Trader Joe's Has Peppermint Bark Popcorn Coated in White Chocolate AND Salted Caramel

Do you ever feel like Trader Joe's just gets you? Like when it releases a snack you've secretly been dreaming about? That's how I felt when I discovered the new Peppermint Bark Popcorn ($3). Two of my favorite foods are popcorn and minty things (peppermint bark, mint chocolate chip ice cream, York Peppermint Patties - you name it). So my eyes just about popped out of my head when I saw this holiday snack in adorable, just-festive-enough packaging. Kind of like a present, this popcorn has layers. It starts with a crunchy piece of popcorn, which is then coated in salted caramel, dark chocolate, and a thick layer of white chocolate before it's finished with crushed peppermint pieces. Eating it is a gift to yourself, really.

The popcorn is salty, sweet, cool, and creamy all at the same time. I always need one of those huge tins of cheddar and caramel popcorn during the holidays, and I'm definitely adding this to the lineup, too. See more photos of the sweet treat ahead, and don't forget to keep your eyes peeled for more holiday gifts from Trader Joe's.

Um, You Guys? Where Has This GIANT Marshmallow Sheet Been All My Life?

If you're a marshmallow person - which, who isn't? - may I kindly suggest you sit down? I have some (literally) big news: a GIANT marshmallow sheet exists. Melville Candy's Giant Marshmallow Sheet is available at World Market for only $13, and you guys, the baking options are endless. As the packaging shows, the sheet can easily be cut into cute shapes, and how have I lived all this time without topping my hot cocoa with a perfect marshmallow snowflake? The sheet is 15 inches by 11 inches and half an inch thick, so it's also an ideal product for making s'mores.

After a bit of digging, I learned that Melville Candy also makes a whole bunch of marshmallow drink toppers that are already shaped and sprinkled into festive little treats! Holiday confetti marshmallow toppers? Check. Chocolate peppermint marshmallow toppers? Check. Chocolate-DIPPED toppers? Yep, Melville Candy makes those too. Check out the company's site to see all the holiday marshmallow toppers, and keep reading to see more pictures of the treats, which would make for great gifts or fun holiday party goodies.

I Tried to Quit My Smartphone Addiction and (Spoiler Alert) Failed Miserably

I need rehab. Actual, real-life, smartphone rehab. Listen, I knew I was addicted to my smartphone before I tried to go smartphone-free for one week, but I didn't know how addicted I was. Now that I know, I'm actually scared for myself and, dare I say, society as a whole.

Shortly after my daughter was born, I actually attempted this digital detox song and dance. Why? I caught myself checking my phone while I was driving my precious cargo in the car. I felt guilty whenever she saw me scrolling during playtime. I found myself taking drastic measures like actually hiding my phone just to stay in the present moment. I started to think that I had a real problem. Turns out that I do.

According to my phone's data, I spend an average of four hours and 23 minutes on my phone per day! It's clear that I need to get clean. So, I decided to take on the difficult, but not impossible, task of turning off all of my cellular data and WiFi dialing. I was determined to use my phone as 1998 intended - make calls, take calls, and maybe store a photo here and there. I want to be clear: this meant no music, no Google Maps, no email, no social media, no apps, nothing for one whole week!

Let me just tell you that this seemingly innocent experiment made with the intention of being more present in those picture-perfect moments (as opposed to ruining them by taking actual pictures) really opened my eyes to the severity of my smartphone addiction.

My name is Jen, and I am a smartphone addict. Here's my (attempted) recovery story.

The Bouquets Had Lightsaber Handles at This Star Wars Wedding - and the Bride Wore Black

If you want to bring the Force to your nuptials, look no further than Crystal and Jonathan's gorgeous Star Wars-themed wedding for inspiration. The two first met while they were students at Purdue University, which is why the campus holds a great deal of sentimental value to the pair. They fittingly decided to have their wedding at the Purdue Memorial Union and embellished the place with decor inspired by their favorite film franchise. "Their reception was Star Wars-themed and it was amazing! They made most of the decorations and each table's centerpiece was a different world from Star Wars. Crystal hand made all of the bouquets with origami flowers and lightsaber handles," said Jasmine Norris-Dixson, the woman behind the camera who captured the happy moments from the wedding. "Also, the Star Wars theme was a surprise for all their guests."

