You May Have to Buy New Bathroom Towels More Often Than You Think

It can be tricky to figure out (and remember) how often we should replace household products - especially bathroom towels. You use them to dry off after getting clean and you wash them frequently, so chances are, if you're like me, you've had your bathroom towels for years. But exactly how long are we supposed to hold onto them before we should toss them for new ones? Turns out, the expert-recommended amount of time is every two years.

"Because towels are used daily and washed frequently, they tend to fray and tear after a couple of years," says Leanne Stapf, chief operating officer at The Cleaning Authority. "They typically lose their absorbency around the two-year mark, which is a good indicator that it's time to replace them."

Of course, there's some flexibility with this rule and some types of towels may last longer than others. "Laundering, use, and heat will, over time, put a strain on the fibers of your towel which will eventually lead to it becoming stiff and less comfortable to use," says Rachel Ward, founder of Lüks Linen. "If you're using a flat weave towel, you can extend its shelf life into double figures. A good quality loomed peshtemal will get softer, not stiffer over time, and doesn't benefit from fabric conditioner or the inside of a dryer." Rachel also suggests opting for natural fibers, such as cotton or bamboo, when purchasing towels.

In the market to purchase some new bath towels? Read up on some of our favorites here.

If Spooning With This Baguette Body Pillow Is Wrong, I Sure as Hell Don't Want to Be Right

Amazon is an endless rabbit hole of products that fall under the no-one-asked-for-this-but-it's-so-funny-that-I-actually-kinda-want-it category. A cat-shaped tissue dispenser that conveniently deposits your snot rag via the feline's rear end? Yep, Amazon's selling it. Swimming trunks specifically made for dogs? Mmhmm, the online retailer has a lovely selection. A pillow made to look like a crusty loaf of french bread? As I recently discovered, Amazon is stocked with a whole variety of 'em, and they're making my carb-loving heart swell as much as a heaping bowl of spaghetti.

From buttery-looking baguettes to sesame-seed-covered loaves, the novelty cushions come in various sizes for all your cuddling and lumbar-supporting needs. (I personally have my eyes on the 31-inch baguette pillow - go big or go home, am I right?) Shop the array of Amazon's bread-inspired pillows ahead, and if you're still in the mood for more carb-themed nap accessories, may we suggest this hysterical tortilla blanket that makes you look like a human burrito?

Heinz and Cadbury Created Creme Egg Mayo, and We Truly Never Thought We'd See the Day

In what initially seemed like a prank - seriously, it was announced on April Fools' Day - Heinz and Cadbury have inexplicably teamed up to release Creme Egg Mayo. To really break it down, that's a mayonnaise spread blended with fondant and chocolate - evidently just the thing for people who prefer their sandwiches to have a slightly sweet aftertaste! (Hey, we're not here to judge.)

The beguiling food hybrid is actually meant to celebrate the 150th anniversary of Heinz this year, and thus, it will only be around for a limited time and only in the UK, since Cadbury is a British brand, after all. Ahead, see photos of the food hybrid we never thought we'd witness.

This Photographer Did a Newborn Shoot With a Baby French Bulldog, and MY HEART

Hi, I'm Alessia, and in my spare time I dream about the day I move out of my apartment building and can own a French Bulldog (no offense to my two cats, but they're not exactly puppies). So when Brenden Boggs of So Cute Photo sent me "newborn" photos of a teeny French Bulldog named Olive, I about died. Olive was a birthday gift (best gift ever) for Brenden's friend Rachel, a fellow photographer, and as soon as Brenden saw how cute Olive was, she reached out to Rachel to see if she'd like a "newborn shoot" done.

Thank goodness, she said yes.

"I mean does it get any better? I get to photograph this adorably little French bulldog puppy and get puppy snuggles. My heart was full all day," Brenden wrote on her blog.

See the incredibly precious photos of Olive (who has her own Instagram) ahead - you won't want to use your eyes to see anything else ever again.

Boohoo Gave the Disney Princesses a Sassy 2019 Makeover in This Cozy Neon Collection

While Mulan's kick-butt attitude made her one of my personal favorite Disney princesses growing up, it looks like Minnie Mouse and a few familiar Disney royals aren't as sweet and serene as we thought they were. In collaboration with Disney, Boohoo has released an all-new collection inspired by some of Disney's coolest ladies - and it looks like they've gotten a total 2019 makeover.

