The Best Part of Gigi Hadid's Denim-on-Denim Look Has Nothing to Do With Her Jeans
Before walking the Fall 2017 Balmain runway in Paris, Gigi Hadid made a statement in the streets. The supermodel left her hotel in a few signature pieces, including a skintight crop top, high-waisted denim, Krewe sunglasses, and sock boots. Her distressed jean jacket helped her achieve a Canadian tuxedo, but that's just the first thing you'll notice about her look. We zeroed in on Gigi's gold hardware.
The buckle on her looped belt, the chainstrap of her bag, and her wiry choker all helped to illuminate Gigi's outfit. We were especially delighted by the shape of her necklace and how it worked to mimic the frills on her Topshop mockneck. It's a tiny little detail, sure, but it certainly didn't go unnoticed.
