If you've been struggling with Winter blues or worse - seasonal affective disorder (SAD) - then you might want to consider hygge. Haven't heard of it? Hygge is a Danish way of life that promotes coziness, warmth, and time with loved ones. It clearly works, too! Despite its long, cold, dark Winters, Denmark is the "happiest country in the world," according to the most recent World Happiness Report.
