How to Get Nail Polish Off Just About Anything
Into every life, a little nail polish must fall. But just because you accidentally lacquered your skirt, desk, or couch, that doesn't mean the stuff has to stay there. The faster you act, the better off you'll be, and most materials respond well to solvents you already have lying around the house. See our easy polish stain fixes now.
Removing Polish From Wood
First rule: don't use nail polish remover on wood. It actually ruins finishes and leaves new, maybe even worse looking, stains. Don't panic, though, because there's actually a really easy way to fix the polish-on-wood problem. Just spritz your polish puddle down with plenty of hair spray (we use Aqua Net), let it sit for about 20 seconds, and then wipe it off. You might need to repeat the process a few times, but it's far, far preferable to having splotchy furniture.
Removing Polish From Cloth
Probably one of the most common polish problems, this is also a tricky one. Nail polish remover can interact with some dyes and fabrics (it'll actually melt acetate), so perform a spot test before you use it. If you use remover on your fabric, make sure to launder it directly afterward. And if remover isn't an option, you can always try hair spray. Dry cleaning solvent can also usually remove polish, so if you can't get it out at home, don't be afraid to run it down to your cleaners.
Removing Polish From Hair
If you were in a rush and ended up both ruining your nails and painting up your hair, the fix is pretty simple. If the polish is still wet, just grab some non-acetone polish remover and run it down the polished strands. If it's dry already, work some conditioner or oil gently through your hair until you can slide the polish bits out.
Removing Polish From Carpet
First of all, what color is your carpet? If it's light or white, using a non-acetone polish remover is probably your best bet. If it's dark and you're not sure about whether the dye might interact with it, try pouring on hair spray or rubbing alcohol and then blotting the polish up with a sponge or paper towels. Don't give up if the polish just seems to keep coming - you want to get every last bit out.

Passengers on WestJet, Emirates flights may have been exposed to measles
A health warning has been issued for people who flew on a number of WestJet flights between March 22 and March 24.
Every Time You Pee, Do These 3 Things to Help You Lose Weight
Quick fixes usually don't cut it when it comes to losing weight and getting toned, but this one-minute trick actually works! Take into consideration this little fact: the average woman pees six to eight times in a 24-hour period, so that's about five to seven times while you're awake. And if you have issues with your bladder (thank you, pregnancy!) or you drink a ton of water each day, your ladies' room visits are more like 10 times a day.
So this means you have six to 10 opportunities to fit in a little fitness. Every time you hit the bathroom, whether it's to pee or touch up your lipstick, do the workout below that should take about one minute.
The Workout: Complete once
10 push-ups (lower the knees if you need to)
10 squats
10 alternating forward lunges (five per side)
If you're using a public bathroom, do not get on the floor to do your push-ups! Just lean your hands on the counter, then after your lunges, you can wash your hands. Maybe you can even get some of your co-workers to do it with you! If the bathroom you're using is so public that you feel weird doing this mini workout in front of anyone, find a spot somewhere else where you can pump out this one-minute bodyweight workout without feeling self-conscious. But do it immediately after leaving the bathroom. If you wait, you're more likely to forget.
So let's say you use the bathroom six times in a day. That adds up to 60 push-ups, 60 squats, and 60 alternating lunges. That's a pretty decent workout for not hitting the gym, because remember - every minute of exercise counts!

School Replaced Bathroom Mirrors With What All Girls Actually Need to See
When Shannon Lob walked into a local high school's bathroom, she was amazed by what she saw. Instead of mirrors hanging above the sinks, she only saw affirmations on colorful signs spread across the entire bathroom.
The powerful words didn't just brighten up the otherwise dingy room at Laguna Hills High but also served as powerful reminders to motivate these teen girls. Each of the handwritten signs offers an encouraging message about their strength and self-worth.
If every high school girl was surrounded by these messages through out the day, each and everyday - "You are smart. You are loved. You are strong. You are enough. You deserve the best." - who knows what number of empowered young women would be roaming the halls.

