Batter Up! The Sandlot Is Returning as a TV Series With the Original Cast Members

Are you ready to go back to The Sandlot? After 25 years, the original cast is returning at the direction of David Mickey Evans for a TV series. Evans wrote and directed the first two Sandlot movies, and according to The Hollywood Reporter, he's ready to bring the boys together for at least two seasons on an unnamed streaming service.

"I already got all the original cast members back," Evans said on The Rain Delay podcast, although he did not name the exact actors participating. "It takes place in 1984, when they're all like 33 years old and they all have children of their own, and that's all I can tell you."

This will be a jump forward from the original film, which was set in San Fernando Valley in 1962. If it's true that all the original cast members are returning, we can look forward to appearances from Scotty Smalls (Tom Guiry), Hamilton "Ham" Porter (Patrick Renna), Michael "Squints" Palledorous (Chauncey Leopardi), Alan "Yeah-Yeah" McClennan (Marty York), Kenny DeNunez (Brandon Adams), Bertram Weeks (Grant Gelt), Timmy and Tommy Timmons (Victor DiMattia and Shane Obedzinski), and, yes, Benny Rodriguez (Mike Vitar). They reunited last year for the movie's anniversary, and it's true - legends never die.

The plans for this TV show do not upend the existing Sandlot prequel, which is in development with 20th Century Fox.

And the Celebration Continues! Kate Middleton Is Reportedly Throwing Meghan Markle a Baby Shower

Meghan Markle is getting ready to be a mom! Following her star-studded baby shower in NYC, the Duchess of Sussex is celebrating the upcoming arrival of her first child with Prince Harry with another baby shower - only this time, Kate Middleton is hosting it! According to Us Weekly, the Duchess of Cambridge will be throwing a bash for Meghan in the UK.

"There is still going to be some sort of private baby-centric event for Meghan's UK people, and Kate will host," the outlet reported on Thursday. "Her glam people and other relatives will be there. Not sure if it's a total baby 'shower,' but you could probably call it that." So, does this mean Meghan's mom, Doria Ragland, will be there? The date of the shower still has yet to be revealed, but if it is anything like the one Serena Williams threw her, it'll be a grand affair.

Meghan and Harry's baby is due sometime in late April ahead of their first wedding anniversary. Even though the royal couple previously said they were keeping the sex of the baby a surprise, according to recent reports, Meghan is apparently expecting a boy. Well, I guess we'll just have to wait to see if the rumors are true!

Adnan Syed's Case Isn't Over - Here's His Current Status

Image Source: Getty / Karl Merton Ferron / Baltimore Sun

If you've listened to the first season of Sarah Koenig's Serial podcast, you're probably more than familiar with the murder of Baltimore Woodlawn High School student Hae Min Lee. In 2000, her classmate and ex-boyfriend, Adnan Syed (pictured above, in Feb. 2016), was convicted for her murder. The case presented in Koenig's podcast definitely intrigued many an avid true crime tinkerer and revived the genre as we know it. But, of course, Syed's story didn't end with the questions raised in Serial. On March 10, HBO will premiere Amy Berg's four-part documentary called The Case Against Adnan Syed, which will give Lee a voice and explore the ongoing legal saga.

Even as these long-form investigative projects intrigue the public, Syed's case remains in limbo. There's been many a twist and turn in its development, so here are the major ones that anyone following the story should keep on their radar.

In June 2016, Syed was granted a new trial after his conviction was overturned by Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Martin Welch. The official reasoning was that his former trial attorney failed to cross-examine the prosecution's cell tower expert who used location data for incoming calls to corroborate a witness claiming to help Syed bury Lee's body. The evidence, however, has been shown to be questionable.

Syed's (pictured below, in a photo provided to HBO by his family) new legal team also brought up how Gutierrez failed to pursue a witness account from Asia McClain, who said that she had seen Syed at the library during the time of the murder. In granting Syed a new trial, however, Welch denied Gutierrez's neglect to contact McClain as a basis for ineffective assistance.

There's been a lot of legal back and forth since then. The State appealed after the petition for a new trial was granted. In March 2018, the Maryland Court of Special Appeals upheld the lower court's decision for a retrial. The State appealed again to Maryland's top court. On July 12, the Court of Appeals agreed to hear both the State's appeal and Syed's counter-appeals. At the end of November, a panel of seven judges heard arguments from both sides. The ruling is currently pending, and it could take as long as August 2019 for the Court of Appeals to issue a ruling. If the decision goes against the prosecution, they could take it to the US Supreme Court.

