoot a video for YouTube, and if your video becomes popular, you can run ads on it to make money. The amount you earn varies, but many people, such as Justin Bieber, have launched careers out of it, and popular YouTubers are making over six or seven figures.
- Take beautiful photos. If you've got an eye and passion for photography, sell your photos to sites like Shutterstock - a place where amateur photographers can sell their photos. You'll earn a commission that ranges anywhere from 25 cents to $75 or more for every image downloaded. There are other similar sites like iStockphoto and Shutterfly, so be sure to do your research and pick one that works best for you.
- Draw and design graphics. The photo websites also accept illustrations and graphics. You will still earn money for each download.
- Make a t-shirt. Design a t-shirt for Threadless, and if your design is popular among the site's community, the company will use your designs for the next Threadless shirts. If your design is picked, you can end up making thousands of dollars in prize money and reprint sales. You can also design and sell t-shirts as well as other products on sites like Zazzle, Cafe Press, and Society6.
- Sell insurance. If you sell insurance, you will not only make money when you've closed a deal, but some companies will also give you an additional commission when your customer renews his insurance.
- Get stock dividends. One of the more common ways to earn passive income is investing in stocks that pay high dividends. Here's a list of some dividend-paying stocks with high rates.

The Badass Move Princess Diana Pulled After Finding Out About Charles's Affair
Image Source: Getty / Anwar Hussein
Prince Charles and Princess Diana's 11-year marriage was fraught with scandals, affairs, and, well, the fact that they weren't really all that in love to begin with. But after the birth of Prince Harry in 1984, Diana experienced what she called "some of the happiest years of her life" as a wife and mother - sadly, it didn't last too long. In 1986, Prince Charles rekindled his pre-Diana romance with Camilla Parker Bowles, a relationship that first started back in the early '70s. According to interviews and conversations with friends, Diana never believed that Charles and Camilla had fully broken things off; she even alleged to have found photos of Camilla in Charles's journal during their honeymoon and made the famous statement of there being "three of us" in the marriage, telling Martin Bashir in 1995, "It was a bit crowded."

In Andrew Morton's controversial biography Diana: Her True Story, first published in 1992, Diana recalled "one of the bravest moments" of her marriage - a calculated confrontation with Camilla herself at a 40th birthday party for Camilla's sister, of all places. The year was 1989, and Diana decided that, after putting the pieces together and realizing that Charles and Camilla were carrying on an affair, she would turn up at the event unannounced and talk to Camilla face to face, once and for all.
Nobody knew Diana was going to show up - she wasn't even invited - and in a truly badass move, the princess interrupted a conversation between Camilla, Charles, and another male guest to speak to Camilla. She looked "really uncomfortable and put her head down," and Diana continued: "OK, boys, I'm just going to have a quick word with Camilla and I'll be up in a minute." The two men "shot upstairs like chickens with no heads," Diana said, adding, "I could feel, upstairs, all hell breaking loose - 'What is she going to do?'"
What Diana did was exactly what she planned to do. Though she admitted to being "terrified" of Camilla, Diana recalled staying "deathly calm." "The voice inside me had said, 'just go for it,'" she said in a taped conversation. "I said, 'I know what's going on between you and Charles and I just want you to know that.'" The princess called Camilla's reply "very interesting": "She said to me, 'You've got everything you ever wanted. You've got all the men in the world fall in love with you and you've got two beautiful children, what more do you want?'" "So I said, 'I want my husband,'" Diana said. "I said to Camilla, 'I'm sorry I'm in the way . . . and it must be hell for both of you. But I do know what's going on. Don't treat me like an idiot.'"
The aftermath from Diana and Camilla's standoff was swift. Diana said that after the party, Prince Charles "was over me like a bad rash, and I cried like I have never cried before," and that in the days after the confrontation there was a "tremendous shift" in their relationship. In frustration, Diana began her own string of extramarital affairs until she and Charles eventually separated, then divorced at the behest of Queen Elizabeth II. The couple managed to stay civil while co-parenting their sons until Diana's tragic death in August 1997. Prince Charles and Camilla were married in 2005.

