On Tuesday, the couple celebrated Valentine's Day with their two dogs Mary Jane and Dora at the beach. Liam posted a photo from their adventure on Instagram, writing, "Happy valentines. 🌹" Miley shared a similar shot showing Liam staring off into the ocean and captioned it with several paw print emoji.
