The former Vampire Diaries costars looked quite cozy as they strolled through the farmer's market together. While Phoebe donned a navy sweater dress, Paul kept things casual in a gray shirt, dark jeans, and a light jacket. While it isn't clear if they've resumed their relationship, an E! News source did add that they are "still good friends" after their split. Perhaps it was just an outing between amicable exes that involved slight PDA?