As his case picks up more public momentum, Syed remains in prison, previously denied bail in 2016 as he awaited a retrial. He was not allowed to attend the court proceedings in November according to Rabia Chaudry, an attorney and friend.

Chaudy recently spoke with the Television Critics Association and mentioned that Syed once told her that "he probably would leave prison in a coffin." However, she feels that because of the spike in interest in his case, "now he has . . . a very strong ray of light."

Berg, the director behind the upcoming HBO series, doesn't sound quite as certain about where the case will go. "Well, in an ideal world, Adnan Syed would get a new trial. He's won a new trial twice now in two courts. But my fear is that that will never happen and the film will become the trial that he didn't ever receive," she said in an interview with Baltimore Magazine.

Here's When Leaving Neverland, the Controversial Michael Jackson Doc, Airs on HBO

Over the past several months, there have been a slew of documentaries and true-crime style movies that have attempted to look at high-profile figures and cases in a new light. There's Ryan Murphy's FX anthology American Crime Story, which has so far explored the trial of O.J. Simpson and the murder of Gianni Versace. There's Conversations With a Killer, the eerie Ted Bundy documentary featuring actual footage of interviews with the infamous serial killer. Even the longtime punchline of the Lorena Bobbitt case got a new look with Lorena, which dug into the context surrounding the crime and the media attention around it. The latest entry into this genre is Leaving Neverland, a documentary focused on a pair of men who say they were abused as boys while in Michael Jackson's inner circle.

The first part of the documentary will debut on HBO at 8 p.m. on Sunday, March 3; the second half will air the following night, also at 8 p.m. Like most of HBO's programming, the documentary will also be available for same-day streaming on a computer or mobile device if you're a customer of HBO Go, HBO Now, or HBO On Demand. Oprah Winfrey Presents: After Neverland, a special hosted by Winfrey, will air on HBO and OWN directly following the premiere of the second part, at 10 p.m. on Monday, March 4.

Although HBO's airing will be the first time the general public is able to watch the documentary, it has already been seen by film festival audiences and film critics. Leaving Neverland made its first appearance at January's Sundance Film Festival on Jan. 25. The Park City, Utah, festival is a popular place for films to test the waters, and the buzz out of this festival is often a precursor of what's to come when the movies reach wide release.

In the case of Leaving Neverland, the film was met with shock and intense emotions, even from the professional critics in the audience. The Daily Beast's critic Kevin Fallon tweeted from the break at the halfway point, "On a 10-min break halfway through Sundance's 4-hour Michael Jackson child sex abuse documentary. Whatever you thought you knew or were aware of, the content of this is more disturbing than you could imagine. And again, we're only halfway through." Meanwhile, the Los Angeles Times critic Amy Kaufman noted the "incredibly emotional reaction from the audience."

Because of the controversial and emotional nature of the film, its Sundance debut was also marked by the presence of a few other personnel that might not be expected at a film festival. Variety's Matt Donnelly reported from the festival, "#Sundance has provided health care professionals in the theater for audience members potentially upset by #LeavingNeverland . . . They are in the wings ready with counsel." Donnelly also tweeted out a picture of a few Park City police officers outside the theater where the documentary debuted.

As noted by attendees at Sundance, the film is so long, it required an intermission when it premiered at the festival. This is also why HBO is airing it in two parts on two separate nights. Reportedly, the documentary runs around four hours, split into two halves of around two hours each. It's an intense story that's already gotten lots of attention - you can watch the full trailer above.

Calling All Poor, Unfortunate Souls: A Series About Disney Villains Is on the Way

Villains might be the ones we're supposed to root against, but they make for pretty interesting characters, no? That's why it's fun (and thrilling) to see what makes Hannibal Lecter tick in The Silence of the Lambs, or why Wicked has endured in popularity all these years later. When it comes to Disney villains, the fandom is even more impressive, which is why it should come as no surprise that the studio has a TV series all about the evil characters in the works, titled Book of Enchantment.

The series will be available on Disney's upcoming streaming service, Disney+, which also has a TV show about Marvel character Loki on the way, as well as one following the adventures of Rogue One's Cassian Andor (Diego Luna). Now a series that brings together some of Disney's most iconic villains will be added to the queue, according to a press release shared by Disney on Wednesday.

After the success of Disney's Maleficent, which has a sequel coming out in 2020, and the Disney Channel's Descendants TV movies, the move makes sense. So far Steve Pearlman (Once Upon A Time) and Michael Seitzman (Quantico) are on board for the project, which is slated to start production in Ireland in the second quarter of 2020. It will pull its story from the Book of Enchantment book series by Serena Valentino, which spotlights Disney villains like the Beast, Ursula, and the Evil Queen from Snow White.