The pair had so many more layers of unique ideas catered to their love story. For instance, instead of a traditional layered cake, they opted for a delicious cookie cake with the phrase, "'Til the Death Star do we part" written in frosting on it. The newlyweds explained their decision, saying: "We got Insomnia Cookies instead of a big fancy cake. We wanted to capture our time at Purdue in the food and feel of the wedding, and Insomnia Cookies is a big part of that." There are so many more cute details to look out for, so keep reading!

Meghan Markle Is Being Called "Difficult," and Black Women Can Read Between the Lines

Meghan Markle's name hasn't left the news since her engagement to Prince Harry was announced last year, and now that the two are married and expecting, the rumor mill is in full swing. Whether from "palace sources" or Meghan's own loose-lipped family members, it seems like no time was wasted in painting the incoming duchess as a "demanding" workaholic (how American!) with little respect or regard for royal protocol (I've seen the phrase "ripping up the rulebook" used quite a bit). It feels like every day there's a new story about Meghan not quite fitting in - and with each emerging rumor, it becomes easier for black women everywhere to read between the lines.

There are reports that Meghan made crazy requests for her wedding - though, honestly, I've heard crazier from my own engaged friends - and that she and sister-in-law Kate Middleton got into it after Meghan "berated" a member of Kate's staff. It's also been said that Meghan, a 37-year-old college graduate, philanthropist, and former actress, has such high standards and such clear visions for her royal agenda that it's become a problem. She's too used to working in a "Hollywood environment." She has too much "West Coast energy" (whatever that is). She has too many ideas, and she sends work-related texts and emails at 5 a.m. (OK, girl - if true, then that is pretty annoying). It was revealed in early November that Meghan's assistant, Melissa Touabti, left the job "in tears" after six months and, most recently, that her and Harry's (temporary) private secretary, Samantha Cohen, announced her plans to leave her (temporary) gig after the birth of their first child next Spring. This turnover is ostensibly due to Meghan's many "stressful" demands, which make her hard to work with.

I'm not exactly sure when having high standards became a bad thing in the royal family, but there's one word pervading these rumors that has me side-eyeing them all: "difficult." Like Meghan, I am a black woman from America with an abundance of "West Coast energy" who has lived and worked in mostly white spaces - and it's a descriptor that I've become all too familiar with hearing about myself.

I've spent the better part of 2018 trying to find ways to compare myself to and learn from Meghan Markle. She has inspired me to be more involved in the causes I care about, to remain outspoken about the injustices I see, and not to be afraid of busting into a room (or a constitutional monarchy) and shaking sh*t up. But as a black woman, it's not easy to take those actions without being perceived as "demanding" or "difficult." I learned at a particularly early age that people would assume my personality traits based on the color of my skin and their own unconscious biases. I understood sooner than most that I would "intimidate" people immediately upon walking into a room or sitting down in a meeting. Even now, I have to remind myself to keep resting b*tch face in check and to be careful with my words and tone because there's a chance they'll be considered "abrasive" even before they leave my mouth. I won't even get on the subject of my walking into a high-end store, eating at a nice restaurant, or staying at a luxury hotel.

The racism and sexism that Meghan has faced since her engagement was announced have been well documented, but even the palace's stern warning couldn't stop a relative from wearing this brooch in front of her or keep some jerk from mailing her a suspicious package. The latter incident was considered by authorities to be racially motivated and is just one part of Meghan's new life that she's had to get used to - when she's not being judged for her racial background by the public, she's being picked apart in the press by her family, most frequently her own father.

I think it's more likely that Meghan's blackness walked into the room before she did; that she was assumed to be "demanding" before she even made any demands, and she was considered to be "difficult" to work with even before anyone worked with her.

Black women aren't always afforded bad days or missteps, and that thing our parents tell us about having to "work twice as hard to get half as far" isn't based on a myth. It can be utterly exhausting to be black in America, and my sources tell me it isn't exactly a picnic across the pond, either. Although Meghan's "ethnically ambiguous" look - lighter skin, straight hair, freckles - does give her inherent privilege, she is most certainly still considered black to most of the world, and especially to most white people.

It's upsetting to think that someone so seemingly hardworking and dedicated to a new job - especially in the face of constant judgment based on her race - could be called "difficult" for diving into her royal duties. And listen, maybe Meghan truly did come in hot at Kensington and palace aides just weren't ready for early morning emails, incessant work requests, and that distinct type of "I need to be busy at all times and I'll sleep when I'm dead" energy that you can really only find in an American. But based on my own experience as a woman of color, I think it's more likely that Meghan's blackness walked into the room before she did; that she was assumed to be "demanding" before she even made any demands, and she was considered to be "difficult" to work with even before anyone worked with her.

