Dad's Heart-Wrenching Tribute to His Baby Girl - Who Lived For Only 15 Minutes

On what was supposed to be his baby girl's due date, one dad is honoring her memory by sharing an emotional message about the child he only had minutes with.
Although his baby was born premature at 18 weeks on Oct. 23 and shortly passed after birth, Imgur user Tallyman, is staying strong on what was supposed to be an incredibly happy day. "She lived for 15 minutes after she was born. She had 10 fingers, 10 toes, all with fingernails and toenails," he wrote. "I wish I could have walked her down the aisle, held her when she was scared, took her to her first day of school, but I thank God for the 15 minutes I had with her."
The dad shared an image of his premature baby cradled in his arms and though some might find the photo upsetting, he is proud of the miracle that he helped to create. "Today's gonna be rough, but I wanted to share my little girl with you today, Imgur, because she was beautiful and I never want her to be forgotten," he added. "Hold your babies tight today and get them some ice-cream."
