Meghan wore a three-quarter-sleeve top with a matching midi skirt that featured pockets. She styled her separates with a cognac-colored Strathberry Midi Tote ($675) and beige suede heels. Princess Beatrice's Shoe Closet Is Better Than Meghan Markle's - and I'm Not Saying This Lightly

Princess Beatrice might hang out with Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle, but her style is on a whole other level. While the Duchess of Cambridge and Duchess of Sussex have to follow a few strict fashion rules, Beatrice is free to wear shorter hemlines and wilder prints - but it's her always stylish and sometimes funky shoes that I love the most.

Over the years, Princess Beatrice has worn every style of shoe imaginable - from the most simple black pumps to rainbow flats and copper heels - and I'd give anything to be allowed to take a closer peek at her collection. (Beatrice, if you're reading this, call me.) While this might not be possible, I have the next best thing: photographic evidence of all her best shoe moments. Read on to see them all, and shop similar pairs to get on her royal level.

Finally! Meghan Markle's Favorite Pair of MOTHER Jeans Are Back in Stock at Nordstrom

Royal status aside, Meghan Markle has always had a knack for putting together a damn good outfit. From official outings to family affairs, she never fails to capture us with her crisp, perfectly tailored looks. But it's perhaps her casual, off-duty outfits that have us most enamored. And it's not just because the woman manages to look flawless even when she's wearing jeans - it's because she loves affordable brands just as much as the rest of us commoners!

This was evident during her first public appearance as a couple with Prince Harry last September at the Invictus Games, where she was photographed wearing a pair of exquisitely distressed MOTHER jeans. As with every attainable piece Meghan is spotted wearing, the jeans quickly sold out, gaining a wait list of hundreds and making it nearly impossible to snag a pair for yourself - until now. Finally, Meghan's exact pair of jeans are back in stock at Nordstrom - shop her jeans, and similar denim styles, ahead.

Ellen Pompeo Congratulated Sandra Oh on Her Emmy Nomination, and We're Weeping

This week, the nominations for the 2018 Emmy Awards came to light, and Sandra Oh received a best lead actress nomination for her exceptional work on Killing Eve. Wait, correction: Sandra Oh made history with her best lead actress nomination, becoming the first Asian woman to have earned a nod in the category. In response to the news, the internet at large was overflowing with praise and excitement for Oh, who, understandably, was pretty gobsmacked herself. But here's the best part: there was a very special person among the chorus of voices congratulating Oh: her former Grey's Anatomy costar - Ellen Pompeo!

Pompeo sent out not one but two glowing tweets for Oh. To be frank, I was crying before I finished reading the first one. It's been quite some time since Oh's character, Cristina Yang, left Grey's, and chances are pretty slim that she'll return any time soon. But the love for Cristina and her unforgettable friendship with Meredith is eternal. And since Cristina is Meredith's person, we imagine this is exactly how this whole thing would play out in the fictional Grey's world. Life does imitate art, after all. We're rooting for you, Sandra Oh!

Until the rest of the individual songs come out, we've included the official Spotify playlist for you to enjoy. Listen to all the songs ahead!

Emma Stone and Rachel Weisz Jockey For Power in the Trailer For The Favourite

The Lobster filmmaker Yorgos Lanthimos's newest project brings us a tale of royal intrigue, betrayal, and a whole lot of madness. Set in the early 18th century, The Favourite takes us behind the scenes of Queen Anne's reign.

The queen is frail and more concerned with duck racing than governing her country during its war with the French. She's cared for by her close friend, Lady Sarah, who also handles her political affairs. A new servant, Abigail, arrives just as England's war with the French thickens, and she begins to fill in as the queen's trusted companion while Sarah is busy with politics. Abigail soon replaces Sarah as Queen Anne's favorite and thus begins an insane battle for power.

The historical drama has a heavy-hitting cast, including Olivia Colman as Queen Anne, Rachel Weisz as Lady Sarah, and Emma Stone as Abigail. The trailer alone has us intrigued and ready to dive right into the madness! Watch it above, and look out for The Favourite in theaters on Nov. 23.