Unfortunately, along with having to work twice as hard as our white counterparts, black women are doubly punished for exhibiting the traits that come from having such a relentless work ethic. Having ambition and drive make us "overbearing;" being assertive makes us "angry;" showing authority makes us "hostile;" and suggesting change makes us "rude," "demanding," or, even worse, "ungrateful." When people crystallize those biases in their minds before even meeting you, it feels like it doesn't matter what you say or how you say it. On top of everything else, you then feel the need to work even harder to change minds, to prove you're not a stereotype, and to clean up a reputation you didn't even know you earned.

Is it possible that Meghan Markle asked for air fresheners to hide the "musty smell" of Windsor Castle ahead of her royal wedding? Sure it is. But is it possible that this tidbit wouldn't be half as big of a deal if it were a demand from Kate Middleton? Also yes. Don't get me wrong; Kate Middleton is under an insane amount of pressure as the future Queen of England, and for that reason, I have to assume that she made her own crazy requests when planning her royal wedding, renovating her home, or choosing staff and caretakers for her children. What's interesting to note, though, is that there was no giant burst of dramatic headlines referring to Kate as a "difficult" new duchess or calling out how many of her aides quit their jobs. And even in the reports of rifts between Kate and Meghan, Meghan happens to be the aggressor, the "rude" black woman who came in with her newfangled ideas and bossy behavior. The undertones - that Meghan should feel lucky to be included, not bold enough to bring change - aren't hard to spot, either.

In a sad way, it really doesn't surprise me that the "difficult duchess" rumors have emerged. Meghan being an actress, born and raised in Los Angeles with a bevy of famous friendships and a marriage already under her belt, was already enough to elicit speculation about what kind of wacky American duchess she would be. Once you throw in her blackness and audacity not to hide it, it's easy to see how prejudgments were formed. When it comes to stereotyping black women as being angry and difficult - while subsequently expecting us to be strong and sassy for entertainment value - well, that train is never late.

Google Released Its Annual Year-in-Search Video, and My Tear Ducts Are Already Exhausted

Reflective year-in-review videos make us cry no matter how predictable they are, but what's interesting about Google's newly released Year in Search video is that it demonstrates how unpredictable 2018 really was.

Though it's worth watching in its entirety, the video features many triumphs, including the box-office success and cultural importance of Crazy Rich Asians, the hopeful outcome of the midterm elections, and Cardi B's banner year. There are moments for romance, like that Emmys proposal and Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's royal wedding, and reminders of how just how strange the internet can be. (Remember Yanny vs. Laurel?) Then, of course, there are moments to remember those we've lost, including Stephen Hawking, George H.W. Bush, and Anthony Bourdain. Watch the gracefully packaged video above.

Myth or Miracle: Do Eyelash Serums Actually Work?

When I first tried an eyelash serum, I'll be honest: I didn't think it would work at all. I started using it purely because it was on my bedside table, and since I write about beauty all day, I thought I should give it a go. Now my future self thanks my past self for taking the extra few seconds every evening to apply a serum that, as far as I'm concerned, is so effective it must be witchcraft.

But is this all just placebo effect? Do eyelash serums actually work? We asked dermatologist Francesca Fusco, MD, to get the lowdown on all things lash (and brow) growth.

Let's address the first question. Fusco says that most eyelash and eyebrow serums do work to a certain degree. "Some work simply by nourishing the follicle and/or brow hair, preventing breakage, and making existing lashes appear cosmetically improved," she said. "Others, like Latisse, have active ingredients, extensive studies, and documented results, which demonstrate extended growth, increasing number of lashes, and thickness."

The ingredient proven to help lashes grow is bimatoprost, which Fusco says extends the growing phase. However, this isn't a quick fix - it takes time for eyelashes to grow. While you might see small improvements over a short period of time, it will take about eight weeks of regular application for lashes to appear noticeably longer and thicker.

Caring for your lashes is also important if you're looking to improve overall health of them, whether or not you're applying a serum. This includes avoiding waterproof mascara when possible (as it can be harsh on the lashes), as well as properly removing eye makeup and doing so gently. Fusco also notes that "those who have dandruff may not realize it, but the dandruff on their scalp may extend to their brows and eyelashes, leading to lash loss before it's time." She recommends using a special dandruff shampoo (on your head, not your lashes) to help counteract this.

Considering investing in an eyelash serum? Here are our favorite serums.