If it were up to us, we'd love to see each episode devoted to a different, twisted character in the studio's cadre of villains. Maybe a week in the life of young Ursula, before she ever meets Ariel? Or seeing what the Beast's life was like just after he was transformed, or all the dark activities the Evil Queen gets up to in her castle? No matter what Disney decides to do, we know we'll be watching.

Please Allow a Shirtless Jason Momoa to Explain the Story Behind His Famous Oscars Scrunchie

Jason Momoa and his wife, Lisa Bonet, looked damn good at the 2019 Oscars, but what were the cute couple up to when they weren't walking the red carpet? Well, thanks to Jason's YouTube channel, we know exactly how their glam night went - and the story behind *that* now-famous matching scrunchie.

After the award ceremony on Feb. 24, the 39-year-old Aquaman actor shared a behind-the-scenes video with fans on his channel. He started the day off with an intense family outdoor climbing session (could anything be more Jason?) and brought the camera along as he showed off his first custom suits, which were designed by the late Karl Lagerfeld. We also noticed there was a shortage of shirts in Jason's hotel room - but hey, we're not complaining! Watch the video above to get an inside peek at Jason and Lisa's exciting night among the stars, then find out how he responded to those genius "Momoas" Girl Scout cookies.

According to Meghan Markle, These 5 "Badass" Books Should Be on Your Reading List

Before Meghan Markle married Prince Harry and became the Duchess of Sussex, she played paralegal Rachel Zane on Suits and she ran a lifestyle blog called The Tig (named after her favorite wine, Tignanello). Sadly, The Tig no longer exists, but thanks to the internet, we were able to dig up an old post about her favorite books. From "a guide to personal freedom" to a book about a little prince (hmm . . . interesting), here are five "badass" Markle-recommended books that should honestly be required reading.

Pink Has Some Pretty Badass Tattoos, but the Stories Behind Them Are Even Better

Pink has a ton of tattoos - 17, if we're counting. From tributes to her late dogs to matching designs with her loved ones, the 39-year-old singer always seems to have a new idea for a tattoo. Even though Pink got her first ink at the young age of 12 (what a badass!), she can still "explain every single one of them and have a good laugh." However, if she could start over, she'd just do "one big back piece and have a clean [front]" since she's "into balance." Well, I guess it's too late for that now. Ahead, take a look at all of Pink's tattoos and the special meanings behind them.

Game of Thrones: Bran Is on a Collision Course With the Night King According to This Theory

Since Game of Thrones began, Bran Stark has been key to setting major events in motion. When Jaime throws him from the tower in season one, he puts Bran on the path to becoming the Three-Eyed Raven, and Bran's injury is the start of the Starks' downfall. It's always been clear that Bran's an important character, but a new fan theory suggests that he's even more important than anyone realized.

One of the big questions going into the final season is who will defeat the Night King and his army? A lot of people are betting on Jon Snow, because he didn't come back from the dead for nothing. But Reddit user juligen makes a compelling argument for why Bran is the one destined to end the Night King's reign. For quite some time now the show's been playing up the idea that Bran and the Night King are connected. From the scene where the young Stark is out warging when he realizes the undead king can not only see him, but also touch him, to the Night King sending a portion of his army to the cave in an attempt to kill Bran, these two characters are connected. And given the actions of the Night King, it's no stretch to speculate that he could be scared of Bran because he knows Bran is the only one capable of defeating him.

The Reddit theory notes the sheer number of times that characters like Jojen, Meera, and the former Three-Eyed Raven have emphasized how important it is to keep Bran alive. In season three, Jojen tells Bran, "I have seen the only thing that matters . . . you." Then in season six, the Three-Eyed Raven says to the Stark boy, "You think I wanted to sit here for a thousand years, watching the world from a distance as the roots grew through me? . . . I was waiting for you." Even Bran's undead Uncle Benjen seems to know what's up when he says in season six, "One way or another, he [the Night King] will find his way to the world of men. And when he does, you will be there waiting for him. And you will be ready."

It's hard to ignore so many quotes pointing toward Bran and the Night King facing off against one another before the series ends. The bigger question is how Bran will defeat the Night King. Now that he's the reigning Three-Eyed Raven, he has the ability to visit the past, and he can also warg. So far, his ability to time travel has confirmed Jon Snow's parentage and revealed the tragic secret behind Hodor's name, but it seems unlikely that the answer to stopping the Night King will involve Bran time-traveling. Some fans seem to think it will involve him flying instead.

