LOL! Hannah Brown Dodges Wedding Bouquet in Bridesmaids-Themed DWTS Performance

Hannah Brown channeled her inner Kristen Wiig during Dancing With the Stars on Monday night. For movie night, the former Bachelorette poked fun at her love life with a special Bridesmaids-themed performance. After hilariously dodging a bride's bouquet like a pro, Brown and her partner, Alan Bersten, danced the rumba to "Hold On" by Wilson Phillips from the 2011 film. Brown may not be in any rush to walk down the aisle, but we can't deny her cute chemistry with Bersten during the whole performance. Needless to say, their smooth moves will have you "ready to partyyy." See the full performance above.

Dancing With the Stars Season 28: Find Out Who Is Still in the Competition

Dancing With the Stars is officially back for season 28! This season, the cast has a wide range of stars, including a former Bachelorette, a Dawson's Creek alum, a Queer Eye star, and even a few singers. The competition is shaping up to be pretty competitive this year. Though there are already a few front runners, everyone keeps surprising us with their moves!

On Monday night, Ray Lewis announced that he was leaving the competition due to an injury. As a result, the series decided not to send home anyone during the second round of eliminations. See who is still in the competition ahead, and be sure to check back each week to see who is still in the running for the Mirrorball Trophy.

What My Miscarriages Have Taught Me About Self-Care

Self-care can take many forms, but for me, it basically used to be nonexistent. With a toddler at home, a Sunday night face mask or 30-minute reflexology once a month was the most I could do. It never felt like enough, but it was what I could squeeze into my schedule. That all changed after I lost my second pregnancy in a six-month period.

I had gotten far enough along in each pregnancy to feel that "this is really happening" feeling - and both losses shook me physically and emotionally. I saw how easy it would be to sink into my feelings of sadness, guilt, and anger, and I let myself go there for about a week after each loss. But after my second miscarriage, I decided that I couldn't just sit in my feelings. I needed to take control of the things that I actually could change - my physical and mental health being paramount. In the two months since my last miscarriage, I've embraced self-care when I needed it most.

A lot of women write or tell stories about their miscarriages once they're on the other side of it. I'm not on the other side yet. I'm in the thick of it right now. And one of the most helpful things for me has been to hear from other women who have dealt (or are dealing) with loss or fertility issues and to really talk about it. Case in point: Health writer Alison Prato's piece about how SoulCycle helped her deal with a string of miscarriages hangs on the wall at my local SoulCycle studio, and I read it every time I'm there. It continues to inspire me, after both of my losses, to take more control of my life and to do some things I enjoy. So while this piece isn't about SoulCycle, I hope that one of the eight self-care practices on my list will help someone the way Prato's words have helped me:

I Committed to Working Out

With one kid at home, it's hard to make time for exercise and easy to make excuses. My husband and I started scheduling out our week together every Sunday and making sure each of us has the time to exercise. By prioritizing it for each other and changing our schedules around so we both can get to the gym, we've been forced to commit. And like Elle Woods famously said, "Exercise gives you endorphins. Endorphins make you happy."

I Did Whole30

The Whole30 diet isn't for everyone, but it was so helpful for me to have this structure. My second lost pregnancy was really tough on my body (I think my body was trying to miscarry for about a month before I lost the pregnancy), and I gained some weight. Taking care of my body and being mindful of what goes in it has been such a great reset for me and makes me feel like I'm in control of something.

I Learned How to Say "No"

Not only have I said "no," but I've said "no" without excuses or justifications - and removed all feelings of guilt and FOMO in the process. After wavering for months about whether or not to fly across the country for my college reunion, I officially decided not to go. While I knew it would be a fun weekend, I also knew I'd leave exhausted and feeling pretty unhealthy. I'm not completely shutting down my social life, but learning how to say "no" to certain things has given me time to make space for other self-care practices.

I Picked Up a New Hobby

I had wanted to learn how to make jam for a long time but was too intimidated to try. After my second miscarriage, I decided to give it a shot. I was hosting an event the following month, so making jam as the party favors was the perfect opportunity. It was therapeutic to spend a couple hours prepping everything, following directions, and then seeing the results - and the whole process gave me a little space to get out of my own mind. It may not be the type of thing I'll do a lot, but it gave me a sense of accomplishment, and I know I'll do it again.