All the Dazzling Details We Have About Frozen 2

Details about Disney's Frozen 2 have been pretty scarce since the film was first announced in 2015, but now we finally have an exciting update. On Friday, Variety reported that Sterling K. Brown and Evan Rachel Wood are in talks to lend their voices to the highly anticipated Frozen sequel. And that's not all! We also know the returning cast, the production team, and the official release date. Are you ready to return to Arendelle? See what's in store ahead.

Ariana Grande's Trippy Video For "God Is a Woman" Will Definitely Make You a Believer

The hits just don't stop with Ariana Grande! The singer released the music video for her newest single, "God Is a Woman," Friday afternoon, only a day after the track was initially released. The video lives up to all the sensuous promises the song and cover art gave, with a very obvious theme of sexual female empowerment as Grande told a fan there would be back in June. It isn't surprising - she definitely doesn't play when it comes to her sexy music videos.

Grande is in her element, from writhing in a paint-filled pool, towering over her haters to let them know she will "keep on flourishing," to her lip-syncing as Madonna's voice recites Samuel L. Jackson's Ezekiel 25:17 from Pulp Fiction. You can tell this is liberating and badass as all hell for Grande. Watch the full video above, and then check out other sultry Summer jams that you need to add to your playlist.

We can't wait for the drama to unfold on screen again. Those wings! Those horns! Those cheekbones! Check out everything we were able to dredge up about Maleficent 2 thus far.

Friday marked the fifth anniversary of Cory Monteith's tragic death, and Lea Michele paid tribute to her late boyfriend with a touching tribute. The actress posted a photo of the sun rising over the ocean to her Instagram stories and captioned it, "There are some who bring a light so great to the world, that even after they've gone, the light remains." Lea and Cory dated for almost two years before he died in July 2013. Lea also has the number five inked on her side in honor of Cory's Glee character, Finn Hudson.

Riverdale's Casey Cott Will Melt Your Heart Into a Puddle With This Gorgeous Wicked Cover

Step aside, Archie, there's a new Riverdale heartthrob in town. Casey Cott, aka Kevin Keller, recently teamed up with Broadway star Jackie Burns for the latest installment of Wicked's "Out of Oz" series, and it's pretty magical, to say the least. The two sang a mashup of "Dancing Through Life" and "The Wizard and I" from the musical, and we can't help but melt over Cott's gorgeous vocals.

His insane singing skills shouldn't come as too much of a surprise, though. Not only did he attend Carnegie Mellon School of Drama, but musical theater is in his blood. His brother, Corey, is best known for playing Jack Kelly in Newsies and originating the role of Donny Novitski in Bandstand. Seriously, can we get more of Kevin singing during Riverdale season three? Or better yet, can Cott star in the upcoming Wicked movie adaptation? Please and thank you.

Y'all, Pray For Jessica Chastain, Because She Is Already Getting Tormented by Pennywise

Here are a few good indicators that the It sequel will be far scarier than the first: the director said viewers will need "adult diapers" and the cast can't even get through a table read without getting spooked by Pennywise. So . . . that's just great.

While promoting his role in another Stephen King project, Hulu's Castle Rock, Bill Skarsgard told USA Today that he's been hard at work freaking out the new grown-up members of the Losers Club, particularly Jessica Chastain. Skarsgard said, "There was a moment in the script where Pennywise has a line and I took a little beat before I said the line and projected my voice really loudly as Pennywise. And I got her pretty good." He added, "The whole room jumped. I let them know what's coming."

Though Skarsgard is clearly reprising his role as the evil clown, the rest of the cast from the first film has been replaced with adult actors, given the 27-year time jump. It: Chapter Two will star Chastain as Beverly Marsh, James McAvoy as Bill Denbrough, Isaiah Mustafa as Mike Hanlon, Jay Ryan as Ben Hanscom, James Ransone as Eddie Kaspbrak, Bill Hader as Richie Tozier, and Andy Bean as Stanley Uris.

On slipping back into the terrifying character, Skarsgard said, "It's a strange thing. I put in so much work to figure him out in the first one, and coming back to him now, I was surprised how much the character was already there." Again, just great.