Another Reddit user, ded_a_chek, posits that Bran warging into Viserion and taking control of the dragon will be the turning point in the war against the Night King and will lead to his fall. Since Bran's been dreaming of flying since season one, that would be a poetic way to bring his story full circle. But maybe his role in the final war will be even bigger - Game of Thrones has been hinting that Bran and the Night King's connection runs deep for a long time. Now fans will just have to wait and see if Bran truly is the only one who can stop the Night King's reign of terror.

Kelly Clarkson Performs a Beautifully Piercing Cover of Robyn's “Dancing on My Own”

On Feb. 28, Kelly Clarkson delivered a gorgeous rendition of Robyn's 2010 hit "Dancing on My Own" during her Meaning of Life tour in Dallas. The 36-year-old singer told the crowd that after many online requests from fans, she finally decided to lend her beautiful voice to a slowed-down version of the track.

"I'm pretty sure this is a cover from Robyn a long time ago, but it's Calum Scott. I love this song. I'm so excited about this song," Clarkson said to the audience. "I love getting turned on to new music that I didn't even know existed, and it's awesome. It's like seeing the movie Sixth Sense for the first time. Mind blown."

The song - which was indeed covered by Scott in 2016 - is about the pain of dancing alone at the club while watching an ex move on with someone else. "I think it's incredibly sad, which is why I love it," Clarkson added before crooning. Her performance was a part of her "A Minute and a Glass of Wine" segment, in which she drinks wine, chats with attendees, and sings popular songs by other artists. Recently, she nailed a rendering of Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper's A Star Is Born hit "Shallow" during a show in Wisconsin. So clearly, Clarkson is a queen of covers. Starting at the 8:03 mark, watch her belt "Dancing on My Own" in the video above.

Ben Affleck Reunites With Jennifer Garner After Rekindling His Romance With Lindsay Shookus

Ben Affleck may be giving his relationship with Lindsay Shookus a second chance, but we're glad to see that he and ex-wife Jennifer Garner are still on friendly terms. Despite finalizing their divorce last October, the pair are frequently spotted out on casual outings together, and on Wednesday, they were seen on a stroll with their kids - Violet, 13, Seraphina, 10, and Samuel, 7 - in Santa Monica, CA. Jen and Ben appeared to be in a good mood as they chatted and flashed a few smiles.

The family outing comes amid reports that Ben and Lindsay have reconciled following their split back in August 2018. According to Us Weekly, the actor and Saturday Night Live producer "are totally back on" and "they've picked up right where they left off." Jen, on the other hand, also seems to be enjoying her blossoming romance with tech CEO John Miller.

Everything We Know About Season 2 of The OA (Choreography Not Included)

Of all the new shows that premiered in 2016, Netflix's The OA was definitely one of the most divisive. After the streaming giant dropped the sci-fi drama out of the blue, audiences gobbled up all eight episodes in no time. Given the shocking final minutes of the show's finale, it didn't take long before fans started wondering if a second season of The OA was on its way. Fortunately, yes, there will be more Prairie Johnson in your future. Here's what we know so far.

Who Is in the Cast For The OA Season 2?

Star Brit Marling is back as main character Prairie Johnson, while Kingsley Ben-Adir will play a private detective named Karim Washington. Emory Cohen is also listed in the cast as Homer, and it seems most of Prairie's friends from season one will return as well: Steve (Patrick Gibson), Jesse (Brendan Meyer), BBA (Phyllis Smith), Buck (Ian Alexander), and more.

What Is The OA Season 2 About?

Season one follows Prairie Johnson (Marling), a young blind woman who returns home after a seven-year disappearance with not only her sight, but also a bizarre and brutal story about her abduction. She was held prisoner by a scientist obsessed with near-death experiences along with a group of other unfortunate captives. It ends on a cliffhanger that suggests Prairie has (hopefully) reunited with Homer (Emory Cohen) and the rest of the captives on an alternate plane of existence, but cocreators Marling and Zal Batmanglij have only vaguely hinted about where the story will go from there. "Brit and I figured out the whole thing. The whole thing's a riddle. There are a lot of clues," Batmanglij told Variety in 2016. "Very few people have really picked up on all the clues. Our sound engineer picked up on a major one that kind of blew my mind. I was like, 'That is designed for only the closest, creepiest viewer to find.'"

Now that the season two trailer has been released, however, we know a bit more about what to expect. We see the return of Prairie and Dr. Hap (Jason Isaacs), who both appear to have successfully "jumped" into alternate realities which house alternate versions of themselves. Prairie wakes up in a hospital in San Francisco and discovers that although it's the same year (2016) as when she was shot in the season one finale, Barack Obama not only isn't president, but doesn't even exist. She also lives in a swanky apartment and seems to be called by her original Russian name (remember that whole flashback about her being Russian royalty in season one?).