A cross between cute, cozy, and totally badass (definitely not a word I thought would describe Disney), the collection ranges from snuggly pastel sleepwear with prints of Dumbo's mom to Princess Belle meme tees and an oversize Minnie Mouse sweatshirt dress. Just to add a fun pop of color, Boohoo has also included some neon pieces that definitely stand out among the rest and add a little extra glow to any outfit.

Personally, I have my eye on that Ursula t-shirt, but shop the full collection on Boohoo and check out some of the most standout pieces ahead.

Please Stop What You're Doing to Watch This Adorable Dog "Sing" to His Favorite Song

Tank the American Bully is about to be a viral star thanks to his crooning over Chris Stapleton's "Tennessee Whiskey." In a video posted to YouTube by his owner, Tank can be seen relaxing when his human asks their Amazon Echo to play Cardi B. Apparently, Tank isn't a huge fan of the rapper, but it's clear that he loves music and instantly becomes curious as the song "Look at Me" begins to play. Then, when Tank's owner asks Alexa to play "Tennessee Whiskey," the dog perks up, and as the first notes come through the speaker, he howls along . . . to the entire. song. Watch Tank's adorable - and very on-melody - performance in the video above!

Shake Shack's Secret Game of Thrones Menu Has to Be Ordered in Valyrian, So This Should Be Fun

Do you speak Valyrian? Well, you better start taking lessons if you want to order Shake Shack's new Game of Thrones secret menu items. Ahead of the show's eighth and final season, Shake Shack introduced a Dracarys Burger and Dragonglass Shake, which can only be ordered in the aforementioned fictional language. (That shouldn't be at all entertaining for employees, right?)

Available for $11, the Dracarys Burger is a spicy double cheeseburger topped with bacon, Monterey Jack cheese, and ShackSauce. While the burger brings the heat, the Dragonglass Shake, priced at $7, is a cool custard blend of mint and white chocolate topped with shards of toffee.

The limited menu comes after several big brands, including Oreo and Mountain Dew, released their own products inspired by the seminal show. Currently available at Shake Shack's Madison Square Park location in New York City, the burger will be sold through April 21, while the shake is sticking around until May 19. Check out the fire and ice combo meal ahead, as well as a handy Valyrian pronunciation guide.

This Is the Easiest Way to Cook Asparagus to Perfection

Asparagus is one of my favorite low-maintenance and versatile vegetables. It tastes delicious any way you choose to cook it, like wrapping it up with some mozzarella, throwing it in the oven for a quick and easy roast, or grilling them into crispy "fries." There's really so much you can do with asparagus, but I've found that the tastiest way to cook them is also the easiest. Here's how to do it.

  1. Preheat the oven: As with most vegetable roasting where you're looking for a bit of caramelization, asparagus does best roasting at high heat, anywhere between 400 and 450 degrees, depending on how you want it to turn out. (The higher the heat, the more risk for burning, and all ovens tend to differ, so find what temperature works best for your oven and your taste buds!)
  2. Prep the asparagus: This is my favorite part because it's so easy. Just cut off about half an inch of the bottoms (pro tip: do this while it's still bound at the bottom so you can cut and trash in one swoop). Depending on what size you get, asparagus can be thick and fat or long and thin. If you have the thin kind, no further prep is necessary. If it's on the thicker size (thumb thickness or bigger), you can peel the stalk a little to make it cook softer and not bite into a tough stalk.
  3. Season the asparagus: I used to drizzle olive oil over the baking sheet and the spears, but found some bites to be missing the flavor I love all the way through, so I started putting all the asparagus into a container with a lid or even a zip-top baggie, drizzling the olive oil into the container, and shaking it up. This way, each spear gets a nice coating. Here's where you can also add whatever seasoning you like. If you're keeping it simple, like I do, just add a little salt and pepper and let the delicious asparagus taste shine.
  4. Get ready to cook: Once the asparagus is all oiled and seasoned, put it onto a baking sheet or roasting pan and spread it out so the spears aren't touching. There doesn't have to be a lot of room in between for them to each fully cook, but you want a nice, even temperature throughout, so leaving space helps with this. Pop the sheet into the oven and roast for about 12 to 18 minutes, depending on if you have the thin or thick kind (allow more time if it's thicker). At the halfway point, shake the pan a little so the parts of the asparagus that have been flat shift a bit. This ensures that nice caramelization all the way to the tips of the spears, which become deliciously crispy. Remove from the oven and enjoy!

