The Last Defender Has Emerged: Watch the Official Trailer For Netflix's Iron Fist
After getting our first official look at Iron Fist, the next step in Netflix's expansion of the Marvel universe, at NYC Comic-Con in October, the streaming giant has given us another peak at what to expect when it premieres on March 17. Billionaire Danny Rand (Finn Jones) returns to NYC as a kung-fu master after being presumed dead for years and attempts to reconnect to the legacy his parents left behind. Naturally his special set of skills leads him into the criminal underworld, where he uses the power of the Iron Fist to help good triumph over evil. In addition to unveiling plenty of footage, the new trailer hints at the new supersquad called The Defenders. They're a grittier, more hodgepodge version of Marvel's Avengers, and will be complete when Iron Fist joins Jessica Jones, Daredevil, and Luke Cage. Watch the new trailer in all its glory above, then prepare yourself for your next big superhero obsession.
