Ellie Goulding Just Revealed Her Fitness and Diet Secrets
Ellie Goulding has stunned the world with her talented vocals and award-winning pop songs, but what we've always been obsessed with is her dedication to a healthy lifestyle and her beyond-impressive boxing skills. For some busy celebrities, it can be difficult to stay on track with fitness goals, but Ellie's dedication to staying healthy is truly admirable. Ellie recently spoke with the Daily Mail, where she opened up about her balanced lifestyle.
"Variety is key," she said. "I love to mix my week up with different types of exercise, so I run and do yoga and combine metabolic stuff with plyometric stuff. No real secrets, but I try and train every day."
The 30-year-old star is often giving fans an inside look at her routine boxing sessions on Instagram, but that's not the only thing that Ellie credits for her sculpted figure.
"I also love boxing," she explained. "I've been doing it for over two years now. Diet wise, I've been a vegetarian for over three years; I just think it's better for the environment and it's more sustainable as well as being healthier so it's win-win!"
