RuPaul Has Married His Boyfriend of 23 Years
RuPaul is married! The iconic queen and Emmy-winning Drag Race host revealed the exciting news during an interview with Ross Matthews on Hollywood Today Live on Wednesday after being asked if he and his boyfriend of 23 years, Georges LeBar, would ever tie the knot. "I don't think I've said this on television before. We are married." Georges owns Georges has a 60,000 acre ranch in Wyoming, a place RuPaul visits frequently but called "the most isolated place on Earth." "I dress up in the most gorgeous western wear. . . but nobody cares."
The couple married in January on the 23rd anniversary of when they met - in 1994, on the dance floor at famed NYC gay club Limelight - after "looking into it for tax breaks and financial things." Congrats to RuPaul and Georges!