6 Unusual Ways to Lose Weight That Actually Work
Most people will agree that a successful weight-loss plan includes a healthy diet and movement. Luckily, what you eat and how much you move are the factors you can control. Maybe you're already doing this, but did you know that there are some unusual ways to help boost weight loss that you probably haven't heard of?
Best of all, these tips aren't fads; they are actually backed by research.
Keep in mind incorporating these unusual ways for weight loss won't alone get the pounds to come off. However, adding them to your current routine may give you the extra boost you're looking for!
1. Smell more vanilla
Taste and smell go hand in hand. If you smell something delicious, chances are it will encourage your appetite for that food. The opposite is also true. If we smell something revolting, appetite usually goes down.
Smelling vanilla may actually help calm dessert cravings. This sweet scent has a calming effect on the part of the brain where cravings live, which can help curb your appetite. The study was done in St. George Hospital in London, and researchers found those who wore vanilla-scented patches lost more weight than those wearing no patch or a lemon patch. Researchers believe the sweet smell of vanilla helped appease the need for something sweet, and participants who smelled vanilla were less likely to overeat sweets.
So if sweets are your guilty pleasure, getting a vanilla-scented air freshener or candle could help you resist the temptation.
2. Eat off different colored plates
The food you serve on your plate certainly makes an impact on weight. However, research from Cornell University also suggests the color of your plate can make a difference on how much you eat. Researchers found when study participants ate off same colored plates as their food, they served themselves about 30 percent more food. When study participants ate off different colored plates than their food, they served themselves less food. This difference in how much you eat off of plates could help or hinder weight-loss efforts.
Want to take it a step further? Contrasting plates with the tablecloth also seemed to further help lower food intake. Other studies have suggested blue plates could help lower food intake. This is probably because the vast majority of foods are not blue, meaning no cravings in the brain are triggered.
2-Week Clean-Eating Plan
3. Change who you eat with
Who you eat and socialize with can impact your own lifestyle patterns. A study noted that if a friend is obese, chances are the other friend becoming obese can increase up to 57 percent. An obese spouse can also increase risk for your own weight gain.
Researchers suggest the portions others eat around us can also become a norm. This doesn't mean you need to find a new group of friends, but it means to increase your awareness of environmental cues around you.
4. Write down or take a picture of everything you eat
Many weight-loss programs suggest tracking your food intake by writing it down to keep you honest about how much and what you are eating. It can also show where you are sneaking in extra calories or larger portions of food that you don't realize.
Another way to track your food intake is to take a picture of it. A University of Wisconsin-Madison study suggests that taking pictures of food before you eat it can serve as an encouragement to change your diet. Taking a picture is immediate, whereas filling out a food diary is often done hours after eating. If you have to take a picture of everything you eat, it makes you stop before eating and think about your choices.
5. Leave the serving dishes off the table
Many slight changes in your environment can make eating healthier the easier choice. Many times when food is out of sight, it helps keep it out of mind. One small change you can make for encouraging smaller portions at meal times can be to change where you keep your serving dish.
Leaving the serving dish on the stove instead of on the table could help you keep your portion size down. Instead of reaching for seconds right away on the table, you need to make an effort to get more from the kitchen. This can also help slow down your food intake to give your brain enough time to register when you're full.
6. Dim the lights when you eat
If you go to any sit-down restaurant, chances are the lights will be dimmed. Contrast that with a fast-food restaurant, or even your own home, and the lights are probably a lot brighter.
A 2012 study found just changing how dim the lights are in a fast-food restaurant helped people eat less food. What they ordered didn't change, but how much they ate did.
Researchers found dimming the lights lengthened the eating time, suggesting a more relaxed atmosphere increases satisfaction and decreases how much food you eat. While this study was in a restaurant, dimming the lights in your own home could have the same effect on food intake.

