Shakira's Performance of "Ojos Así" at the First Latin Grammys Was Nothing Short of Steamy
Shakira's performance of "Ojos Así" at the 2000 Latin Grammy Awards had everything: shirtless men, belly dancing, a sexy outfit, powerful vocals, and even fire! The Colombian singer brought out all the stops for the first-ever award show, where she won two gramophones. And just in case, like us, you have no concept of how fast time flies, this was 17 years ago - we repeat, 17 years ago! - back when she was still only singing in Spanish and had just a few hits under her belt.
Even then, after this night, there was no doubt in our minds that Shakira was going to continue to impress us with her performances for many years to come. Watch the full performance above.