I Confided in Friends

This has been a huge help for me after each loss. Not only has it been helpful to open up about what's really going on in my life, but almost every single person I've talked to has had similar experiences. It's made me question the statistic that only one in four pregnancies end in miscarriage and has strengthened my bond with so many incredible women in my life.

I Started Going to Therapy

I think therapy is good for everyone. I had seen a therapist for some of high school, and since then, it was one of those things that was always on my to-do list. My second miscarriage was the kick in the butt I needed to finally go back. Going to therapy is a chance to have a conversation with someone who doesn't have a horse in my fertility race and is only looking out for my best interest. Plus, it's a full hour where I can focus solely on working out my own feelings and learn strategies to cope with and to combat some of the negative feelings I tend to fall back on.

I Started "Meditating"

I've tried meditating before, but it's just not for me. I want to like it, but I have been incapable of making it a habit. My acupuncturist (yes, I do that too!) suggested that instead of meditating, I drink my morning cup of coffee in silence. No phone, no computer, no magazine, no distractions. It's just 10 minutes alone drinking coffee. This has been a great way to squeeze in some thoughtful quiet time without technically meditating. While I don't necessarily spend that time processing my feelings, it helps me start the day with a clearer head and gives me some peaceful time before the chaos of the day begins.

I Wrote About It

There are some days when my feelings about the past year have gotten really overwhelming. I've never been a journaler, so instead, I've written my thoughts out in email drafts. I've ultimately decided to share them only with my therapist and my husband, but it's cathartic to let everything out at once. It's also been helpful to go back and read them later and see the progress I've made and the feelings I'm still grappling with.

When I started therapy, my therapist asked me when I'd feel better. I said, "When I'm pregnant again." While I still think that's true to a degree, I am a whole lot happier now, and I owe much of that to the intentional changes I've made in my life. I don't know when I'll get pregnant again or if it will work out the next time, and I have zero control over the matter. In the meantime, the ways that I take care of myself are completely in my control. I still have moments or entire days where I am overcome by the weight of this past year, but I'm grateful to have learned how to practice self-care with intention every single day in the process.

Chrissy Teigen Shared the Most Adorable Video of Her and Luna Dancing to The Nutcracker

It looks like Chrissy Teigen and her 3-year-old daughter Luna Stephens are already in the Christmas spirit if this sweet interpretive dance video set to a song from Tchaikovsky's The Nutcracker is anything to go off of - all they're missing are a couple pairs of ballet slippers! In an Instagram post on Monday, Chrissy shared a clip of herself and Luna leaping and pirouetting across their living room with all the grace and concentration of real ballerinas . . . sort of.

Luna even dressed up for the occasion, wearing a purple Sugar Plum Fairy dress with a poofy skirt that truly added to the effect when she flapped her arms like fairy wings - such dedication! Meanwhile, Chrissy kept it casual in a floral robe that made the performance feel even more authentic. While the silly "Tweet, woof! Tweet! Woof!" sounds Chrissy and Luna are making throughout the clip go unexplained, the video is still worth a watch if you're looking for something sweet to put a smile on your face.

Karlie Kloss on Her Obsession With White Sneakers, Her Love of Running, and the NYC Marathon

It was around the time of Paris Fashion Week two years ago, and Karlie Kloss really needed to get an 18-mile run in - after all, she was training for the New York City Marathon and it was fast approaching. So she remembers lacing up her sneakers and striding through Paris, which is, she recalled, "a beautiful place to run," especially in Fall. That November, she finished the 2017 New York City Marathon in under five hours, clocking in at 4:41:49. Now, the model and founder of coding camp Kode With Klossy said she still can't believe she can call herself a marathoner.

Karlie told POPSUGAR that she started training in Spring 2017, which gave her seven or eight months, and she purposely allowed herself time (note: this recap video of her marathon training shows that she didn't officially sign up for the marathon until about three and a half months before). "I knew I wanted to have a longer leeway of preparing for it and taking baby steps," she said, adding that she never used to identify as a runner growing up because she was more into ballet, swimming, and yoga.

Taking baby steps is one piece of advice she'd give to anyone who wants to run a marathon. "Start with tangible goals that you can reach," she advised. She always had her heart set on completing 26.2 miles, and the New York City Marathon was her main goal. "If I could do that, then I could literally do anything," she said. (Karlie echoes this on Adidas's new Running With video series).