New-Bride's Guide to Changing Her Name

Updating your email address to reflect your new married name is the easiest step of all, but unfortunately the laundry list of other changes is much more time-consuming. Some women end up procrastinating because it isn't exactly anyone's idea of fun.

If you've considered everything and still want to change your name, then make the process less painless by following our New-Bride's Guide to Changing Her Name. Simply print out the checklist to learn what steps you may need to take. You'll find that some areas require more attention and paperwork than others, but keep in mind that you only need to (hopefully) do this once! Make copies of all the documents for your records, just in case.

Get a Marriage License

This is the most necessary step, because you won't be able to change your name at all without this document.

Obtain a New Driver's License

You'll have to take your marriage license and current driver's license to the DMV to get a new one issued with your new name.

Apply For a New Social Security Card

The Social Security Administration has specific requirements for issuing a new card - you'll need a new application, proof of citizenship, proof of your legal name change, proof of identity, and proof of your old name.

Visit its website for examples of accepted documentation.

Talk to Your Company's Human Resources Department

Your employer reports your Social Security payments, so you need to make sure to take this step immediately following your name change with Social Security.

Replace or Renew Your Passport

The requirements vary depending on whether you received your passport within a year of marriage or more than a year prior. Here's what you'll need:

Within a Year
This information can be found at the US Department of State's website, and you need to fill out a Name Change, Data Correction, and Limited Passport Book Replacement Form: DS-5504 and send it in with two passport photos, a certified copy of your marriage certificate, and your old passport.

More Than a Year
You'll need to apply for a new passport and pay $110 for it.

Update Miscellaneous Accounts

Online accounts, credit cards, bank and brokerage accounts, 401(k): basically, anything you can think of that has your old name on it!

Travelers Swear by This "Pillow," and, Hear Us Out, It Looks Weird but Also Very Comfy

Whether you are traveling by plane, train, or automobile, taking a nap while on the go can be very troublesome. It's hard to get comfortable, even with a traditional U-shaped travel pillow, and the likelihood of a stiff neck is pretty much a given. Fortunately, it sounds like avid travelers have finally found a game-changing product that'll allow you to nap pretty much anywhere: the Trtl Travel Pillow ($30).

The "pillow" is more of a wrap - made with supersoft fleece and available in four colors (black, gray, red, and coral) - that Velcros around your neck to offer support. According to the brand, the pillow is scientifically proven to support your head and neck unlike any other travel pillow, because it is padded with memory foam ensuring maximum comfort and support while you sleep. Its patented design allows it to fit any neck, jaw, and shoulder shape, too, even though it's half the size of a regular U-shaped pillow, weighing in at only half a pound and folding almost flat, which means you can easily stuff it into a backpack or carryon.

More than 3,000 people have rated the product on Amazon. One recent Amazon reviewer said: "[I] was able to sleep comfortably on the plane. I won't travel without it!" Another reviewer contended, "Best travel pillow I've had, and I've tried them all." Our very own editors have tested and given the funky-looking pillow a must-try seal of approval. So there's nothing more to say; give it a try!

All the Details About the 2019 Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party at Magic Kingdom

It's evidently never too early to start planning holiday festivities at Walt Disney World. The resort recently announced the dates for its annual Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party at Magic Kingdom, and tickets are already on sale. This year's event will take place on select evenings between Nov. 8 and Dec. 22, with the actual week of Christmas offering different celebrations and parades.

Why attend Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party? For starters, the park is exclusively open for party ticket holders from 7 p.m. to midnight. So, fewer people means slightly smaller crowds. While many popular rides will be open throughout the party, the focus is mostly on the holiday parade, fireworks display, and Frozen-themed stage show. That's in addition to the specialty food items and beverages included in the price of admission.