It: The Full Cast of the Stephen King Remake
It, a remake everyone was too afraid to ask for, is coming. The trailer for the Stephen King reboot has already scarred us for life, and it's only two-and-a-half minutes. Can you imagine how nuts the movie is going to be? Before we get too ahead of ourselves, let's review what we know about the movie. Like the original 1990 miniseries, it's being split into two parts. The film that's coming out in September is only the first installment, so we don't know who is playing the grown-up versions of The Losers Club. Take a look at who you will see!
A Trainer Reveals the 6 Biggest Workout Mistakes That Are Making You Bulky
When it was time to get in shape for my wedding, I knew who I wanted to call: Steve Pasterino. His nickname might be "P," but I refer to him as the get-lean doctor. As a five foot two petite woman who is in decent shape, getting long and strong was my number one goal.
I took P's class years ago when he was a trainer at ModelFit, an NYC boutique gym frequented by long-legged ladies. Last May, he broke out and created his own studio and method dubbed Bodies By P. The movement in the class is centered around slow, full-body exercises meant to stretch and tone. A bunch of props are used, including ankle weights, gliders, steps, poles, Pilates balls, and two-pound weights.
"I like to slow everything down," he told POPSUGAR. "I incorporate a lot of movement without being repetitive for the entire hour. This gives women a chance to move their body every way it can without being stuck in a limited set of positions. This is the secret to allowing women to finally have the bodies they work so hard for."
After doing P's method about four times a week (a mix of classes and private training) for a month, the lumpy area below my bum flattened, my hips looked more contoured, and the jiggly part of triceps firmed. During my journey, P shared tons of tricks, explanations for why his method is effective, and what I had been doing wrong previously.
OK, ready to dive deeper into this unique method? Keep reading to learn mistakes you may be making and how to fix them. Even if you don't live in NYC, I bet there are tricks you can learn to bring into your own routine.
This Is Why Zoe Saldana Is Not Ready to Discuss Her Third Son's Birth Story
Once again, Zoe Saldana is being a badass when it comes to spreading a message of diversity. The Guardians of the Galaxy actress talked to People about the somewhat surprise birth of her third son, Zen, back in February - which left many people wondering if she had been secretly pregnant on her last pre-baby appearance at the premiere of Live by Night.
"This is something we're being very meticulous about because of the process of how we completed our family," Zoe told People. "When we're there, when the time comes and our third baby is a little older, and all the forces that helped us have him with us are comfortable then we will share it because we know it would be very positive and inspiring to many families that are looking to complete themselves and are not able to do it in the conventional way."
But it was this moment that made us break into claps: "Seeking alternative ways to start a family should be encouraged, should be empowered, and I think we should spread that education, that information out there, when the time is right." Is she the best or what?

Everyone Can Learn From What These Girls Already Know: Strong Is the New Pretty
What began as any mom snapping pictures of her daughters turned into an inspirational look at how strong girls truly are.
For Kate T. Parker, an Atlanta-based photographer who was simply trying to capture scenes of everyday life, she noticed that the candid images were changing before her very eyes.
"I started to see patterns and recognize that the images where the girls were authentically captured were the strongest images," she told us. "The images that showed the girls as they genuinely are were my favorites. After seeing this, I started to shoot with that in mind."
Now, her "Strong Is the New Pretty" photo series - which is also a new book and showcases her two young daughters along with their friends - is a breath of fresh air for those in praise of girls being loud, dirty, competitive, fearless, and strong. "I wanted to celebrate these girls as they are, not how females are expected to be," Parker told us. "The project became about capturing my girls as they truly are. I wanted to let my daughters know that who they naturally are is enough."
With so much pressure on girls - and women - to look and act a certain way, we applaud Parker's photo series and hope it encourages everyone to capture such images.
As she said: "I wanted to celebrate them, just as they are, and show them that is enough. Being pretty or perfect is not important. Being who they are is."
Forget About the Box's Instructions; Cook Your Frozen Pizza Like This
If frozen pizza turns out funky for you (burnt spots, soggy bits, general mediocre outcomes), then you need to listen up. Forget about the back-of-the-box instructions, and instead, cook your frozen pizza like this guy. Reddit user numbahtwelve says to crank your oven to the hottest temperature it will go (not broil setting) then cook the pizza on the rack of the oven (unless you own a pizza stone or cast iron skillet) for 5-8 minutes, or until the crust crisps and cheese bubbles.
His logic? Restaurants and pizza chains cook the 'za on pizza stones in commercial ovens that are set to 700°F-1000°F. This little hack emulates the professional method without the use of fancy equipment. Now, if you want to be truly fancy, brush the crust with olive oil and sprinkle crushed garlic or garlic powder on it, before baking. Mmm . . . seems like a simple yet reliable hack to try for the next frozen pizza night.