Does the World Revolve Around Ariana Grande? After That "God Is a Woman" Video, It Might

Ariana Grande just released a new single from her upcoming album Sweetener, and it's enough to convert nonbelievers into devout fans. Shortly after releasing "God Is a Woman," the 25-year-old singer made one of her most outwardly feminist statements yet through the single's surreal music video featuring allusions to famous works of art, biblical references, and even a narrative appearance by Madonna, who recites Samuel L. Jackson's Ezekiel 25:17 from Pulp Fiction. It's a whole lot and just right at the same damn time. Ahead, read reactions from viewers who are having quite the religious experience following the video's release.

Queen Elizabeth II and Trump Awkwardly Walk Around Windsor Castle, and . . . Well, Just Watch

Queen Elizabeth II met President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania for the first time during the couple's trip to the UK on Friday, but not without a few mishaps. After greeting each other at the Quadrangle of Windsor Castle, the queen and Trump proceeded to inspect the Guard of Honor before watching the military march past. However, their casual stroll got awkward pretty fast as Trump seemingly forgot how to walk. As Her Majesty tried to show him which way to go, he actually ended up breaking royal protocol by turning his back to the queen and walking in front of her. Yes, really. See the whole thing go down in the video below.

Dwayne Johnson Sees No Need to Talk to Tyrese After Their Fast and Furious Feud

If you were holding out hope that Dwayne Johnson and Tyrese would somehow reconcile after their heated Fast and the Furious feud, we have some bad news: it doesn't look like it's going to happen. On Thursday, Dwayne stopped by Watch What Happens Live to promote his new film, Skyscraper, and told Andy Cohen that he sees no need to speak to Tyrese. "That whole thing with Tyrese, it was pretty disappointing because I'd been friends with Tyrese for a very long time," the actor explained. "He voiced his opinion a lot on social media . . . we haven't talked and I don't see where we would."

In case you're not familiar with their beef, it all started in November 2016 when Dwayne called his male costars "candy asses" in a scathing post on social media. Even though Dwayne never actually revealed who he was talking about, Tyrese took to Instagram almost immediately after to warn Dwayne to not move forward with the Hobbs spinoff. But Tyrese didn't stop there! In several other posts, he called out Dwayne for not replying to his texts and posted an old video from 2015 of Dwayne with the caption, "Haters come in many forms." Pretty harsh, right?

What Is the "In My Feelings" Challenge? A Quick Breakdown of the Dance Craze's Origin

Step aside, Mannequin Challenge. This year has brought a new viral sensation to town - the "In My Feelings" Challenge - and it requires a bit more effort than simply standing still while "Black Beatles" plays in the background. This popular dance craze has been sweeping the internet, with thousands of social media users (celebrities included!) sharing videos doing the same exact same moves to the tune of Drake's hit Scorpion song "In My Feelings." So what exactly is the "In My Feelings" Challenge, and where did it originate? Let's break it down real quick, shall we?

In just a few weeks, more than 79,000 posts have populated the #InMyFeelingsChallenge hashtag on Instagram, but it all started with Instagram user theshiggyshow. On June 29, the widely followed comedian shared a video of himself dancing (or "doing the shiggy," as he calls it) in the street and using moves that perfectly synced up to Drake's lyrics. When Drake sang, "Kiki, do you love me?" he made a heart gesture with his hands, and he made a driving motion with his arms for the "Are you riding?" line of the song.

Since that original video was posted, it spread like wildfire, and everyone from Will Smith to Sterling K. Brown started getting in on the dance challenge, mimicking the moves flawlessly. Read on to see where it all began, followed by a handful of on-point interpretations of the challenge.

Dwayne Johnson Isn't "Too Sure" If He'll Be in Fast and Furious 9, and We're Freaking Out

Details regarding the upcoming Fast and Furious 9 film have been pretty scarce. So far the only thing we know is that its release date was pushed back a year from April 19, 2019 to April 10, 2020 to make room for Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham's spinoff, Hobbs and Shaw, which is set to hit theaters on July 26, 2019. Still, the question on everyone's mind seems to be: will Johnson be in Fast and Furious 9?