If that all sounds like an ideal holiday getaway to you, the exact dates for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party are as follows:

  • Nov. 8, 11, 12, 14, 15, 17, 19, 21, 22, and 24.
  • Dec. 1, 3, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 13, 15, 17, 19, 20, and 22.

Tickets range from $99 to $139 for adults - $94 to $134 for children - depending on the evening. Though you save $10 by buying in advance, heads up that the party ticket is in addition to the standard Magic Kingdom park ticket for that day.

You’ll Rethink Skipping Toner After Trying Mario Badescu’s Newest Launch

If I am not drenched in sweat after my morning workout, I didn't work hard enough. This logic has always served me from a fitness standpoint, but from an I-have-to-make-it-to-work-on-time stance, it's always proven to be a bottleneck and caused my skincare routine to suffer.

In order to make it into the office on time, I'm used to running to the locker room and rushing through my shower. I oftentimes exit the shower with my forehead and neck still showing a tiny bit of shine from sweat that my one-step cleanser wasn't able to remove - that is, until I started bringing Mario Badescu Witch Hazel and Lavender Toner ($14) with me. Splashing some of the purple-hued liquid onto a cotton round and patting it on my face removes all of the excess oil without ever stripping the dry areas of my complexion.

The end result is squeaky clean skin without any trace of residual oils. That's because this toner is equipped with witch hazel - a natural astringent - and lavender to soften skin. It is an eraser for all signs of having just gone through a 90-minute HIIT session.

See the toner, ahead.

My Dry Skin Can No Longer Live Without This One Moisturizing Makeup Product

The fact that it's cannabis-infused actually isn't the most exciting aspect of the Milk Makeup Hydro Grip Primer ($30). (You have the wave of new CBD and hemp products that recently hit beauty shelves to thank for that). It was its impact on my dry skin being major (with a capital "M").

But let's start from the beginning: pushing down on the primer's pump dispensed a small amount of a green-tinted, semitranslucent gel. In case you were wondering, the way you might have with the Kush Lip Balm, the green hue quickly turned clear as it slipped across my skin. It felt like a very emollient moisturizer sitting on my cheeks, as my dry patches and irritated areas slowly drank it up. Despite its initially slippery texture, the layer of gel I had on my face latched onto my foundation, making it buff into my complexion seamlessly with little to no streaking. After applying my powder contour, eyebrows, and blush, I didn't feel as though I needed to set it.

With the many primers I've been testing, I've been floored at how brands have successfully married skin care with the category, and this one is no exception. "The niacinamide and cannabis sativa extract (aka hemp extract) will decrease inflammation and redness," said dermatologist Kavita Mariwalla, M.D., though she notes that those with red skin shouldn't expect this primer to solve all their problems. It also includes skin-hydrating ingredients like prunus avium and sodium hyaluronate.

See the moisturizing primer - the one I plan to use to the very last drop - ahead.

Bath and Body Works Has a New Scent, and It Screams Spring

No one knows how to make an iconic scent quite like Bath and Body Works. One whiff of the brand's old-school scents like Cucumber Melon or Sun-Ripened Raspberry instantly transports me back to my elementary school days of squirting Pocketbacs (complete with moisturizing beads) into my little hands. I'm here to tell you that the ubiquitous mall brand has just created its next cult-favorite scent, and it's basically Springtime in a bottle.

Gingham is the brand's new blue-and-white-adorned scent and it's guaranteed to make you smile as soon as you flip open the cap of your Ultra Shea Body Cream and stick your nose into the tip (inevitably getting cream on your nose). The new fragrance comes in all of your favorite Bath and Body Works personal-care products and smells freshly of freesia, citrus, and violet.

I encourage you to smell it in store for yourself and check out the cute products the fragrance is available in, below.

The 1 Reason You’ll See Meghan Markle Wearing Red Lipstick, but Not Kate Middleton

When Meghan Markle stepped out wearing red lipstick, we audibly gasped. The duchess has come to our attention for many wonderful things with the organizations she works with, but for us beauty enthusiasts, one of the things we most love about her is that she's become a royal beauty "rule breaker."