With the help of a cynical private detective, Karim (Kingsley Ben-Adir), Prairie will tackle a new mystery in season two that revolves around a missing boy Prairie says she knew "back in Michigan." Prairie also makes mention of Homer, but we'll just have to wait and see if her long-lost love returns as well.

The Teaser

You can hear Prairie say "Homer?" as clips of black water and white smoke are interspersed with a message in braille (that reads "survived") and a photo of what looks like the Golden Gate Bridge.

The Trailer

Now we know the Golden Gate Bridge makes an appearance! Season two is taking place in San Francisco after all.

When Dos The OA Season 2 Start Streaming on Netflix?

Though we initially assumed The OA would drop at the end of 2017 (like season one did in 2016) or possibly sometime in 2018, it turns out the wait was far longer than anticipated: you can expect the show to return on March 22, 2019!

This Couple Got Their Happily Ever After With a Fairy-Tale-Themed Wedding

ReAnne and Tyler first met during their orientation at Disney World, so it is only fitting that they chose to have a magical, fairy-tale-themed wedding. The pair tied the knot in Mount Pleasant, SC, and a photographer from Riverland Studios was there to capture this scenic wedding.

"ReAnne envisioned pixie dust strewn across her perfect wedding day, and from the dress to the dance, the day played out of a storybook," said the photographer.

ReAnne looked like she was straight out of a fairy tale in a ballgown-style wedding dress with lace detailing, and Tyler looked handsome in a suit with a Tinkerbell-inspired green patterned bow tie as they exchanged rings. Inside their venue, the rustic wood was lined with a string of cafe lights to enhance the enchanting ambiance of the room. ReAnne also carried a bouquet made out of green shrubs to match the green placemats and centerpieces in the room. All the greenery in the wedding gave the illusion of a forest setting, which is the perfect place for a great fairy tale like ReAnne and Tyler's wedding.

The sexiest cartoon in history now has her own makeup line. Jessica Rabbit, the famous redhead from the '80s film Who Framed Roger Rabbit, has inspired a line of products from Ciaté London. Disney fans will be excited to know that each of the three products in the collection - an eye shadow palette, lipstick, and highlighter - does the heroine justice and will allow you to recreate her iconic look.

The eye shadow palette includes shades of purple and brown to get her femme fatale beauty style, with shade names like "I'm Not Bad," and "Carrot Cake" that superfans will love. In addition to the moody shadows are a sparkling red lipstick and champagne highlighter embossed with the character's face.

The collection, which arrives on Sephora's website March 5, will be a must for any makeup-loving fan of the movie. To complete your transformation into Mrs. Rabbit, just slip into a sparkling red dress and head to Toontown.

You Can Rely on This Long-Lasting Lip Product to Never, Ever Transfer

It may look like a marker, but it's actually the most impenetrable lip tint you'll ever try. Popping off the top of The Mary Kay Lip Tint ($18) reveals an applicator that's reminiscent of the school supply you used on every grade school poster project. The rounded tip of the applicator allowed me the precision to line my lips closely to their edges before filling them in and deposited a highly pigmented liquid that dried almost instantly. Once the wetness completely flashed off, it felt as though I had nothing on my lips despite its bright red hue, and when I felt them with my fingertips, I found that there was zero transfer.

My one gripe with this product is that it clung onto my lips when I tried to remove it with a makeup wipe (I meant it when I said it was impenetrable). Ahead, see photos of the lip tint.

I Wish Kate Middleton Had Been in My Camp Bunk So She Could've Braided My Hair Like This

Kate Middleton is a woman of many talents. During her trip to Northern Ireland with Prince William, the Duchess of Cambridge flaunted her athleticism during a game of soccer with kids and her coolness while serving pints of beer to young adults, and now, we're seeing her hairstyling skills during a visit to a film academy. On Thursday, the two stopped by Cinemagic in Belfast, where they attended a makeup demonstration with young kids, and it wouldn't be a royal affair if the duo didn't get involved themselves. Middleton helped the kids braid hair, and we couldn't help but notice her skills. If her braiding is always this good, Princess Charlotte is one lucky girl. My braids typically include some straggling hairs, but Middleton's are on point. Check out the clip above.

Chrissy Teigen Just Dyed Her Hair, and It's Giving Us Summer Vibes

Chrissy Teigen is an inspiration to us all with her style, sense of humor (let us never forget this iconic post where she trolls husband John Legend by giving their daughter an Arthur doll), and of course, beauty looks. Regarding the last: she recently debuted a fresh new hairstyle on her Instagram Story. Her once-shoulder-length hair looked as if it were chopped into a blunt, chin-length bob, and seemed brighter blond in the video she posted. She tagged celebrity colorist Tracey Cunningham, who has dyed Teigen's hair before, as well as other celebrities like Emma Stone and Khloé Kardashian.