Well, it turns out, Johnson doesn't know either. The actor dropped by Watch Happens Live on Thursday night to promote Skyscraper, and was asked if he was going to make an appearance in the upcoming film. "Will I be in Fast 9? I'm not quite too sure," Johnson said. "I think they're still working on that script now. So I don't know, kind of up in the air." Given his beef with costars Vin Diesel and Tyrese, it doesn't seem likely, but then again, you never know.

What Elisabeth Moss Has to Say About June's Journey in Season 3 of The Handmaid's Tale

In case you've been living under a rock - and not pelting them - The Handmaid's Tale has been terrorizing viewers for two epic seasons. Each week, we watch with the slightest of hopes, knowing that with every small win is a bigger impending doom. Yet we keep the faith that a reckoning is upon Gilead.

Oh, and there is a reckoning, all right. Here's your official warning: if you haven't watched the season two finale of The Handmaid's Tale, it's time to stop reading . . . unless you like spoilers, in which case, be our guest. But seriously - turn back now if you don't want to know how this season ends.

Monday night, POPSUGAR joined the cast and crew, celebrities like Chrissy Teigen, John Legend, and Kylie Jenner, and a theater full of fans to experience the finale and then discuss the season. Moderated by Jon Lovett of Lovett or Leave It, the cast touched on what it's like experiencing a world like Gilead day in and day out, that epic Aunt Lydia scene, and hopes for season three.

Seriously - big spoilers for The Handmaid's Tale season two finale below!

Executive producer Bruce Miller introduced the episode, saying the show is about Gilead, a place where there's "violence, misogyny, and where kids are separated from their parents." The irony wasn't lost on the audience; he implored everyone at the Wilshire Ebell Theatre to raise money and vote so that the country doesn't end up resembling the one in the series.

In the episode, June (Elisabeth Moss) gets into a violent altercation with Commander Waterford (Joseph Fiennes). After learning that Eden's own father is the one who turned her into the authorities, ultimately resulting in her death, June talks back to Fred, which earns her a punch to the face. This isn't surprising, but June returning the favor is. But that's not even remotely the most shocking part of the episode. Instead, that honor goes to the finale's final sequence. "The Word" ends with June escaping - again! - with baby Holly, thanks to a network of Marthas. However, at the last moment, she decides to stay behind so she can attempt to rescue Hannah. All of this in addition to giving birth alone the episode prior. So, how is Elisabeth Moss holding up? "It's fun. It's what I love to do," she said. She emphasized that she doesn't do it alone but instead "does it together" with the cast and crew.

Madeline Brewer's Janine has a few great comedic moments in this episode, and she is still as positive as ever. When asked how her character continues through dire, seemingly hopeless circumstances, Brewer insisted that it's similar to how anyone responds to what's happening in the world. "Everyone watches the news and digests it differently. On certain days, Gilead is not all just sadness and horror," said Brewer. "Janine looks for the good in everything or else it will destroy her."

During the season, Serena has an opportunity to leave Gilead, but she refuses to take it. It's not entirely surprising, but given we've seen a more human, modern version of Serena lately, especially during her interactions with June, it's confusing. "It's a can of worms. Serena has faith in what she's given up for the greater good," actress Yvonne Strahovski explained. "She's also too manipulative to take it immediately, without plotting and thinking it through."

As for Emily (Alexis Bledel)? She has been stewing all season - she's pissed, and rightfully so. We've seen her kill a woman at the Colonies, brutalize her dead commander after he suffers a heart attack while raping her, and struggle to find a footing in her uncertain new home with Commander Lawrence (Bradley Whitford), whose unconventional (for Gilead) ways have us wondering if he's going to end up a hero or destroy her at any moment. A man at his level does not offer us much hope, but good news: he voluntarily gets himself into "deep sh*t" by helping her escape with June. Before Emily sees the light at the end of the tunnel, she sees cutlery . . . and stabs Aunt Lydia (Ann Dowd) in the back with a kitchen knife and beats her down the stairs, reaching her breaking point. When asked about the most cathartic scene of the season, Bledel said it became "very clear where Emily's rage comes from. She has no outlet. You can't inflict trauma on someone and expect it to fizzle away."

"I hope she's going to go back and f*ck some sh*t up."