Although both Markle and Kate Middleton have essentially the same job, they have very different roles to play. If Prince William becomes king and Middleton is given the title of queen, she has big shoes to fill, which inevitably comes with beauty rules. Whereas, it's highly unlikely that Prince Harry will ever become king due to all those in line for the throne before him, so Markle will never have that same responsibility. Therefore, Markle doesn't have to adhere to such strict rules, including beauty ones.

Additionally, Markle's life was well-established before joining the royal family, as she'd had years to experiment with hair and makeup in the spotlight due to her acting roles on shows such as Suits. After joining the royal family, she'd already found her go-to hairstyles, like her buns and loose waves, as well as her signature makeup look of glowing skin and freckles, thanks to working with makeup artist Daniel Martin.

However, Markle will break out of her typical look on special occasions to try something a little more daring. Enter: red lipstick. The Duchess of Sussex wore a berry lip for her evening out with Prince Harry to Cirque du Soleil, proving that a duchess can look both royally polished and trendy.

Aside from royal guidelines, Middleton also prefers to emphasize her eye makeup. She sticks to what works for her: a smoky eye and a bouncy blowout, or an updo for royal engagements. They both have a signature style that works for them that leaves them feeling comfortable and confident, while adhering to "royal protocol."

The Spring Fragrances That Make Our Editors Feel All Kinds of Sexy

Fragrance has always punched above its weight in terms of sex appeal potential, but lately, perfume brands are turning it way up, especially for Spring. It makes sense, after all; this is the kind of season where - aside from turning anyone with allergies into a social pariah who should probably start buying Kleenex wholesale - people are wearing fewer clothes, enjoying the sunshine, and (quite literally) stopping to smell the roses.

Which Spring fragrances are our editors loving right now? We'll put it this way: when you look up "sexy" in the dictionary, ahead are the scents it sprays you with.

Milk Makeup Is Revealing Something Super Potent For 4/20

In honor of Kush mascara's first birthday, Milk Makeup is unveiling a new product every Monday of April at 4:20 p.m. The first product the brand revealed was Milk's new Cannabis Hydrating Face Mask, which comes in a stick form like many of the brand's skincare gems.

The next one on deck, however, is going to be a must have for both megafans and those wanting to dip their toes into Milk's inventory. The Kush Stash Bag ($49), which will be available on the brand's website on April 10 and in Sephora stores on April 20, features a selection of both full-size and mini favorites from Milk's selection. While the Kush Mascara and Cooling Water come as minis in the cute, clear bag, those who purchase the set will receive a full-size Kush Lip Balm, set of Cooling Water Patches, and the new Cannabis Hydrating Face Mask all encased in a cute, clear cosmetic pouch.

Considering that purchasing these products separately would cost you $88, the set is a dream for anyone who wants to test out the line. Check out each product included in the set ahead.

Michelle Pfeiffer's New Fragrances Are Gorgeous Inside and Out

You won't believe what went into Michelle Pfeiffer's fragrance collection, Henry Rose - but let's start with what didn't make the cut. The five-fragrance line is completely free of chemicals deemed harmful by the Environmental Working Group (EWG). As someone who sits on the board of the EWG - a nonprofit that aims to identify harmful chemicals in household products - Pfeiffer worked to create fragrances that abide by its standards of keeping out chemicals that are free of "health or contamination concerns."

For the actual scents of each perfume, Pfeiffer also collaborated with International Flavors and Fragrances Inc. in order to create each blend. Each one has a mysteriously alluring name: Last Night (an earthy, floral scent), Torn (a floral fragrance sweetened with vanilla and swirled with spice), Dark Is Night (a blend of patchouli and vanilla), Fog (which smells of vetiver and musk), and Jake's House (a neroli and musk mix). They are all housed in minimalist bottles that retail for $120 or in sample-size spritzers in a discovery set that costs $20.

Ahead, see all five fragrances, which are available on the brand's website.

Stormi Webster Is Already on Her Way to Influencer Status, Thanks to Mom Kylie Jenner

It looks like 5-year-old North West isn't the only one who's following in her mom's beauty mogul footsteps. Kylie Jenner's daughter Stormi Webster is already becoming a mini influencer and starring in her mom's hair-themed Instagram stories. The 1-year-old got her hair done by the owner of Kylie Cosmetics herself – and looked mighty cute doing it.

