Raw Video Captures the Universal Emotions of Becoming a Parent

There are few moments in life that elicit more emotion than the moment you become a parent. In an intimate black-and-white video called "The Big One," real parents share the exact minute their child was born, which is followed by raw footage of each of those life-changing moments in time: directly before and after they become moms and dads.

The emotional short, which is a part of The Honest Company's "Honest Moments" video campaign, is highly personal, yet universal at the same time. "Perhaps one of the biggest in any person's life - one that creates a very distinct before and after - is the moment of your child's birth," the video's caption reads. "From this moment forward, the way you see the world and your place in it is forever altered."