With several crowd-pleasing and heart-wrenching moments throughout the episode, fans have a lot of hope to move forward with. But here's what we don't know: Is Aunt Lydia still alive after all that? What happens now that June has voluntarily sent baby Holly off with Emily to Canada? And do they actually escape? What repercussions will Commander Lawrence experience, if any, and how deep has he infiltrated into the resistance? How will June rescue Hannah, and what consequences will she face upon her return? Will she end up back at the Waterford's? How does Serena move forward in her marriage with Fred, if at all? Does Fred make Nick pay for his actions? WHAT ABOUT RITA?!?

"Next season is about fighting back," said Miller. The finale gave us a taste of the kick these women have inside them, and it seems inevitable we'll see more retaliation in season three. From June punching Fred to Rita conspiring to help June escape, Serena standing up for the amendment against the tyrannical Gilead laws, and, of course, Emily's fuse being blown, the women have had it. But with some critics and viewers saying the show pushes it with depictions of violence and that some of the content hits too close to home, Miller objects that it's not overly gratuitous, explaining further that, for instance, it wouldn't have been as effective if the handmaids had just been talking the next day about almost being hanged. "This stuff is happening all over the world. Just because you don't see it doesn't mean it didn't happen."

As for her hopes for June next season? "I hope she's going to go back and f*ck some sh*t up," said Moss. "It's time. She's had enough. I've have enough. We've all had enough."

Grab a Cup of Tea and Sit Down, Because the Downton Abbey Movie Is Actually Happening

Waiting for the Downton Abbey movie to finally get made was beginning to feel like waiting for Lady Edith to catch a break - it was never going to happen. The British period drama ended its sixth season in the US in 2016, and ever since, the production team behind the show has been hinting that a feature film will eventually make its way to screens. Although we've fallen for the same song and dance before, the Downton Abbey movie was officially given the green light back in June 2017 and is filming this Summer, according to Deadline.

Julian Fellowes, who wrote the TV series, penned the screenplay for the movie (meaning more sassy lines from Lady Violet, which is something we can all get behind). He will also produce alongside Gareth Neame and Liz Trubridge. The Book Thief's Brian Percival, who actually directed the show's pilot in 2010, is on board as the film's director. As for who you can expect to see from the original cast? Maggie Smith, Michelle Dockery, Hugh Bonneville, and a handful of others are reportedly set to reprise their roles as members of the Crawley family, but Deadline noted that "not every" recurring character is going to make their movie debut (we have a feeling Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again's Lily James is among them). Fortunately, the series' iconic set - Highclere Castle - will once again serve as the sprawling backdrop for their story.

The story is still being kept very much under wraps, but last year Fellowes suggested at a China Exchange event in London that a Downton Abbey prequel with younger versions of the show's main stars could be an option, since "rounding up the actors who have now gone off to the four corners of the earth, in Hollywood, on Broadway, doing plays, doing series, and so on" is a difficult hurdle. "I think it would be possible to do a prequel that was recast and do a love story," Fellowes said. "So you went right back and had the young cast arriving in the show as footmen and Mrs. Patmore being a kitchen maid."

Now that we know most of the principal cast is returning, maybe Fellowes has written a few illuminating flashbacks into the story? We wouldn't mind seeing the family in their early stages, but to be fair, we'll be happy to see them at all at this point.

Kim Kardashian Works Out on the Beach in Her Bikini, and Damn, She Looks Good

Kim Kardashian has been working hard to get her body in tip-top shape, and on Thursday, the 37-year-old reality TV star was spotted exercising on the beach in LA with her friends. The ladies did some yoga and went for a short run, and they must have worked up a sweat because they then proceeded to strip down to their bikinis. Kim, of course, looked incredible in a sexy gray two-piece while her friends donned similar suits. Given that Kim is a fan of National Nude Day, which is this Saturday, it's possible that she just wanted to make sure she looked especially good for her selfie this year. Guess we'll just have to wait until the weekend to find out.