Demi Lovato's New Song Is the Soundtrack to Your Weekend
This is Demi Lovato like you've never heard her before. Listen above.
6 Korean Eye Treatments That Completely Changed My Skin
Confession: supertired eyes have always been a huge insecurity of mine. I've had puffy bags under my peepers for my entire life, and they've followed me well into adulthood. I've purchased almost every de-puffing brightening stick and eye cream out there, until one day a beauty-addict friend of mine told me that I should check out a few Korean skin care stores. After about two hours of scanning Little Korea in NYC for eye treatments I walked out with a bag full of sheet masks and eye creams I couldn't wait to go home and plaster under my peepers.
To my surprise, nearly every treatment worked! Since my first purchase, I've stuck to only using a few Korean remedies. I've seen significant improvements - brighter, flatter skin under my eyes. While I still sometimes wake up with fish eyes, I now have go-to products that can give me an immediate fix. Keep reading to discover essential Korean eye treatments I swear by.
The Surprising Truth About Refrigerating Butter
One of the most heated debates in the kitchen is whether or not you should refrigerate butter. Some people cringe at the thought of leaving butter on the countertop, while others swear there's nothing worse than cold, hard butter straight from the fridge. It's an understandable question with an even more complicated answer. The short answer? It's OK to leave it out - with some restrictions.
While butter is a dairy product, it's mostly fat, meaning that it's less susceptible to bacteria. Salted butter is even less prone to bacterial growth than unsalted butter because of its sodium content, so the shelf life of the two types of butter is slightly different. When it comes to leaving butter out of the fridge, the first important rule is that it should be kept in a butter crock or a similar airtight container. If butter is exposed to air, it spoils much more quickly. When properly sealed in the container after each use, salted butter sitting out in a crock will last about two weeks, according to Organic Authority. If room temperature in your kitchen reaches above 70°F, however, it's best to refrigerate ASAP. But unsalted butter is best left in the fridge at all times.
I went to college with a man, nay, a boy, who insisted on leaving butter on the counter and never refrigerated it.

@drewmagary I recently began leaving butter out. It is a life changer.

Dunno what annoys me more about my mums bf, the fact he butters one side of bread for a sandwich or him leaving the butter out the fridge

If you need softened butter for baking but didn't give it a chance to reach room temperature, the trick is to grate the butter so it becomes soft.
You Oughta Know This Heartbreaking Alanis Song Is About Ryan Reynolds
Image Source: Getty / Steve Granitz
Before Ryan Reynolds was married to Blake Lively, he dated a steady stream of '90s It girls and settled down (at least for a while) with singer Alanis Morissette. The actor began dating the "You Oughta Know" singer in 2002, and the couple got engaged in 2004. After a few years of truly adorable red carpet appearances, they called things off.
In 2008, Alanis released her seventh studio album, Flavors of Entanglement. She was open about the fact that the project was inspired by her split from Ryan, calling it "cathartic" and admitting that one of the more heartbreaking tracks, "Torch," was about her grief over the breakup. "I think the most painful, sort of suffering-oriented moments in my life [are] when I'm resisting something," Alanis told Access Hollywood that year. "If I just say, 'It's true. I'm unbelievably insecure, really broken, devastated,' then I can move through it, toward the next place. But if I keep resisting it, I'll stay there forever."
With lyrics like "I miss your neck and your gait / And your sharing what you write," and "I miss your warmth and the thought / Of us bringing up our kids," it's easy to see how much Ryan meant to Alanis, and how well they must have gotten along while they were together. Listen to "Torch" below now - and if you've just gone through your own devastating breakup, it's probably wise to crank it up loud.

