Squeezing in a workout while raising a newborn child can be quite the tricky feat. But one mom is showing us how she gets the job done with a little help from an unexpected aid: her baby son, Hunter.
FitBody Fusion coach Jessica Quillian has been using Instagram to document her postpartum fitness journey since she gave birth to her son. Our favorite posts are her genius at-home workouts in which she often swaps dumbbells or kettlebells for her baby, who weighs nearly 17 pounds now. From Russian twists and glute bridges to leg lifts and squats, this multitasking mama proves it's possible to tone up and spend quality time with your baby simultaneously.