Clear My Schedule, I'll Be Listening to This "No Tears Left to Cry" Cover ALL DAY

Fresh off the release of their sophomore album - *cough* buy Palo Santo on iTunes *cough* - Years & Years is clearly on the rise. Despite the fact that their music really shines on its own - *cough* stream Palo Santo on Spotify *cough* - we got an extra special treat this week during a pit stop at BBC Radio 1's Live Lounge: a cover of Ariana Grande's "No Tears Left to Cry." With lead singer Olly Alexander's unique vocals and a more simmering spin on the sweet Summer bop, we're suddenly feeling like there may be a tear or two left somewhere in us. Mostly because, well, it's streaming down our cheeks. Listen to the stellar cover above and then . . . I mean, do I really have to plug Palo Santo a third time or have you gotten the message?!

Sharp Objects Isn't Filmed Where You Think It Is

Sharp Objects' opening scenes unfold in a neighborhood that may look familiar to many viewers. Its main street is lined with shops you might find in any small town: a pharmacy, a package store, a deli. Further out from the sleepy, all-American town center are broad, winding roads and whimsically tall trees. This is Wind Gap, MO, where a young version of Amy Adams's character Camille Preaker is growing up. With her is a sister whose fate we start to understand as the first episode of the HBO series based on Gillian's Flynn's novel draws us into its twisted world.

But the Show Me State didn't get a visit from Adams or her esteemed fellow actors during filming in the fictional town of Wind Gap or for Adams's scenes in St. Louis, where she moves as an adult and works as a reporter. Instead, Sharp Objects took its production team to Barnesville, GA, and several locales in California, including Santa Clarita, Mendocino, and Los Angeles.

Director Jean-Marc Vallée, of Big Little Lies fame, reportedly fell in love with Barnesville, outside of Atlanta, while scouting locations and felt it would work well as Wind Gap. Judging from the evocative first episode of his newest HBO series, we'd agree his chosen filming location was spot on in creating a seriously intriguing vibe that has us thirsty for more!

Creator Flynn was born in Missouri, which explains why her novel and the subsequent movie is set there. Fans of Flynn's may remember that her wildly popular novel Gone Girl is set in the town of North Carthage, MO. But unlike Sharp Objects, the film was actually filmed in Flynn's home state.

Is CBD Oil Allowed on Planes? Here's What You Need to Know About Traveling With It

If you have anxiety and/or you're a nervous traveler, consider using CBD oil to help ease your symptoms. Described by one of our POPSUGAR fitness editors as "liquid Xanax from Mother Nature," CBD oil is derived from the nonpsychoactive component of cannabis. It won't get you high like THC will, but it will chill you out. But since it is still technically an active cannabinoid, can you legally travel with it? The answer is yes, but know how much and what you're carrying on.

CBD oil is natural and completely legal to purchase and consume (as long as it is specifically hemp-derived), meaning no card required. But to ensure passing security is a breeze, stay within TSA requirements (3.4 oz. or smaller) and read the labels before packing it. Most CBD oils are pretty straightforward because they should be only composed of CBD. Some edibles like gummies or chocolates, for example, might be CBD-dominant but contain enough THC to be flagged. Remember, THC classifies as an illegal compound under federal law regardless of whether you have a valid medical card or if it's legal in the state that you're traveling to. So be sure to check the CBD-to-THC ratios on the product label.

As long as you follow TSA's guidelines, you should be fine.

Thanks For Asking, but No, I Will Not Be Traveling to Cuba

The questions started two or three years ago, when news broke that relations would begin to open with Cuba after more than 50 years of extreme sanctions against the communist government. "So, when are you going to go to Cuba? You know, now that you can." People were shocked to hear I had yet to book a ticket. My family, staunchly against it, made their feelings very clear. I, on the other hand, felt conflicted. After all, I tell everyone that I am Cuban, and I truly feel like I am. Yet I have never set foot in the place I identify so strongly with.

One day, I sat down with my grandmother, who came to America in 1962 as a refugee, and asked her why she forbade her children (all of whom were born in the states) and grandchildren from going to her home country, despite having said she wants to be buried there when she dies. The answer shook me. She said she would allow us to travel there when Cubans are allowed to travel freely to the United States.

You see, the softening of relations was a one-way street, which gave American citizens access to a curated experience of Cuban life. The vintage cars, the colorful architecture, the sparkling ocean views - all of it shying away from the harsh realities that people living in the dilapidated buildings knew to be true.

