These Fashion Icons Deserve to Be Celebrated Beyond Black History Month
The 24 women here have one thing in common: seriously bold style. Each star, politician, or supermodel has her own unique look, and she completely owns it - from head to toe. Newcomers to the red carpet, including Uzo Aduba, Jasmine Tookes, and Zendaya, are pioneers, paving the way for black women who should be recognized not only for their fashion sense but also for their craft and accomplishments.
But well-known leaders like Beyoncé, Michelle Obama, and Naomi Campbell have been in the spotlight for a while, some of their most memorable outfits serving as our everyday outfit inspiration. One thing's for sure: whether they're world-renowned or just Instagram famous, all the extraordinary women here should be on your list of icons to follow - today, next week, and far beyond Black History Month.