Can You Spot the Kid Drowning in This Public Pool Before the Lifeguard Does?
A day at the pool isn't all fun and games - and no one knows that better than the lifeguard.
Drowning can happen in the blink of an eye and even when people are within arm's reach of the victim. As much as we think we might notice someone struggling in the water, drowning is often a silent killer.
Thankfully, in this real-life video taken at a public wave pool, a boy is spotted drowning within seconds by a resourceful lifeguard - likely well before anyone watching this footage, even knowing what to search for, could spot him.
The lifeguard sounds her whistle, swims out to the boy who lost hold of his floating ring, and carries him to safety.
One important factor to note is that this video includes sound, but you never hear the boy's cries for help. That's because when someone is drowning, contrary to what many assume, they can't call out - there isn't time to inhale or exhale. Often, they aren't able to wave their arms, which was a lucky ability for the child at this particular pool.
So can you find him?

No inquiry into former soldier's murder-suicide, says medical examiner
Nova Scotia's medical examiner has ruled out conducting a fatality inquiry into a horrific murder suicide involving a former Canadian soldier who killed his wife, mother and young daughter before killing himself in the family's rural home earlier this year.
Tracee Ellis Ross Shares Her "Sexy and Strong" Workout and Favorite Gluten-Free Snack
Though comedian and Golden Globe winner Tracee Ellis Ross has been an athlete her whole life, she's hung up her cross-country running shoes to focus on another workout, by a different Tracy. "I do a lot of Tracy Anderson Method; I really love that method," she told POPSUGAR. "I love being in the heat; we work out in a really hot room there, and it really works for me. I love sweating; it's one of the ways that I process everything that goes on during the week and move it through my body. It's always really loud music and great music, which I love, and the workout changes every 10 sessions, so even if you take classes, it changes every 10 days, it changes . . . I love that! I never get bored."
"I feel sexy, and strong, and beautiful when I'm working out."
"[Growing up,] I was a track runner, I ran cross-country," she said. "I've always been somebody who stays active and likes working out and sweating and pushing myself . . . I used to do Spinning before it was SoulCycle, and I was a big Spinner in the early 2000s. I've done weight training; I was a big runner for years, but I don't have great knees anymore . . . I'm 44, which seems appropriate that they would give out at a certain point!" Tracee combated her knee injury by trying Tracy Anderson five years ago, and she hasn't looked back.
"I'm incredibly competitive and I like to compete with myself and get better at things and do them correctly - that really works in the Tracy Anderson Method."
She said that TAM customizes her workout to her needs and her schedule, which has made it easier for her to stay active consistently. "I've been doing it for about five years. I feel sexy, and strong, and beautiful when I'm working out. The movements are very dancer-esque, and I've been really enjoying it." While she said there is an emphasis for her on keeping her appearance and physique in tip-top shape, she also loves fitness for the mental and health benefits. "I'm a big advocate for keeping my body moving," she said. "It is definitely vain, and it is about aesthetics, but truthfully I feel better about myself when I work out. I sleep better, my back feels better, my knees feel better . . . when I'm moving and keeping my body long and strong, I feel like I'm more productive and I get more done in a day."
"It is about aesthetics, but truthfully I feel better about myself when I work out."
As for the diet that's keeping her body long and strong? Tracee said, "I really love beautiful food" but "my schedule in the last three years since Black-ish started has not allowed me the space to cook, which is not great." Because she can't cook for herself often, it's important that she sticks to her healthy lifestyle.
She says she never deprives herself ("I eat chocolate if I want chocolate"), and she loves potato chips and microwave popcorn (particularly "Boulder Canyon gluten-free chips . . . they're fantastic"), but she has some pretty basic rules and said, "I eat incredibly healthy." What does that mean to Tracee? "I don't really eat any dairy, sugar, or gluten."
That said, she does have her "vice" - salty foods. "I'm a big salty person; I love olives, I love potato chips, I love French fries. I eat a lot of all the other things that I eat [besides dairy, sugar, and gluten]. I am not somebody who will sit down and eat a small bag of potato chips . . . I eat the whole bag!" We're really digging this balance she's got goin' on.
How to Get Rid of Ants in the Kitchen - No Chemicals Required
