17 Best Low-Calorie Hunger-Satiating Snacks

You finished breakfast or lunch a few hours ago and you know you won't eat your next meal for another few hours. Enter: snacktime! You want to nosh on a snack that will satiate your hunger without going overboard on calories.

Certified dietitian Leslie Langevin, MS, RD, CD, of Whole Health Nutrition says that snacks should contain at least two of the following to help you feel fuller longer: protein, fiber, and healthy fats. So before you grab a cookie or bag of chips, reach for one of these healthy, filling snacks instead.
