Hopscotch Cardio Is Fun AND Fat-Burning
Remember doing hopscotch on the playground? This cardio move is just like that - and it'll help you break a sweat and burn up fat!
Get your heart pumping and work those legs while keeping your core stable and controlled.
- Bouncing on the balls of your feet, jump your feet wide.
- Hop back to center on your left foot, bringing your right knee up, then jump your feet wide.
- Hop back to center on your right foot, bringing your left knee up.
- Continue alternating in this pattern for 60 seconds.