When it comes to pests and critters, the last thing any of us wants is to find unwanted guests taking up residence in the kitchen. While there are certainly more harmful pests, there's something particularly icky about ants - especially when they're in close proximity to where you store, prepare, and eat your food. They can get into your food containers and pantry, and one ant soon turns into a whole colony. If you find yourself waging war against these tiny but mighty creatures, try some of these creative yet simple (and effective!) ways to keep them away.
Draw a Chalk Line
If you have a door in your kitchen that leads directly to the outside of your home, this could be where the ants are coming from. To stop them dead (but not literally) in their tracks, draw a chalk line on the ground on the exterior side of the door. Ants dislike calcium carbonate, so it's an excellent repellent and they won't go over the line and into your kitchen.
Sprinkle Flour or Cinnamon
Similarly to chalk, ants are repelled by flour and cinnamon, and these are great options if you don't want to use any chemicals in and around your kitchen. While this can be a little on the messy side, sprinkling some flour or cinnamon in and around your pantry, or even along your windowsills, can help deter ants from eating the rest of your pantry goods.
Use Citrus
Repel ants and make your home smell like a tropical paradise! By harnessing the power of citrus fruits like lemons, you can keep ants at bay. Lemon juice is particularly useful around windows and doors, and a quick squeeze on the thresholds and window sills can prevent them from coming inside. You can also put a couple of lemon peels outside your kitchen door to prevent them from coming in.
Herbs as a Defense
Ants love sugar, and from the biggest container to the smallest spill, they can smell it from miles away. This means your pantry and kitchen cupboards can become a hotbed for a new ant colony, even if you leave the smallest trace of a sugary substance. Herbs like sage and bay leaves can help deter ants from getting into your sugary treats, and you can put the herbs directly in your sugar container or next to your honey to keep ants away.
Diatomaceous Earth
If you're looking for a natural insecticide that doesn't contain chemicals, look no further than diatomaceous earth (DE). DE kills insects like ants, bed bugs, and cockroaches by entering their outer skeletons and dehydrating their bodies - it's not pleasant, but it works! To avoid inhaling any yourself, just use a small amount and sprinkle it anywhere you suspect ants may be getting into your kitchen. It can be toxic, so follow the directions on the label.
Stamp Out Their Trail
When ants enter your home, they leave a scented trail behind them for other ants to follow. That's why you usually see ants in groups, and rarely a lone wolf. If you've noticed an ant coming into your kitchen, clean the area with a mixture of equal parts vinegar and water. This won't kill the ants that are already in your house, but it will get rid of their smell so more ants can't follow.
Seal the Cracks
If you have ants in your kitchen, it's pretty likely that they're not just coming through open doors or windows, but through cracks and holes around them. Caulk does wonders for keeping critters out of your home, so try to find and fill as many holes in these areas as you can. You can do this easily by yourself, and keep the caulk at hand for any future cracks or holes that appear.
Kick Up Your Cleaning Routine
If you have a pretty consistent ant problem, it's possible that you're just not cleaning your kitchen as often or as carefully as you should. Make sure you're keeping your counters and floors free of crumbs, and wipe up sticky messes as soon as they happen. Keep cupboards, drawers, and even your fridge as clean as possible. If there's a sticky or sweet mess anywhere in your kitchen, ants are bound to find it.

The Heartbreaking Way This Teacher Discovered 5 Students' Biggest Secrets
When Elle Deal decided to try a new exercise with her fifth grade students, the Friday activity turned into something incredibly heartbreaking.
The elementary school teacher asked her kids to write a short blurb, titled, "I wish my teacher would know . . . " and their answers left a major impact on her. Elle shared a few of the heartbreaking (and anonymous) statements on Facebook as a reminder to everyone to "leave this life a little better than how we found it."
"Kid 1: I wish my teacher would know, my dad is in jail and I haven't seen him in years.
Kid 2: I wish my teacher would know, I don't always eat dinner because my mom works and I don't know how to work the stove.
Kid 3: I wish my teacher would know, my sister sleeps in the same bed as me and sometimes she wets the bed and that's why I smell funny.
Kid 4: I wish my teacher would know that I don't always have sneakers for gym class because my brothers and I share one pair.
Kid 5: I wish my teacher would know I like coming to school because it's quiet here, not like my house with all the yelling."
This simple activity reinforced Elle's desire to spend her life hopefully making a difference for others. "We spend so much time talking and judging what we think we know . . . we need to ask more questions and spend more time listening," she wrote. "We also need to shift our mindset and see things from other people's perspective, give more than we get, and live to serve."