10 Influencers Just Designed New MAC Lipsticks - and They're Not What You'd Expect
If you take a look back at MAC's collaboration histories, you'll see that among big names like Lady Gaga and Zac Posen are up-and-coming artists, be they in the fields of fashion, music, or makeup artistry. That's why I wasn't surprised that when the brand announced its upcoming 10-piece lipstick collection designed by influencers (which POPSUGAR exclusively revealed earlier this year), MAC's team had selected a healthy mix of 10 world-famous and under-the-radar beauty pros.
According to Catherine Bomboy Dougherty, the senior vice president of public relations at MAC, that progressive attitude is in the very foundation of the brand. "It's what MAC was built on," she said in an interview with POPSUGAR.
The ideology of "all ages, all races, all sexes" is built into MAC's credo, but I'd believe that "all things chic" is written between the lines of that mission statement. I went on a press trip to MAC's official labs in Toronto to meet them and witness the creation of their bespoke lipsticks, so I can vouch that the 10 influencers selected exude an effortless sense of cool. But more importantly, they really know what they're talking about when it comes to makeup.
I viewed all the different levels of the formulation process, which included mood boards, essays about the ideal color, and hand-mixing pigment in a cosmetic chemist's lab. Each person creating their own lipstick was absolutely fastidious, often adjusting tones by practically invisible fractions to craft their perfect shade.
The perfect shades themselves surprised me. All but one of the influencers created their own variation of nude lipstick. The outlier chose red, which she would have liked to name Vic Woo (a combination of her own name and the iconic MAC Ruby Woo lipstick). I had expected the punchy, rainbow hues that many of them wear on their social channels, but when it came down to it, they simply wanted their neutral lipstick dreams realized. I totally respect this. The tones shifted from deep to light, cool to warm, and matte to sheer. While some may look similar to the naked eye, I saw firsthand that many of the amateur chemists had women of a wide range of skin tones test out their shade as they mixed them. It was clear that they wanted their formula to work well on a variety of skin tones.
"That's one of the reasons why we have such amazing respect for them," said Bomboy Dougherty. "They are really well-versed on the products, the textures, the finishes, the ingredients, the undertones." She laughed as she added, "I felt like when we were working with these people that some of them know our product better than we do sometimes."
That understanding of MAC formulas comes from the influencers' long relationships with the products, be they personal or professional. A lot of them started out as makeup artists before shifting their attention to social media. In fact, Samantha Ravndahl - known as @ssssamanthaa to her 2.4 million followers on Instagram - worked at a MAC counter in her early days of makeup artistry. "Our artists at the brand were so excited that we chose her," revealed Bomboy Dougherty. "She's part of that community and our artists internally really support that."
Sadly, you'll only be able to buy the colors made by your country's corresponding influencer(s). For example, if you're based in the United States, you will have shopping access exclusively to Gabriel Zamora and Laura Lee's lipsticks, while Brazilian MAC fans can just get Victoria Ceridono's shade. But believe me when I say that all 10 of these individuals are worth getting to know. Read on for more insight into their creative processes, including their fantasy names for their shades (which include inspiration from Disney princesses, furry friends, and their fans) and a glimpse at the shades before they launch later this year.
7 Women Kanye West Romanced Before Settling Down For Good
Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are known for their over-the-top relationship, but long before "Kimye" was even a thing, the Chicago rapper had quite a few high-profile relationships in the public eye. 17 Celebrities Who Will Forever Be Haunted by the Songs About Them
Whenever a celebrity singer releases a breakup anthem, the public can't help but do some digging as to which of their famous significant others the song could be about. From Justin Timberlake's overt shout-out to Britney Spears in his "Cry Me a River" video to Taylor Swift's plethora of cryptic lyrics referencing past paramours, it's hard not to play detective and try to decode the possible messages. After Justin Bieber dropped his hit single "Sorry," people wasted no time declaring it a public apology to his ex Selena Gomez (for her part, Selena's 2014 hit "The Heart Wants What It Wants" was widely speculated to be about Justin as well).
High-profile musicians write song lyrics about their wayward romances just like most nonfamous people would write in their journals - the only difference is that while your diary entry may be for your eyes only, their scrawled-on, tear-stained pages become chart-topping radio staples and songs of the Summer, popping up on postsplit playlists around the globe. Can you imagine being out with your friends, dancing the night away in a bar, when all of a sudden your ex's hit song (the one that everyone knows is about you) starts blaring from the speakers? Picture yourself in a beautiful restaurant on a third date, sipping wine and listening intently to them talk about their day before . . . what's that sound? Oh, it's just that person you dated for six months singing about how you broke their heart into a million tiny pieces. Such a bummer, right?
We may never, ever find out who Carly Simon thought was "so vain," but at least we have these modern breakups tunes to scrutinize. Keep reading for 17 celebrities who will likely be haunted by the songs about them for the rest of their lives.
8 Places You Saw Jeffrey Dean Morgan Before The Walking Dead
Last year, Jeffrey Dean Morgan stormed onto the season finale of The Walking Dead as Negan, the most terrifying villain the zombie drama has ever seen. Clad in leather and brandishing a barbed-wire-wrapped baseball bat, Negan brought us a frustrating and sickening cliffhanger when he killed a mystery character (later revealed to be Abe, then Glenn).
Now that the dust has settled, we find ourselves still thinking about Negan and, more specifically, about the man who expertly plays him. Morgan is kind of the ultimate TV veteran, only it's not on shows where he's a series regular - instead, Morgan is in the unusual position of being a guest star whose presence permeates the entire show. If you're having trouble placing Morgan or remembering all the times you have actually seen him, we're pointing out some of his most memorable roles on the big and small screens. Here's where to find him after season seven ends!