All of my family on my mother's side lives in the states; my paternal grandparents, however, travel to Cuba frequently to visit family I've never met. For this reason, I understand why they would welcome the change, making it easier for them to enter the island despite essentially risking their American citizenship the moment they step onto Cuban soil. My quandary deepens with those top-of-the-line cruises departing every weekend from Fort Lauderdale. The photos and stories people return with - of tropical greenery and an infectious spirit - just don't match up with the memories shared by family who has recently arrived.

It is advertised as a hidden paradise, but I can only think of the lost land where even hospitals aren't provided with basic sanitary means. Unfortunately, my tourism dollars will not raise the standard of living (as perhaps in other popular Caribbean vacation destinations) due to the centralized government. While the Cuban people do not want my pity and make the best of their situation, I will not fund the government who put them in that situation in the first place.

When I am met with shock that I do not want to visit Cuba, I give the same answer every time: I've seen what Cuba has to offer in Miami, where all the exiles rebuilt the beautiful culture that once lived on the island. I feel connected to mi gente through Saturdays spent in Domino Park with my grandfather, having a pastelito and cafecito after church at Versailles Bakery, and wearing the official garment of the Cuban people: the guayabera. Companies that were founded in Havana are now headquartered in Miami, such as the greatest beverage known to man, Ironbeer. The language, its slang, and its culture has evolved in Miami. The South Florida town was co-opted by an exiled community who found each other and built a city for their children and grandchildren where Cuban culture would never die. My grandparents sacrificed so much for my freedom, so I will honor them by keeping my promise and holding my breath until Cubans can breathe easy once again.

How to Know Your Partner Might Be Cheating Based on Body Language

When it comes to relationships, cheating is pretty much a no-brainer offense. While some people might have different ideas of what cheating really is, such as a flirting over text with another person or watching porn, when it comes to physical touch with someone else, its pretty clear that that's NOT OK. Luckily, cheaters often possess the same body language traits, so it could be somewhat easier to spot if you've been suspicious. Here are a few clues that your partner might be up to some no-good behavior.

They're Protective of Their Phone

If your partner is crazed about you peeping at his or her phone, it could be a sign. "The cheater will have guarded body language when on their mobile devices," says David Bennett, counselor and relationship expert with Double Trust Dating, to POPSUGAR. Your partner might choose to hold the phone in a clear way so you can't see it, or even suddenly lock the screen and put their phone out of reach when you are around, he says. There's probably some secretive stuff in there.

What's more, your partner might pull away and freak out when you do happen to see something on their mobile device, he says. "If someone is using their phone for honest reasons, they have no reason to act surprised and/or jerk their phone away if their partner happens to see what's on the screen. However, if they are cheating, this reflex reaction is going to happen automatically and subconsciously, and their body language will suggest they just got 'caught,'" he says.

They Get Nervous When Discussing the Other Person

If the other person happens to be in your partner's life regularly or you know of this person, your partner could tense up upon hearing the name from your mouth. "They might show signs of nervousness when you talk about the suspected "other woman" or "other man," says Bennett. "Signs of nervousness include speaking more quickly, tension in the face, and stroking their forearms gently or touching their chest area (men may adjust their ties - these last two are called 'pacifying behaviors' and help a nervous person feel more relaxed)," he says. Be on the lookout for these warning signs when in conversation about your partner's relationships with others.

What's more, let's say you're in front of the other man or woman, where you see them together. "Body language is ultimately subconscious, and many cheaters will feel the desire to be physically close with the person they are cheating with," he says. For example, if your partner is cheating with a coworker, and every time you see them together, they are barely inches apart, sitting extremely close, making significant eye contact, and touching each other, something's going on.

They Smile at Their Phones

Cheaters will sometimes flash a full smile while looking at their phones, says Bennett. Of course, this could be harmless, so don't assume the worst if there aren't other signals of cheating behavior. "If you see your partner doing a lot of typing, which they may claim is work related or something along those lines, but they flash a full, genuine smile (called a Duchenne smile, which involves the eyes and cheeks), this may be a sign they aren't exactly focusing on work," he explains.