Thanks to This Body Oil, I Now Have a Post-Island-Vacation Glow

The Ouai Hair and Body Oil ($32) makes my skin look like I just summered on an island getaway. Did I mention it's Winter?

Let's start from the beginning. I've been so itchy. I have dry patches across my entire body, and between the cold, New York City weather, and my apartment's heating system pulling all the moisture from the air, my skin has been uncomfortably thirsty and tight. The Ouai Rose Hair and Body Oil has always been on my list of beauty products to try, initially because of how beautifully it photographed and styled in Instagram photos, but ultimately because it was dual-purpose: it moisturizes everything from my hair down to my feet. With my entire body in need of moisture, now was a better time than ever. I slathered the rose-scented, peach-colored liquid across my body after a nighttime shower and found that it was lightweight, absorbing quickly without dripping on my bathroom floor. I then worked three spritzes into the ends of my hair.

I'm not exaggerating when I say I looked like I had just spent some time in a cabana on Boracay Beach. My caramel skin was so moisturized (thanks to the blend of rose hip and shea oils), it was glowing, and my wavy hair loved the texture of the oil, taking on its natural wave pattern minus its typical frizz. It's basically a vacation in a bottle - just way cheaper.

Princess Eugenie Doesn't Abide by This 1 Royal Beauty Rule, and We Bet You've Never Noticed

Princess Eugenie is certainly no stranger to the list of protocol that comes with being born into the British royal family, and beauty is no exception.

Although there are no hard "rules" about how they can wear their hair and makeup, certain etiquette is taken into consideration. (Take Meghan Markle's messy bun for example: there is no rule saying she isn't allowed to wear the hairstyle, but you rarely see other royals doing so, and you'll never see this style for formal occasions.) But since Princess Eugenie is ninth in line for the throne, it seems the rules are a little more relaxed. She's the royal you're most likely to see with a red lip and most of all the one who isn't scared of trying out nail trends. Girl after our own heart, she's partial to fun designs, although she tends to stick to patriotic and festive manicures.

Nail art might not seem like a big deal, but you'll rarely see any nail polish at all on Kate Middleton. As for Markle? Although the duchess wore dark polish for the British Fashion Awards, she too only tends to stick to light pinks for her manicures, just like Queen Elizabeth II, who famously only wears Essie Ballet Slippers. Ahead, get a closer look at some of Princess Eugenie's best nail art moments that we bet you've never even noticed before.

New Year's Eve is quickly approaching, which means resolution season is upon us. I know I am more than guilty of being overly ambitious when it comes to setting goals for myself. This Too Faced Concealer Blurs My Under-Eye Circles Better Than Any Photo-Editing App

Maybe it's the heavyweight bottle. Maybe it's the black, bold-faced, all-caps text that Too Faced used on its face to describe what it does. Whatever it is, there's something about the Too Faced Born This Way Super Coverage Multi-Use Sculpting Concealer ($29) that just screams it means business.

My complexion is typically clear, and my biggest concern with it is the hyperpigmentation under my eyes and in areas where I've had a breakout (it never fails that whenever I get a pimple, I develop a dark spot). I typically gravitate toward high-coverage concealers, but I have never met one that was as high-impact as this one.

With its jumbo doe-foot, I swept a shade that was closest to my skin tone onto my darkened areas and slightly red, irritated areas and quickly found out how creamy and opaque this concealer was. It's safe to say a little goes a long way, because when I'd used one of my favorite sponges to blend it out, it took a little more effort than usual. Once I hid my dark spots, I grabbed two more shades - one highlighting and one bronzing - and began contouring my face.

The end result was like what you'd get from Facetune - a sculpted face with a completely even complexion. It blurs imperfections with one just one layer and has a skin-like finish. Even with how full-coverage the formula is, this concealer does not crease.

Basically, Too Faced packed the power of a photo-editing app in a tube. Genius.

Your Bad Mood Could Be Seasonal Depression - Here Are the Signs to Look Out For

As the days begin to get colder and the sun begins to set a lot earlier, you may notice that your mood is also beginning to change. All the energy you once had is fading, and you find yourself wanting to stay inside all day and hibernate. If this sounds like you and you're experiencing these feelings frequently - especially during the Fall and Winter months - you may have seasonal affective disorder (SAD), a type of depression that comes and goes with the seasons.

To learn more about the symptoms of SAD and the best ways to manage and treat it, POPSUGAR spoke to Ken Yeager, PhD, LISW, and director of the Stress, Trauma, and Resilience Program, at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.

