Ryan, Blake, and Jake Are the 3 Best Friends That Anybody Could Have
Ryan Reynolds and Jake Gyllenhaal have gushed about each other quite a bit recently while promoting their new film Life, and we got another glimpse of the duo making the most of their offscreen bromance this week. During a walk through NYC with Ryan's wife, Blake Lively, on Thursday, the trio was spotted making their way down the street while bundled up against the chill; they all went casual in hoodies and warm jackets and appeared to be having an intense conversation.
Ryan recently got himself in hot water after telling Vanity Fair, "My wife is very good at cooking, and Jake might just be a little bit better," adding, "He can throw down. It gets very competitive." We don't know exactly what Blake's reaction was to that, but it must not have been great, because Ryan recently told POPSUGAR that "It was one of those things where you say something and you're, like, already texting under the table at the show where you're like, 'I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry. But it's true.'" And of the Ryan-Blake-Jake trifecta after the fallout, Jake joked, "I knew I'd get the wrath. He's just like, 'Still married!' and I'm like, never allowed back."