See her newest hairstyle, ahead.

Like Any Great Love Story, Cardi B and Bruno Mars Flirt Over Tacos in the "Please Me" Video

Cardi B and Bruno Mars fell in lust late at night at a taco restaurant somewhere in Los Angeles. That's the very premise for the "Please Me" music video . . . as well as our forthcoming fan fiction. In the fun and unabashedly corny video, the two stars tease each other from across the room with their respective crews, before leaving the joint to drive off in their respective convertibles. The Notebook could never!

The sexy song is the duo's second song together: Cardi and Mars previously released the '90s-inspired song "Finesse" together, which they performed at the 2018 Grammy Awards. Cardi was even slated to open for Mars on his 24K Magic Tour, but she pulled out to focus on being a mom to her newborn daughter, Kulture. As a sweet tribute, Mars then vowed to play "Bodak Yellow" on each night of the tour.

Miley Cyrus Sang the Hannah Montana Theme Song in a New Video, and 13-Year-Old Me Is Crying

Not only have the Jonas Brothers given us Disney flashbacks with their reunion and latest single, but Miley Cyrus is also getting in on the throwback action.

On Thursday, the 26-year-old singer posted a video of her at a screening for the season 11 premiere of RuPaul's Drag Race - in which she's a guest judge - and of course "Best of Both Worlds" is playing in the background as competitors lip sync for their lives. The tune is best known as the theme song for Cyrus's old Disney show Hannah Montana (and Hannah Montana Forever), which has now been off the air for eight years.

In Cyrus's recent clip of her listening to the nostalgic jam, she's seen rocking out to the beat in a voluminous ruffly skirt, and it looks like she still remembers every single word - which, you know, made my heart burst with joy. Between this and the Jonas Brothers, my inner teenage self is freaking out. So, excuse me while I go listen to Hannah Montana's 2007 bop "We Got the Party" (the version featuring the Jonas Brothers, of course).

The Bittersweet Detail You May Have Missed in the Season Finale of A Million Little Things

Warning: spoilers for A Million Little Things ahead!

The season finale of A Million Little Things answers a lot of lingering questions about Jon's connection to Barbara Morgan and the events leading up to his death. The most stunning reveal of all: Barbara dated Jon's friend and roommate Dave, who died on American Airlines Flight 11, the first plane to strike the World Trade Center on September 11.

Jon was also supposed to be on that flight, traveling with his friend to a real estate conference in Los Angeles, but missed his opportunity to board when he ran to a shop in the airport to buy a bottle of wine. He pleaded with an airline employee to open the door, but she insisted that it was against policy. Moments later, we see the two of them watching the horrors of that day unfold together, and the camera briefly focuses on her name tag: Sophie, the name of Jon's teenage daughter.

Barbara tells Jon's wife, Delilah, that she gave him 17 more years, but what neither of them know is that it was Sophie who first saved his life. The quiet way he honored her is one of the most poignant moments of the finale - and just another reason we can't wait for the show to return for a second season.

You'll Never Watch a Marvel Film the Same Way After Seeing This Behind-the-Scenes Video

Watch a Marvel film like Avengers: Infinity War or Guardians of the Galaxy for all of one minute, and you'll realize the movies in the superhero action franchise require quite a bit of CGI to make them look the way they do. But just how much CGI? Thanks to a wildly interesting video from GamesRadar, we're beginning to find out.

Using behind-the-scenes footage from filming the blockbusters alongside the finished product from all the major films in the MCU, the video is proof that without the highly advanced CGI used to create everything from the Hulk's jawline and suspiciously plucked brows to the way Spider-Man is able to fling himself off of the top of the Washington Monument with ease, the universe we know and love simply wouldn't exist.

I mean, just look at how much detail they layer in to this shot of Gamora (Zoe Saldana) chillin' on a faraway planet!

And because we always forget that the A Star Is Born big shot is actually the voice of Rocket Raccoon, there's even footage of Bradley Cooper giving the sarcastic character his signature snark.

Watch the video above, and prepare for your jaw to hit the floor.

Good Morning, Indeed! Solange Is Here to Soothe Your Soul With Another Ethereal Album

Solange Knowles has descended to deliver another heavenly album. At midnight on March 1 - the cusp between Black History Month and Women's History Month, likely not coincidental - the singer released a highly anticipated follow-up album to 2016's well-received A Seat at the Table. When I Get Home explores similar themes of race, identity, and self-care. It's also an ode to her hometown of Houston, with one of the standout songs named after the city's Almeda neighborhood.