The Bodyweight Exercise You Should Be Doing For Stronger Legs and Better Stability

One key to strength training and building muscle is to make sure your muscles are being challenged. If you never change the stimuli (weight, reps, sets, exercises), your muscles will adapt and eventually stop growing and getting stronger. Because our glutes are the biggest muscle group in our body (our quadriceps and hamstrings also top that list), it's important to have an arsenal of ways to work them.

Squats are great for improving your lower-body strength, and one of my favorite variations is the pistol squat. It's a unilateral exercise (a single-leg movement) that will help strengthen both sides of your body equally (goodbye, imbalances), and it will improve your strength and stability.

How to Do a TRX Pistol Squat

  • Start facing the anchor point with the straps at midlength and your hands on the handles.
  • Step back so there's no slack on the suspension trainer.
  • With your feet about hips-width apart, lift your right leg off the ground.
  • With your arms fully extended and tension on the suspension trainer, lower down into a squat. Be sure to keep your weight shifted back on your heels while maintaining a neutral spine. Your arms should be extended throughout the entire movement.
  • Drive your left heel through the ground as you come into a standing position. There should be a slight bend at your left knee. Be sure not to pull yourself up with your arms. Instead, push yourself up with your leg. This completes one rep.
  • Complete three sets of eight to 10 reps on each leg.

The Holidays Aren't Always Happy - How to Handle Depression This Time of Year

The holiday season is supposed to be the happiest time of the year: cheery Christmas music playing everywhere you go, festive decorations on every block, holiday parties, traditions, and lots of tasty treats. But for some people, the holidays can trigger an onslaught of depressive symptoms.

Whether you struggle with depression year-round or just get blue this time of year, there are some ways you can combat these negative feelings. We spoke to mental health experts, who detailed the 11 best ways to combat holiday depression. If your mood continues to get worse or you experience any of these symptoms of depression for more than two weeks, it might be time to visit a doctor or mental health specialist, such as a psychiatrist, clinical psychologist, or licensed therapist.

If you are depressed and need help finding help or resources, call the Anxiety and Depression Association of America (1-240-485-1001) or the National Alliance on Mental Illness (1-800-950-6264).

Exactly How Much Turmeric to Have a Day to Reap Its Anti-Inflammatory Benefits

Turmeric, a spice you probably see in your local grocery store, is often found in recipes everywhere from the Middle East to Asia and India and is the main component of curry powder. There are a lot of reasons to love it - it adds delicious color and flavor to many foods, after all - but it also has pretty incredible potential health benefits.

Turmeric root has been used for centuries in Ayurvedic medicine and is most noticeable as the bright yellow coloring in curry powder. "Its ability as an anti-inflammatory agent first gained attention in the study of people who ate curry at least once a week and who had very little risk of Alzheimer's disease, in Indian and Indonesian studies, despite these populations having a high percentage of diabetes," said Dr. Steven Gundry MD, one of the world's top heart surgeons and author of The Plant Paradox. "It was determined that two of the spices in curry powder made all the difference: turmeric and black pepper."

Turmeric, in turn, became known as the wonder spice. "Turmeric is recommended for many patients with inflammatory conditions such as Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, autoimmune conditions like psoriasis, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and cancers. Curcumin is the compound found in turmeric," said Atlanta-based integrative medicine physician Dr. Bindiya Gandhi.

Arguably, the most powerful aspect of curcumin is its ability to control inflammation. "The journal Oncogene published the results of a study that evaluated several anti-inflammatory compounds and found that aspirin and ibuprofen are least effective, while curcumin is among the most effective anti-inflammatory compounds in the world," said Dr. Josh Axe, DNM, CNS, DC, bestselling author of Eat Dirt. "This news should have reached every household in the world after the study was conducted, because inflammation puts people at risk for almost every disease process known to man," he said.

You can find turmeric in powder culinary spice form and in its whole root form, as well as in tincture, tablets, and capsules. "A good starting dose for its anti-inflammatory benefits is 400 to 600 mg of standardized powder or curcumin turmeric extract three times a day as tolerated," Dr. Gandhi said. "Cut-root dose is 1.5g-3g per day, dried powdered root 1g-3g per day, and tincture (1:2) 15-30 drops up to four times per day, as mentioned by University of Maryland Medical Center."

When taking it for GI issues, you need to find a formula with black pepper or piperine in it, because it is better absorbed. The black pepper stops the turmeric from breaking down as quickly, which keeps it in your system longer. When taking it for any autoimmune issues, you can take the turmeric by itself.