This Parody of Bruno Mars's "That's What I Like" Music Video Will Have You Rolling
If you don't know the name Kevin Rivera, aka Young Bruno, you will after watching this video. The performer posted a hilarious parody of Bruno Mars's"That What I Like" music video.
In it, Kevin pokes fun at Bruno's original video, where cute animations surround the singer. Kevin's animator, Julio, though, uses those drawings to torture him, leading to hilarity. Some of the best lyrics in his parody go "My lyrics are a little trite, but I'm the shite." Get ready to laugh your butt off while watching the video above.
42 Movies From 2016 That Are Already on Netflix
Netflix has a wide assortment of '80s and '90s movies, but it's getting better at stocking up on the latest hits, too. It already has a selection of last year's box office winners, including The Jungle Book and Zootopia, in addition to a number of film festival favorites that skipped the theaters and headed straight to the streaming service. Take a look at all the titles that were originally released in 2016 and are already available for streaming!
Mom's "Biggest Regret" Is Not Being in Photos With Her Kids and Late Husband
It's a common sentiment to let go of the things you can't control in life, but one mom is urging other parents not to regret the things you can control following the death of her husband in 2009. Michelle Steinke, a fitness trainer, speaker, and founder of the blog One Fit Widow, took to her Facebook page to share with others her "biggest regret" because she doesn't want to see others make the same mistake she did.
"I suppose we all have regrets. We shouldn't, but we do," Steinke wrote. "One of my biggest regrets is that I wasn't in many photos. My self-hate and loathing kept me from taking photos of my babies and photos with the man I loved. Hindsight is always 20/20."
Steinke continued, noting that she can of course now pinpoint exactly why she was "stupid" for worrying about what she looked like in photos because her husband and children loved her regardless of her weight and appearance.
I can tell you now it was stupid. . . . I can tell you when he was gone and they started to grow I regretted not being in more photos and loving the life I was living when I was living it. . . .
The day he died, all I cared about was the memories we made, the trips we took and the photos of our whole family. I regret not being in the photos.
Perfection is a myth. Even after I lost 70 pounds and found my fitness, I realized I still was far from perfect. You can always work on improving yourself, but this moment will never come again. Don't waste it wishing you were more.
Steinke ended her post with an important message to others, especially moms: "You are enough, right now, right as you are. Take the photos. Love your life. Don't regret what you can control."
A Dallas Restaurant Threw a Selena Party You'll Wish You Had Attended
Burgers, check. A lowrider car show, check. A mural revealed, check. All of this was for none other than the queen Selena (because of course). A restaurant in Dallas called Country Burger had its annual #214Selena celebration (we need to get an invite to this next year), and after seeing the photos, you will wish that you would have been there. People came from all over to show off their "anything for Selenas" pride, and they sure didn't disappoint. Here are the best moments.
Dear Lord, the Chubby-Cheeked Baby Prince of Bhutan Is Too Cute For Words
Prince George and Princess Charlotte might be used to being the cutest royal children around, but Prince Jigme Namgyel Wangchuck of Bhutan is giving them some stiff (and ridiculously adorable) competition. An April calendar featuring the chubby-cheeked 1-year-old having fun in the snow with his dad, King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck, and his grandfather, Jigme Singye Wangchuck, was released on cultural organization Yellow Bhutan's Facebook page on Friday, and it's almost too much for our hearts to handle.
"Our April calendar features this photograph of His Majesty The King and His Majesty the Fourth Druk Gyalpo, enjoying a special moment in the unexpected March snow with His Royal Highness The Gyalsey," they captioned the sweet shot. Just look at that little smile! Between this and his September calendar, our desks are going to look mighty cute for the next month. The Bhutanese king and his wife, Queen Jetsun Pema, met with their British counterparts when Prince William and Kate Middleton toured India and Bhutan back in 2016, and we humbly recommend that they arrange a play date between Prince Jigme and Princess Charlotte ASAP.

