The coats are coming off - but not because it's nearly Summer and we're shedding our layers. In fact, we're still keeping our arms in the sleeves of our jackets, just not fully fastening the piece as it's meant to be. While you'll see Kim Kardashian and style stars making the switch from the cape style - when the jacket is draped across your shoulders - to the "undone" slouch, the look started on the Fall '16 runways.
At Balenciaga, Demna Gvasalia pulled puffers down and away from embellished turtlenecks, achieving the perfect blend of luxe polish and street cool. And the Off-White models let their tailored coats slip ever so slightly south. Bloggers and editors attended the shows in ensembles that followed suit.