Jenner gave Webster a small ponytail, and wrote in the caption that she loves doing her hair, and although she's not the best at it, she's learning. She also mentioned that some of her favorite memories were of her mom doing her own hair. While Webster's hair isn't long enough to all fit in a ponytail yet, we're sure that as soon as she's old enough she'll be wearing it at super-long lengths just like her aunties.

Check out the Instagram story, ahead.

Kacey Musgraves Is Giving Us Butterflies With Her Cher-Style Long Hair at the ACMs

Kacey Musgraves has been dominating music this year (she won four Grammys for her album Golden Hour), so it's no wonder she's starting to embody a music legend. While attending the Academy of Country Music Awards in Las Vegas on April 7, the star looked strangely familiar. Her long, hip-length hair, center part, and doll-eye lashes look eerily like Cher's go-to look in the '70s. The celebs look so similar that it definitely requires a double take.

The singer paired her dramatic hair look with romantic pink eye shadow and a nude lip that let her bold tie-dye outfit really stand out. Check out her '70s Rapunzel-length hair from every angle ahead.

3 Head-Turning Hairstyles to Make You Forget Your Feet Are Killing You at Coachella

This headline may be misleading, because, let's be clear: nothing will make you forget the pain your feet will endure at Coachella. But that's what you prepare for in the desert, among other things. For instance, you might accrue a dust-driven sinus infection, contract acne cosmetica, and spend most of your life's savings on lodging - but you're at Coachella, a desert wonderland where thousands congregate to see their favorite artists, show off interesting fashion choices, and, of course, flood the 'gram with photos. One thing we all know about the festival is that beauty looks tend to be eccentric, a form of self expression (or, perhaps, "selfie expression"), and unfortunately, culturally appropriative at times. (If you're questioning your choices, here's a primer on what to avoid.)

Justine Marjan, who has worked on the Kardashians, Ashley Graham, and countless Fashion Week shows, told us which hairstyles she predicts will take over in Indio, CA. In the past, we saw a lot of hair glitter, braids, and bright hair colors, but this year, Marjan believes it's going to be all about amping up your everyday hairstyle with bold accessories. Marjan just launched her second collaboration with Kitsch, a collection of bedazzled hair clips that hairstylists and consumers have both fallen in love with. She also predicts the use of halo hair extensions, but with a twist, and curtain-esque hair chains.

The Tortoiseshell Trend Just Found Its Way to Your Nails, and You Need Them ASAP

Tortoiseshell is a likely color pattern for glasses, jewelry, and cats. But like all great things, it's made its way to the beauty world. First, there was tortoiseshell hair, a subtle brunette color with honey, caramel, and copper hues. Now, and perhaps even better, the pattern has made its way onto nails - and we didn't think a manicure could look so chic.

Great for beginners, this technique involves a lot of blobbing - perfection isn't necessary - of some autumnal brown and black shades. But simple tortoiseshell isn't the only way to create the effect; other interpretations of the design include accent nails, negative space designs, and gold leaf effects, making this nail trend the centerpiece of any outfit.

Get a closer look at the different types of tortoiseshell nails out there, and get ready to bookmark all of them to show your nail tech.

Hello, Hi, This Tortoiseshell Makeup Deserves Your Attention - Here's How to Re-Create It

Tortoiseshell: it might remind you of those glasses that your mom made you wear as a child (which have since come back into fashion) or it might remind you of that adorable neighborhood cat that roams around your street. But for us beauty enthusiasts, tortoiseshell is the newest inspiration for, well, everything. First there came tortoiseshell hair, then our nails got involved, and now it's making its way into your makeup routine. Yep, the trend has made its way onto our eyelids, and we couldn't be happier.

The stylish brown and black pattern looks like leopard print's distant cousin who has a cute accent, lives in a stylish studio apartment, and has an espresso machine. It's also pretty easy to re-create according to its birth mom. Makeup artist Alexandria shared her tortoiseshell eye makeup on Instagram, and it's one of our new favorites. The inspiration behind the look? Apparently it was her boyfriend's idea. Good work, boyfriend.