"Almeda" features the welcome addition of Playboi Carti, while Sampha and Gucci Mane are also featured on the album. Make no mistake, however: the 19-track album is as Solange as can be with its self-reflective lyrics, breathy harmonies, strategic samples, and smoothest transitions known to man.

Hours before the release of When I Get Home, Solange tweeted, "I can't thank y'all enough for this moment and for all the feelings i feel in my body." She added, "I'm bringing home w me everywhere I go yalll and I ain't running from sh*t no more." In the hours that followed, fans online celebrated Solange's journey as an artist and praised the album's healing properties in a reprise we'll likely hear for the year to come.

Khloé Kardashian Slams Jordyn Woods Interview: "You ARE the Reason My Family Broke Up!"

The drama surrounding Jordyn Woods, Khloé Kardashian, and Tristan Thompson just got a whole lot messier on Twitter, and we have a feeling things aren't going to calm down for quite some time.

On Friday, Jordyn - who was recently accused of sleeping with Tristan, who's the father of Khloé's child, and therefore splitting them up - sat down with longtime family friend Jada Pinkett Smith on her Red Table Talk series to set the record straight about the scandal. Aside from a kiss, Jordyn categorically denies that anything happened between her and the NBA player.

"Never. Never a thought, never a consideration," the model and BFF of Kylie Jenner replied when Jada asked if she ever had sex with him. "Never happened. And never will I. That's why I'm willing to be put up to the test. Attach me to a lie detector, whatever it is. I need people to know the truth, and more importantly, I need the people involved to know the truth."

Things got even more emotional when Jordyn began talking about Khloé. "I know I was trying to protect Khloe's heart," Jordyn said while wiping away tears. "She doesn't deserve this, either. People have even dehumanized her in this situation to the point where they can't feel for her. It's not fair that she has to deal with this, either. The last thing I wanted to do was be that person. I'm no homewrecker. I would never try to hurt someone's home. Especially someone that I love, who has a beautiful daughter . . . I don't need your situation."

Unfortunately, it seems Khloé isn't buying it. Shortly after Jordyn's interview went live, the reality star responded on Twitter, writing that she doesn't believe Jordyn and blames her for breaking up her family. She also touched on how Tristan is reportedly dealing with the situation "PRIVATELY," which is why she's so mad about Jordyn confessing all of this on camera.

Funnily enough, Jada did explicitly ask Jordyn if she thinks she's the reason Tristan and Khloé aren't together, and Jordyn was firm about why she's not.

"I know I'm not the reason why Tristan and Khloé are not together," she said. "Now this situation may have made it harder for her to want to be with him, and I understand that, but I know I'm not the reason."

Feather Out Your Mullets - Jimmy Fallon and Weezer Go Full '80s to Perform "Take On Me"

In a truly retro leap back to the '80s, Jimmy Fallon and The Roots teamed up with Weezer to perform A-ha's "Take On Me" with classroom instruments on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Now, we all know that there is nothing that could best the animation perfection that is the music video for "Take On Me." The transitions from live-action to pencil-sketch animation (which is called rotoscoping, so there's your new fact of the day)? Innovative. The romantic fantasy story that brings our main character into the world of the hero? Riveting. Those feathered coiffed dos? Inimitable!

But we have to admit, Fallon and Weezer do a pretty impressive job paying tribute to the iconic hit. Not only is everyone decked out in some serious '80s regalia and new wave haircuts, but the crew also gets animated, just like the music video! Sadly, they don't re-create the chase scene, but it's still a very cool video anyway. Check out the performance ahead!

John Mulaney and Pete Davidson Play a Round of True Confessions, and Things Get Weird AF

On Thursday night, John Mulaney and Pete Davidson stopped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to play a round of True Confessions. The former and current Saturday Night Live team members and Jimmy each revealed an . . . interesting fact about their past, and the others tried to guess whether or not it's true. The game immediately started off on a startling note with John stating that one of his previous neighbors in New York was a cannibal. Casual, right? But that's just one of the shocking things - which may or may not be true - that came up during the game. Watch the clip above to see if John was being honest about his neighbor, if Pete randomly went to Jamaica with SNL creator Lorne Michaels during his first season on the show, and more!

10 Truth Bombs Jordyn Woods Just Dropped About the Khloé and Tristan Scandal

Jordyn Woods has finally broken her silence since the scandal between her and the father of Khloé Kardashian's daughter, Tristan Thompson, first hit headlines. In case you didn't know, at the end of February, news broke that Tristan had cheated on Khloé - the mother of their nearly 1-year-old daughter, True - with Jordyn. Soon, a full-fledged online attack launched against Jordyn, notably led by Khloé's friends Malika Haqq and Larsa Pippen.

