It seems like Ed Sheeran is everywhere these days, and we aren't complaining. On Tuesday, the English singer stopped by The Ellen DeGeneres Show for a special Valentine's Day episode, and fittingly hit us straight in the heart with his sweet appearance. After surprising an 8-year-old named Kai, the English singer took to the stage to sing his hit, "Shape of You." Even though he performed the single completely solo at the Grammys, this time he had a little backup. Of course, we're pretty much obsessed with every single version of the song.
