Ottawa agencies hope cheeky campaigns will help curb rising syphilis rates
The number of syphilis cases in Ottawa jumped again last year, prompting groups to ramp up tongue-in-cheek awareness campaigns, such as 'your penis isn't the only thing that's on the rise.'
