Whoa - We've Just Found Jon Snow's Doppelganger
We've seen plenty of convincing cosplays over the years, but some people are simply destined to portray their favorite characters. Russian cosplayers Olya Bondarenko and Mikhail Selgis are two examples of this phenomenon. The pair, who frequently cosplay as Game of Thrones characters Melisandre and Jon Snow, bear uncanny resemblances to their character counterparts that'll make you do a double-take.
Olya also convincingly cosplays as Daenerys, Ygritte, and Margaery, and Mikhail sometimes dons red hair as a gender-bent Ygritte to complement Olya's female Jon Snow. They attend fan events together, stage photo shoots in faux-Westerosi locations, and generally blow our minds with their spot-on appearances. The St. Petersburg cosplayers also post their costumes on Instagram, where they first grabbed our attention. Lucky for us, they've got plenty of photographic evidence of these glorious cosplays for us to enjoy - trust us, you won't understand how eerily similar they look to their GoT counterparts until you see it.
