Vanessa Hudgens's Dramatic Cat Eye From Oscars Night Is Liquid-Liner GOALS

So if a cat eye is your go-to, then you need to stop and stare at Vanessa Hudgens's dramatic liner look at the annual Elton John AIDS Foundation Oscars viewing party. The edgy look was created by celebrity makeup artist Patrick Ta using Chanel. He confirmed via Instagram that her eyeliner and neutral lip are definitely from the luxury French house.