They're Openly Closed Off to You

Cheaters will have closed off body language toward their partner. "Many cheaters ultimately feel bad about their cheating and/or like the other person better, so they will stop having open and happy body language around their partner," he says. The cheater will likely keep physical distance, touching less and less, smiling less, and crossing their arms when they are around their partner, he explains. This could also be indicative of other marital problems and not just cheating, too.

Every Woman in a Relationship Should Do This 1 Thing Alone

Before I met my current boyfriend, I used to love going out to eat alone. I took pride in it. It was both empowering and relaxing, knowing that I didn't need a friend or a partner to sit at a table with. I could dine solo, order exactly what I wanted, and savor a good meal while sipping on Cabernet Sauvignon.

Though there are plenty of exceptions to the rule, many women in relationships relinquish their grasp on alone time when they get into serious relationships. Becoming girlfriends, wives, and mothers can take up so much of our attention that we forget to be the people we were before we had those roles. But being a good partner (and mom) means taking care of ourselves, and one of the best ways to do that is by connecting with ourselves as individuals. My favorite way to do that is to reserve a table for one.

A lot of women are used to having conversations over dinner, so they don't know what to do with themselves when they're out for dinner alone. Here's my advice:

Bring a Book: When you don't know what to do with yourself, having a book on hand is a great way to avoid feeling awkward. Bring that book you've always wanted to read but haven't had the time to.

Order Something Delicious: When you're conversing with someone over dinner, it's usually the conversation that takes center stage, rather than your senses. Eating alone is the perfect opportunity to eat mindfully. Eat slowly, close your eyes, and savor every bite. If you want to get really serious, bring a notepad and write down your thoughts on the meal.

Have a Drink: Another thing to add to your notepad? Wine-tasting notes. Having one or two drinks is a great way to feel more comfortable dining out alone. And - bonus - it may spur your creativity as you read or write.

Chat With Your Waiter: Making small talk with someone you don't know is a lost art. Ask your waiter or waitress what dishes they recommend, address them by their name, and ask about their day (if they're not too busy).

Don't Sit at the Bar: Unless you're really in the mood to socialize, don't sit at the bar. A real table makes it clear that you're here to enjoy a meal on your own.

Going out to eat alone is increasingly celebrated, but many of us (especially women) often feel embarrassed doing it for the first time. I promise: Once you get used to it, you will feel like a badass. It can be hard to feel like a badass when you're covered in baby poop or picking up your significant other's laundry. It's the little things - like doing something alone, for yourself - that help you reconnect with yourself.

This $11 Pumpkin Wine Is Available All Year Long, So Why Wait For October?

Pumpkin is essentially a perfect flavor - why should we have to wait for October to enjoy it? Perhaps we don't need to chug a pumpkin spice latte every morning of the year, but there's nothing wrong with partaking in some pumpkin-infused goodness during non-autumnal months. Luckily, Three Lakes Winery creates a white pumpkin wine that's available year round by popular demand, and great news: you can order it online!

According to the Wisconsin winemaker's website, the semisweet unique wine tastes similar to a Chardonnay and is made purely with pumpkin pie pumpkins. And at only $11 a bottle, you can keep one in your fridge for whenever the mood strikes. Enjoy it chilled during warm weather, then warm it up when it gets nippier outside.

Ahead, shop the wine for yourself and see photos from other happy pumpkin-lovers. We'll cheers to that!

Disney's New Bing Bong-Inspired Dessert Shop Is Perfect For People Who Also "Cry Candy"

Disney isn't quite done at Pixar Pier. Though the land opened at Disney California Adventure on June 23, there are still a few more treats and attractions headed our way. Inspired by the beloved Inside Out character, Bing Bong's Sweet Stuff is one dessert shop that has visitors excited for its opening later this Summer.

Featuring candy apples, cake pops, flavored popcorn, and more, Bing Bong's Sweet Stuff will sell some items you can only get there, as well as other desserts you can find around Pixar Pier. We're partial to the colorful candy apple inspired by the shop's namesake, but there are plenty of desserts for fans of Toy Story, Up, The Incredibles, and the rest of the usual Pixar lineup. Ahead, get a sneak-peek at some of the treats and what the shop will look like before it opens sometime in the coming months.