Alexandria gave POPSUGAR all the details on how to re-create this look. Firstly, she brushed up her (probably already incredibly perfect looking) brows and filled them in with Benefit Cosmetics Ka Brow in shade 3 ($24). Then using three eye-shadow palettes (props to Alexandria for actually using palettes rather than just hoarding them), Lorac Cosmetics Pro Palette ($44), Give Me Glow Cosmetics Summer Vibes Palette ($54), and Kat Von D Beauty Mi Vida Loca Palette, she started with a white base followed by yellow and created a wing shape - we recommend using some tape to create a line sharper than your neighborhood tortie's nails. She then added some spots of black eyeliner using Urban Decay Eyeliner in Perversion ($22) and blended the edges with dark brown eye shadow, followed by an orange/red shade into the yellow. To finish, she cleaned everything up with some concealer and a flat brush.

Her look has already been re-created once, and we bet it won't be long before this trend ends up all over your Instagram feed.

Try to Keep Up With Kourtney Kardashian's Massive Designer Bag Collection

Kourtney Kardashian's handbag collection is, in a word, extensive. The eldest of America's most famous sisters has no shortage of designer duds at her disposal - and the same clearly goes for her arm candy. Seemingly every time she steps out, Kourtney is toting a bag from high-end hitmakers like Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Chanel, and Fendi.

Kourtney's style is arguably the least over-the-top, compared to the rest of her siblings: she keeps it sexy but (mostly) wearable and carries handbags that veer on that same sleek and classic-meets-trendy side, often repeating her favorites. And aside from travel gear, she clearly prefers styles that are small to mini size. Whether a member of her entourage is carrying all her extra stuff or she manages to fit it all into her teeny purses, we may never know. What we do know: you're going to want to scroll through Kourtney's enviable assortment of bags ahead and shop some of her best investments for yourself.

We Forgot How Good Jennifer Garner's Red Carpet Style Is - Until We Saw These Dresses

The world seemed to stop when Jennifer Garner arrived on the 2018 Oscars red carpet in this rich blue Atelier Versace number. She instantly made our best dressed list, and not just because her color choice was bold but because she carried herself with confidence and looked superbly graceful. "Does she always appear so elegant at events?" we wondered. The answer is yes.

If you backtrack through Jennifer's style history, you'll find that even when she's in a neutral shade, such as black or champagne, Jennifer slips a silk scarf around her shoulders or opts for a delicate bag instead of something fierce. Her expression is always soft, but with a toned body like hers, she strikes a sexy tone when she's in the mood for something formfitting. Ahead, catch a glimpse of some of her finest fashion moments.

Emma Watson's Style Transformation Is as Magical to Relive as All the Harry Potter Movies Combined

We'll always have fond memories of Emma Watson as the precocious Hermione Granger in the Harry Potter series, but the actress has accomplished a lot in her career since then. Emma's become a strong activist with her He For She campaign, championed eco-friendly fashion brands, modeled for Burberry, and starred in other highly raved movies like Beauty and the Beast. Just like her vast portfolio of accolades, Emma's style, too, has evolved over time with her career.

Now more than ever, the star attends major red carpet events, and fashion houses such as Dior and Alexander McQueen are right there to dress her. Emma's not shy about experimenting with dress silhouettes - she's worn everything from minis to poufy ballgowns - and she rocks pantsuits on the regular. Even her outfits from eight years ago show she was willing to take fashion risks. No matter what Emma puts on, she can rock the hell out of it. Take a trip down memory lane by looking at some of her memorable outfits.

I Allow Myself to Spend $200 a Month on Clothes, and This Is What I Bought For April

I spend a majority of my time at work (and outside work) online shopping and curating roundups. I love every second of it, but it can be a dangerous game for my bank account . . . and my spending ended up spiraling out of control. In an effort to be more responsible, I decided to put myself on a $200-a-month shopping budget.

The second April 1 rolled around, I already had my purchases lined up. This month, I'm headed to a music festival and girls getaway weekend, so naturally I was hunting for swimsuits, sunglasses, dresses, and more. I managed to get everything I wanted for just $1 over budget, and hey - close enough, right? Keep scrolling to see everything I bought and get inspired for your own shopping trip.

