While Moonlight is inspiring many newly discovered crushes on actor Trevante Rhodes, I was delighted to discover that The Knick's Andre Holland also stars in the Oscar-nominated movie.
Holland plays surgeon Algernon Edwards in the Cinemax series The Knick, set at a 1900 New York hospital, and he pretty much steals the show. In Moonlight, we're treated to several scenes of Rhodes and Holland together. Though Holland tends toward period pieces, he looks great in any historical era. Here are 22 photos that prove it.