In training for and running her first marathon, she learned that it's not just about the miles, "it's truly about a holistic approach to prepare your body and your mind." Running, for her, became as much about mental strength as physical strength; she had to work on building up tenacity and resilience to stay committed. Aside from looking to coaches like marathoner and former Olympian Jen Rhines for guidance, Karlie also had to focus on taking care of her body, getting enough sleep, and keeping hydrated. Her diet is pretty healthy as it is, she said, full of lean protein and vegetables, but she wouldn't shy away from carbs or cookies either in the months leading up to the marathon ‚ definitely not cookies.

Karlie wants to have another go at 26.2 miles - and improve on her time at that - but she still makes running a huge part of her routine today. "I love just what running does in my life and the freedom and flexibility to be able to do it anywhere, anytime," she said. Her last big race was the Berlin Half Marathon this past Spring, which she did with her entire Kode With Klossy team. "Running is something that's both individual and kind of communal. For me, I know I'm pushing myself in my own head to get faster and to be committed to showing up for myself," she said.

Now, Karlie typically works out four times a week and tries to keep it fun and full of variety with HIIT, strength training, and longer cardio. She goes to Dogpound to work out with her trainer, Kirk Myers, when she's in New York. And when she's on the road, she gets a little more creative. "Trying to keep up a fitness routine while traveling was a big reason why I started running," she shared. "It's such an easy and flexible workout and an amazing way to explore a new city or familiarize yourself with a new neighborhood."

Lacing up her shoes to go pound pavement wherever, whenever is "just so consuming" and the discipline to maintain a routine, even outside of training, comes from within, she said. Right now, her favorite running sneakers are these crisp Ultraboosts from Adidas, which she talks about like they're some work of art she's collected for her home. She noted that she was taking a photo of the shoes as we spoke - they're that pristine. "I have this weird obsession with really crisp white sneakers," she said. See for yourself (plus where to buy them) ahead, and check out Karlie in action!

Yes, You Can Burn Fat Walking - Here's Exactly How to Do It, According to a Trainer

Walking may be simple, but it's actually one of the most effective forms of exercise for fat burning, as long as you keep your heart rate up. When you do, you'll trigger a process called beta oxidation. "Beta oxidation is the metabolism, break down, and burning of fatty acids for fuel. This is the fuel you use during moderate intensity, steady state cardio," Holly Perkins, a certified strength and conditioning specialist, told POPSUGAR. "Beta oxidation only occurs within a specific heart rate zone. Walking is the perfect way to keep steady state, and keep your heart rate within that zone."

So, what exactly is this sweet spot? Holly explained that you should aim for about 70 percent of your maximum heart rate. "This means that you're keeping your heart rate at a constant measure, which is not too high and not too low, that will burn fat for energy," she said. There's a fairly simple formula for finding that number, but to make it even easier, this chart breaks it down by age. Once you know your target heart rate, keep track of it during your workouts by investing in a heart rate monitor.

While the speed and intensity necessary to get in the fat-burning zone will vary from person to person, Holly recommends incorporating an incline with your walk. "I have all my clients walk on an incline because they can walk slower but still get their heart rate high, which will minimize the potential for soreness and injury," she said. (She also suggests investing in a good walking shoe: "This should be a light, flexible cross training shoe with really good support that feels good on you.")

Aim to walk at 70 percent of your maximum heart rate for 35 to 40 minutes, four times a week, Holly explained - and if you're looking to lose a significant amount of weight with walking, up that to five days. For best results, remember that you'll need to clean up your diet, too.

How to Calculate Your Target Heart Rate, So You Can More Effectively Burn Fat While Running

There are many benefits to running, but if you want to lose weight doing it, you'll need to be consistent with your routine and work to keep your heart rate up during each workout.

"Aim to run three to four times a week for a minimum of 30 minutes per session," Corey Phelps, an NASM-certified personal trainer and owner of Cultivate By Corey in Potomac, MD, told POPSUGAR. Focus on keeping your heart rate between 65 and 75 percent of your maximum heart rate, which is calculated by subtracting your age from 206. "This is considered the endurance zone and trains the body to burn fat as fuel," Corey said.