ICYMI, country superstar Miranda Lambert is married, and she's got the gorgeous ring to prove it! After splitting with Blake Shelton in 2015, Miranda went on to date musician Anderson East and singer Evan Felker before surprising us all by settling down with NYPD officer Brendan McLoughlin in February 2019. Miranda attended the Academy of Country Music Awards and we finally caught a glimpse of her vintage rose gold ring. Just Looking at Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen's Sunglasses Is Like a Holiday in the Sun

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen have taught us so many style lessons, we need a new notebook, because these pages are filled. The award-winning designers stick to their personal uniforms, tweaking them ever so slightly to keep up with the trends but never veering too much from what they consider to be classics: oversize silhouettes, chic flats, and sunglasses, which may be the most underrated staple of them all. Even at basketball games, Mary-Kate and Ashley sit courtside in their shades, and they've pulled the Anna Wintour, keeping them on through runway shows, too. From wire-rim aviators to perfect '90s squares, scroll for a full timeline of Olsen opticals, then shop some inspired pairs.

4 Real Ways to Wear a Puffy-Sleeve Top IRL

As much as I hate to generalize, I think it's safe to assume that the work wear rut is a very familiar place for many women. Even if you don't dress for an office, then I imagine you've struggled with breaking an all-too repetitive outfit routine at one point or another. No matter where we're going or what we're dressing for, we all have our go-to combos: for me it's often a button-down shirt and jeans, midi skirt and sweater, or waist-cinching dress with mules. Easy, simple looks we know we can lean on when rushing out the door.

Well, as much as I thought I had my combos down pat, I quickly realized after starting a new job four weeks ago that my "fail-safe" looks were anything but. The dress I thought would be effortless felt overdone, the trousers I thought were sleek felt stuffy, and my assortment of knits felt a litte humdrum. I needed something that felt smart but fashion-forward and versatile enough that I could wear it a few different ways. That's when I landed on the most darling top from the POPSUGAR Collection at Kohl's - the Puff-Sleeve Button-Down Top from the April drop, to be exact.

Now, let me preface this next part by saying that I am borderline obsessed with white tops from oversize button-downs to crewneck tees. OK, you're prefaced. While my penchant for white tops is strong, this classic-with-a-twist style can work for just about every woman out there and for various occasions from the office to weekend brunch and Spring get-togethers with friends. With playful puffy sleeves, the silhouette is right up my alley in terms of femininity and tempered drama, pairing easily with midi skirts, jeans, and pants. It's the exact modern update I'm looking for when it comes to a smart, office-appropriate piece - just nuanced enough that it's interesting but not distracting or unprofessional.

While I do understand how the shape can feel intense for those who are less than volume inclined, the lightweight cotton fabric keeps the top from feeling overly sweet and trendy. But to further prove how versatile, polished, and easy to wear this puffy sleeve top is, I styled it four different ways and documented the journey for your outfit ideating pleasure.

Ahead, witness four office-approved looks featuring the new Puff-Sleeve Button-Down Top. Plus, shop the fresh-for-Spring pieces I chose to pair with it.

These 17 Sandals Are $35 or Less, So You Might as Well Buy 2 Pairs

Even In a Shimmering Lace Dress, Nicole Kidman Made Sure We Noticed Her Shoes

Nicole Kidman was radiant as she attended the Academy of Country Music Awards on Sunday night. Keith Urban was a performer for the night and also recipient of the entertainer of the year award, and as ever, Nicole was there to provide support for her husband of 12 years. She did so in serious style, dressed in a crystal mesh dress with lace sleeves by Scottish designer Christopher Kane. The dress, from the designer's Fall 2019 collection, was enough of a statement in itself with its lace panels and leather details, but Nicole made sure to keep the interest going right down to her feet.

The actress wore a pair of silver peep toe heels with contrasting black ankle straps, and one quick little styling detail made them really stand out. She chose to tie up her straps in an asymmetric style, with one bow at the back of the ankle, and the other at the front. It added one final irreverent touch to her experimental look, and we love it. Keep reading to see Nicole's outfit - and those shoes - from all angles, ahead.
