Blake Lively Is Back on the Scene, Dressing Like Disney Princesses

Just a few months ago, Blake Lively was in Cannes promoting her films. With each red carpet look she debuted, she gave us clues as to which Disney character she was channeling. After a brief press break, Blake's back on the style scene, giving interviews for her new movie, The Shallows. Of course, her looks aren't any less playful. In fact, we're pretty positive she was inspired by Belle when she stepped out for the Today show in this Jenny Packham dress.

While her chiffon gown may not feature tiers or an off-the-shoulder silhouette, Blake put a modern touch on the princess's iconic ensemble with a Madewell denim jacket and chevron print Christian Louboutin heels. Blake shared a detail shot of her blue jewels - she wore bracelets by Mociun and Lorraine Schwartz and rings by Jennifer Meyer and Alison Lou.

While she didn't provide a caption that paid homage to Beauty and the Beast, we'll go out on a whim and call this a subconscious fashion move we definitely won't forget. Read on to compare Blake's yellow silhouette with Belle's, then get a close-up glimpse at her accessories.
