Netflix Releases 2 Haunting Trailers For Their Documentary About Amanda Knox
If you haven't gotten enough of Netflix's foray into true crime after watching Making a Muderer, you're in luck. Next up on their docket is Amanda Knox, a documentary about Knox's much-publicized case, which is as notorious as it is divisive. Is she a sociopath who violently murdered her roommate, Meredith Kercher, in Italy in 2007? Or is she simply a misunderstood young woman who happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time while studying abroad? The streaming network asks its audience to make that decision for themselves in the two haunting trailers they released for it. Whether you find her guilty or innocent, there's no doubt that the documentary - which is directed by Rod Blackhurst and Brian McGinn - will leave us with plenty of questions when it arrives on Netflix on Sept. 30.