Dior's Newest "Squeezable" Mascara Is Basically Falsies In a Tube
I am no stranger to Dior's iconic range of mascaras. After all, I consider myself a lash junkie, and the highly-celebrated Diorshow formula has been a cult classic since 2002. But the brand's newest formula, Pump'N'Volume, romanced me like no other in the company's mascara lineup . . . and I daresay it's the best one to date.
You see, this product has a completely genius tube that hasn't been seen before stateside. (Amore Pacific Korea won an award for this packaging in 2015.) It appears like your everyday Dior mascara at first glance, but it features a silicone tube that can be gently squeezed. This allows users to "pump" the formula into the molded brush, boosting volume in an already intensely voluminous formula. (The idea was actually inspired by makeup artists: many pros working on set warm makeup between (or on!) their hands to make the product smoother and easier to apply.)
Not only is the tube badass, the actual mascara is impossibly amazing. I am annoyingly picky about lash formulas and this one has earned itself a permanent place in my rotation. Diorshow fans already know that even the skimpiest of fringes can be transformed into a lush rainforest of lashes with the product, but this one is on another level. The brush grabs and coats every hair, defining them without clumping. The formula dries fully - unlike some brands that leave lashes feeling slightly sticky - but never makes your fringe feel stiff. This allows for lashes that are densely voluminous yet still fluttery, like a strip of falsies.
If you don't believe me yet, good news: I have photographic evidence that this mascara is the stuff of dreams. Keep reading for before and after shots, then shop Diorshow Pump'N'Volume when it launches April 1.
The Lowdown on What Happens to Sasha in the Walking Dead Comics
Spoilers for the Walking Dead comics below!
The last few episodes of The Walking Dead have made it abundantly clear that Sasha (Sonequa Martin-Green) is in grave danger. After her mind-bogglingly stupid decision to try to barrel into the compound of Negan's Saviors solo went south, she was quickly captured by the terrifying leader. Will she make it out of The Sanctuary alive in the seventh season finale? Only time will tell, but until then, there's one place we can turn to to unearth a little bit more about the future of her character: the comics.
You might be surprised to know that Sasha, like Daryl, doesn't actually exist in the show's source material. Sasha's story does, however, closely align with the actions of Holly (a character of the same name briefly popped up in the show but is no more), as well as a few other minor characters. We first get a glimpse at references to TV Sasha with the character of Tyreese. He's her brother on the show, but in the comics, Tyreese has a daughter instead of a sister, and he's extremely protective of her. Unfortunately, she dies shortly after they arrive at the prison. Parallels have also been drawn between Sasha and Andrea, since the comic version of Andrea becomes an adept sharpshooter. For the most part, though, TV Sasha's trajectory mirrors Holly's story.
Just like Sasha, Holly gets romantically involved with the ill-fated Sgt. Abraham Ford, igniting a love triangle between her, the former sergeant, and a burned Rosita. Although Abraham dies from an arrow through the eye socket in the comics (aka the way Denise dies in the show) instead of being murdered by Negan, Sasha and Holly both find themselves mentally unstable in the wake of his death. Holly decides the only way she can now truly help the group is if she sacrifices herself for them and takes on Negan herself. She slams a bus through the gates of The Sanctuary in hopes that zombies will come pouring in through the hole and she'll die doing something worthwhile.
Holly survives, but because this is The Walking Dead and no one is allowed to be happy, she's almost instantly captured by Negan. To make matters worse, he's obviously not keen on the idea of letting her just walk out of The Sanctuary scot-free. After alerting Rick and the rest of Alexandria that he's holding Holly prisoner, Negan arranges a trade with the group. He returns Holly to her friends with a bag over her head, and Denise (who's still alive at this point in the comics) lifts it off her face. She realizes too late that Holly has been turned into a walker and gets bitten by her former friend. They both die in the ensuing struggle.
Her fate seems all but sealed, right? Well, as fans of the show can attest, there have been instances where characters have survived longer than their comic-book counterparts, so there might be hope for Sasha after all. Still, it's hard to deny how closely Sasha has been walking Holly's path of late. With the war between Rick and Negan on the horizon, only one thing is for certain: there's going to be a lot of carnage in our future.