But on Friday's episode of Red Table Talk, Jordyn sat down to tell her side of the story (which Khloé has since responded to). She was joined by the show's host, Jada Pinkett Smith, who has known Jordyn her whole life and was friends with Jordyn's late father, John Woods, a sound engineer on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. Jordyn and Jada both got emotional while discussing the occurrence, its aftermath, and how it's affected Jordyn's personal life. Read on to see some of the standout quotes from Jordyn's tell-all interview.

Seeing Will and Kate Pull Perfect Pints Makes Me Think They Were *Really* Fun in College

Kate Middleton and Prince William are a couple of royally good bartenders. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge showed off their perfect pint-pulling skills during a visit to the Empire Music Hall in Belfast on Feb. 27, as part of their two-day royal tour of Northern Ireland. They kicked off the party with some Harp Lager, and celebrated young people who are making a difference in the country.

The evening celebration came after a busy day of soccer and canoe racing for the royal couple. While Kate and William might have royal protocol to follow, there are no rules against kicking back and having a good time every once in a while - especially with a cold beer. Above, watch a video of their night behind the bar, and stay tuned for more inevitably cute moments during their upcoming visits to Fermanagh and Ballymena.

A Million Little Things: The Season Finale Answers the Most Haunting Question About Jon

Warning: Spoilers for A Million Little Things ahead!

A Million Little Things has already been renewed for season two, which is excellent news considering we're going to need plenty more episodes of the ABC drama to deal with all of the tragic revelations that are uncovered in season one's emotional finale.

Not only do we get an answer about Barbara Morgan, but we also find out why Jon (Ron Livingston) kills himself in the show's very first episode, setting off the chain of events that have all led up to this moment. In short, Jon was plagued with survivor's guilt. But before we get to that, let's back up and review how the group of friends got to that point.

In "Goodbye," Delilah (Stephanie Szostak) takes a big step toward moving on from her husband's death by giving away some of his things to his friends. While doing so, however, Sophie (Lizzy Greene) ends up showing Gary (James Roday) an old picture of "Emma," who is - drumroll please - Barbara Morgan. Delilah is hesitant to go to her home and stir up trouble, but when Sophie says this could be her only chance to figure out why Jon killed himself, she relents and pays Barbara a visit.

Barbara explains that when she and Jon were younger, she dated Jon's roommate and best friend, Dave. Then, one weekend Jon had a real estate conference and convinced Dave to tag along, but Jon ended up missing the flight because he was grabbing a last-minute bottle of wine. (Yes, the same bottle he later tells Ashley in the apartment is the "biggest regret" of his life.) Dave made it on board, though, and Jon called him to say he'd grab the next flight out. But then we get the sucker punch of a twist when the camera hones in on the date on a newspaper: Sept. 11. Jon and Dave were supposed to be onboard American Airlines Flight 11 together, but only Dave made it, meaning he soon perished when the plane flew into the North Tower of the World Trade Center. Jon and a flight attendant (named Sophie, FYI) watch the news in horror, crying.

Making things even more upsetting, Barbara was pregnant with Dave's child at the time, which Jon discovers when the pair meets up a few months after the crash on what would have been Dave's birthday. Barbara tells him that she's pregnant but has gotten engaged to a first responder, who plans on raising the child as his own. Jon is furious, telling her that it's too soon and that it's disrespectful to Dave's memory. They part on bad terms, and it's the last time they ever see each other.

When Jon walks away, he ends up at an airport bar, where he meets Delilah for the first time. They flirt, she gives him her number, and the rest is history. In the video message that Jon later sent Barbara before he killed himself - which she plays for Delilah - Jon says that he spent the past 17 years trying to ignore the pain he felt because D was the love of his life, and he decided to live for her. Unfortunately, the guilt became too unbearable for him in the end.

D explains it all to Gary and Maggie, who realize that Jon spent the rest of his life trying to save the lives of his new friends, since he couldn't save Dave. (Maggie also realizes that Gary has been trying to save her life, because he couldn't save Jon's.)

All in all, it's an emotional end as usual to ABC's most sob-worthy show. It will be interesting to see how season two deals with the fallout from all these new discoveries, from Jon's reason for committing suicide, to whether or not Barbara's son, Patrick (aka "PJ," aka Patrick JON!), will fully understand who his real father is after sneaking a glimpse of the video Jon left to his mom. Oh, boy.