Running at this pace burns an average of 255 calories in 30 minutes, she explained - that's about eight calories per minute. To lose one pound of fat, you have to create a 3,500-calorie deficit through diet, exercise, or a combination of the two, which typically yields the best results. "You cannot outrun poor eating habits," Corey said. "Other important considerations for success in running and building a healthy and lean physique include a healthy diet, strength-based training, and adequate sleep and recovery."

Once you've achieved your weight-loss goals, you can continue to track your heart rate during your workouts to stay in shape or even to build your endurance for a race, such as a 5K or half marathon. "Heart rate training for weight loss is pretty similar to if you were training for a race," Corey said. "The sweet spot when training for a race is about 70 to 75 percent of your maximum heart rate."

Whatever your training goals, Corey advises varying the speed, incline, and intensity of your runs to challenge your body with every workout. If you're a beginner, just be careful not to overdo it - you should work to build up distance, volume, and intensity slowly.

The Cast of El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie Is Still Under Wraps, but Here's What We Know

Six years after the iconic drama Breaking Bad signed off, the movie sequel El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie is reuniting the cast - well, some of them. Details about the new movie are being kept tightly under wraps, with only five cast members - including Aaron Paul returning as Jesse Pinkman - confirmed. Very little is known about the plot or the remaining cast, but a handful of rumors have continued to float around. Ahead of the movie's October release date, we're rounding up what we know about the cast: who's definitely in, who might make an appearance, and what they've all been doing over the past several years.

Netflix's Breaking Bad Movie Trailer Is Finally Here, and Jesse Pinkman Is on the Run

You're going to want to mark Oct. 11 in your calendar, because that's when El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie hits Netflix and we'll finally get an update on the life of one Jesse Pinkman.

Netflix dropped the first teaser for the highly anticipated sequel to the AMC series back in August, as well as another chunk of footage during the Emmys in September. In both, we learn that Jesse Pinkman (Aaron Paul, reprising his role) is on the run, settling old debts and grudges while evading law enforcement. This is confirmed in the full trailer, released last week, which tells us a lot about what Jesse will get into with barely any dialogue. Now, they've released yet another teaser, above, titled "Go For Joe," which confirms the return of Rock Salvage owner Old Joe (played by Larry Hankin). And by the looks of it, he might be bailing Pinkman out yet again in the upcoming film.

Paul confirmed he'd be stepping back into Pinkman's shoes for the feature-length film late last year and is also on board as producer. There's no telling if Bryan Cranston will make an appearance as Walter White, but we do see Jesse digging a grave in the new trailer so . . . well, we can't be sure. Regardless, five years after the show ended, Cranston and Paul are still close. They even launched a Mezcal brand called Dos Hombres together last month.

In both learn that Jesse Pinkman (Aaron Paul, reprising his role) is on the run, settling old debts and grudges while evading law enforcement. This is confirmed in the full trailer, released last week, which tells us a lot about what Jesse will get into with barely any dialogue. Now, they've released yet another teaser, above, titled "Go For Joe", which confirms the return of Rock Salvage owner Old Joe (played by Larry Hankin).

The King's Man: See How It All Began in the Epic New Trailer For the Kingsman Prequel

Although it doesn't look like we'll be seeing Taron Egerton or Colin Firth in the new Kingsman prequel, the new film does have a pretty kick-ass cast. Ralph Fiennes stars as the "Duke of Oxford," who appears to be leading the very first iteration of the secret, independent intelligence agency we now know and love, while Gemma Arterton, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Matthew Goode, Tom Hollander, and Djimon Hounsou round out the rest of the cast.

As far as plot is concerned, we'll get to see what spurs the formation of the Kingsman: history's most infamous tyrants and criminal masterminds decide to team up to plot a war that will kill millions of people. (It's not Samuel L. Jackson creating evil cell phones or Julianne Moore putting dudes in a meat grinder, but we'll take it.) The new trailer is actually quite similar to the first teaser, which was released during the Summer. It starts with a similar shot - a sweeping view of a war-torn battleground - and then quickly descends into a mishmash of epic fighting scenes, soundtracked with equally epic music. You can be sure this film will be a wild, action-packed ride. Check out the full trailer above before the film arrives in February 2020.
