The New Mulan Won't Have Songs in It and Anarchy Is Breaking Out
Disney is remaking their 1998 animated hit Mulan into a live-action film in the vein of Beauty and the Beast, but there will be one giant difference: there will be no music. Director Niki Caro spoke to Moviefone in March and confirmed that the upcoming version will not be a musical: "From what I understand, no songs right now, much to the horror of my children."
No "I'll Make a Man Out of You"? What about "Reflection"? "Not even "Honor to Us All"? What trashmonster made this decision?! We're not the only ones who are upset.