Maxine Waters Shuts Down Bill O'Reilly's Comments About Her Hair in Epic Clapback
Internet citizens were up in arms this past Tuesday when Fox News pundit Bill O'Reilly mocked esteemed Congresswoman Maxine Waters's hair. During Fox & Friends, O'Reilly was shown a clip of Waters speaking on the House floor, only to remark, "I didn't hear a word she said. I was looking at the James Brown wig." While two of the cohosts of the show joined in on the tasteless joke, the third, Ainsley Earnhardt, found the comment disrespectful.
"You can't go after a woman's looks," she said to O'Reilly. He has since apologized for the racially charged quip, calling his comment "dumb" and noting that he respects Waters for being "sincere in her beliefs."
However, the representative for California's 43rd district proved in an appearance on MSNBC's All in With Chris Hayes that not only is she unfazed by the hateful comment, but she had a epic retort of her own.
"I am a strong black woman, and I cannot be intimidated," she said confidently. "I'd like to say to women out there everywhere: don't allow these right-wing talking heads, these dishonorable people, to intimidate you or scare you." She added, "Be who you are, do what you do, and let us get on with discussing the real issues of this country."
She went on to say that Bill O'Reilly (as well as former Fox News CEO Roger Ailes) has "no credibility," bringing up his "checkered past" and sexual harassment settlements.
Waters finished her empowering statement with a promise that she's not done standing up for what's right. "We know that when a woman stands up and speaks truth to power, there will be attempts to be put down," she said. "I'm not going to be put down, I'm not going to go anywhere, I'm going to stay on the issues."
Hillary Clinton acknowledged the controversy in her most recent speech, explaining how frequently women of color have a "lifetime of practice" dealing with indignities such as these. While Waters obviously shouldn't have to be putting up with racist remarks about her looks at all, she proves time and time again that she can shut them down and redirect the conversation back to politics.
In recent months, Waters has become not just a heroine but practically a beloved meme for her brusque honesty and unguarded facial expressions. We look forward to seeing how she continues to smash the patriarchy. Watch her phenomenal response in full below.

2-Year-Old Twins Acting Out "Frozen" Are Actually Theatrical Geniuses
Acting out their favorite scene from Frozen ❄️
Posted by Colleen Jordan on Monday, March 27, 2017
For most parents, watching Frozen has become such a frequent occurrence that they could probably recite the lines and act out the scenes from start to finish along with their kids. However, Colleen Jordan isn't participating in the re-enactments with her 2-year-old twin daughters, as they're complete showstoppers on their own. The girls, who are much younger than Elsa and Anna in the opening scene of the beloved movie, have completely memorized the clip and performed it for Colleen, who luckily taped it for all the internet to see.
It's safe to say that these girls could have a bright future in acting one day if they so choose. The level of accuracy with which these little babes physically reenact their favorite Frozen scene is actually amazing considering their ages, and we can't stop watching the sweet clip over and over. And we're apparently not alone, as in just four days the video has gotten nearly eight million views!
13 Reasons Why: Here's the Beautiful Song Playing at the Dance
The 13 Reasons Why soundtrack is a brilliant collection of songs, but there's one track in particular that will haunt you. It plays several times when the show flashes back to the school dance, as Clay and Hannah dance together. It's called "The Night We Met," and it's off Lord Huron's 2015 album Strange Trails. The melody is beautifully melancholic, and it's even more poignant when you consider the lyrics: "Take me back to the night we met / I don't know what I'm supposed to do / Haunted by the ghost of you / Take me back to the night we met / When the night was full of terrors / And your eyes were filled with tears / When you had not touched me yet / Take me back to the night we met." Here's the track on its own:

Dad's Chilling Reminder of the Importance of First-Aid Training For Parents
For any parents who have ever doubted the value of repeated, or even annual first-aid training, one dad is sharing a personal story that he hopes changes their mind.
The anonymous dad wrote on Reddit that his wife was running late one ordinary night. "The kids are losing their sh*t, so I had to get dinner on the table," he wrote. "It's leftover night and they didn't like what we had last night, so chicken nuggets and canned carrots it is."
After he served their dinner, he turned around to heat up his own meal. "It gets quiet as they chow, but I start to hear gurgling sounds; it's a sound I have never heard a human make before," he wrote. "I look over, my oldest is acting like he is going to toss his cookies, so I run him to the bathroom. I get him in front of the toilet and realize he isn't breathing."
The dad recounts how he slapped his son on the back a few times, but nothing happened and his son continued to choke. He switched to the Heimlich maneuver and on the third thrust, a chicken nugget popped out followed by a gasp as well as a wail. "My wife gets home a few seconds later, says I'm white as a ghost, and ask what happened," he wrote. "All those years of first responder and CPR training instantly became some of the [most] valuable training I have ever received."