Caution with turmeric should be noted since it can act as a blood thinner and should be avoided before surgery. It can also cause GI upset in some patients and can reduce blood sugars in diabetic patients. "It can increase gallbladder contraction, which is not a good idea for patients suffering with gallstones. I discourage my patients trying to conceive [from taking] it since it can actually act as contraception and advise my nursing and pregnant mothers to use it with caution since it may stimulate uterine contractions," said Dr. Gandhi, who encourages patients to cook with it daily for anti-inflammatory effects, but encourages a supplement if looking for a higher dosage.

"Cooking with spices is perfect, but you need a higher dose if you're targeting a specific ailment. I am a big fan of turmeric golden milk latte, as well as turmeric ginger teas," Dr. Gandhi said. You can also try an iced golden milk latte.

But that's not the only option out there; in fact, the options are endless. "I prefer turmeric used fresh," said Ariane Resnick, author, certified nutritionist, and celebrity chef. "I like it best as a tea made exactly as you would ginger (slice then boil in water), sipped throughout the day. This method has helped so many people with chronic pain who I've worked with. You can make the tea as a concentrate then add just a tablespoon or two to each glass of water you drink. In this manner, one root will last up to several days," she said.

Whether we are using it in our lattes or teas, or using it as an addition to our curries and soups, it seems turmeric is something we should be stocking up on fast this Winter season.

Miley Cyrus's Powerful Performance of "Happy Xmas (War Is Over)" Will Bring You to Tears

Just a day after Miley Cyrus released her cover of John Lennon's "Happy Xmas (War Is Over)," she sang it beautifully on Saturday Night Live. The singer was accompanied by musician Mark Ronson and Sean Ono Lennon, who also worked with Cyrus on the song. Cyrus's soulful, raspy voice gives a welcome edge to this classic Christmas tune, and her high-energy performance totally gave me chills. She's been vocal about her plan to release a new album in 2019, and it's a treat to have new music already. Watch her impressive performance, and then listen to another one of her new songs, "Nothing Breaks Like a Heart" (if you don't already have it on repeat).

Miley Cyrus's SNL Performance of "Nothing Breaks Like a Heart" Gave Us Dolly Parton Vibes

Miley Cyrus gave a stunning performance of her new song "Nothing Breaks Like a Heart" on Saturday Night Live. She and Mark Ronson, who produced the song, were this week's musical guests for a hilarious episode hosted by Matt Damon. We already got a taste of a more stripped-down version of Cyrus's catchy song when she and Mark shared an acoustic version. The musical duo teamed up for more songs that Cyrus will include on her next album, which she promises will definitely be out in 2019. Watch the live performance above, and then listen to the talented pair's cover of a classic Christmas song.

William and Kate's Family Christmas Card Photo Is Here, and Prince Louis Totally Steals the Show

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have released the photo from their 2018 Christmas card, and it's just as adorable as you'd expect. In the photo by Matt Porteous, William and Kate are dressed casually in jeans, sitting on a tree in the grounds of their home, Anmer Hall. Prince George and Princess Charlotte, also in outdoor gear, cuddle up to their parents, and this year there's also the exciting addition of Prince Louis, who looks adorable in his mother's arms as he smiles at the camera.

The last time we saw a new photo of the young prince, who was born this past April, was in photographs taken for Prince Charles's 70th birthday. He totally stole the show in those photos, and he's done the same again in this gorgeous family photo . . . but his older siblings definitely put up a good fight! George is his usual cheeky self, standing on one leg in his wellington boots, while Charlotte, ever the entertainer, takes pride of place in the center of the shot.

Matt Damon Hosted a "Dog Show, but For Daddies" on SNL, and I Cannot Stop Laughing

You know those adorable dog shows that allow the cutest pups to parade their talents in front of judges? Now imagine that but with daddies . . . as in, hot older men with "a little salt and pepper at the temples." Saturday Night Live did exactly that when it parodied the Westminster Dog Show with a new twist: the Westminster Daddy Show. The episode's host, Matt Damon, moderated the show alongside Kate McKinnon, and Aidy Bryant (or "Georgina Mont-Blanc") was head judge. Matt first introduced a "West Palm Golf Daddy," a "consultant who loves hanging out with his buddies at the 19th hole, which I'm told is slang for 'bar.'" The skit also featured a "Wall Street Business Daddy" and a "Broadcast Daddy" played by Matt himself. Watch it above, and prepare to chuckle.

