Tra-La-Laa! See Captain Underpants in Action in the First Epic Movie Trailer
If your elementary school self looked forward to picking up a new Captain Underpants novel at the Scholastic Book Fair each month, we have exciting news: he's hitting the big screen! Kevin Hart and Thomas Middleditch star as George and Harold, two mischievous students who accidentally hypnotize their mean principal (Ed Helms) into thinking he's Captain Underpants: an enthusiastic, dimwitted, underwear-wearing superhero they dreamed up for their comic books. With all of the comedic voices lending their talents (the cast also stars Jordan Peele, Kristen Schaal, and Nick Kroll) and Dreamworks at the helm, we can assume it's going to be one of 2017's best movies. See it when it hits theaters in June.