20 Elf Quotes Perfect For Using Every Day of the Holiday Season

Elf is a movie that never gets old, and even though it's firmly a holiday movie, we find ourselves quoting the Will Ferrell comedy year-round. Buddy the Elf has so many cute one-liners that instantly brighten your day and make you feel like smiling at any time (because smiling is your favorite, of course). Here are the very best quotes from Elf - and how you can incorporate them into your conversations.

A Venom Sequel Is Happening, So Start Stocking Up on Snacks (Eyes, Lungs, Pancreas . . .)

Venom arrived in theaters back in October to middling reviews, but that didn't stop talk of all the potential sequels and spinoffs it might spawn.

In an August interview with Total Film, Tom Hardy revealed that Marvel could make up to three Venom movies, saying, "We've signed up for three of them. So it's very much an open case. We'll see what people's responses are to it." Variety also predicted that if the film delivered at the box office, then Sony would move fast to introduce a number of heroes and villains from the Spider-Man universe in the form of sequels to the Hardy outing, as well as stand-alone films. At the moment, Sony's licensing pact with Marvel affords it the rights to around 900 characters, so the possibilities are pretty much endless.

Now, in December, we have official confirmation that a Venom sequel is indeed moving forward thanks to the film's co-writer, Jeff Pinkner. While being interviewed by Discussing Film, Pinkner neglected to give away any major spoilers, but did mention that another film in the franchise is in the works. "I can't say anything other than that it is happening," he explained. After noting that he would not be writing the sequel, Pinkner also divulged that the second film will likely see the appearance of Tom Holland's Peter Parker. "Without revealing anything that I'm not supposed to reveal, it is not impossible a future . . .[that] Spider-Man will play a significant role . . . I think it's fair to say that everyone involved would be very excited by a Spider-Man/Venom movie."

You can say that again. At the moment, Sony is already moving forward with plans to make Morbius, a vampire and frequent foe for Spider-Man, with Safe House director Daniel Espinosa at the helm and Jared Leto starring. On top of that, The Equalizer 2's Richard Wenk is writing a screenplay centering on the story of Kraven the Hunter, and the studio is making moves to develop scripts based on the characters of Silk (a Korean-American superheroine), Jackpot (an older, female masked vigilante), and Nightwatch (a doctor-turned-hero with powers of invisibility). There was also a Silver & Black film in the works, which would follow Silver Sable and Black Cat, but Sony has nixed that in favor of breaking each character out into a stand-alone film, starting with Black Cat, aka burglar Felicia Hardy.

Us: The Plot of Jordan Peele's Mysterious Thriller Is Vague but Incredibly Foreboding

It's been well over a year since Jordan Peele made his directorial debut with the critically acclaimed horror flick Get Out, and fans of the Oscar-winning director are hungry for more of his work. Peele has been committed to giving them exactly that - the filmmaker has multiple projects in progress, including a reboot of The Twilight Zone, producing a new HBO series, and a role in Toy Story 4.

The one project we've been on our toes waiting for is Peele's first feature since Get Out, "a new nightmare" simply titled Us. Peele announced the project in May 2018 by dropping the movie poster and release date on Twitter, with the star-studded cast confirmations - Lupita Nyong'o, Elisabeth Moss - following soon after. While details surrounding the plot of the film have been scarce since Peele's announcement, /Film revealed a synopsis sent out with recent test screening invites that gives more information beyond our knowledge that the story focuses on two couples, one white and one black.

The story reportedly follows a couple (Nyong'o and Winston Duke) who take their kids to their beach house to unwind with friends (which include Moss and possibly her onscreen husband, Tim Heidecker). Their night "turns to chaos when some shocking visitors arrive uninvited." Though the synopsis is still pretty vague, it also manages to be hella ominous.

In an interview with Insider, Peele said that much like how Get Out examines race and racism, Us will center around "these innately human monsters that are woven into the fabric of how we think and how we interact." While he says the movie will follow the same tone as Get Out, it will be a completely different film and not focus on addressing race. Which leaves us wondering which monsters will Us be focusing on specifically, and how dark will it get?

However the story takes shape, we have no doubt we'll be poring over ever detail - just like we did with Get Out - when Us hits theaters on March 15, 2019.

I'm Beggin' of You, Please Watch This Drag Queen "Jolene" Music Video

Netflix is doing the absolute most to promote its new movie, Dumplin'. If you're not familiar, it follows the story of an spunky, curvy, Dolly Parton-obsessed teenager named Willowdean as she tries to figure out who she is in a small Texas town. The clear Dolly Parton connection has yielded a treasure trove of exciting additions to the film: even during press rounds, Parton roasted her husband on national television and casually sipped tequila with Jennifer Aniston and Sandra Bullock. When it comes to the actual film, she wrote new music for the soundtrack and released a gorgeous, stripped-down version of "Jolene" that will absolutely give you chills.

Speaking of the phenomenon that is "Jolene," Netflix has done us one better: a new music video featuring tons of popular RuPaul's Drag Race alumni. The video, which features a slightly more uptempo version of Jolene, stars Ginger Minj, Alaska Thunderf*ck, Katya, Bebe Zahara Benet, BenDeLaCreme, and Manila Luzon. They get into all sorts of shenanigans: tire-swinging, home-making, bull-riding . . . and even outhouse-using! It's all par for the course, especially since there was literally a Dolly Parton drag queen at the film's premiere. Now, if you'll excuse us, we're going to be finding the nearest hoedown and getting our entire lives.

You Are Cordially Invited to Watch the First Teaser For the Downton Abbey Movie

Just when we thought the Downton Abbey movie was never going to happen, the film adaptation of the popular period series was officially given the green light in June 2017. Now, we have our first look at what's sure to be a stunning feature.

The British period drama ended its sixth season in the US in 2016, and ever since, the production team behind the show had been hinting that a feature film would eventually make its way to screens. Maggie Smith, Michelle Dockery, Hugh Bonneville, and a handful of others are set to reprise their roles as members of the Crawley family. Although we don't see any of the principal cast in the brief teaser trailer, above, we do catch a glimpse of the sprawling Crawley residence, an unidentified man riding a motorcycle up to the home, the housekeepers milling about outside, and a parade presumably celebrating war heroes.

It's not much to go on, but since the film doesn't hit theaters until Sept. 3, 2019, we have plenty of time to theorize.

Once You've Watched All of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Check Out These 10 Shows

The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel is Amazon Studios' latest TV hit - and for good reason. If you love the Emmy-winning dramedy from Amy Sherman-Palladino, we have good news: season two is now streaming, and the show has already been renewed for a third! Once you binge all the new episodes, here are 10 other shows to fill the Midge-shaped hole in your heart.

Miley Cyrus Is So Bad at Jimmy Fallon's "Name That Song" Game, She Didn't Recognize "Party in the USA"

Miley Cyrus had a particularly entertaining stop at The Tonight Show on Thursday evening, when she played a round of the "Name That Song Challenge" with host Jimmy Fallon.

While her latest hit, "Nothing Breaks Like a Heart," didn't make it into the instrumental selection played by The Roots, other tunes like Joan Jett and the Blackhearts' "I Love Rock 'n Roll" and Bob Marley's "Could You Be Loved" did. Sadly, Cyrus found herself unable to guess any of them!

Of course, toward the end of the game, a very recognizable track did: "Party in the USA." Yes, as in the same "Party in the USA" song made famous by Cyrus herself. The only problem? She almost didn't recognize it! Watch the hilarious moment above, then check out Cyrus's stunning new music video.

18 Times Queen Elizabeth II Let Her Royal Guard Down and Was Incredibly Cute With Kids

Queen Elizabeth II is typically pretty serious during royal engagements. While she may flash a smile here and there, for the most part, the 92-year-old British monarch keeps to herself and is strict about following royal protocol. However, there is one exception: whenever the Queen is around kids, she immediately lights up and protocol seems to go out the door. Given that she is a grandmother to eight grandchildren and a great-grandmother to seven great-grandchildren (with another one on the way!), it makes sense that the Queen has a soft spot for kids. Where do you think Prince William and Prince Harry's love of children comes from? Check out some of the Queen's cutest moments with kids ahead!

However, this year, Dwayne seems to have taken the hotness meter up a few notches, because he's been looking good - and I mean real, real good. Jason Momoa Is a Stripping Christmas Ghost in This SNL Skit, and I've Lost My Ability to Speak

Jason Momoa's Saturday Night Live debut on Dec. 8 included a feel-good opening monologue, the obligatory Game of Thrones skit, and so many references to his superhero physique. One skit in particular left the Aquaman actor grinding up on a bedpost in a matching sequin top and short-shorts. It was a holiday skit.

Though it may be an impossible feat, we'll try to break it down. After already meeting with his Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Future, Ebenezer Scrooge gets an especially unexpected visit from a "extra" ghost, one with a real penchant for seductive dancing! Does it make more sense now? No? Got it.
